담연 최종건 회장의 리더십과 사회적 책임경영

본고는 선경의 창업자인 담연 최종건 회장의 리더십과 사회적 책임경영을 고찰하는데 있다. 선경(SK)은 창업자인 담연 최종건의 창업정신과 경영이념을 바탕으로 하여 세계 기업으로 성장하였고, 한국경제의 발전에 크게 기여한 기업집단이다. 선경은 1945년 출발한 이래 1953년 전쟁으로 폐허가 된 이 땅에 섬유산업의 씨앗을 뿌리고 화학산업을 일으켰을 뿐만 아니라, 「석유에서 섬유까지」의 수직계열화를 실천하기 위한 터전을 닦아놓아 그 후계자로 하여금 완성하게 하였다. 오늘날에도 창업자의 정신적 유산을 이어 받아 기업의 면모를 일신하면서 세계적 기업으로 성장과 발전을 거듭해왔고, 다양한 산업분야에 걸쳐 한국경제를 이끌어 가는 견인차의 역할을 하고 있다. 이렇듯 SK그룹이 한국경제를 주도하며 세계적인 기업집단으로 성장하는 과정 속에서 그룹 창업자인 담연 최종건 회장의 시대(1953-1973)는 도전과 개척의 역사였다. 그는 개척적인 도전정신과 정도경영을 통해 창의적이고 의욕적인 경영의 멋을 보여 주었다. 올바른 판단력, 그리고 과감한 결단력 과 실천력은 선경(SK)의 도전 정신과 혁신경영의 DNA와 문화로 자리매김 토록 하였다. 담연 최종건 창업회장의 개척자정신, 도전정신, 사업 보국의 정신이 선경(SK)그룹의 창업을 낳았고, 인재와 기술, 그리고 신용을 중시한 경영이념을 바탕으로 한 그의 창조적 리더십과 공동체적 사회책임경영은 짧은 생애였지만 SK그룹 100년의 기반을 닦았고, 한국경제 발전에 큰 족적을 남겼다. 담양의 리더십의 특성은 창조적 카리스마와 혁신적 슈퍼 리더십으로 규정지울 수 있고, 그의 사회적 책임경영의 특성은 공동체적 정신과 사업보국정신에 입각한 기업차원을 넘어선 사회와 국가차원의 실현으로 규정지울 수 있다. The paper aims to reflect on the leadership and social responsibility of business management of Chey, Jong-Kun, the founder of SK Group. Sun Kyung or SK has grown to be a globally leading business entity by inheriting the spirit of his entrepreneurship and business management philosophy, significantly contributing to the economic development in Korea. Since its foundation in 1945, Sun Kyung has planted the seeds of industrial development in the textile and chemical industry in a war-torn country. With his management philosophy of pioneership and ethical management, he exemplified creative and passionate management practices. His leadership was creative charismatic and innovative super leadership, which has its roots in his sincerity, his spirit of challenge, perseverance, tenacity and the management practices based on innovation and technology. Damyeon Chey, Jong-Kun devoted efforts in implementing socially responsible business management practices. As he believed that the business management should be socially responsible contributing to communities based on the community, he invested to create values for the society and the country. Business entities and the industrial relations today can learn the lessons and draw implications from his business management on CSR.

태권도 지도자의 조직몰입과 조직효과성에 대한 연구

The purpose of this research is to closely examine leaders` satisfaction according to organizational commitment of Taekwondo leaders and the influence on job satisfaction. By using the cluster random sampling method I made a sampling of total 550 persons of Taekwondo leaders in all over the country, and 504 leaders except for 46 persons were used for the final analysis. As a organizational-commitment questionnaire used in this research, the OCQ which Choi Jong-jin (1996) had used was used after its restructuring. And the leader-satisfaction questionnaire is the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998) whose foundation was the LBDQ scale, and the job satisfaction questionnaire used the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998). As the data processing method, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were made. The results are as follows. First, it was examined that Organizational Commitment was an important variable in measuring an organizational effectiveness. Second, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on leader`s satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction (duties satisfaction, colleagueship satisfaction, job security sense, duties autonomy). Pride of the low variables of organizational commitment showed bigger statistical significance than a sense of duty, so that it was found that pride of Taekwondo leaders exerted a great influence upon organizational effectiveness. Therefore, a manager of a Taekwondo hall should give consideration to Taekwondo leaders in order that they may work very positively on their organizations by it that he or she makes the active close examination of the plan to give pride to them.

