        니코틴과 트리암시놀론 아세토니드를 함유하는 생분해성 마이크로스피어의 제조시 분무건조법과 용매증발법의 비교

        The microspheres have been developed as a new drug delivery system. Although many particulate drug carriers, such as liposome, niosome and emulsion, have been introduced, injectable and biodegradable microspheres appears to be a particularly ideal delivery system because the local anesthesia is not necessary for the insertion of large implants and for the removal of the device after the drug release is finished. Biodegradable microspheres with nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide are prepared and evaluated. As biodegradible polymers, PLA (M.W. 15,000, PLA-0015), PLGA (M.W. 17,000, RG 502) and PLGA (M.W. 8,600, RG 502H) are used. This study attempted to prepare and evaluate the nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide-incorporated microspheres, which were prepared by two methods, solvent-evaporation and spray-drying methods. The microspheres, as a disperse system for injections, were evaluated by particle size, size distribution, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns. The differences of preparation method, partition coefficient, types of polymer, and preparation conditions of microspheres influence the particle size, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns.

      • 균열밀도에 따른 R·C 슬래브 교량의 내하력 평가

        Through the exterior features on reinforced concrete slab, crack density and crack originate deflections ratio crack density, decrease percentage of load carrying capacity, crack originate deflections ration and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity were statistically analyzed. Crack density, crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity are very closely related each other with 0.724, 0.821 and 0.317 of correlation coefficient within 95% of mind level. However, the correlation between crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity was low. Through the regression equation curve method in which crack density selected as independent variable, crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity as dependent variable, regression equations were presumed. Equations exist in mind level range of F(0.05, S-curve showed the highest, conformance with 79.5%, 72.2%. The regression equation between CRD or LCCD and CD was also shown. The overall judgement of load carrying capacity of bridges can be possible through the moreover investigation of crack density, the time needed precision could be valuable data for lower maintenance cost, the degree of deterioration of bridges and safety judgement.

      • 안와저골절 환자에서 구강외과와 안과의 공동 치료

        안와저 골절을 동반한 다발성 악안면부 골절 환자에서는 외상의 범위가 여러 임상과의 전문영역에 모두 관련되는 경우가 많아서 만족할 만한 수술적 치료 결과를 얻기위해서는 이들 여러분야 전문의들의 협력이 필수적이다. 저자들은 본원의 여러 분과가 관련되어 있는 악안면부의 다발성 골절 환자에 대해, 각 과가 각각의 치료를 하였던 경우와 구강외과와 안과가 공동으로 치료하였던 결과를 비교하여 악안면 외상 치료에 있어서 관련 임상과들의 team approach의 중요성을 확인하였다. Complicated blow-out fracture involving the multiple bones should be examined and treated by team approach incorporatimg the aid of an ophthalmologist, an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, an otolaryngologist, and a neurosurgeon. We compared the surgical treatment of two facial bone trauma cases involved with the orbital floor fracture by different approach. Surgical treatment of complicated blow-out fracures with a team approach was more effective than single department oriented approach.

        This study was conducted to detect the allelopathic effect of water and ethanol extracts from 4 plant species (Lactuca sativa L., Ambrosia elatior L., Oenothenra odorata Jasp., Ginkgo biloba L.) on germination and growth of lettuce seeds. A little bit higher inhibitory effect was obtained in ethanol extracts rather than water extracts. Allelopathic effects varied in the source of extracts and concentrations of 4 plant species and the highest allelopathic effect appeared in 10% solution, regardless of plant species.

        정신과 입원 환자의 직종별 불안 성향에 관한 연구

        The present study was to examine the relationship between psychiatric inpatients' occuputions and their anxiety level. The sampling subjects were randomly selected by 3 stage probability proportional culster extraction method among psychiatric who were admitted to the psychiatric clinics and hospitals nationwide. Four hundred and twenty eight subjects including 249 males and 179 females were undergone by questionnaire survey while measurement of anxiety was done by using Zung's self-rating anxiety scale. Collected data were processed by IBM PC AT computer using SPSS program and statistically analyzed by chi-square test and analysis of variance. 1) It was revealed that these psychiatric inpatients showed relatively higher rates of the unemployed (34.6%), single(43.2%), and divorce(5.1%). 2) Patients with higher classes of occupation such as administrative, managerial or clerical workers showed higher rate of divorce. 3) In the occupational distribution of psychiatric disorders, psychotic disorders were more prevalent among high or low occupational classes, neurotic disorders more prevalent among middle occupational classes, while psychoactive substance use disorder more prevalent among farmers and sales workers. 4) Overall the mean anxiety score of the whole subjects is 39.28 ±14.67. The mean anxiety score (39.71±14.89) of the pschiatric inpatients with job is higher than that (36.59±14.20) of the unemployed. 5) In the anxiety tendency according to occupational classification, the unemployed showed less anxiety compared with the employed. Patients with middle occupational classes such as fishing workers and sales workers showed higher levels of the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory and skin system anxiety, while patients with higher or lower occupational classes showed lower anxiety. In the relationship between occupational classes and level of anxiety, it showed profiles of inverted V curve. 6) The lower occupational classes such as sales workers showed higher anxiety level, while the higher occupational classes such as clerical workers showed lowest one. Particularly the fishing group exposed in the higher stress situation showed the highest level of anxiety.

