택견 전수단체의 현황과 기예의 비교

택견의 양적 팽창과는 달리 택견 전수단체 간의 갈등으로 인하여 문화재로서의 가치가 상실되고 서로간의 현실적 이해관계로 인한 갈등으로 택견의 총체적 위기를 맞고 있다. 이러한 상황을 해결하고 발전적으로 나아가기 위해서는 무형문화재의 보존과 발전적 계승이라는 모순되는 부분에서의 합일점을 찾아야만 한다.초대 예능보유자 송덕기·신한승에 대한 고찰을 통해 내재된 갈등의 미묘한 차이는 있었지만 이것이 두 보유자의 몸짓의 차이라고는 볼 수 없다. 이 후 벌어지는 단체간의 대립과 분열, 갈등의 배경과 원인을 살펴보면서 무형문화재가 필연적으로 겪게 되는 전통의 재창출 과정 속에서 현실적 이해와 결부될 수밖에 없었던 것을 알 수 있었다. 이른바 보유자 선정을 놓고 둘러 싼 1차 정체성 논쟁과 대한체육회 가맹문제에 따른 2차 정체성 논쟁으로 빚어진 것이 갈등의 배경과 원인이 된 것이다.문화재의 권위에 강하게 도전할수록 이를 견제하고 극복하기 위한 새로운 대안들이 끊임없이 생산되었기 된다. 이 또한 무형문화제도의 본질적 모순인 구심적 전승과 원심적 전승의 문제가 끊임없이 부딪치면서 발생되는 필연적 모순인 것이다. 물론 이 모든 갈등의 배경에 문화재보호법과 제도의 문제점이 도사리고 있다.본 연구에서는 발전적 전승 방안의 기준으로 이원적 전승을 제시하고 있다. 본래 택견의 전승은 여러 지역과 다양한 계층을 통해 이뤄졌다고 생각한다. 전승의 경로는 각택견의 특성과도 밀접한 관련이 있다고 생각한다. 놀이로 유희로 경기로 무예로. 체계적이고 집단적인 전승이 이뤄졌다고 볼 근거는 매우 희박하다. 따라서 전승주체에 따라 많은 변화를 보였을 것이라는 짐작도 조심스레 해본다.이런 생각을 바탕으로 각 계파의 다양성을 인정하고 그 가치를 공유해야 한다고 결론지었다. 그리고 그 하나 된 협의체인 ‘택견원’에서 현재 택견의 공통분모를 도출해 내고 그것을 각 전수단체가 공유해야 한다. Despite Taekgyeon‘s quantitative expansion, the conflict between organizations has reduced its value as a cultural heritage; the conflicting interests result in the total crisis of Taekgyeon. In order to solve such a situation, a contact must be found between the preservation of intangible cultural asset and developmental inheritance. This study, despite the logical paradox of the cultural heritage preservation law, aims to deduce a conclusion on the developmental policy of Taekgyeon.To get an answer to this question, many teaching organizations have been involved in hegemony conflicts and survival struggles regarding the cultural heritage designation. There was a sensitive difference observed in the consideration of the early cultural heritage holders Deokgi Song and Hanseung Shin, but it was not a difference in their arts. The conflict was only depicted so by the later members who brought up to the surface the conflict between the two people due to the Taekgyeon's identity struggle.Surveying the background and origin of the conflict, schism and struggle between organizations from then on, it became obvious that it was inevitable that in the process of the recreation of tradition which is common to all intangible cultural assets, realistic interests would cause a problem. The selection of heritage holder caused the first identity struggle, whereas the question of affiliating to the Korean Sports Association led to the second identity struggle.Before Gyeonghwa Jung was nominated as the heritage holder, Yongbok Lee demanded his extra nomination for GyeollonTaekgyeon as a separate heritage; when this failed, he filed a lawsuit to nullify Jung's nomination. As his stance changed from extra nomination to nullifying Jung's nomination, there was an attempt to dichotomise the difference between the arts of Shin and Song; this was to establish the identity of Song in order to distinguish himself from the heritage holder. Also, to work with the privilege of the Korean Sports Association, Lee's attempt to affiliate to the giant organization with his own Korean Taekgyeon Association failed and led to the second identity struggle.This was because new plans were produced to check and overcome challenges to the authority of the heritage. Also, the natural paradox between centripetal heritance and centrifugal heritance makes such struggle an inevitable paradox. Of course, what lies at the bottom of all trouble is the problem of heritage preservation law and system.24 years after Taekgyeon's designation as a cultural heritage, each organization lives in its own way; as they get together, modern Taekgyeon sees a new transitional period. After the sudden death of the early heritage holders which shook the Taekgyeon world, teaching organizations now slowly seek new solutions.This study proposes dualism in heritance, regarding the developmental inheritance policy. The author sees that the heritance of Taekgyeon originally occurred in various regions and various classes; and the inheritance route is closely linked to the characteristics of the art. It is difficult to see that there was a systematic and collective heritance from play to entertainment to sport to martial art. Also, it may be cautiously suggested that much change was made by the inheriting bodies.Based on this, it was concluded that each discipline must accept diversity and share its value. Also, since it is clear that such diversity, when united, would create much impact, Taekgyeon's spirit, complimentary coexistence, has been pursued. Also, the study concludes that a unitary association, namely Taekgyeonwon, should create the common denominator which may be shared by each teaching organization. Such unity in holding competitions and competing against each other would acknowledge each other's value and enable Taekgyeon and teaching organizations' development.

