        성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용, 심리적 임파워먼트, 창의성 및 경영성과간의 관계

        [연구목적] 창의성은 조직의 역량을 혁신하는데 있어 필수적인 요소이며, 조직에서 관리통제시스템은 창의성을 향상시키거나 제약하는데 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 성과측정시스템(PMS)의 상호작용적 이용이 창의성 창출에 어떻게 연관되어 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성간의 연관성을 확인하고, 경영성과의 개선에 미치는 영향도 확인하고자 한다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 KOSPI에 상장되어 있는 제조기업의 중간관리자로부터 수집한 설문자료를 이용하여 PMS 상호작용적 이용에 대한 인식을 확인하고 그에 따른 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성에 미치는 영향을 지지하는 실증적인 증거를 제공한다. 연구가설은 PLS 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. [연구결과] 분석결과, PMS의 상호작용적 이용은 심리적 임파워먼트뿐만 아니라 창의성의 창출에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나서, MCS의 상호작용적 이용은 창의성을 관리하는데 도움을 준다는 이론을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성은 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성은 경영성과를 개선하는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 심리적 임파워먼트가 창의성과 어떻게 연관되어 있는지에 대한 이해를 제공하고, PMS의 상호작용적 이용이 창의성 창출로 이어질 수 있는 방법에 대한 증거를 제시함으로써 관리회계연구에 기여한다. [Purpose] Creativity as a success factor is greatly importance to secure competitive advantage and improve business performance. Depending on how senior manager uses PMS, there will be a distinction in the feeling of psychological empowerment by the organization members, which will affect the creation of creativity, and result in a difference in business performance. [Methodology] Questionnaires were distributed to the manufacturing firms listed on KOSPI, of which 85 of the survey data available were utilized for the analysis. This study use PLS(partial least squares) structural equation modeling to analyze empirically hypotheses. [Findings] The interactive use of PMS has been shown to have a positive effect on psychological empowerment and creativity. It was also shown that psychological empowerment had a significant influence on creativity, and that two concepts had a significant influence on business performance. [Implications] This study has empirically verified that psychological empowerment and creativity have a positive effect on business performance. The interactive use of PMS by senior manager enhances the psychological empowerment of the members and may improve business performance by forming conditions in which creativity can be created.

        최근 기업활동의 자재구매, 제조, 보관 및 운송, 유통/판매까지 포함한 공급체인 전체에 대해 통합관리가 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 현대의 고객들은 제품이나 납기, 품질과 같은 부문에서 높은 서비스를 받고 싶어한다. 이에 따라 오늘 날의 대부분의 기업들은 고도의 기술을 요하는 정보시스템의 도입과, POS, Data Mining 등과 같은 기술들을 이용하고 고객의 요구사항들을 적시, 적소에서 파악하여 고객이 요구하는 상품과 서비스를 공급하기 위하여 최선의 노력을 다하고 있다. 최초의 공급자로부터 소비자까지 상품이 전달되는 과정 중에서 재고와 물류기용은 모든 비용의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 대한 비용을 줄이려고 하는 것이 공급체인관리(SCM)의 기본적인 목적이라 하겠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공급체인관리(SCM)에 대한 개념과 배경, 필요성 등을 정리하고 주요 SCM solution에서 제공하는 기능 및 사용된 방법론을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 주문 접수 시 주문물량의 가능납기를 산정하기 위한 입력데이터, 고려요소, 연산절차 등을 포함한 ATP(Available to Promise) 모델을 제시한다.

      • Bridgehead 유도체들의 반응성 연구

        1-Adamantyl 유도체들에 대한 가용매 분해반응의 속도상수를 여러 압력 하에서 전도도 방법에 의하여 측정하였다. 얻어진 속도상수를 친행성도와 이온화력들을 이용하여 simple Grunwald-Winstein식과 extended Grunwald-Winstein식에 적용하였다. 이러한 실험 결과로부터, 본 물질들에 대한 반응성들을 용매 친행성도의 민감도, l과 용매의 이온화력의 민감도, m을 사용하여 논의하였다. Kinetics for the solvolysis of 1-adamanty1 derivatives in binary solvent mixtures have been measured by using the conductometric method under various pressures. Rate constants obtained by this method were applied to the simple Grunwald-Winstein and extended Grunwald-Winstein equations using the values for solvent nucleophilicity(N_(T)) and solvent ionozing powers(Y_(a)). From these results, Reactivities of 1-adamantyl derivatives were discussed using the the sensitivity of solvent nucleophilicity(l) and solvent ionizing power(m).

