        급성 경막하 혈종이 발생한 특발성 혈소판 감소성 자반병 환자에게 시행한 두개 천공 배액술: 증례보고

        Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is the condition of having an abnormally low platelet count with an unknown cause. Acute subdural hematomas (ASDHs) usually develop in trauma patients and often involve a high bleeding tendency. However, ITP patients rarely have a large ASDH, and when a traditional decompressive craniectomy is performed on patients with coagulopathy, the mortality rate is higher because of the greater bleeding risk. We report the case of an ITP patient with a large ASDH who treated with a burr-hole trephination and irrigation and who was discharged without any neurological deficit.

        Background: Evaluation of nutritional status is essential clinical procedures for managing renal transplantation patients, especially in status of chronic kidney disease (CKD). However, no standard method for assessing the nutritional status in renal transplantation patients exists. Onodera`s Prognostic Nutritional Index (OPNI) is a method that considers serum albumin level and total lymphocyte count. This simple method may involve common measures and can be applied rapidly in a large number of patients. Validation of OPNI has been performed for patients with end-stage liver disease, active tuberculosis, and gastrointestinal malignancies. Methods: We examined the OPNI scores of 184 renal transplantation patients (50.2 ± 11.3 years; 115 men and 69 women). The OPNI is calculated based on the serum albumin level and total lymphocyte count and uses the following equation: OPNI = 10 × serum albumin (g/dL) + 0.005 × total lymphocyte count (/mL). Logistic regression analysis was performed for predicting malnutrition in renal transplantation patients. Results: The average OPNI value was 48.9 ± 7.1, and OPNI values were normally distributed. According to logistic regression for predicting malnutrition, male, total lymphocyte count and chronic kidney disease predicted malnutrition. Conclusions: These results suggest that OPNI may be a signifi cant nutritional marker in renal transplantation patients. The simple OPNI method is a clinically useful marker for the assessment of nutritional status in renal transplantation patients.

        코로나19에 스마트매체를 활용한 어린이집 교육경험의 현상학적 연구

        목적 본 연구는 코로나19 시기에 스마트매체를 활용한 어린이집 교육경험과 체험한 현상 속에 담겨진 본질을 심층적 기술로 이해하며 개선방안에 대하여 알아봄으로써 영유아 교육현장에 효과적인 지원방안을 제안하는데 있다. 방법 서울, 인천, 경기지역 어린이집에서 코로나19 기간 중 어린이집 교육경험이 있는 원장과 교사 12인을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 11월부터 2022년 1월까지 표적집단면접법(포커스그룹인터뷰)와 개별면담을 통해 이루어졌고 질적연구자료 분석절차에 맞추어 해석, 코딩, 분류하며 현상학적 연구방법에 의해 분석하였다. 결과 코로나19 시기에 스마트매체를 활용한 어린이집 교육경험은 ‘수업방식의 변화와 예상치 못한 문제점’, ‘ZOOM을 통한 운동회, 부모교육’, ‘스마트매체로 현장학습 출발’, ‘스마트매체로 지역사회 연계활동’, ‘교사의 업무편의 고려 필요’, ‘스마트매체사용 부모의 걱정 증가’, ‘상상력과 창의력 수업의 자율성’, ‘가정과의 협력 가능한 기자재 지원 필요’, ‘부모상담도 스마트매체로’로 나타났고, 개선방안 제안으로는 ‘보건복지부 차원의 동일한 기자재 보급과 교사교육’, ‘동일한 재난상황 발생시 사전 부모교육으로 이해 필요’, ‘연령에 맞는 스마트 교육프로그램 개발’, ‘어린이집에 스마트교육 전문가 지원’, ‘스마트 수업 준비 시간과 보조교사 인력확충’으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 코로나19 시기에 스마트매체를 활용한 어린이집 원장과 교사의 교육경험에 주목하고 체험한 현상의 본질적 의미를 심층탐구하고 개선방안을 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 가진다. 영유아 교육현장에 효과적인 지원방안을 마련하는데 도움이 되기를 기대하며 스마트매체의 보편적인 활용을 위한 국가차원의 보급과 교육 방향에 대한 후속 연구를 제안하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to suggest effective support measures in the field of early childhood education by understanding the essence contained in the experience and experienced phenomena of daycare center education using smart media in the time of Corona 19 with in-depth technology and finding out ways to improve it. Methods At daycare centers in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, 12 principals and teachers with experience in daycare during the COVID-19 period were selected as research participants. Data collection was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022 through the target group interview method (focus group interview) and individual interviews. Results The experience of daycare education using smart media in the time of Corona 19 is ‘Changes in class methods and unexpected problems’, ‘Sports day through ZOOM, parent education’, ‘Starting field trips with smart media’, ‘Community connection with smart media’ Activities’, ‘Teachers need to consider the convenience of work’, ‘Increasing concerns of parents using smart media’, ‘Autonomy of imagination and creativity classes’, ‘Need support for equipment that can cooperate with families’, ‘Parent counseling as a smart medium’ ‘Same equipment supply and teacher education at the level of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’, ‘In case of the same disaster situation, it is necessary to understand the parents in advance’, ‘Development of smart education programs suitable for age’, ‘Smart education experts at daycare centers' Support’, smart class preparation time and expansion of assistant teachers' manpower. Conclusions This study has significance in that it paid attention to the educational experiences of daycare center directors and teachers using smart media during the COVID-19 period, and in-depth explored the essential meaning of the experienced phenomenon and suggested improvement measures. In the hopes that it will be helpful in preparing effective support measures in the field of early childhood education, a follow-up study on the distribution and education direction at the national level for the universal use of smart media was proposed.

