          합성곱 신경망을 이용한 딥러닝 기반의 토지피복 분류: 한국 토지피복을 대상으로

          Land cover map best reflects land surface phenomena and change so it is used in various research. However, the land cover maps provided by the Ministry of Environment have limitation in terms of ac- curacy and temporal resolution. This study proposes the possibility of deep learning based alternative land cover classification method for shortening the renewal cycle of land cover maps through automation and development of a land cover classification that is suitable for Korea. Land cover classification is conducted using Convolutional neural network, which is the deep learning architecture specialized in image analysis. In order to confirm the heterogeneity of the land cover according to region even though the same land cover type, land cover classification of Korea was experimented using the model trained by EuroSAT land cover data composed of Europe region’s land cover data. Using Sentinel-2 satellite images the training and test data are constructed for land cover classification of Korea. The convolutional neural network model trained by the data constructed in this study showed better performance with high accuracy(98.28%) than the model trained by EuroSAT data. In addition, The learning speed and accuracy(99.66%) of the convolutional neural network model was improved by using ImageNet pre-trained parameters and it showed the possibility of using ImageNet parameters in land cover classification of Korea. We hope that this study will prompt the research on land cover classification using convolutional neural network which has not been illuminated in Korea. 토지피복도는 지표의 현황 및 변화를 가장 잘 반영할 수 있기 때문에 다양한 연구에서 활용되고 있다. 그 러나 현재 환경부에서 제공하고 있는 토지피복도는 정확도가 높지 않고 갱신주기가 길어 데이터의 신뢰도나 시 간해상도 측면에서 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구는 딥러닝(deep learning) 기반의 토지피복 분류 기법을 적용함으 로써 자동화를 통한 갱신주기 단축과 한국의 토지피복 분류 체계에 부합하는 토지피복도 작성을 위한 대안적인 해결 방법을 제안하였다. 딥러닝 기법 중 이미지 분석에 특화된 합성곱 신경망(Convolutional neural network) 을 이용해 토지피복을 분류하였다. 먼저 같은 토지피복 유형이라 할지라도 지역에 따른 이질성이 있음을 확인하 기 위해 유럽지역을 대상으로 만들어진 EuroSAT 토지피복 데이터를 사용해 합성곱 신경망 모델을 학습시켜 한 국 토지피복 분류를 실험하였다. 본 연구에서는 Sentinel-2 위성의 영상을 사용하여 한국 토지피복 분류 체계에 맞는 학습 및 테스트 데이터를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 구축한 데이터로 학습시킨 합성곱 신경망 모델은 정확도 98.28%로 EuroSAT 데이터로 학습시킨 모델보다 우수한 분류성능을 보여주었다. 또한 ImageNet 사전 학습 파라미터(Pre-trained parameter)를 사용하여 합성곱 신경망 모델의 학습속도와 정확도(99.66%)를 높였으며 합 성곱 신경망을 이용한 한국 토지피복 분류에서 ImageNet 파라미터의 활용가능성을 보여주었다. 본 연구를 계 기로 그간 국내에서 주목받지 않았던 합성곱 신경망을 이용한 토지피복 분류 연구가 확대되기를 기대한다.

          여성 에어로빅운동 참가자의 신체적 존중감이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

          This study was conducted in an effort to study the effect of the physical respect of a woman participating in aerobic exercises on psychological happiness. The subjects for this study consist of 463 women who took part in aerobic exercises. With the collected data from the survey subjects, this study conducted descriptives, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc comparison using SPSS 18.0, and also carried out multiple regression analysis after doing correlation analysis in order to look into the relationships between the variables of physical respect and psychological happiness. As the result of analysis, first, it was found that participating frequency had an effect on body weight factor in physical respect in accordance with a participating degree of a woman's aerobic exercises. Second, participating career was found to have an effect on self-realization in psychological happiness consequent on a woman's participating degree of aerobic exercises; participating careers on self-realization; participating frequency on pleasure; participating time on a sense of commitment and pleasure,respectively. Third, as for the effect of a woman participating in aerobic exercise on psychological happiness, the confidence factor, commitment factor and pleasure factor were all found to have a negative effect on respect for looks & body weight.

          전교통동맥류의 방향에 따른 임상분석

          Objective : It has been known that the prognosis of aneurysm rupture is depend on the preoperative clinical state, presence of rebleeding, vasospasm, hydrocephalus, but the direction of aneurysm might be one of the important prognostic factors in the anterior communicating artery (ACOM) aneurysm. Methods : One hundred forty three cases of ACOM aneurysms, operated from 1996 to 2005, were analysed retrospectively according to the surgical outcomes and directions of aneurysms. Result : The results of analysis were summarized as follows 1) The direction of ACOM aneurysms were as follows; anterior-superior direction in 33.6%, anterior-inferior 30.1%, posterior-superior 10.5%, anterior 7.7%, superior 7.0%, inferior 7.0% and posterior-inferior in 4.2%. 2) There was no significant relationship between the direction of aneurysm and the preopertive clinical state, but the incidence of Hunt-Hess grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ was high in the posterior-superior and anterior-superior direction groups. 3) Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) or intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) was accompanied in 28.7%. In posterior-superior and anterior-superior direction group, there is statistically significance between direction and IVH or ICH (p < 0.05). 4) Vasospasm was observed in 23.8% and cerebral infarction in 17.5%. The incidence was increased in the posterior-superior group. 5) Superior and posterior-superior direction group showed high mortality rate (20.0%). Conclusion : Although there was no statistic significance, we found that the direction of aneurysm might affect the clinical characteristics and prognosis in the patients underwent clipping surgery of ACOM aneurysm. Especially, posterior-superior and anterior-superior direction groups revealed the high incidence of ICH, IVH, vasospasm and cerebral infarction. Therefore, we should pay more careful attention to the patients with the superi-orly directed ACOM aneurysms.
