청소년상담사 자격검정 제도화 과정에 대한 교육정치학적 분석

본 연구의 목적은 청소년상담사 자격검정 제도화 과정을 교육정치학적 분석모형으로 분석해봄으로써, 청소년상담 국가자격증 제도에 관계된 여러 관련단체들 간의 교육정지학적 이해관계를 재조명해보는 것이다. 분석에 사용된 모형은 Campbell의 교육정책결정과정 모형으로, 여기에는 ① 기본적 힘의 작용, ② 선행운동, ③ 정치적 행동화, ④ 공식적 결정 등의 단계가 포함된다. 주된 분석 내용은 ① 자격검정의 방법, ② 등급의 구분방식 및 등급별 자격과 역할, ③ 양성기관의 선정, ④ 검정 및 연수교과목의 선정 이었다. 분석 결과 우리나라에서 최초로 실시된 상담 관련 국가자격증의 제도와 각 과정에서 이해집단들간 이견조정의 과정과 결과를 파악할 수 있었고, 상담 분야의 전문화와 대중화를 위한 향후 방안을 검토할 수 있었다. This study was based on the hypothesis that any educational political enactment process needs adjustment of the conflicting interests. The Youth Counselor is a qualified professional in youth counseling who has obtained the national certification granted by the Minister of Culture and Tourism after passing the official examination and completing training. National certification system for Youth Counselors has been operated since 2003. The enactment process of National Certification of Youth Counselor was analyzed by Campbell's educational administrational process model. The model includes ⅰ) basic force, ⅱ) antecedent movement, ⅲ) political action, and ⅳ) formal enactment. The contents of analyses were ⅰ) the procedure of enactment, ⅱ) the definition of grade classification, ⅲ) the selection of chief control office in training for candidates and the role of training institutes, and ⅳ) the narrowing differences in exam subjects among related departments.

요골신경의 분지인 후골간 신경손상은 주로 요골골두 손상이나 골절에 의해 나타나며, 지방종, 결절종, 점액낭염, 섬유종 또는 류마티스양 활막염 등의 비 외상성 압박에 의해서도 발생할 수 있으나 특별한 원인 없이 자발적으로 발생하는 후골간 신경손상은 비교적 드물다. 저자들은 수면 후 발생한 좌 상지 근력저하를 주소로 내원하여 시행한 신경학적 검사와 전기 생리학적 검사에서 특별한 원인 없이 자발적으로 발생한 후골간 신경손상을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Posterior interosseous nerve, deep muscular branch of radial nerve, can be compressed by tumor, ganglion, fibroma, bursitis, or rheumatoid synovitis. But, spontaneous posterior interosseous nerve neuropathy is relatively rare. We report a case of spontaneous, non-traumatic paralysis of the posterior interosseous nerve.

Nitric oxide (NO) modulates the activities of various channels and receptors to participate in the regulation of neuronal intracellular Ca2+ levels. Ca2+ binding protein (CaBP) expression may also be altered by NO. Accordingly, we examined expression changes in calbindin-D28k, calretinin, and parvalbumin in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of neuronal NO synthase knockout(−/−) (nNOS−/−) mice using immunohistochemistry. For the first time, we demonstrate that the expression of CaBPs is specifically altered in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of nNOS−/− mice and that their expression changed according to neuronal type. As changes in CaBP expression can influence temporal and spatial intracellular Ca2+ levels, it appears that NO may be involved in various functions, such as modulating neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis, regulating synaptic transmission, and neuroprotection, by influencing the expression of CaBPs. Therefore, these results suggest another mechanism by which NO participates in the regulation of neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis. However, the exact mechanisms of this regulation and its functional significance require further investigation.

As a result, three kinds of new and effective laboratory apparatus were developed. They are as follows: 1. THE APPARATUS FOR MEASURING THE QUANTITY OF FRICTIONAL ELECTRICITY This is the device that can be used for measuring the quantity of electricity of the objects with electric charge. Using the apparatus, we can easily measure the quantity of frictional electric charge in unit area (coulomb/㎠). 2. THE APPARATUS FOR MEASURING THE ELECTRIC DISCHARGE BY THE PROBE This is the device theat can oberve the electric discharge which occurs between the objects with electric charge and the probe. Using the apparatus, we can understand that lightning strikes are electrical phenomena, and that disasters from them can be prevented or avoided. 3. THE APPARATUS FOR MEASURING THE DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRIC CHARGE. This is the device that can be used for measuring the distribution of electric charge, especially of the frictional electricity distribution on insulators.

저자들은 최근 화농성 슬관절염과 병발한 수막구균성 수막염 1예를 체험하였고, 이는 국내에서 아직 보고되지 않은 드문 예로 사료되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. We recently experienced a case of meningococcal meningitis associated with pyogenic arthritis in a 37-year old male patient. Pyogenic arthritis developed in right knee joint during treatment for meningococcal meningitis. He was treated successfully by appropriate antibiotics and arthroscopic irrigation. To our knowledge, such a rare case has not ever been reported in Korea, Hence we report this case with a review of related literatures.
요하지통 환자에서 두 개의 캐눌라를 이용한 박동성 고주파 신경근 응고술의 임상 연구

Dorsal root ganglion(DRG) block by the local anesthetics and steroids which has done classically in low back pain(LBP) patients with radiculopathy has high incidence of recurrence rate and side effects of steroids. Recently a new technique of pulsed radiofrequency thermocoagulation(P-RFTC) was introduced and substituted for it because of the benefits such as relatively low recurrence rate, low risk of nerve injury and comfort during the procedure. We experienced 15 patients who had LBP with radiculopathy and no or little response to epidural steroid injection. When we performed DR ganglionotomy by P- RFTC under the C-arm guide in these patients, we tried to approach the exact DR ganglion using tow cannulas - the one for obtaining patient's subjective symptoms and injection of contrast dye, the other for making a RF lesioning after identifying the impedance of sensory and motor stimulation. In conclusion, DR ganglionotomy by P- RFTC using two cannulas in LBP patients is an easy and safe procedure with satisfactory results.
주물사업장에서 발생하는 호흡성분진의 농도 및 석영함유량에 관한 연구

This study was performed to measure and evaluate the concentration of respirable dust and quartz content at molding and shakeout process in the foundry. The 129 samples in 30 foundries were collected using 10mm Dorr-Oliver nylon cyclone and analysed for quartz concent by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. The average quartz concentrations in the respirable dust was 0.0273mg/㎡ and ranged from 0.0007 to 0.3757mg/㎥. The average quartz concentrations of shakeout process wsa significantly higher than that of molding in the foundry. The average of respirable dust in foundry 102129mg/㎡ and ranged from 0.1524 to 7.0428mg/㎥. But there is no significant difference between molding and shakeout processes. The average contents of quartz for OEL-MOL was 2025% and ranged from 0.05 to 32.79% The non-compliance rates for quartz were 22.96% in Korea-OEL and 34.01% in ACGIH-TLV and NIOSH-REL, and 35.03% in OSHA-PEL. The airbome dust in the foundry was effectively controlled when local exhaust ventilation and/or wetting system were operated. The result of this study therefore showed that the engineering controls and periodic environmental suveillance in foundry will be very important for preventing the health effects of workers exposed to quartz.
