      • 원발성 유방암에서 p53 단백발현과 예후와의 상관성에 관한 연구

        p53 is a nuclear phosphoprotein which is normally expressed at very low level in all mammalian cells and plays a role in the regulation of cell proliferation. It has also been suggested that normal p53(wild type) serves as a tumor suppressor gene, and inhibits the oncogene-mediated cellular transformation and the rate of cellular proliferation. But, wild type p53 is hardly stained by immunohistochemistry because of its low intracellular concentration and very short half-life. Mutant form of p53 protein is detectable in various human malignancies e.g. colon, stomach, lung and breast cancer by immunohistochemical stain because of its prolonged half-life. In breast cancer, p53 protein expression has been regarded as an unfavorable prognostic factor, but the results of studies about the relationship between the p53 protein expression and prognosis are equivocal. So, author performed this study to evaluate the prognostic significance of p53 expression in 54 patients with primary breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Wonkwang University Hospital from October 1985 to September 1991. Follow-up period was 24-91 months (mean: 54.7months). p53 protein was stained by immunohistochemical methods in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues using monoclonal antibody(DAKO-p53, DO-7). The prognostic significance of p53 protein was evaluated by positivity and 5-year survival rate, and comparing with well-known prognostic factors of breast cancer. p53 protein was expressed 48.1%(26/54) of primary breast cancers. 5-year survival rate of patients with p53 protein expression was 42.0%, and that of patients without p53 protein expression was 76.4%(p = 0.0277) There was no relationship between p53 protein expression and tumor size, lymph node metastasis, histologic grade or vascular invasion. These results suggest that p53 protein expression is another independent prognostic factor in primary breast cancer.

      • 아연 용탕 내에서 불순물의 입자 크기 측정에 관한 연구

        LiMCA방법으로 아연 용탕내에 Pb를 첨가하여 불순물의 입자크기를 측정하였다. 아연 용탕내에 Pb의 첨가량이 증가할수록 불순물의 수는 증가하였으며 불순물의 입자 분포는 일정범위를 크게 벗어나지 않고 d=50㎛이하의 입자직경이 약90% 이상 존재하였다. 실험 후 시편을 분석한 결과, 시편내에 미량의 ZnO와 PbO가 존재함을 확인하였으며, 이는 아연용탕 내에서 제 2상의 거동을 예상하고 첨가한 Pb에 의해 형성된 PbO와 극소량의 ZnO등이 불순물로 거동한 것으로 사료된다. 본 실험은 약1분 정도의 짧은 시간으로 수행되었으며, 실험결과 사용된 장치의 감지 한계는 불순물의 입자직경이 d=29㎛이었다. The particle size of impurities was measured with addition to Pb in the molten Zinc by using LiMCA method. The number of impurities was increased with increasing Pb addition in the molten Zinc and particle size distribution of impurities was not deviated from the constant range therefore the particle size, d=50㎛ existed about 90% in this study. The experimental results of X-ray analysis, it was found that the small amount of PbO and ZnO which are formed with Pb addition to the molten Zinc, expecting the second particle role, behavior as impurities. This study was carried out about one minute and the detect limit of particle size of impurities using instrument was obtained d=29㎛.

      • 고분자 도장한 알루미늄의 시멘트에 의한 부식

        본 연구에서는 아파트 공사현장에서 거푸집으로 사용중인 고분자도장 알루미늄 판재의 시료를 채취하여 광학현미경, SEM/EDS 및 EPMA/EDS로 전착도막의 파괴단계 및 부식생성물을 분석하여 도장층의 박리현상을 실험적으로 규명하므로서 도장층의 내구성을 향상시키는 연구를 수행하였다. 알루미늄 표면과 도장막 사이에 적절한 접합이 이루어지지 아니하였고, 도장층이 국부적으로 파손된 곳에서 알루미늄과 시멘트가 반응하여 알루미늄 표면에 부식생성물 A12O3-CaO 또는 A12O3-CaO-SiO2 화합물이 생성되었다. 따라서, 도장층의 내식성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안으로 도장층과 알루미늄 사이에 희생양극 역할을 하는 인산아연처리를 실용화하여 내식성이 우수한 고분자도장 알루미늄 거푸집을 생산할 수 있도록 하였다. A research for enhansing corrosion resistance of polymer coated aluminium plate in cement consolidating environment has been conducted. Examination of specimen polymer coated aluminium using SEM/EDS, EPMA and optical microscopes revealed the causes of polymer film rupture from the aluminium surface to be cathodic disbonding. Corrosion products, such as A12O3-CaO, A12O3-CaO-SiO2 compounds formed by the reaction of aluminium surface with cement have been observed at the locally degraded polymer film. Therefore, zincphosphating process has been developed and applied on the surface of aluminium for the zinc sacrificial cathodic protection of aluminium from carbonaceous corrosion environment in the cement consolidating process.

      • 거푸집공사 중대재해의 원인분석을 통한 관련 법규의 개선방안

        The grave accident have been increasing in proportion as construction work have been large and complicated. The form work, many sides workers have worked in, are most dangerous work in construction processes. Accidents in form works have turned on collapse accident that have lost lives and economy. So, the purpose of this study is to suggest the regal reductive plans of grave accident in the form work, and the result of this study is as following; 1. It must be added the regulation of transportation process in the standard safety work guidebook for concrete construction. 2. It must be added the regulation of individual safety devices and the facility to prevent falling accident in the standard safety work guidebook for concrete construction. 3. In regard to a casting concrete placing process, it is necessary to establish requirements and standards for reviewing the structures of moulders and short pillars propping up a veranda floor in an industrial safety and public health law and the standard specifications for construction and concrete. Based on this, standard safety work guidebooks for concrete work should clearly specify everything about making up an assembly picture and the ways to review the structure while installing shout pillars propping up a veranda floor. 4. In standard safety work guidebooks for concrete work, it is necessary to supplement the omitted of the regulations concerning the installation of work routes and fall preventing facilities during a disjointing process.

