      • 기능성 소화불량증환자에서 Winstal® 투여에 관한 임상경험

        목적 : 기능성 소화불량증은 소화, 흡수등 장관의 기능적인 이상과 관련되어 있을 것으로 생각되며 복합소화효소제(Winstal®)를 투여하여 그 임상효과를 평가하고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1994년 3월 부터 6월까지 경북대학교병원 내과를 방문한 기능성 소화불량증을 호소하는 환자 20명을 대상으로 Winstal®을 1회 1정씩, 1일 3회 식후 30분내에 경구로 2주간 투여하였다. 결과 : 소화불량증의 증상은 복부불쾌감, 복부팽만감, 식욕부진 및 오심, 복부동통, 공기연하증, 고창 및 구토순이었으며, 증상의 개선은 복부불쾌감이 76.4%(13/17)로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 복부팽만감 및 공기연하증이 66.5%(10/15, 6/9)이었고, 오심 61.5%(8/13), 식욕부진 53.8%(7/13), 복부동통 41.6%(5/12), 고창 37.5%(3/8)이었다. 각 환자별 종합적인 증상의 개선도는 현저한 개선이 2예(10%), 중등도 개선이 3예(15%), 약간개선이 11예(55%), 불변이 4예(20%)이었으며 종합적인 유효율은 80%(16/20)이었다. 부작용은 한 예에서도 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 본 제제는 기능성 소화불량증 환자의 증상개선에 추천할 만한 유효한 약제로 생각된다. Dyspepsia is a common symptom in gastroenterologic practice and trigger for numerous consultations with physician. The treatment of chronic functional dyspesia is unsatisfactory. This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of the digestive compound (Winstal®) on 20 functional dyspepsia patients. On open trial, all patients were given 6 tablets daily for 2 weeks and we evaluated the efficacy of this preparation according to the degree of the improvement. The improvement of symptoms was 76.4%(13/17) in abdominal discomfort, 66.5%(10/15, 6/9) in abdominal distension and aerophagia, 61.5%(8/13) in nausea, 53.8%(7/13) in abdominal pain, and 37.5% (5/12) in flatulence, respectively. Overall effectiveness of subjective symptoms was 80% (16/20) and there were no untoward effects of the preparations during this study. As a result, We think that this preparation is an effective one to relieve symptoms of functional dyspepsia.

      • 行列多項式 Liapunov 函數 構成에 依한 誘導電動機의 安定度 解析

        非線形 시스템을 나타내는 狀態空間의 動特性 모델로부터, 定常狀態 값들이 알려지면, 行列多項式에 依해, Scalar Type의 Liapunov 函數를 構成하고 이를 誘導電動機의 安定解析에 適用시킨다. 線形 시스템에 對한 Liapunov 函數의 構成法은 잘 알려져 있으나, 非線形 시스템의 Liapunov 函數 構成法은 아직 體系化되어 있지 못하다. 따라서, 本 論文에서는, 從來의 定常狀態 附近에서의 Taylor 展開에 依한 線形化 技法에 依存하지 않고, 非線形性을 나타내는 項을 分離하여, 行列變換시킴으로서, 線形시스템의 Liapunov 函數 構成法을 살리고, 非線形性이 强한 誘導電動機의 狀態空間모델에 適用시켰다. 그 結果, 求해진 安定領域은, 線形化에 依한 것보다는 훨씬 넓은 5次元의 超空間으로 表現되는 誘導電動機의 漸近安定領域이 되었다. In this paper, when the steady state values for multidimensional and nonlinear Dynamic Models of State Space Representations are given, Liapunov functions of scalar types using matrix quadratic polynomials are constructed by Special Matrix Transformation Techniques and are applied to Stability Analysis of Induction Motors. Futhermore, Liapunov function construction precedures for linear systems can be specified in detail. But, unfortunately, for nonlinear systems, there are no the complete construction techniques. In this paper, differently from conventional methods using Linearization obtained from Taylor series expansions about steady state operating points. Linear terms and nonlinear ones are individually seperated, and by special matrix transformation techniques, similiar construction procedurs such as in the cases of linear systems, are introduced, and are applied to Stability Analysis of Induction Motor. The hyperspaces of multidimensional stability region, obtained from these techniques, were larger than the obtained ones from conventional linearlization techniques about equilibrium points and were assured to be Asymptotic Stability Region ensuring the stable operation of Induction Motor.