      • 중성 운반체 선택성 막전극법에 의한 우라늄 금속의 연속정량

        The equipments with which selective ions were able to determinated by ion selective membrane electrode method have been designed with the simole electronic circuits. Having made the selective neutral carrier membrance electrodes with PVC matrix. the response potentials of ??O^(2+)_(2)??were measured with the selective membrance electrodes and all of equipments and treatment of data amalysis were operated, and obtained by using the personal computer programs. The neutral carrier membrane electrodes were made by mixing the neutral carriers (macrocyclic compounds and Cryptand), p1asticizer(A1iquart 336, TOPO, and TBP) and matrix(PVC). These neutral carrier membrane electrodes showed a linear potential response to the activities of UO^(2+)_(2)(10-2-10-6M). The neutral carrier selective membrane electrodes for UO^(2+)_(2) and equipment for analysis of selective ions mentioned above were stable and reproducible for a long time use, and the selective coefficients for ??O^(2+)_(2)??were increased in proportion to the formation constants of metal complexes with neutral carrier ligands.

      • Elizabeth Bennet의 정신적 성장을 위한 Pride and Prejudice의 구도

        The heroines of Jane Austen´s novels are all young woman of marriageable age who experience difficulties in love and learn valuable lessons about human nature as they gain in self-knowledge: each novel ends happily with the heroine´s marriage to a man she truly loves in a union that is both a reward and measure of her growth. This thesis aims to examine how Austen´s plans to take her heroine through a course of psychological reformation require a certain event at a certain time so that the heroine´s attitude will be changed in Pride and Prejudice. In Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth Bennet finally surrenders her ironic, superior detachment by marrying Darcy. Austen´s psychological scheme requires four steps. Elizabeth´s first step toward Pemberley is her rejection of Mr. Collins. The second episode is Elizabeth´s discovering the truth about Wickham. The third is the perverse meeting of Elizabeth and Darcy at Pemberley and the last, mortification about Lydia´s Sudden and unexpected elopement with Wickham Austen systematically elucidates, little by little, the psychological development of her heroine from, and toward, a definite and preconceived point. Indeed, her greatness partly lies here, in the scheme . The plan behind the novels therefore seems to me the essential feature of Austen´s art. All that is complex, subtle and wonderful in the novels with this, and never quite obliterates it. Thus, the thesis focuses on how Austen´s plan takes her heroine through a course of psychological reformation.

        인구 배아 연구의 윤리적 고찰

        A dramatic development of biotechnology in the 20th century has greatly impa and is greatly impacting the whole order of the ecosystem including human life. Under this circumstance, studies of human embryo are emerging as a very controversial issue around the world. They are the matter of life value whose treatment is permitted or not permitted according to whether human embryo is considered as a living creature or not. With no clear determination of a moral position of human embryo, currently, the number of countries which permit studying the embryo, albeit limitedly, is increasing for lots of expected useful and beneficial results. Human embryo is certainly a living creature. It is our obligation to care for the creature as a moral being, although it may not be regarded as a moral actor. Such dignified living creatures must not be used as means for other purposes for any other reasons. In this sense, human embryo must not be utilized just for a number of social benefits which would be brought by its studies. Thus we are required to seriously discuss the life value of human embryo before determining whether studies of the embryo should be permitted or not. We could have more careful and responsible attitudes about the studies if we recognize the dignity of life and a moral position of human embryo.

        This study is concerned about seismic performance evaluation of seismically isolated structure in transfer story, First, a principle of aseismatic structure and seismically isolated structure is presented. There is a transfer story to transfer a load of superstructure to an understructure in case of High-rise complex building for residence and commerce, This study is composed of two parts, Firstly, by comparing the dynamic characteristics of seismically isolated structure and non-seismically isolated structure such as story displacement, strain, period, and base story shear, the effects of isolation system are presented, and lastly, the methods to design structural system more effectively by using isolation system are suggested.
