        미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

        In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

        원발성 유방암에서 Sodium Iodide Symporter의 발현과 ^(99m)Tc-MIBI 유방스캔의 관계

        목적: hNIS는 갑상선 조직 외에 다른 조직들에서도 발현된다고 알려져 있다. 유방암 세포는 그런 조직들 중에 하나이며, 그에 의한 유방암의 방사성옥소치료의 가능성이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유방암 조직에서 hNIS의 발현정도를 알아보고, ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔과 hNIS의 발현 정도와의 관계를 조사하여 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 유방암으로 수술을 시행했던 56명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. hNIS의 발현은 면역조직화학염색에 의해서 평가되었으며, 그 결과를 ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔의 판정 결과와 비교하였다. 결과: 전체 56명의 환자에서 hNIS의 발현율은 41.1%였다. 병리학적 진단에 의해 침윤성관상피암종이었던 49명에서의 발현율은 42.9%, 관상피내암종이었던 7명에서의 발현율은 28.6%였다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 국소섭취 소견이 관찰되었던 41명에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 31.7%였다. 비정상적인 섭취 소견이 관찰되지 않았던 15명의 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율이 의미있게 높게 관찰되었다(66.7%, p>0.05). 결론: 유방암 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 그다지 높지 않았다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 섭취증가 소견이 없을 때 hNIS의 발현율이 더 높았다. Purpose: Human Na^+/I- symporter (hNIS) is known to be expressed in many tissues other than thyroid gland. The breast cancer cells are one of them and the possibility of radioiodine therapy in treatment of the breast cancer may be suggested. We investigated the expression rate of hNIS and the relationship between the expression of hNIS and the finding of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography in the breast cancer. Materials and Methods: Surgically proved 56 patients with breast cancer were the subjects of this study. The expression of hNIS were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and the results were compared to the findings of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. Results: Overall expression rate of hNIS was 41.1% in 56 patients. According to the pathologic diagnosis, it was 42.9% in 49 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma and 28.6% in the 7 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ. The expression rate of hNIS in the 41 cases with a focal increased uptake at he breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammogram was 31.7%. That in the 15 cases without any abnormal uptake on the scan was significantly higher(66.7%, p<0.05). Conclusion: The expression rate of hNIS in the patients with breast cancer was not so high. The rate was higher in the patients with no increased uptake at the breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. (Korean J Nucl Med 2002;36;325-32)

      • 복합시스템의 신뢰도 평가를 위한 회귀분석

        절연체 내부의 보이드로 인하여 부분방전이 발생하면 국부파괴와 완전절연파괴의 원인이 된다. 부분방전으로 생기는 트리잉은 절연재료를 열화 시키고 절연 수명을 단축시키는 중요한 원인이 되므로 절연파괴를 미연에 감지하여 절연재료 수명을 예측할 수 있는방법에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 부분방전 및 음향방출 감지 시스템을 이용한 컴퓨터 감지 시스템을 개발하여 각시스템의 장점을 이용함으로써 열화진단을 실시하였다. 부분방전 감지 시스템의 장점은 음향에 비하여 검출 신호가 양호하고. 고전압 절연 장치의 신뢰성을 평가하기에 적합하다. 또한 음향방출 감지 시스템의 장점은 전자기의영향을 받지 않고, 열화 과정을 실시간으로 관찰할수 있다는 것이다. 이 두 가지의 장점을 복합적으로 이용하면 절연재료 내부에서 발생하는 트리의 위치와 부분방전을 효과적으로 감지할 수 있다. 열화 분석 방법으로 먼저 부분방전 펄스와 음향방출 펄스를 회귀분석하여 T검정에 의한 상관계수와 결정계수를 구하여 비교해본 결과 부분방전과 음향방출 펄스는 대체적으로 비슷한 형태를 보였다. 이것은 Yoshimura와 Fuitta의 연구 결과와 일치하였다. The partial discharge that occurs due to internal voids. usually causes local breakdown or may lead to entire breakdown of insulation. Treeing due to PD is one of the main causes of breakdown of the insulating materials and reduction of the insulation life. Therefore the necessity for establishing a method to diagnose the aging of insulation materials and to predict the breakdown of insulation has become important. From this viewpoint, our studies diagnose insulation degradation using the method of computer sensing system, which has the advantages of PD and acoustic emission(AE) sensing system To use advantages of these two methods can be used effectively to search for treeing location and PD in some materials. To evaluate the degree of degradation. we analysed the PD pulses and AE pulses by regression analysis. compared these obtained correlation coefficients with determination coefficients by T-distribution and found that PD and AE pulses show a similar pattern on the whole. This is in agreement with the results of the research by Yoshimura and Fujita.

        A significant change in the curriculum in Korean Sports and Leisure leaders can be observed recently. The major reason for this change is the increasing demand for instructors in the commercial sport sector. The purpose of this study was to clarify the professional knowledge and abilities required for an instructor in the commercial sport managemant. A Survey was conducted by using a random sample of employees in the commercial Sport facilities. The results of the survey show the majority of sport instructors are required not only teach but to do task involved in sport managemant. Nevertheless, they are not really ready to do all the managemant tasks required.

