민간 건축 CM사업 시공이전단계의 CM서비스 활용도 분석에 관한 연구

민간 건축사업은 국내 CM시장에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 시공이전단계 CM서비스는 성공적인 건설사업의 수행을 위해 매우 중요한 사안으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 민간 건축 CM사업의 사례 분석을 통해 시공 이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 분석하고 주요 특징을 도출하는데 있다. 시공이전단계를 설계이전단계, 설계단계, 입찰 계약단계로 구분하여 총 91개 CM서비스 항목에 대한 활용도를 분석한 결과를 토대로 주요 특징을 도출하였으며 공정관리와 사업비관리 서비스에 대한 수요나 활용도가 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 민간 건축사업 시공이전단계 특정한 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 이해하는 것은 발주자의 수요(needs)를 이해함과 동시에 CM기업이 어떠한 핵심적인 서비스를 강화해야하는 지에 대한 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 과제이다. Construction management(CM) in the private building sector has been leading the growth of the CM market in Korea. The use of CM services during pre-construction stages has been recognized as a critical factor to succeed in construction projects. Understanding clients' needs of pre-construction CM services is important for CM fedms to strategically prepare and cope with market needs. The objective of this paper is to investigate the level of use of CM services in private building projects during pre-construction stages, and to identify key characteristics and implications. The most distinctive characteristics include the high demand and use of cost management and time management services during pre-construction stages.

당뇨병이나 대사증후군은 인슐린저항성으로 인하여 고중성지방혈증을 보인다. 고중성지방혈증은 1) apoB의 생성을 촉진하고 분해를 저하시켜 죽상동맥경화증의 위험이 높은 small dense LDL을 생성케 하며, 2) HDL의 분해를 촉진시켜 apoA-1의 배설을 증가시킴으로 콜레스테롤 역수송 작용을 저해한다. 따라서 고중성지방혈증은 이상지질혈증의 중요한 핵심요소이다.이상지질혈증의 치료

The syndrome of resistance to thyroid hormone are disorders in which the body's tissue are resistant to the effects of thyroid hormone. They are characterized by reduced clinical and biochemical manifestations of thyroid hormone action relative to the circulating hormone levels. In practice, such patients are identified because they have increased serum thyroxine (T₃) and triiodothyronine (T₄) and normal thyrotropin (TSH) levels in the absence of intercurrent acute illness, drugs, or alterations of thyroid hormone binding to serum proteins. Since the publication of the index cases in 1967 by Refetoff et al., about 200 cases have been reported. Mutations which result in single amino acid substitutions in the T₃ binding region of the β receptor molecule is suggested for causal mechanism. We experienced a case of 26 year old female with generalized resistance to thyroid hormone. She had increased serum concentration of free thyroxine (fT₄ 5.42 ng/dl) and triiodothyronine (T₃$gt;800ng/dl). Serum TSH level were increased (TSH: 2.08 μIU/ml). The serum α-subunit/TSH molar ratio was less than 1.0 and Magnetic Resonance Imaging showed no evidence of pituitary mass. These features are characteristics of the syndrome of generalized resistance to thyroid hormone. So we present this case of syndrome of generalized resistance to thyroid hormone with a literature review.

시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용수준 비교에 관한 연구 - 공공 및 민간 건축CM사업을 중심으로-

지속적으로 성장하고 있는 CM시장에서 CM기업이 생존 발전하기 위하여 CM고객(발주자)의 수요에 대한 이해는 필수적인 과제이다. CM수요에 대한 이해는 CM서비스 마케팅의 필수 요건이자 CM기업 경쟁력 향상의 출발점이기 때문이다. 본 연구의 주제는"CM고객은 시공이전단계에서 CM기업에게 어떠한 CM서비스를 주로 요구하고 있는가?"라는 질문을 모티브로 설정되었으며 연구의 목적은 시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용수준을 공공 및 민간 건축CM사업을 중심으로 비교 분석하고 주요 특징 및 시사점을 발굴하는데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 주요 결과는 공공 및 민간 건축CM사업에서 발주자가 요구하는 CM서비스에는 다소 차이가 있지만 공정관리 및 사업비관리에 대한 활용 수준이 공통적으로 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 발주자가 CM기업으로부터 어떠한 CM서비스를 제공받기를 원하는지에 대한 이해는 CM기업 입장에서는 어떠한 CM서비스 역량을 우선적으로 강화해야하는지를 이해하고 대응 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 과제이다. In addition, the use of CM services during pre-construction stages has been increasingly recognized as a critical factor to succeed in construction projects. Understanding clients' needs of pre-construction CM services is important for CM firms to strategically prepare and cope with market needs. The objective of the paper is to investigate and compare the usage level of CM services in public and private building projects during pre-construction stages, and to identify key characteristics and implications for CM firms. The paper identified that although there are some differences in CM service needs between public and private sectors, time management and cost management commonly showed the higher usage level.
