      • 병재배 폐톱밥을 이용한 양송이 복토재료 개발에 관한 연구

        애느타리 병재배후 탈병한 톱밥을 3월 중순 퇴적하여 부숙시킨 결과 퇴적기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 부숙정도는 퇴적 30일이후에 가장 컸으며 부숙 소요일수는 최소 48일이었다. 퇴적 기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 pH 및 총 질소 함량은 부숙이 진전됨에 따라 증가하는 경향이었고 총 탄소 및 C/N율은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었다. 식양토에 부숙이 완료된 톱밥을 부피 비율로 10, 30, 50%씩 첨가하여 복토 재료로 사용한 결과 30% 첨가시 식양토 단용 처리보다 A. bisporus 균사 생장이 촉진되고 초발이 소요일수가 5일 빠르며, 수량에 있어서도 28% 증수되었다. After bottle culture of Pleurotus ostreatus, sawdust was taken out from the bottle and accumulated in the middle of March, and then composted. As the result, Y value was decreased rapidly 30 days after composting, and it was decreased slowly after 30 days. It is considered that 118 days is required for composting, however, it is possible to use for casing material after at least 48 days composting. The pH and total nitrogen content of sawdust based on composting period had tendency to increase as composting was processed. Total carbon and C/N rate had tendency to decrease as time went on. Based on the rate of 10, 30 and 50%, each sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporrus. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth of A. bisporus was more favorable in the treatment of 30% sawdust than in the single treatment of clay loam. Based on the date necessary for primodium formation of A. bisporus, the primodium formation in the treatment of 30% sawdust was reduced to about 5 days as compared with that of any other treatments When 30% sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporus, the yield of its fruiting body was increased to 28%.

      • SUS 304 마이크로 와이어 직선화 처리에 관한 연구

        In the study, we have developed a straightening system for the SUS 304 micro wires that are normally used in the medical and semi-conductor fields. To apply heat to the micro wires, we introduced the direct wire heating method which generates the thermal energy by the electrical resistance of the wire itself. To avoid the deterioration of the wire surface by the environment, such as the oxidation or the hydration, the N_(2) gas was filled in the glass pipe in which the straightening process was being performed. A precision tension meter was also attached to control the tension of the wire during the heating and straightening process. In order to control the straightening process, several experimental investigations with varying the tension, the feeding velocity and the temperature (current) was carried out. As a result of experiments, we obtained the optimal processing conditions satisfying the straightness requirement of the micro wires.

        17β-Estradiol의 심근 보호작용에 대한 연구 ; 재관류 부정맥을 유발한 동물실험

        Background: Although reperfusion certainly prevents tissue ischemia from possible cardiac death, several lines of evidence suggest that reperfusion may paradoxically aggravate the frequency of serious reperfusion-induced lethal arrhythmias. It has been reported that acute administration of estrogen at physiological concentrations reduced with myocardial ischemic injury in women with coronary heart disease. In studies with canines, acute administration by either the intra-muscular or the intra-coronary route similarly prevented ischemia and reperfusion dysrhythmias and also reduced the infarct size because the estrogen increased the distal coronary perfusion pressure, scavenged free radicals and had other effects during both ischemia and reperfusion. However, the canine heart is notoriously well collateralized. 17β-estradiol induces very little vasorelaxation in cat coronary rings, suggesting that increased ischemic myocardial blood flow dose not contribute to the protective effect. In the present study, employing a cat model of regional cardiac ischemia, we examined whether reperfusion rendered after acute administration of 17β-estradiol could lower the incidence of reperfusion-induced lethal arrhythmia and the death rate. Method: Adult mongrel male cats(n=31, 2.7∼4.5 kg) were anesthetized under positive-pressure artificial ventilation with room air. Electrocardiograms were recorded. The animals of the control group(n=15) were subjected to 20-minute left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) occlusion followed by abrupt reperfusion. The animals in the experimental 17β-estradiol(2 or 20 ㎍/kg) group were subjected to ischemia/reperfusion insult following drug treatment: 17 β -estradiol was applied intravenously within the 60 seconds just before LAD ligation followed by abrupt reperfusion. The Fisher's exact test was used to compare the data from different animal groups(p<0.05). Results: The number of arrhythmias(ventricular premature beat, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation) emerging during the reperfusion phase were not statistically different from that in the control group. The death rate in the 17β-estradiol 20㎍/kg group was lower from that in the control group(P value = 0.039). Conclusion: Acute administration of 17β -estradiol at a supraphysiological concentration might produce cardioprotective effects, not by modificating the coronary blood flow into the threatened myocardial region, but by other mechanisms that directly or indirectly increase the intrinsic myocardial ischemic tolerance in the cat during the reperfusion phase.