        한국 어린이와 성인의 표준잇솔규격개발에 관한 연구

        Purpose of this study was to obtain basic anatomical data for developing optimal toothbrush which is appropriate for Koreans Dental study models were examined by measuring the length from labial midline of deciduous canine to distal surface of deciduous second molar, from labial midline of permanent canine to distal surface of second premolar, from mesial surface permanent first molar to distal surface of permanent second molar, cervico-incisal length of deciduous central incisor, cervico-incisal length of permanent central incisor, from mesiobuccal cusp of deciduous maxillary second molar to mesiolingual cusp of deciduous maxillary second molar, from mesiobuccal cusp of permanent maxillary first molar to mesiolingual cusp of permanent maxillary first molar, from distolinual cusp of deciduous mandibular second molar to mesiolingual cusp of deciduous mandibular second molar, from mesiobuccal cusp of permanent mandibular first molar to mesiolingual cusp of permanent mandiblar second molar in 241 subjects. And the width of right hand was examined on each subjects by measuring the length of landmarks which were selected in handwrist X-ray film. Commercial toothbrushes sold in Korea were collected and the head length, head width, bristle length and handle length of toothbrushes were measured. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The head length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 6 to 8 was less than 21.8 mm. The head width length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 6 to 8 was less than 8.4 mm. The bristle length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 6 to 8 was more than 5.7 mm. The handle length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 6 to 8 was more than 84.3 mm. 2. The head length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 9 to 11 was less than 20.4 mm. The head width length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 9 to 11 was less than 8.4 mm. The bristle length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 9 to 11 was more than 9.3 mm. The handle length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged 9 to 11 was more than 95.2 mm. 3. The head length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged over 12 was less than 25.5 mm. The head width length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged over 12 was less than 8.6 mm. The bristle length of toothbrush which wee appropriate for Koreans aged over 12 was more than 9.6 mm. The handle length of toothbrush which were appropriate for Koreans aged over 12 was more than 101.1 mm. 4. Some toothbrush for children was not appropriate because of its big size, and toothbrush sells in Korea must be diversified for appropriate selection.

      • Ar 플라즈마 아크 용해공정에서 용철의 흡질반응에 미치는 가스 유량의 영향

        Ar-plasma arc용해공정에서 용철의 흡질 반응을 조사하였다. Ar-plasma arc하에서의 흡질 반응에 미치는 가수 유속의 영향을 조사한 결과, 흡질에 대항 Ar 가스유속이 증가함에 따른 속도상수의 변화가 너무 작기 때문에 기상이난 액상에서의 물질이동은 용철의 흡질 반응에 영향이 없으며 따라서, 율속단계는 용철표면에서의 화학반응에 의해 지배됨을 알 수 있었다. The kinetics of nitrogen absorption into iron melts with the Ar-N₂plasma arc were investigated. The mathematical model for nitrogen absorption under Ar-N₂plasma arc and effect of gas flow rate was determined. Because change of rate constant according to increasing Ar gas flow rate for absorptio under Ar plasma arc was too small, mass transfer ingas and liquid phase was not affect to kinetics of nitrogen absorption of the melt. Therfore, the rate determining step is dominated by the chemical reaction of the melt surface.

      • 전기저항 용접강관의 홈부식에 관한 연구

        홈부식으로 누수사고가 발생한 급수관 시료를 SEM/ECS로 분석하고 황 함유량이 전봉강관의 부식전위와 홈부식 감수성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 급수용 배관으로 사용한 전기저항 용접강관은 황 함유향이 낮은 경우(55ppm)에는 홈부식이 잘 발생하지 않았으나, 황 함유량이 높은 경(100 ppm 이상)에는 홈부식이 쉽게 발생하여 4년 이내에 홈부식으로 관통되어 누수되는 사례가 관찰되었다. 용접부와 열영향부는 결정입도가 미세하여 모재부보다 부식성이 더 높지만 홈부식을 유발하는 근본요인은 아니었고, 전기저항 용접강과능 NaCl수용액(3.5wt.%)에서 황 함유량이 증가함네 따라 부식전위가 감소하였으며 홈부식인자는 증가하였다. 즉 황을 20ppm함유한 강관의 부식전위는 -700mV.SCE이고 홈부식인자는 1.2이며 화을 100ppm 함유한 강의 부식전위는 -750mV.SCE이고 홈부식인자는 1.36이었고 전봉강관 단면부식전위는 표면부식전위보다 약 20mV.SCE 낮은 값을 보였다. A research for the influence of sulfur content in ERW carbon steel pipe on the corrosion potential and the grooving corrosion sensitivity has been conducted. ERW carbon steel pipe containing lower sulfur content(55ppm S)used in tap water supply was not easily corroded at the weld line, however, higher sulfur(100ppm) containing pipe was heavily corroded at the weld line locally and leaked within 4 years of water supply. Corrosion potential and grooving factor depended so strongly on sulfur content that the more fine grains structure of HAZ and weld metal than base metal can not be the main causes of grooving corrosion. The corrosion potential of cross section of pipe was lower about 20mV than that of the surface of pipe.
