        해방전 이북지역 개신교 주요인물 및 종교지형 연구: 주요인물의 상호관련성 및 ‘기독교 민족주의’ 사상 공유를 중점으로

        개화 계몽기 이후 이북지역에서 성리학에 반하는 진보의 매개가 된 것은 다름 아닌 개신교였다. 본 연구가 구체적으로 다룬 이북지역의 주요세력의 지도자들인 안창호, 조만식, 한경직, 김교신, 김재준은 한국개신교 민족주의자들로 지칭할 수 있을 것이다. 어떤 측면에서는 ‘기독교 민족주의’가 이들 개신교 지도자들의 공통분모라 할 수 있다. 이 사상은 성리학을 기반으로 하는 ‘배타적 민족주의’의 대항마 성격이 강하다. 물론, 안창호와 같은 초기 민족주의자들은 성리학의 영향 아래 있었다. 하지만 이들이 기독교를 접하면서, 기독교 신앙에 민족주의를 접목시키며 ‘기독교 민족주의’를 주창하게 된 것이다. 보수주의 신학의 영향 아래 있던 초기 기독교 민족주의자들이 구축한 ‘기독교 민족주의’는 자유주의 신학을 추구했던 개신교 지도자들에게도 일정부분 영향을 미쳤다는 사실이다. 그것은 민족의 주체성 확립 및 실력배양 운동으로 나타났다. 하지만, 그들이 서 있던 종교지형은 분명하게 달랐고, 이 영향으로 오늘날 한국개신교 안에는 보수주의와 자유주의가 여전히 대척점을 이루고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 양쪽 초기 개신교 지도자들은 ‘기독교 민족주의’ 정신으로, 더 큰 범주로는 ‘민족주의’ 사상을 바탕으로 인격수양 및 실력양성을 통한 개인개조 및 사회개조, 더 나아가 민족개조, 국가개조를 동일하게 꿈꾸었던 인물들이었다는 점이다. 오늘을 사는 우리에게 던져주는 시사점은 무엇인가. 오늘날 한국교회가 성도들에게 인격함양의 개인개조를 통한 사회개조 및 국가개조(남북통일)에 대한 사명감을 심어주고 있는가. 민족교육을 통한 민족정신이 발현되고 이것이 ‘기독교 민족주의’로 승화될 때 한국교회는 진정으로 한반도 통일에 주역이 될 수 있을 것이다. It was none other than Protestantism that became the medium of progress against Neo-Confucianism in the northern region after the enlightenment period. The leaders of the major forces in the northern region specifically addressed in this study, such as Ahn Chang-ho, Cho Man-sik, Han Kyung-Chik, Kim Kyo-shin, and Kim Chai-joon, can be referred to as Korean Protestant nationalists. In some respects, “Christian nationalism” can be said to be the common denominator of these Protestant leaders. This ideology has a strong antagonistic character to 'exclusive nationalism' based on Neo-Confucianism. Of course, early nationalists like Ahn Chang-ho were under the inf luence of Neo- Confucianism. However, as they came into contact with Christianity, they grafted nationalism into the Christian faith and advocated “Christian nationalism.” It is a fact that the “Christian nationalism” established by early Christian nationalists under the influence of conservative theology also had some influence on the Protestant leaders who pursued liberal theology. It appeared as a movement to establish a national identity and capacity-building movement. However, the religious landscape in which they stood was clearly different, and due to this influence, conservatism and liberalism are still on the opposite side until today in Korean Protestantism. Nevertheless, both early Protestant leaders dreamed the same dream which is self-reconstruction and society-reconstruction, further national-reconstruction, and nation-reconstruction through Personality discipline and capacity-building based on the spirit of 'Christian nationalism' and in a larger category 'nationalism'.