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is known to have a poor prognosis and major cause of morbidity and motality in patients with hematologic disease. Without adequate therapy, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis will almost always progress to fatal pneumonia. Early administration of antifungal agents in patient with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is most important. And surgical resection of aspergillous-infected tissue may be useful in patients with lesions that are contiguous with great vessel and lesions causing hemoptysis. We reported a rare case of surgical resection as curative treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patient in 58-year-old man who had the history of acute myeloid leukemia.

Agranulocytosis, one of the major side effects of antithyroid a gents, probably occurs in less than 0.25% of cases treated with antithyroid agents. It usually occurs within the first several weeks or months after the initiation of therapy, when drug dosage is higher. Most reported cases of agranulocytosis have occurred during the first 3 months of therapy. We describe here a rare case that did not experience the side effect for 6 years of antithyroid agent treatment but presented with agranulocytosis in one month after re-exposure. It suggests that the major side effect such as agranulocytosis can occur in patients who had undergone prior uneventful antithyroid drug therapy.

N/A Comparative analytic review on clinical, endoscopic and histopathological findings was done in 13 cases of young age (under 29), 446 cases of mid age (30~69) and 39 cases of old age (above 70) stomach cancer who were visited Department of Internal Medicine of Masan Koryo General Hospital from March 1981 to July 1985. The following results were obtained: The peak of age incidence was the 5th decade amounting to 36.8%. The ratio between male and female was 2.6:1. The main chief complaint of each group was epigastric pain and it was followed by epigastric fullness. The most patient had the duration of symptom from 3 months to 6 months. For old-age group, mid-age group, major site of lesion in the antrum, meanwhile body for young-age group. The most frequent type of gastric cancer was type III in each group by Borrmanns classification. For each group, adenocarcinoma was major cases in the view of histopathological findings, and incidence of well differentiated type adenocarcinoma were lower in young-age group than others.

The incidence of aseptic meningitis infection is ensuing and threatening the health of children. Enteroviruses are the major agents of aseptic meningitis and identification of virus has been a clue to diagnosis and epidemiology. The outbreak of aseptic meningitis occurred in Pusan, 1998. Patients were concentrated from April through November. Children were more susceptible than adults. Among 306 cases of specimens from stool, throat swab tested, only 7.2% were positive on virus isolation, 12 cases from stool and 10 from throat, respectively. All isolated 7 serotypes of viruses represented cytopathic effect on cultured cells. Three types of echovirus 6, 25, 30 and coxsackievirus B2, B3, B4, B6 were identified by neutralizing anti body test. Isolated coxsackievirus and echovirus were observed by an electron microscope with negative staining.

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment Outcomes of Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis: a Retrospective Analysis of 70 Patients

Backgroud: Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) is uncommon and there are few data on the clinical characteristics, optimal therapeutic strategies, and outcomes. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of patients with newly diagnosed CPA and assessed the clinical, radiologic, and laboratory responses, and outcomes between January 2008 and January 2012. Results: A total of 70 CPA patients were included. Median age was 55 years and 51 patients (72.9% ) were men. Fifty-seven patients (81.4%) had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis and 32 patients (45.7%) had non-tuberculosis mycobacterium (NTM) lung disease, 17 of whom had a history of NTM treatment and 15 was under NTM treatment. Sixty-nine patients (98.6%) received oral itraconazole, except one with oral voriconazole for a median duration of 6.2 months. Symptomatic improvement occurred in 52 patients (74.3%), radiologic improvement occurred in 29 (41.4%), and laboratory tests improved more than 60% of all patients. Thirty-six patients (51.4%) achieved treatment success, defined as symptomatic improvement after at least 6 months of therapy regardless of radiological improvement, and 4 of whom needed retreatment after a median of 8.4 months. There was no difference in clinical characteristics and outcomes according to NTM status and 10 (14.3%) discontinued therapy due to adverse reactions. Death occurred in 10 (14.3%) and median follow-up duration was 11.2 months. Conclusion: Antifungal therapy for about 6 months and reassessment of disease might be feasible treatment strategy in managing patients with CPA.

