        This paper is concerned with robust stabilization of single input or multi output systems.Robust stabilization mean that a fixed controller can stabilize all plants in a class generated by certain perturbations of plant parameter the coefficients of the transfer function of the plant are arrumed to be the parameters against which robust stabilization is reguired. These algorithms iteratively enlarge the stability hypersphere in plant parameter space and can be used to design a controller to stabilize a plant subject to given ranges of parameter excursions.

        본 논문은 단일입력 다출력 시스템의 강인 안정화에 관한 것이다. 플랜트 매개변수 섭동구조의 주어진 범위와 그들의 gradient 최적화 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이러한 알고리즘을 플랜트 매개변수 공간의 stability hypersphere를 반복적으로 확대하여 플랜트를 안정시키는 제어기를 설계하는데 사용될 수 있다. In this paper, some algorithms for robust stabilization of linerar time - invariant single - input - multi output(SIMO) systems subject to parameter perturbatations are presented. .The range of structure perturbation was obtained by using the gradient optimization algorithm. These algorithms iteratively enlarge the stability hypersphere in plant parameter space and can be used to design a robust controller to stabilize a plant subject to givien range of parameter ecxursions.

        본 논문은 단일입력 또는 단일출력 시스템의 강인안정화에 관한 것이다. 강인안정화란 플랜트 매개변수의 일정한 섭동에 의해 발생되는 모든 플랜트를 안정시킬 수 있는 고정제어기를 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 플랜트 매개변수 섭동구조의 주어진 범위와 그들의 gradient 최적화 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이러한 알고리즘은 플랜트 매개변수 공간의 stability hyperspher를 반복적으로 확대하여, 플랜트를 안정시키는 제어기를 설계하는데 사용 될 수 있다. 또 정리 2를 이용한 example에서는 안정영역의 범위를 나타내주고 있다.

        Nowadays, electric power transmission line gradually has changing eco-friendly systems. A huge sound of blast which is produced from the cut-out switch placed on the electric power transmission line can be a big noise problem. However, there is no research and study on reducing a huge sound of blast. This paper's research purpose is modeling of the hybrid cut-out switch having sound absorption and eliminating the acoustic noise from the hybrid cut-out switch. By this work, we can expect elimination of civil complaint by sound of blast and we can also construct eco-friendly life environmental electric power transmission system.

        In this paper, I approached the design of the robust controller stabilizing single-input systems within a range of structured perturbation, which was based on the Hurwitz criterion. The range of structured perturbation was obtained by using the gradient optimization algorithm. The stable hypersphere of the plant parameter space was obtained by the nonlinear programming. The parameters of the robust controller was determined by the Hurwitz criterion that the stable hypersphere of the plant parameter can be maximized.

Such an Algorism has suggested that the uesful method of planning the controller stabilizing the plant in order to make it suitable for the the given range of Parameter excursions by ectending the recurring stability hyerspher fo plant parameterspace Particularly, I deal with Robust stability of the comfined plant so that plant paraneter perub ation might be compared with the difference of the general case.