      • Anomalous Beam Splitting Phenomena Based On Negative Refraction in Photonic Crystals

        We report an anomalous Y-branching phenomenon for normal incidence of light, in a 2D photonic crystal composed of dielectric rods arranged on a square lattice in air. From the calculation of the band structure and the corresponding equi-frequency contour, we examine the origin of this anomalous beam splitting. By performing the finite-difference time-domain simulation, we present the time evolution of the electromagnetic wave for the Y-branching phenomenon.

        Bacillus megaterium이 생산하는 응집제어에 관하여

        미생물 응집제 생산균주를 토양에서 분리하고 응집활성이 가장 높은 CH-23 균주를 분리하여 Bacillus megaterium CH-23으로 동정하였다. 분리균의 응집제 생산조건을 조사한 결과 수크로오스 2%, NaNO_3 3%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, NaCl 0.5%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.5%, tryptone 0.01%의 구성된 배지를 pH 7.0으로 조절하고 25∼30℃에서 120rpm으로 배양하였을 때 정상기에서 응집활성이 가장 높았다. 배지에 Mn^2+(0.01% MnSO_4)을 가하면 약 57%의 응집활성이 증가되었고 Mg^2+(0.01% MgSO_4·7H_2O)와 Ca^2+(0.01% CaCO_3)도 응집활성을 48%와 33%씩 증가시켰다. Microorganisms isolated from soil were tested for their flocculating activity in kaolin suspension. Identification of the best producing CH-23 strain showed that the strain belonged to the Bacillus megaterium. The maximum production of the flocculating from Bacillus megaterium CH-23 was observed in the culture medium containing 2% sucrose, 3% NaNO_3, 0.1% K_2HPO_4, 0.5% NaCl, 0.5% MgSO_4·7H_2O and 0.01% tryptone at initial pH 7.0 and 25∼30℃. Flocculating activity was improved to 57% when the culture medium contained Mn^2+(0.01% MnSO_4). In the culture medium containing Mg^2+(0.01% MgSO_4·7H_2O) and Ca^2+(0.01% CaCO_3), flocculating activity were reached to 48% and 33%, respectively.

      • 다당류 생산 균주의 분리 및 탐색

        For the screening of new functional and speecific exopolysaccharide, a microoragnisms were isolated from soil. Two microorganisms were finally selected as potential producer of crude polysaccharide which made very viscous and large size of colony on the selected plate. Isolated strains were identified as Bacillus spp. from the results of morphological and biochemical characteristics. The results of determination of produced crude polysaccharide according to the glucose concentration, P-1 and P-2 strains were produced 6.66, 9.85g/L at 4.0% glucose concentration, respectively, From the color reaction of the produced crude polysaccharides, the crude polysaccharides, produced by P-1 strain, was Fehiling reaction positive, Modish reaction positive, Molish rone reaction, Ninhydrin reaction negative and the other crude polysaccharides, produced by P-2 strain, was Fehiling reaction negative and Modish, Ninhydrin, Anthrone reaction positive.