        Red/green/blue selective phototransistors with a hybrid structure of quantum-dots and an oxide semiconductor

        <P>Color-selective phototransistors have been developed using a hybrid film of quantum-dots (QDs) and an oxide semiconductor. The zinc oxide (ZnO) phototransistor with QDs with a 2.96 eV band gap showed a photocurrent when illuminated by 450nm light. The device with QDs with a 2.28 eV band gap started to show a photocurrent under 520 nm light, and the device with QDs with a 1.95 eV band gap showed a photocurrent under light with a wavelength of 635 nm. The photocurrent with low-energy photons, such as visible light, originated when small band-gap QDs absorbed and converted visible light into photoelectrons, and the transparent wide band-gap ZnO supplied a conductive channel in the conduction band to allow the photocurrent to flow through the device. Based on those results, we developed a color-selective phototransistor that can separate red, green, and blue light using a hybrid structure of ZnO and multilayer QDs. The device showed photoresponsivity values of 0.032, 0.053, and 0.26 mA/W to red, green, and blue light, respectively, which are different enough to distinguish the color of the visible light. Therefore, we fabricated and characterized a photogating inverter to convert the color of visible light into an electrical voltage signal.       • Photomodulation of InGaZnO thin film transistors with interfacial silver nanoparticles

        <P>Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were inserted between indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) and a gate insulator to enhance the generation of plasmonic photocurrent with the illumination of visible light. Ag NPs were formed on a silicon dioxide gate insulator using a thermal evaporator and a post-annealing process. Then, an amorphous IGZO active channel layer was deposited on the Ag NPs using a sputter system. The prepared Ag NPs effectively absorbed a wide wavelength range of visible light due to plasmon effects. The IGZO thin film transistors (TFTs) with interfacial Ag NPs showed a large photocurrent due to the strong coupling between localized plasmons and electrical carriers in the active channel region of the TFTs. The prepared device showed good modulation behavior under visible light even though IGZO has a wide band gap. The results indicate that interfacial Ag NPs enabled the photomodulation of IGZO TFTs when exposed to a periodic signal of low-energy visible light.         중년 1인가구의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인

        본 연구는 중년 1인가구의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구는 제7기 3차년도 국민건강영양조사 자료를 활용하였으며 만 40세 이상 65세 이하의 성인을 대상으로 인구사회학적 특성, 건강관련 특성과 우울의 관련요인을 파악하였다. 자료 분석은 복합표본 일반 선형모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 중년 1인가구의 우울은 수입, 기초생활수급 여부, 경제활동상태, 스트레스, 자살계획, 정신문제상담 여부에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중년 1인가구의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 경제활동상태, 스트레스, 자살계획, 정신문제상담 여부로 나타났으며 설명력은 37.8%이다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 중년 1인가구의 사회경제적 상태와 경제활동여부에 따른 정신건강에 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 또한 중년 1인가구의 우울에 미치는 다양한 변인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study was identify the effect of depression in middle age one-person household. This study used the data from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examinations Survey and identified factor affecting depression with demographic factor and health related factor in adult aged 40 to 65. Data was analyzed using composite sample normal linear model. As a result, there were significant differences according to income, livelihood recipient, economic activity status, stress, suicidal plan, counseling mental healtlh. Effect factors of depression in middle age one-person household were economic activity status, stress, suicidal plan, counseling mental health. According to the result, it is necessary to be concerned mental health by socioeconomic status and economic activity in middle aged one person household. We suggest that repeated studies should be conducted to identify various variable of depression in middle aged one-person household.