      • 사과 탄저병균의 월동에 관한 연구

        This study put emphasis on investigating the over-witering portion of the pathogen as one of the efficient control systemes of apple bitter rot, because of the fact that this bitter rot spreades rapidly on fruits and causes great losses of apple production as this disease broken out. The obtained results were as follows. 1). The spores of Glomerella cingulata were flowing out continually from diseased fruits like the over wintering diseased fruit, until early August that the bitter rot was occurring on the fruit. 2). Bitter rot of apple occured on the fruit of the branch was inoculated with the pathogenes, and the pathogen was isolated from branches with diseased fruits. 3). Living period of spores from each plot, namely, on the leaves and the fruit were 13 days except in water. Therefore, these showed that the spore can not tide over the winter. 4). Bitter rot fungi were isolated from experimented Drosophila rared on the diseased fruit by 60.7%. As the above results, authors guess that Drosophila transfers the fungi from diseased fruit and diseased branches to the healthy fruits. Thus bitter rot occurs.

      • 亞麻立枯病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. lini)의 發育에 미치는 炭素源과 窒素源의 影響

        In this study, the effect of carbon and nitrogen sources utilized in culture medium on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. lini was investigated. This fungus grew well in the range from 15 to 30℃, and the optimum temperature of the fungus growing was 28℃. Fructose, maltose, mannose, and glucose were the best carbon source, and the optimum concentration of carbon source was 5 percentage of fructose, sucrose and glucose for growth of the fungus. This fungus utilized nitrate nitrogen better than ammonium nitrogen.

      • 園藝作物(가지科)의 바이러스病 發生生態에 對하여

        Several ecological factors were investigated for the virus disease occurring on the horticultural crops (Solanaceae spp). The results obtained were as follows: In the survey of primary biological inoculum, 42 weed species showing viral symptoms were collected on the circumference of pepper, potato and tomato fields. The number of weed species showing viral symptoms were ; 38 species on pepper field, 24 species on potato field and 21 species on tomato field, respectively. The screening of viruses revealed that more weeds are infected by Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV) and Potato Virus Y(PVY) than by Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and Potato Virus X (PVX). In single and double infection with viruses such as TMV, CMV and P VY on the pepper fields, the virus infection phases were different according to the area and according to the screening time. The pepper plants cultivated in Youngyang area were much more infected by virus than in Taegu, Namji and Kimchun area where the improved field hygien was applied. The severity of the disease in Youngyang area was mainly due to the double infection from the early growth stage. Transmission activity of TMV in different cultivation method on tomato was distinguishably higher in outdoor cultivation with furrow irrigation than vinyl house cultivation with furrow irrigation and outdoor cultivation without furrow irrigation. No significant difference the transmission activities was found between of vinyl house cultivation with furrow irrigation and outdoor cultivation without furrow irrigation.

This paper discribes eigenic unstable regions of I.M. itself by computer simulations and the results are Compared to experimental ones. And also the Optimal design parameters of I.M. which the un-stable region can be minimized are determined.

      • 유도전동기의 자속제어형 Inverter에 의한 가변속 운전

        Many techniques for variable speed drives of induction motor had been introduced. Recently, all of them are replaced by PWM control techniques with transitor inverter. But the troublesome problems appeared in variable speed drives include the determination of PWM switching patterns, the generation of control signals, the minimization of torque pulsation, acoustical noises, mechnical vibrations, harmonics and etc.. Therefore, the pursuits of high performance drives and compactness in control circuits without the aids of micro-computer or micro-processor with the functions of control and simple calculations are impossible. In this paper, one technique for the digital and software processing of all control factors is introduced. The determinations of PWM switching patterns are based on the selection of flux vector equivalent to the integral value of applied voltage during every sampling period. And, the real flux vector is controlled so that the trajectory of it can be tracked to the circularform one of ideal flux vector. Also, introduction of the concept of g-u-w plane from d-p plane make digitization and quantization of all control factors convenient. Specially, the predicted control techniques in selection of differential flux vector, Δλ, have functions which can compensate the delay time due to the micro-processor processing, so the real time control system by 8086 micro-processor, simulation and experimental results are in detail compared each other.