      • Acrylonitrile 모노머를 함유한 UP 결합재의 개발

        불포화 폴리에스테르(UP) 수지의 기계적 강도 등 물성을 개선하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 모노머로서 스티렌과 함께 아크릴로니트릴(AN)을 사용하였다. UP 수지 중에서 총 모노머의 함량은 50 wt.%이며, 모노머 중에서 AN의 함량은 0~3wt.%로 변화하였다. 이와 같은 수지 조성물에 석재 분쇄물을 총중량에 대하여 70% 첨가하여 석재복합체를 제조한 후 압축강도 및 휨강도 등 물성을 측정하였다. DSC를 이용하여 중합과정에서의 반응속도와 전환율을 측정하였다. 만능시험기를 이용하여 인장 및 굴곡 실험을 실시하였다. AN의 첨가에 의해 인장강도는 62.8%, 굴곡강도는 24.8% 증대되었다. DMA를 사용하여 수지의 점탄성을 측정하였다. UP 수지의 석재 복합체의 경우 AN의 첨가에 의해 압축강도는 7%, 굴곡강도는 6% 증가되었으며, AN의 함량이 20%인 경우 가장 좋은 물성을 나타내었으며, AN의 함량이 30%이상인 경우는 물성이 저하되는 경향을 나타내었다. Linear Shrinkage method 따라 수축률을 측정하였다. AN의 함량이 증대될수록 수축률이 감소하여 양호한 물성을 나타내었다. 시료의 파단면을 SEM으로 관찰한 결과 AN의 함량이 증대됨에 따라 절단면의 표면이 거칠게 나타났다. 따라서 AN의 첨가에 의해 시료의 강인도가 증대됨을 확인하였다. In order to improve mechanical properties of unsaturated polyester(UP) resins, acrylonitrile was used as a monomer together with styrene. The contents of monomer of UP resins is 50wt.%, and the contents of acrylonitrile in the monomer was changed as 0~30wt.%. Mechanical properties of the composite materials containing aggregates by 70wt% was measured by a universal tensile machine. Reaction rate and conversion of UP resins were tested by DSC measurement, and the thermo-mechanical properties of UP resins were measured by DMA. Tensile and flexural strength increased by 62.8% and 24.8% by increasing the acrylonitrile ratio in the monomers, respectively. Tensile and flexural strength of the composites increased as 7% and 6% by adding acrylonitrile as a comonomer. The composite containing 20 wt% acrylonitrile in monomer showed relatively good properties, while mechanical properties of the composites containing 30 wt% acrylonitrile become worse. DMA results showed the improved thermo-mechanical properties by the use of acrylonitrile as a co-monomers. Volume shrinkage of the cured resin measured by linear shrinkage method was slightly improved by the use of acrylonitrile in the monomers. SEM photographs of the cured UP resins prepared by acrylonitrile as a co-monomer showed crude fracture surface morphology, that might be related with the high toughness properties of the resins.

      • Sandblast 처리한 상아질면의 접착에 관한 연구

        Dentin adhesion was studied on sandblasted dentin with 4-MET/MMA-TBB resin. The effect of change of air pressure, with or without pretreatment and primer on tensile bond strength, was mainly investigated. In the effect of air pressure at sandblast treatment, the higher pressure showed the increase of tensile bond strength. The pretreatment with 10-3 solution after sandblast treatment increased tensile bond strength in the almost conditions. Application of primer also increased the tensile bond strength, confirmed the effect of primer application after sandblast treatment. Alumina particle was not found on the dentin surface in the SEM and EDAX examination.

        흰쥐에게 내독소의 비경구 투여가 혈청 및 간의 Alkaline Phosphatase 및 5'-Nucleotidase 활성도 변동에 미치는 영향

        The activities of the cytosolic, microsomal and mitochondrial alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and 5'-nucleotidase(5'-NT) in the liver were measured in order to evaluate the cholestatic changes, one of the hepatic damages under the endotoxin administration. And the activities of these enzymes in the serum were also measured. For administration of endotoxin, a dose of 5mg of endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide E. coli 026: B6, from Sigma chemical company, USA) per kg of body weight was administered through a right external jugular vein. Then the rats were killed after 3,8 and 24 hours of injection with endotoxin to measure the activities of the above enzymes in serum and their livers. Cyrtosolic and microsomal ALP and 5'-NT activities showed a significant increase between 3 and 8 hours after endotoxin administration. The activity of the mitochondrial ALP and 5'-NT in the liver showed no significant changes throughout the experiment. Serum ALP activity showed a increase without significace. But serum 5'-NT showed a significant increase at 8 hours after endotoxin administration. According to the results, it is suggested that cytosolic and microsomal ALP and 5'-NT activity is increased caused by increased biosynthesis and impairment of hepatic excretory function for these enzymes. And it is also suggested that increased activity of the serum ALP and 5'-NT is due to the reflux of these enzymes from the liver and due to leak into the blood through the damaged membrane of hepatocyte.
