        랜덤포레스트를 활용한 교량 바닥판의 이종손상 원인 추정 기술 개발

        정밀안전진단보고서를 분석한 결과 국내 고속도로 교량은 결함, 열화, 물리력에 의한 손상이 주요하게 발생한다. 특히 열화는 시간이 경과함에 따라 다양한 환경 영향인자와 외부적 요인에 의해 발생하는 필연적인 손상이다. 교량 바닥판의 경우 열화가 가장 빠른 부재로, 균열부를 중심으로 철근부식, 박리/박락 등의 여러 가지 유형의 이종손상이 함께 발생하는 것으로 분석된다. 따라서 교량의 이종손상과 열화환경 간의 상관관계를 밝히고 이를 통해 교량의 이종손상 발생 원인을 규명해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 랜덤포레스트를 활용하여 교량의 이종손상 예측 모델을 개발하였으며, 개발된 모델을 통해 이종손상 발생에 영향을 미치는 상위 5가지 영향인자를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 장래 교량의 유지관리 및 예산을 추정하는 분야에 활용하는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. An investigation into the detailed safety diagnosis report indicates that domestic highway bridges mainly suffer from defects, deterioration, and damage due to physical forces. In particular, deterioration is an inevitable damage that occurs due to various environmental and external factors over time. In particular, bridge deck is very vulnerable to cracks, which occur along with various types of damages such as rebar corrosion and surface delamination. Thus, this study evaluates a correlation between heterogeneous damage and deterioration environment and then identifies the main causes of such heterogeneous damage. After all, a bridge heterogeneous damage prediction model was developed using random forests to determine the top five factors contributing to the occurrence of the heterogeneous damage. The results of the study would serve as a basic data for estimating bridge maintenance and budget.

      • 신생아 외과환아에서 말초혈관을 통한 전비경구적 영양요법에 대한 고찰

        Parenteral nutrition has been an essential part of postoperative care of neonates requiring major surgery who are unable to tolerate enteral feeding for long periods during the postoperative period. However, TPN via central venous catheters(central TPN), used in increasing trend, still presents significant morbidity. To find out whether TPN via peripheral veins(peripheral TPN) could be used as a viable alternative for postoperative parenteral nutrition in neonates, a clinical study was carried out by a retrospective analysis of 53 neonates subjected to peripheral TPN for more than 7 days after surgery. Operations consisted of procedures for esophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula, gastroschisis and omphalocele. Surgery was performed at the Division of Pediatric Surgery, Department of Surgery, Hanyang University Hospitall, from 1983 to 1994. The mean total duration of TPN was 13.3 days (range; 7-58 days), the average daily total fluid intake was 117.6 ml/kg during TPN and 158.6 ml/kg during subsequent oral feeding. The average daily total calorie intake was 57.7 kcal/kg during full strength TPN and 101.3 kcal/kg during subsequent oral feeding. The mean urine output was maintained at 3.5 ml/kg/ hour during TPN and at 3.6 ml/kg/hour during subsequent oral feeding. The increment of body weight observed during TPN was 132 g in TEF, 53 g in gastroschisis and 3 g in omphalocele patients, while loss of body weight was not observed. The mortality rate was 5.7 %(3/53) and was related to the underlying congenital anomalies, not the TPN. The most common complication of peripheral TPN observed was laboratory findings suggestive of liver dysfunction in 23 cases(43.4 %) with no significant clinical symptom or signs in any case, transient pulmonary edema in one case, and generalized edema in one case. None of the major complications usually expected associated with central TPN were observed. The result of this study suggest that peripheral TPN can be used for adeguate postoperative nutritional support in neonates requiring 2 to 3 weeks of TPN.

        인공수정시술주기에서 내인성 LH, GnRH Agonist 및 hCG를 이용한 배란유발후 임신율의 비교연구

        Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effects of endogenous LH surge, GnRH agonist (GnRH-a) or human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) as ovulation trigger on pregnancy rate by intrauterine insemination (IUI). Method: Patients received daily 100 mg of clomiphene citrate (CC) for 5 days starting on the third day of the menstrual cycle followed by human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) for ovulation induction. Follicles larger than >16 mm in diameter were present in the ovary, frequent LH tests in urine were introduced to detect an endogenous LH surge. Final follicular maturation and ovulation were induced by GnRH-a 0.1 mg (s.c.) or hCG $5,000{\sim}10,000$ IU (i.m.) administration except natural ovulation. Pregnancy was classified as clinical if a gestational sac or fetal cardiac activity was seen on ultrasound. Results: There were no differences in age, duration of infertility and follicle size, but more ampules of hMG were used in GnRH-a group compared to hCG 10,000 IU treated group (p<0.05). Lower level of estradiol ($E_2$) on the day of hCG or GnRH-a injection was observed in hCG 10,000 IU group than other treatment groups (p<0.01). The overall clinical pregnancy rate was 19.8% per cycle (32/162) and 22.2% per patient (32/144). Pregnancy rate was higher in natural-endogenous LH surge group (37.5%, 9/24) than GnRH-a (18.8%) or hCG treated group (20.9% & 13.9%), but this difference was not statistically significant. No patient developed ovarian hyperstimulation. Abortion rate was 22.2% (2/9) in hCG 5,000 IU group. Delivery or ongoing pregnancy rate was 37.5% (9/24), 18.8% (3/16), 16.3% (7/43) and 13.9% (11/79) in endogenous LH surge, GnRH-a, hCG 5,000 IU and hCG 10,000 IU treatment groups, respectively. Conclusion: These results support the concept that use of natural-endogenous LH surge in stimulated cycles may be more effective to obtain pregnancies by IUI than GnRH-a or hCG administration.

        자발적 리콜의 경제적 유인에 관한 법경제학적 고찰

        Using the perspective of the Law and Economics, this study examines the product recall system, one of main control measures to achieve the policy goal of guaranteeing consumer safety rights, which is based on the Constitution of Korea. It analyzes product safety regulations and the product liability system as a means to provide corporations with economic incentives for voluntary recall actions, and proposes ways to vitalize defected product recalls in a timely and effective manner within the relevant market. Through analysis of past research and survey data based on principles of law and economics, this study demonstrates that both the safety regulations and the product liability system have provided corporations with incentives to implement voluntary recalls of their defected products. In addition, the need of precise recognition of complementary relationship between safety regulations and product recalls and active utilization of the existing product liability system is emphasized. 본고는 모든 국민이 신체와 생명상의 위해를 방지하고 안전한 일상생활을 영위할 권리의 보장이라는 헌법상의 정책목표를 위한 규제수단의 하나인 결함제품 리콜제도를 법경제학적 관점에서 고찰하였다. 기업들의 자발적 리콜을 위한 경제적 유인으로써 제품 안전에 관한 행정절차상의 규제와 제조물책임제도를 분석하고, 시장에서 결함 있는 제품들이 적시에 효과적으로 리콜조치되도록 하는 리콜의 활성화 방안들을 제시하였다. 행정절차상의 안전규제와 제조물책임제도가 기업들에게 자발적 리콜의 유인으로 작용해 왔음을 다양한 연구 및 인식조사 자료의 분석과 함께 법경제학적 직관으로 증명했으며, 향후 안전규제와의 대체적 관계 및 보완적 관계에 관한 정확한 인식과 제조물책임제도의 적극적 활용이 요구됨을 논리적으로 피력하였다.