        The purpose of this study was to develope a social skill training and assess its effectiveness to bring about adolescent's self-realization and to help to prevent and to resolve the adolescent problem2s This social skill training based on mind training, recreation, and adolescent training program was developed focusing on improving adolescent's self-esteem, self-effectiveness and self-concept. The research hypotheses of this study are as follows : Based on the above study, the further research and educational implications were2 proposed : First, Trained professionals are need2ed to lead the social-program. Second, it is nessessary to put this program into practical use more than once a year systematically and constantly for every student. Third, there was no significant difference between one-night-two-day and two-night-three-day program. So it would be effective to put this program into practical use as much as possible during school days. Fourth, it is nessessary to put this program into practical use to elementary school and high school student as well as boy's and girl's middle school student and study the difference among the groups. Fifth, it is needed to study further on constant effectiveness after this program. Sixth, for the development and practice of this program more professional and systematical, multi-systematic approach (education office, school, and social-educational organizations) is needed.

      • GPS를 이용한 버스안내시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        최근 ITS의 활성화와 기술의 발달로 인해 실시간 교통자료를 수집하여 동적정보를 생성하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 정적정보인 노선안내 뿐 만 아니라 동적정보인 도착예정시간, 최단 여행시간 경로를 제공할 수 있는 버스안내시스템을 개발하는 것이 목적이며, GPS를 이용한 버스안내시스템을 개발하였다. GPS를 이용하여 버스의 통행자료를 실시간으로 수집하고, 이를 토대로 통행시간을 예측하며 출발지로부터 목적지까지의 최단여행시간 경로를 제공할 수 있다. 예측의 경우, 요일별, 시간대별의 패턴데이터를 이용하며 본 연구에서 제안한 예측기법을 통해 통행시간을 예측하고 적용 및 검증은 단일노선에 대하여 링크 통행시간 예측의 검증과 복합경로 네트워크에서 최단여행시간경로에 대해 검증을 실시하였다. 링크통행시간 예측의 검증 결과 시간의 흐름에 따라 변하하는 통행시간에 대하여 가장 최근 통행시간에 가중치를 두고 반영하는 본 연구의 예측기법이 표준평균법이나 이동평균법에 비하여 신뢰성있는 예측결과를 나타내었다. Recently it is possible to make dynamic information through the coolection of real-time traffic data because of the development of equipment and the activation of ITS(Intelligent Transport System). The purpose of this research is to develop the Bus Information System which offer not only the route guidance on static information but also the research planned time, shortest path of journey time on dynamic information and developed Bus Information System using Global Positioning System(GPS). This System is able to offer the shortest path of travel time from origin to destination because the trip data of bus collect by real time and base on travel time predict using GPS. In predict case, it is to use pattern data by days and time and then predict travel time of future through proposed predict method on this research. Inverification result of link travel time, the method predictionn of this research which reflected recently weighting travel time according to stream of time for travel time have appeared the credibility than method of standard average or method of moving average.

        I got this result that understand Physical Administration Organization of Korea change process and situation so as a result of new research method of social physical promotion for groping various kinds of literature and through some interviews of officials. To reinforce social physical policy, firstly we need a very strong centre administration organization. There are many variety so lots of policy parts and have closer relation in which repeat and connect side, agendas of the relevant authorities, the priority order of policy. if they don't have a very strong policy organization, it gets hard to propel of policy. Until it makes positively regime and system about physical, absolutely we need a very strong physical administration organization. secondly, we also need to physical administration reinforcement of a local government. The central government takes in policy affairs and a local government takes in execution affair or makes privatization. we will receive that execution function is management principle of a private business. we hope that we will find professional of a local physical affair staff and then they will think for their promotion. Thirdly, we will make a process system of effective social physical. To effective process social physical, we need to consist the government, a local government and a private group of social physical effective cooperation system. Especially, The private groups are Korean Amateur Sports Association and National Life Sports Association will request that Elite sports and social sports combine together to develop in the field to become a private group . Recently, the Korea Amateur Sports Association and National Life Sports Association don't have any problem about this works but a local government system have some problem. To sum up, they will make a good policy for them.

      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

      • GIS와 데이터베이스를 이용한 가로수정보 관리프로그램 구축

        The purpose of this research is to develops street trees management program for more an effective street trees management. The principal point of this program is to relate spatial data and attribute data that is the main concept in GIS(Geographic Information System). To do this function, MapObjects which is ESRI's mapping and GIS components was used to process spatial data and Access which had been developed by MS was used to manipulate attribute data in this program. Visual Basic also was used to design and develop user interfaces and procedures, relate two sort of data , and lastly complete Application. Relational data model was adopted to design tables and their relation, Antenucci's GIS development model was selected to design and complete this program. The configuration of this application is composed of management data and reference data. The management data includes the location of street tree, a growth condition, a surrounding environment , the characters of tree, an equipments, a management records and etc. The reference data include general information about tree, blight and insects.