하종오 시의 "트랜스담론"과 "민족공동권" 소고

Ha, Jong-oh’s poem is beyond the simple diaspora literature since it shows that the situation of in-depth origins of the Republic of Korea is not much different than the surface through the vague voices of immigrant workers because even ethnic narrative related to the origin in ‘Trans space’ is questioned. In other words, it was shown that immigrant workers drawn by him are not the subjects welcomed in Korea as multi-cultural guests, but rather that self-evident ethnic origin is just the ‘flowing surface’ by separating the character of the state from the nation state, Republic of Korea. That is, their ‘external character’ rescales the Republic of Korea. The results of the study are as follows: First, he reveals through the gaze of immigrant workers who show ``curiosity`` about Korea that Korea is not a place only for Korean anymore but also a place which can be ‘used’ by occupiers. Second, this question was implemented as a cross-question about Korea``s National Ethics while comparing the lives of immigrant workers with the lives of animals. That was a question about globalism concerning manifold forms of violence, in other words, it was a question about the laws of Korea. Third, the poet knew that the national history of Korea was a place in conjunction with the ``transnational history`` of immigrants as a random narrative. If the first one was nothing but the nation’s rhetoric, the two were not opposing but related in parallel. That means that existing Korea was softened by setting Korea as a new space: through looking not at ``citizens / non-citizens``, but as ``occupiers``, he tries to set both histories as one joint ethic. Ha, Jong-oh’s poem is a ‘Trance Nation literature’ by trying to show that Korea’s ‘being Korea’ is not a matter of noble ethnicity, but consists of a ‘nation effect’. This new ‘sovereign place’, which has been used only by Koreans, is now used by ‘occupants’. This leads to global publicity which is the possibility of sovereign occupation of the immigrant workers and new publicity and universality.

This is a rejoinder of Keun Hyung Kim's "'Faith of Christ'and 'Faith in Christ': In 'zero-sum' relationship or 'win-win' relationship?-A Reconsideration of ΙΙΙΣΤΙΣ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΥ in Galatians" in Korean Evangelical New Testament Studies, Volume 11, Number 4, 2012. Kim's article, "'Faith of Christ'and 'Faith in Christ'", critically reviewing Choi's article, "How to interpret Πίστις Χριστοῡ? -With a contextual Study of 'Faith'and 'Righteousness'in Galatians 2:15-21, 3:1-29 and 5:6"in Korean Evangelical New Testament Studies, Volume 10, Number 4, 2011, which supports an objective genitive interpretation of Πίστις Χριστοῡ in Galatians, claims that Πίστις Χριστοῡ (2:16; 3:22), ἐκ πίστεως (3:23) and ἡ πίστις (3:23,25) should be interpreted in the subjective genitive, namely, "faith (or faithfulness) of Christ", while being interpreting ἐκ πίστεως in 3:2,5,14,26 as "believers'faith in Christ"and ἐκ πίστεως in 3:7,8,9 as Abraham's and believers'faith in Christ. The article then concludes that Paul's principle of justification in Galatians is based on both "the faithfulness of Christ"and "believer's faithfulness in Christ" Choi's "Again Πίστις Χριστοῡ"re-examines Paul's usage of the phrases Πίστις Χριστοῡ, ἐκ (διὰ) πίστεως and ἡ πίστις in Galatians, from which Kim had sought to lay the foundations of his argument for the faithfulness of Christ in Galatians. Through a contextual, syntactical and exegetical investigation of the phrases Πίστις Χριστοῡ, ἐκ (διὰ) πίστεως and ἡ πίστις in Galatians, Choi's article points out the weaknesses in Kim's arguments and then posits that the phrases Πίστις Χριστοῡ, ἐκ (διὰ) πίστεως and ἡ πίστις in Galatians should be interpreted, not in the subjective genitive, namely, "faithfulness of Christ", but in the objective genitive "faith in Christ", which is how it has been traditionally understood.