Abstract: As known in clinical trial like DCCT, UKPDS, tight glycemic control is essential to prevent complications from diabetes mellitus(DM). In type 2 diabetes taking multiple medication, nonadherence to medications is common problem. The aim of our study is to investigate adher-ence rate of patients with type 2 DM and to evaluate association between many factors including adherence rate and HbA_(1C). 441 patients with type 2 DM who visited Busan National University Hospital endocrine internal department from Aug 13 to Sep 2, 2008(3weeks) were enrolled. We conducted a man-to-man questionnaire survey about general knowledge about diabetes mellitus, medicine and adherence, and measured HbA_(1C). Among them, 305 patients taking oral hypo-glycemic agent(OHA) were analyzed to investigate correlation between adherence rate and glycemic control. We studied 305 patients(male 126, female 179, average age 61.2±9.8 years, DM duration 8.6±6.4 years, average adherence 88.8±16.2%, average HbA_(1C) 7.03± 1.18%). HbA_(1C) showed significant relation with DM duration(r=0.137, p=0.017), number of aHA in regimen (r=0.135, p=0.018), dosage frequency(r=0.132, p=0.026), Medication Refill Adherence(MRA)(r=-0.124, p=0.030) and adherence(r=-0.168, p=0.003). Adherence had significant relation with MRA(r=0.148, p=0.010) but didn't have statical corelationship with DM duration, number of aHA and dosage frequency. Patients that their adherence rate exceed 90% took fewer OHA(p=0.011) and went on a better dietary treatment(p=0.007). In patients controlling diabetes mellitus with aHA, when adherence rate and MRA was higher, HbA_(1C) was lower. As a result, to improve adher-ence rate, it is necessary to enhance patient education, do careful consideration about prescrip-tion medicine number and dosage frequency

실험적 진폐증에서 투여약제에 따른 면역학적 병리학적 조직변화

To access the effects of some drugs such as piperazine phosphare, azathioprine and allopurinol in the experimental pneumoconiosis, 263 rats weighted 240-320 gm was divided into the control and eight experimental groups. To each group, the turbid solution mixed free silica, talc and natural coal dust of 50 mg in 0.8 ml saline were instilled intratracheally. At the begining and 5th week of experiment, piperazine phosphate(8mg/week orally), aspirin(1.5mg/day intramuscularly), azathioprine(25mg/day orally) and allopurinol(1.5mg/day orally) were administered simultaneously, while the dust turbid solution was only given to the control group. For each group the change of body weight. dry right lung weight, cellularity including total cell, macrophage, lymphocyte and neurtrophil in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, superoxide ion, hydroxyproline, leukotriene B₄, tumor necrotsis factor, prostaglandin E₂were examined, and observed the pathological chages in lung tissue. The results were as follow : 1. The larger amount of their instilled dust and the longer observation period, the severer pathological findings were found in the lung tissue of each experimental group. 2. The body and dry right lung wight was not significantly changed in the experimental groups compared with the control group. 3. The number of total cell in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was markedly less in the experimental group than the control one, while no significant difference was found in the percent alveolar macrophages and lymphocytes in both groups. However, the percent of neutrophiles was usually lower than in the control group. 4. The amount of superoxide ion was frequently less in the experimental group compared with the control one. 5. The amount of hydroxyproline was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control one. 6. The amount of leukotriene B₄was usually less in the drug administered group than in the control one. 7. The amount of tumor necrotic factor was also frequently lower in each experimental group than in the control one. 8. The amount of prostaglandin E₂was usually higher in each experimental group than in the control one.

MR Angio영상의 Ray Casting 가속화 Algorithm에 관한 연구

Volume render is to visualize 3D (3 Dimension) information, which is used in diverse applications, such as medical imaging, fluid dynamics, meteorology, failure analysis, and molecular modeling. Medical applications are mainly diagnosis. virtual surgery. image guided surgery and others. Most widely used 3D method in MR and CT Images is Ray Casting, It has some shortcomings of the slow rendering speed. In this reason, many 3D volume visualization methods have been developed. General methods are surface and volume rendering. This paper intends to, show that the job related 3D volume visualization let' us be capable of displaying more realistic images than surface rendering. Proposed method is Ray Casting witch Octree algorithm, Which follows as bellow steps. First of all, depth information is made by threshold segmentation. Secondly, depth range is adjusted. Finally, area within specified depth range is processed to produce the result image. In this step, sampling point which is acquired by interpolating voxel is blended as. semitransparent material. Using blending operation, overlapped objects can be displayed correctly. It accelerates the job more than general Ray Casting.