      • 쌍선형 유도기 모델을 위한 최적 안정화 제어기 설계에 관한 연구

        An optimal Stabilization Technique for a bilinear induction motor model is introduced. This technique includes two parts ; the one is an stabilization control using Lyapunov Function which has the form of a sum of liner and quadratic function of the state variables, and the other is an optimalizing control using the performance index which depends on the choice of the elements of the Lyapunov matrices. Therefore, induction moter is drived with the smaller overshoot of the ones, simulation results are obtained from a digital computer.

      • 香喫味葉煙草의 國産化에 關한 硏究 : 第1報 被覆材培 및 M.H. 處理가 Turkey葉의 收量 및 品質에 미치는 影響 Part 1, The Effects of Vinyl Mulching and Chemical Controller Maleic Acid Hydrazide on the Leaves Yield and Quality of Turkish Tobacco

        Experiment on the effects of vinyl mulching and chemical controller maleic acid hydrazide to Turkish tobacco variety Samsun-Maden were conducted at the Taegu Tobacco Experiment Station during the 1972. The concentration of M. H. was 0.5 per cent solution at the rate of 15ml per plant and the numbers of M. H. treated times were divided into control and from once to trice at intervals of eight days before flowering date. The results may be briefly summarized as follows: 1. Vinyl mulching had an effect to promote the early plant growth compare with nonmulching, and the reverse was the case in late plant growth. 2. There was a trend to decrease significantly the percentage of dry-up leaves with increase in the numbers of M. H. treated times and increase the percentage in the vinyl mulching blocks compare with non-mulching. 3. Total dry weight of each treatment appeared no significant differences from others, but the increases in dry weight of leaves from once or additional treatment of M. H. showed significant differences and the reverse was the case of roots and tops. 4. The maturing of leaves were promoted significantly by the treatment of vinyl mulching or M. H., and it also proved that the effect of additional treatment of M. H. 5. Yields were increased significantly with increase in the numbers of M. H. treated times, but not appeared the significant difference in quality. 6. Total alkaloid was decreased and the reverse was the case of total sugar in the sun-cured leaves by the treatment of vinyl mulching. When the M. H. was treated only once total alkaloid and sugar in the sun-cured leaves were increased compare with control, but decreased gradually with additional treatment.

      • 水稻의 登熟向上에 關한 硏究

        This study was made to get the cultural information for increasing yield with recently improved variety, investigating the effects of different transplanting date and seed size, the number of plant per hill on the growth, and the yield and yield components in rice. The results obtained were summaried as follows: 1. In larger seed, the percentage of germination was higher and the early growth was more vigorous. However, there appeared no effects of seed size in the later growing period. 2. When the young plants sown on April 26 were transplanted on 5th, 15th, 25th of June and 5th of July with 10-days interval, the heading date was promoted in earlier transplanted plots. The days to heading, however, was shortend. 3. In the case of the earlier transplanting in Tongil variety, the maximum number of tillers was increased, the percentage of effective tillers was decreased, and the rate of ripened grains was slightly higher. The yield was the highest in the transplanted plot of June 25. The next came the transplanted plots of 25th, 5th of June and 5th of July. In the early transplanted plot of Palkweong variety, heading was also promoted. The days required for heading were also proportionly shortend, the number of the effective tillers was smaller and the percentage of ripened grains also decreased. The productivity was the highest in transplanted plot of June 25. 4. When the number of plants per hill was increased, the heading date was promoted, the number of panicles was high and the number of grains per panicles was decreased. In the early transplanting of Tongil variety, the yields was the highest in 4-plants plot. When transplanted late, it was the highest in 6-plant plot. In Palkweong variety, there was general tendency of increasing of yield as the number of plants per hill increased. 5. The dwarf disease of Tongil variety and the stripe disease of Palkweong variety occurred much in case of the lesser number of plants per hill and the earlier transplanting.