No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

With a view to examining the habit and method in which old people maintain and improve their health, we consulted 551 men and 444 women who were over 65 years old, and concluded as follows: 1. Habit of eating It's been revealed that most of the old people keep a regular eating hour, control the quantity of meal or eat a little food, and prefer vegetables to meat. 2. Mental health Old people feel the necessity for mental health and most of them (about 80%) keep good mental health without becoming pessimistic. Their chief concenrs have turned out to be about their sons and daughters and their own health and finance. 3. Managing Good Health It has been revelaed that old people do not possess any special kind of secret to keep good health but taking plenty of rest, regular meal, and proper exercise, and many of them (about 60%) have been shown to eat invigorant food that they can easily get around their living area. 4. Physical Functions It has been revealed that many old people are conscious of some symptoms about their parts of body and about to percent of them suffers from neuralgia. Some measures like medical aid especially for old people need to be taken as soon as possible. As we have found that the health-keeping method of old people consists plenty of rest, proper exercise, and appropriate nutrition, we can conclude that the recreatonal and culture facilities and programs for keeping old people in good health should be developed. It is also necessary to study food that contribute to their health and develop ways to get rid of the stresses to which they are exposed in their daily life. Presides, it is natural that government found an administrative department to deal with these matters effectively.

Growth Characteristics of Dendropanax morbifera in Chonnam

This study was carried out obtain basic information for growth characteristics by different age of Dendropanax morbifera in chonnam, such as Yosu, Sunchon, Haenam, Gangjin, Wando. The pH of soil in cultivation area was 5.2 to 5.6 and organic matter was very high up to 10.6% . P205 content of soil in cultivation area was 35.3 to 42.1 mg/L, C.E.S was 13.9 to 14.4 me/100g, and moisture rate was 19.2 to 21.1 % . The flowering of Dendropanax morbifera began from 6~7 years old tree. The flowering date was at 10th of July at Wando. The growth characteristics of 12 years old tree was 929.5cm in stem height, 134.1mm in stem diameter, and 15 years old tree was 1,117.9cm in stem height, 160.8mm in stem diameter. The number of leaf was 13.9 at five years old tree, and the petioles length was 12.6 at five years old tree. Xylem sap can be had at more than 10 years old tree with good growth more than 10 em stem diameter.

중학교 과학 수업에서 교사와 학생의 언어적 상호작용 분석

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 과학 수업에서 교사와 학생간의 언어적 상호작용이 실제로 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 관찰ㆍ분석하여 이에 대한 특징을 추출함으로써 과학 수업에서 교사와 학생간의 언어적 상호작용에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 수업 분석 준거를 개발하였으며, 8명의 과학 교사의 수업 12차시를 관찰 및 녹화하였으며, 교사와의 면담을 실시하였다. 수업 분석 결과, 관찰한 과학 수업에서 교사와 학생간의 언어적 상호작용은 주로 교사의 단순 확인/기억 질문, 학생의 단답형 응답, 교사의 즉각적 피드백이 주를 이루었다. 교사가 사고 질문을 하고 지연 피드백을 부여 하는 경우 학생들이 자신의 생각을 드러내고 이를 기반으로 사고를 진전시켜 나갈 수 있었으나 이러한 사례는 그 수가 상당히 적었다. 교사들은 학생들의 사고를 유발하고 이를 진전시키기 위한 노력보다는 수업 내용을 논리적 흐름에 맞추어 체계적으로 제시하는 것에 더 큰 중점을 두는 경향이 있었다. 또한 관찰한 수업에서 교사가 시범 실험, 모형 혹은 실물 수업자료 등을 활용할 때 보다 많은 수의 학생들이 적극적으로 수업에 참여하여 자신의 생각을 드러내었으나 교사가 학생들의 생각을 바탕으로 학생들의 사고과정을 진전시켜 나가는 과정을 도모하지 않음으로써 학생들의 사고과정을 단절시키는 경우가 많았다. 따라서 수업 활동과 수업 자료 활용이 효과를 거두기 위해서는 각각의 활용에 있어서 학생들과 구체적으로 어떠한 상호 작용을 형성해야 하는지에 대해 연구가 이루어져야하며, 또한 교사는 교사의 질문이나 피드백이 학생들의 학습에 중요한 역할을 함을 인식해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze verbal interaction between teachers and students in order to collect qualitative data on the characteristics of the interaction to enhance teaching efficacy. Total of 12 classes of eight science teachers were observed and were interviewed. The classes were video taped and all the verbal interactions were transcribed. The transcribed content and interviews were further analyzed to draw any conclusions on the verbal interaction between teachers and students. Analysis criteria for the data on the class and interview were developed based on the literature review and applied to analyze the collected content. The analyzed data showed that verbal interactions composed of confirmation questions for memorization, students' short responses and teacher's immediate feedbacks. The results of the study also suggested that there needs to be further studies on the interactional techniques for teacher in utilizing the class materials and activities. The teachers should acknowledge the importance of the questions and feedbacks of teachers for students to stimulate their sound learning through literatures.

