Purpose: In previous studies, therapeutic hypothermia (HT) in hemorrhagic shock (HS) had beneficial effects on the hemodynamic and metabolic parameters, and on the survival. The mechanism is uncertain. We hypothesized that the suppression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and NF-kB could be associated with the beneficial effects of therapeutic HT in HS. Methods: Sixteen male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized to normothermia (36~37C, NT group) or moderate hypothermia (27~30C, HT group). They underwent volumecontrolled (2 ml/100 g weight) HS (90 minutes) and partial resuscitation with shed blood (1 ml/100 g). Results: In the HS and post-resuscitation phase, the mean arterial pressures were higher in the HT group than in the NT group and PaO2 was higher in the HT group than in the NT group. The lactate level was lower in the HT group than in the NT group (1.1±1.1 nmol/L vs 6.4±5.0 nmol/L, p=0.021). Serum concentrations of IL-1 βand IL-6 and activated p65 NFkB levels in the lung tissue were higher in NT group than in the HT group (p<0.05). Lung malondialdehyde contents and the expression of iNOS mRNA were significantly decreased in the HT group compared to the NT group (63.8±6.2 nmol/g vs 44.6±4.5 nmol/g, p<0.001; 1313.0±924.4 vs 9088.4±3984.0 arbitrary units, p<0.001, respectively). Conclusion: These data suggest that in HS, therapeutic HT inhibits lipid peroxidation, activation of NF-kB, and gene expression of iNOS in the lung. These factors might be the mechanism of the beneficial effects of HT in HS.

In our review, the conclusions on the concept and principle of perspiration are as follows. 1. It is the physiological perspiration that Qingyang(淸陽) from Jing(精), Qi(氣), Xie(血) synthesized by digestion of food and drink(水穀), is increased and secreted from pores on the skin(?理). 2. The main center to control perspiration is heart(心), but lver(肝), stomach(胃), spleen(脾), lung(肺), bladder(膀胱), kidney(腎) and triple energizer(三焦) can be also related to perspiration indirectly. 3. As Weiqi(衛氣) make the body warm and keep the body temperature constant by controlling perspiration, it is very important to make a diagnosis of Weiqi(衛氣) Xushi(虛實) by skin temperature. 4. We guess that perspiration can be secreted by the control of BiaoLi-YinYang(表裏陰陽) such as centrifugal(氣) and centrifetal force(形) of Qi(氣). 5. Sweating therapy can make the level of Biaoyang(表陽) correct and control the balance between centrifugal(氣) and centrifetal force(形) of Qi(氣).
심박변이도(Heart rate variability) 검사를 통한 내이(內耳) 질환 환자들의 교감 신경 활성 패턴 고찰

Objective : To evaluate autonomic nerve balance and sympathetic nerve activity in patients with inner ear dysfunction as examined by heart rate variability(HRV) Research Methods and Procedures : One hundred and twenty three patients(between 15 to 59 years old) who visited Dept. of Oriental medical Opthalmology & Otolaryngology, Kyunghee university and had an examination of HRV test, were selected as subjects of our study. We checked items of HRV test(such as SDNN, RMSSD, LF, HF, TP, norm-LF, norm-HF, LF/HF ratio), and analyzed time and frequency domain differences between three groups classified as tinnitus, hearing loss and vertigo. And we compared HRV items(such as SDNN,RMSSD, TP and LF/HF ratio) with standard levels. Results and Conclusion : Our results showed no significant differences between three groups in HRV items except for mean heart rate. Patients with inner ear dysfunction showed significant lower TP than 2000$(ms^{2})$(p <0.001) and significant higher LF/HF ratio than 1.5(p=0.003). So we suggest that patients with inner ear dysfunctions such as tinnitus, vertigo and hearing loss, have sympathetic hypertonus and inactivity of autonomic nerve regulation.

인프라로써의 전산자원은 사용자간에 공동 활용될 때 비용 효율을 얻을 수 있다. 이것은 web, was, dbms 중심의 기존 정보시스템 뿐 만 아니라 빅 데이터 등 분산처리가 요구되는 분야에서도 마찬가지이다. 분산처리 시스템에서 보안상 안전하게 전산 리소스를 공유하기 위한 요소를 살펴보고 사용자별로 격리된 클러스터를 제공하는 분산처리 공유 플랫폼을 구축하여 확인해 보았다.