        대구지하철화재 소방 활동 조사 분석을 통한 지하 공간 대형화재 시 소방 활동 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Underground spaces are actively being developed. Especially, the trend of this development is horizontally to connect other buildings by underground floors, that is, to make underground passages among buildings, it seems to be a great network space. Many inexperienced pedestrian are not aware of these passages and are anticipated to be exposed to a great of danger when there is a fire. It happened that the fire at Joong-Ang Ro station of Daegu. It might be ended as fire happening. However, it proceeded to the disaster giving a number of damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention. Now we will need the new fire fighting activity's system at the conflagration of underground space. This study is to research the fire fighting activity and to analyze the fire fighting system at the Daegu subway fire. And This data will use in base of fire fighting activity at the conflagration of underground space.

        생물학적 질소·인 제거를 위한 SMMIAR(Submerged Moving Media Intermittent Aeration Reactor) 공정의 운전 특성

        This study was carried out to obtain the operating characteristics of SMMIAR process for biological nitrogen phosphours removal. SMMIAR was operated at HLR(Hydraulic loading rate) of 39.6, 52.8, 63.4 and 79.2 ℓ/㎥/d respectively and the operating parameters such as intermittent aeration tine ratio of aerobic/anoxic, DO and microorganism concentration were change to confirm the optimum operating condition. The concentration wastewater BOD, TN(Total nitrogen) and TP(Total phosphours) were 150, 30 and 7.5㎎/ℓ respectively. Achieving better removal effciencies of BOD, TN and TP up to 90,85.4 and 95.4% respectively, we must keep in operation condition of SMMIAR by 0.75 of time ratio of aerobic/anoxie and by minimum 45 minutes of oxic period simltaneously.

        Cone beam형 전산화단층영상에서 골의 형태와 밀도의 평가

        Purpose : Diagnostic estimation of destruction and formation of bone has the typical limit according to capacity of x-ray generator and image detector. So the aim of this study was to find out how much it can reproduce the shape and the density of bone in the case of using recently developed dental type of cone beam computed tomography, and which image is applied by new detector and mathematic calculation. Materials and Methods : Cone beam computed tomography (PSR 9000N, Asahi Roentgen Ind. Co., Ltd., Japan) and soft x-ray radiography were executed on dry mandible that was already decalcified during 5 hours, 10 hours, 15 hours, 20 hours, and 25 hours. Estimating and comparing of those came to the following results. Results : The change of inferior border of mandible and anterior border of ramus in the region of cortical bone was observed between first 5 and 10 hours of decalcification. The reproduction of shape and density in the region of cortical bone and cancellous bone can be hardly observed at cone beam computed tomography compared with soft x-ray radiography. The difference of decrease of bone density according to hours of decalcification increase wasn’t reproduced at cone beam computed tomography compared with soft x-ray radiography. Conclusion : CBCT images revealed higher spatial resolution. However, contrast resolution in region of low contrast sensitivity is the inferiority of images’ property.

        Recently the study on high flowing concrete which has high workability and non-compacting is being proceeded actively in the university and corporative laboratory. There are some cases that has been applied to the field. This high flowing concrete has higher fluidity and segregation resistance than Plain or flowing concrete. And it is being focused as a remarkable know-how which can make high-quality concrete and reduction effect of labor force. This properties of high flowing concrete are influenced by the relationship of several factors; binder content water binder ratio and unit water content. It is the aim of this study to propose reference data at mix design of high flowing concrete, after comparing and analyzing the fluidity and strength properties of high flowing concrete according to water binder content ratio and unlit water content.