      • 의사결정 방법에 의한 철근콘크리트 구조물의 상태평가

        In this study, a method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process for systematizing the maintenance and securing the safety of the reinforce concrete bridges using an appearance inspection and state evaluation was proposed. It would be possible for general structure engineers to appraise the bridges with this method. Results from periodical inspections are mostly qualitative because of the inspector's subjective judgment. Therefore, for more objectivity of the results from the safety inspections. quantitative standardization processes of the appraisal items areessentially required. Properties of the selected items were standardized with reference to the existing research results and actual data. As for the item thatis difficult to represent quantitatively, word variable of the Analytic Hierarchy Process was introduced and standardized so that the objectivity of the subjective valuation was acquired. Results from this study are as followed. It is possible to acquire very reliable appraisal results of the reinforce concrete bridges according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process defined in this study. Result from this study can be applied practically through the application and analysis of the appraisal technique and the procedure with actual data. Verification through the practical uses and improvements are required for the development in this field.

      • 노안수술후 각막형태검사 변화

        We prospectively analyzed the corneal topography of 26 eyes in 26 patients who had undergone scleral expansion for correcting presbyopia. We examined 26 eyes of 26 patients which were devided into 2 groups (mean age: 51 years, range 40-60 years) according to type of scleral expansion band, with computerized corneal topographic analysis system. Preoperatively and 5 times postoperatively (1day, 1week, 2weeks, 1month, 2months), quantitative descriptors of corneal topograpgy such as Sim K (simulated keratometry value), SRI(surface regularity index), and SAI(surface asymmetry index) were measured at each visit. The mean follow-up period was 43 days. Sim K of the operative eyes ranged from 0 to 2.5 (mean, 0.93) before operation, and mean 2.24 at postoperative 1 day in group Ⅰ. In group Ⅱ, Sim K was mean 2.20 at postoperative 1 day and decreased thereafter. SRI was from 0.54 to 1.39 and SAI was from 0.09 to 0.45 before operation. After operation, mean SAI was maximum at postoperative 2 week and mean SRI was maximum at postoperative 1 day and decreased thereafter. After two months, it became minimum. This study demonstrates that quantitative topographic change after scleral expansion for correcting presbyopia were great during first 1 week after surgery but this change diminished thereafter. Further long studies are in progress to evaluate the long term effects of this procedure.

      • 균열밀도에 따른 RC교량의 내하력 평가 및 수명 예측

        There are several causes, the Percussion from the exterior, the decline of capacity by circumstances, the crack occurred in the interior, the carbonation and soon, that can shorten the span of the concreted construction. And crack density of bridge structures gets higher when they are deteriorated because the concrete crack is the problem of usability. Higher crack density cause the higher bending moment and lower load carrying capacity. In this reason, crack investigation was executed to understand the relation among the degree of degradation caused by the crack occurred on reinforced concrete structures and deflections ratio and load carrying capacity. Deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity of the structures were statistcally analyzed when medium crack which has crack width over O.lmm generated. However, the crack itself, as the primary factor of the life-curtailment of concreted construction, is principal and should bring about the erosion of the reinforcing rod and the span of life.

      • DNA chip을 사용한 myeloid cell의 유전자 발현분석

        Total RNAs were extracted from promyeloid cell(HL60)and myeloid cell(U937). Reverse-transcriptions of the RNAs were performed by using AMV-reverse transcriptase. The RNAs of promyeloid cell and myeloid cell were labelled with fluorescent dye of Cy5-dUTP and Cy3-dUTP, respectively. The reverse-transcribed and labelled RNA was hybridized to a DNA chip containing 384 human cDNAs. Comparative analyses of the gene expression profiles for promyeloid cell and myeloid cell were monitored by gene pie plot or scatter plot, and the gene expression ratios of promyeloid cell/myeloid cell were determined. The expression ratios for thymosin beta-10 gene, immunophilin homolog ARA9/HBV-X associated protein gene, Bcl-w/KIAA0271 actin beta gene and heat shock protein86 gene were determined to be 31%/69%, 26%/74%, 11%/89%, 51%/49% and 79%/2l%, respectively.

      • P.C Panel과 H-Beam의 볼트접합에 의한 橫力 抵抗 시스템

        There are many types of lateral structural resisting systems (framed system, braced system, shear wall system, Tube system, core system, etc), which are basically based on structural subsystem. There are three primary types of 2D or 3D vertical subsystems in buildings (1) Wall subsystems; (2) Vertical Shafts; and (3) Rigid Beam-Column frame. Wall are very rigid subsystem in their plane and may be made up of solid concrete panel, braced timber, steel trusses, and so on. Shafts are stiff 3-D tube structures and are usually made up of four solid or trussed walls for ventilation and services. they can carry vertical loads and serve as excellent horizontal-force resisting elements. they also have some problems, which are space planning inflexibility, disagree between horizontal stiffness center and inertia center, construction problems and soon. Rigid-frame subsystems are very good for space planning flexibility, but vertical resisting stiffness is very small. This study is a structural model analysis for rigid frame with P.C panel to increase lateral stiffness for rigid-frame subsystem. we modeled exterior spandrel beam bolted with P.C panel which is acting as shear wall action. The analysis results showed vertical stiffness increasement. if we apply this method to rigid-frame at inter and exterior wall, we can esealy large increament of the lateral stiffness of the rigid-frame.