수종의 저장용액에서 치주인대세포의 생존율 비교

치아탈구 발생시 사고 현장에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 저장용액을 이용하여 치주인대세포의 생존율을 비교해보고자 치주인대세포를 10%FBS함유 α-MEM에서 배양한 후 α-MEM에서 저장한 군을 대조군으로 하고 동일한 조건하에서 저온살균된 우유군, 멸균된 생리적 식염수군, 비자극성 타액군, 건조된 상태로 방치한 군을 실험군으로 하여 25℃ 실온에서 세포 배양 30, 60, 90, 120, 180분 후에 각 군에 대해 MTTassay를 시행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 각 조사시점에서 실험군간의 비교에서는 모두 유의성있는 차이를 보였으며 저온살균된 우유군에서 치주인대세포의 생존율이 가장 높았고, 멸균된 생리적 식염수군, 비자극성 타액군, 건조된 상태로 방치한 군 순으로 점차 감소하였다.(P<0.05) 2. 각 실험군내에서 조사시점간의 비교에서는 치주인대세포의 생존율이 시간이 경과함에 따라 유의성있게 감소하였으나(p<0.05). 저온살균된 우유군에서 90-120분 경과 사이. 멸균된 생리적 식염수군에서 60-90분과 120-180분 경과 사이에서는 유의성있는 차이는 없었다.(P>0.05) 이상의 결론을 종합해볼 때 외상으로 인한 치아탈구 발생시 저장용액으로 HBSS가 추천되고 있으나 사고 현장에서 쉽게 구할 수 있고 치주인대세포의 생활력 보존에도 유리한 저온살균된 우유에 탈구된 치아를 담가오도록 추천할 수 있겠다. Preservation of the remaining periodontal ligament cells on an avulsed tooth is very important to the successful outcome of replantation. HBSS is recommended as the most suitable storage medium for the avulsed tooth that cannot be replanted immediately. But their availability near the site of an accident is doubtful. The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare periodontal ligament cells stored in different storage media obtained easily on th spot. Human periodontal ligament cells were collected from the premolar teeth extracted for orthodontic treatment. Cells were cultured in α-MEM culture medium containing 20% FBS, at 37℃ 100% humidity, in a 5% CO₂2 incubator. Cells were cultured in 96 well culture plate, 5×10⁴cells per well with α-MEM and incubated for 24 hours.After discarding the medium, those cells were cultured in α-MEM contained with 10% FBS, pasteurized milk, sterilized saline, unstimulated saliva and bench-dried state at 25℃ room temperature for 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 minutes respectively. And then each group was measured using MTT assay. The results were as follows. 1. Between the group of each time, there was statistically significant difference. Periodontal ligament cells viability was highest in pasteurized milk and was reduced stepwisely in sterilized saline, unstimulated saliva and bench-dried state(p<0.05) 2. between the time of each group, there was statistically significant difference (p<0.05) but was no statistically significant difference at 90 - 120 minutes in pasteurized milk and at 60 - 90 minutes and 120 - 180 minutes in sterilized saline(p>0.05). In conclusion, HBSS as storage medium of an avulsed tooth is not practical on the spot. Insteadily pasteurized milk can be recommended to maintain the periodontal ligament cells viability.
