In this study, a measuring system of the initial permeability of soft-ferrite powder is developed by using a linear variable differential transformer's coil, and investigated about a demagnetizing factor. Magnetic powder is extensively used for a magnetic fluid and microwave absorber's materials etc.. In these applications, it is significantly important for us to measure an initial permeability of magnetic ceramic powder. Unfortunately, there are not any measuring equipment and method directly up to the present.
면취기 시스템에 있어서 부하의 관성모멘트에 따른 가변 PID 일정 장력제어의 기초연구

In the winding system, the constant tension control is too important. In this study, we've investigated about a variable PID system as a function of a radius of winding roll. As a result, it was possible to measure a winding roll radius in the real time by making a mathematical model for measuring a winding roll radius. Finally, we've compared PID parameters as a function of winding roll radius after getting PID parameters in terms of the Ziegler & Nichols(ZN) method.
초고집적소자의 층간절연막용 polysilazane계 spin on glass (SOG)에 관한 연구

초고집적소자의 층간절연막으로서의 polysilazane계 spin on glass (SOG)의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. 상용화된 무기 SOG 계열의 polysilazane과 polysilazane에 산화제를 첨가하여 SiO_2로의 변환 능력을 향상시킨 물질을 spin coating하고 curing하여 SOG 막을 제조한 다음, 400℃에서 900℃까지의 온도범위에서 열에 SOG막을 형성하여 gapfill 특성을 비교하였으며, SOG막에 contact hole을 형성한 다음 습식 세정에 대한 저항성을 평가하였다. 산화제를 첨가함으로써 polysilazane polymer 구조에서 SiO_2로의 변환이 더욱 효과적으로 이루어져, 기존 SOG 막에 비해 밀도 및 습식세정 chemical에 대한 저항성이 우수하고거 gapfill 특성은 동등한 수준인 SOG 막을 제조할 수 있었다. 특히, 기존의 SOG 막의 경우 좁은 gap space 내에서 curing이 충분하게 이어나지 않아 습식 세정시 hole profile이 나빠지는 문제를 산화제 첨가를 통해 해결할 수 있었다. We have investigated the feasibility of spin on glass (SOG) film from polysilazane-type resin as a premetal dielectric (PMD) layer of the next-generation ultra-large scale integrated (ULSI) devices. A commercial polysilazane resin and a polysilazane-type resin with oxidzing agent were spin-coated and cured to form SOG films. In order to study the effect of oxidizing agent and annealing, the SOG films were characterized as cured and after annealing at 400℃ to 900℃. The density and the resistance against wet chemical of the SOG films were improved by the addition of oxidizing agent, because oxidizing agent enhanced the conversion from polysilazane polymer to siO_2. The hole profile issue associated with insufficient curing of polysilazane innarrow gaps was alao resolved by oxidizing agent, while the gapfill capability of SOG was not deteriorated by oxidizing agent.
복수암 Sarcoma 180을 생쥐의 B 임파구 분화에 미치는 Ascorbate의 영향

Ascorbate is one of the important radical scavengers. Its roles in biological system including anti-cancer effects have been broadly studied. Ascorbate recovered the function of B lymphocytes which was suppressed by Sarcoma 180-derived immunosuppressive factor(s). Production of anti-SRBC antidody was increased by the adminisration of ascorbate in the Sarcoma 180 culture supernatant-treated mice. Ascorbate enhanced the suppressed immune function of tumor-bearing hosts. Treatment of 1 mg of ascorbate increased the function of B lymphocytes, however, 10ug of ascorbate treatment decreased. In vitro treatment of ascorbate increased the immunoglobulin production ac-cording to the increasement of ascorbate concentration. These results also imply that ascorbate may be a immunoreeulatory molecule.

The purpose of the study was to test the relationship between tennis activity loyalty and perceived constraints. Based on this purpose three hypotheses were established: H1) Tennis activity constraints will predict tennis participants' affective attachment level. H2) Tennis activity constraints will discriminate between high and low group classified by frequency of involvement in tennis. H3) Tennis activity loyalty patterns will demonstrate different effects on tennis constraints. The subjects were 159 university students who were involved in tennis classes at Cheju National University. Tennis activity constraints were assessed by Tennis Activity Constraints Scale(Yang. 1997). Subjects were asked to how important each constraint would be their decision to discontinue or irregular participating in tennis on a 5-point Likert scale (1 =extremely unimportant, 5=extremely important). Loyalty was assessed by combining a measure of affective attachment with a measure of behavior. Affective attachment to tennis was assessed using a 10-item questionnaire developed by researchers. Behavior involvement was measured by their frequency of involvement. Respondents were assigned to one of four group(high loyalty. spurious loyalty, latent loyalty. low loyalty). The major findings of this study were a s follows. First, Tennis participants' affective attachment level could be significantly predicted from time, significant others, and will constraints. Second, Tennis activity constraints of significant others, will and time could be discriminated between high and low group classified by frequency of participation. Third, High loyalty group perceived significantly lower level of time, significant others, and will constraint scores than did latent loyalty and low loyalty group. High loyalty group perceived significantly lower level of facility constraint score than did latent loyalty.
사람중성구 Cathepsin G의 분리와 Anti-Human Cathepsin G Antibody의 in vivo 합성 및 분리

Human neurtrophil cathepsin G was purified by two step procedure involving ultrogel AcA54 gel filtration and CM-Sephadex ion exchange chromatography. Highly purified human neutrophil cathepsin G was injected to rabbit for in vivo synthesis of anti-human cathepsin G antibodies. For purificaion of Ab, precipitation by ammonium sulfate, DEAD-cellulose ion exchange chromatography and CNBr-activated sepharose 4B affinity chromatography was applied Purified Antibodies detected by immumoprecipitation showed specificity against human neutrophil cathepsin G but not human neutrophil elastsae.
3종 페라이트/고무 복합형 전파흡수체에 있어서 재료정수의 주파수 의존성

In this study, ferrite/rubber composite specimens have prepared by molding and curing the mixture of matrix silicon rubber and three kinds of filler particle Mn-Zn/Ni-Zn/Ni₂Y ferrite which are synthesized by the coprecipitation mehtod. The mixing ratio of three kinds of ferrite filler paticle gave variety to adjust the material constant of composite microwave absorbers. Material constants of composite specimens were calculated from the measured variables(s-parameter) over the frequency range from 1 to 12 GHz by means of Network Analyzer(HP8722D) with a co-axial type air line. The reflection loss was calculated from material constants on the impedance matching map utilizing simplex method. By chaging mixing ratio of three kinds of ferrite filler particle, the frequency range over than 20dB were relatively broaden and maximum reflection loss were remarkably reduced to others specimens excepted specimen D. Finally, it could make microwave absorber to be used for C-band frequency range.
