MISFIRE FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF RANGE EXTENDER BASED ON HARMONIC ANALYSIS

        Xiaowei Xu,Zhenxing Liu,Jiangdong Wu,Jiaming Xing,Xiaoqing Wang 한국자동차공학회 2019 International journal of automotive technology Vol.20 No.1

For an Extended-Range Electric Vehicle (E-REV), the misfire failure of the range extender can result in working condition deterioration, mileage decrease, vibration and noise increase, and other adverse consequences. The relationship of the shaft instantaneous angular speed (IAS) signal and the misfire fault of the range extender was studied by harmonic analysis. Based on the theory of shafting torsional vibration, the range extender dynamics model was developed to analyze the changing trend of the shaft IAS theoretically. Then, the shaft IAS signal under different working conditions was simulated using a developed range extender rigid-flexible hybrid multi-body dynamics model. It is found that the 0.5-order harmonic phase and the amplitude of range extender IAS can be used as the characteristic parameters in misfire fault diagnosis, which has been verified by experiments on an engine bench.

PREPARATION OF FOLATE-CONJUGATED BOVINE SERUM ALBUMIN NANOPARTICLES ADSORBING EPIRUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE

        XIUHUA ZHAO,JIAMING TANG,YUANGANG ZU,WEIGUO WANG,NA LI,WENJIA XU 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2013 NANO Vol.8 No.6

This work investigated the preparation process of folate-conjugated bovine serum albumin nanoparticles (FA–BSANPs) adsorbing epirubicin hydrochloride (EPI) nanoparticles (FA–EPI–BSANPs), a specific-targeting drug delivery system in cancer chemotherapy. The BSANPs were prepared by desolvation as a drug carrier system and conjugated with folate to produce FA–EPI–BSANPs that specifically target tumors by cross-linking. EPI, an anticancer drug, was adsorbed by this drug carrier system. The influences of six experimental parameters, namely, the adsorption time, FA–BSANPs solution-adsorbed EPI concentration, stirring speed, FA–BSANPs solution pH, the ratio of glutaraldehyde and BSA, and mass ratio of FA–BSANPs to EPI, on the drug loading efficiency (DLR) and drug entrapment efficiency (DER) of FA–EPI–BSANPs were investigated via the single factor method. The results indicated that the optimum operation conditions were obtained with 145.4 nm±0.5 nm MPS, 23.41% DLR and 98.93% DER. The N-hydroxysuccinimide-folate content associated with BSANPs was up to 0.9757% (wt). The DLR and DER of EPI increased with increasing adsorption time, FA–BSANPs solution concentration, and pH value, peaking at 1750 rpm with increasing stirring speed, but decreasing thereafter. The FA–EPI–BSANPs obtained were characterized by laser light scattering, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. Drug release in vitro was investigated, as well. The characterization results showed that EPI in FA–EPI–BSANPs existed in an amorphous, instead of crystalline state. Most of the EPI was enclosed by FA–BSANPs, and a small amount was adsorbed onto the surface of the FA–BSANPs. The FA–EPI–BSANPs particles are nearly ellipsoidal and significantly affect sustained release. The inhibitory rate of FA–EPI–BSANP was mensurated by MTT method. The inhibitory rate of FA–EPI–BSANPs for SMMC 7721 cell developed with raise of concentration and was higher than other samples. The IC50 values of FA–EPI–BSANPs and EPI were 11.5 μg/mL and 18.8 μg/mL, respectively. The target ability of FA–EPI–BSANP for SMMC 7721 cell was mensurated by fluorescence (FITC) modified albumin techniques. The uptake rate of FA–EPI–BSANPs was higher than samples without folate conjugated, and increased with increased concentration.

Multi-scale Nano/Micro Fiber Scaffolds with Different Topological Morphologies

        Jianyong Feng,Ruixiang Xu,Jiaming Zhao,Lingxiao Zhang 한국섬유공학회 2022 Fibers and polymers Vol.23 No.4

The multi-scale fiber and topological morphologies had been shown to influence cell mitogenesis and chemotaxis, direct cell differentiation, and induce constructive host tissue remodeling responses. To simulate multi-layer meshworkarchitecture of extracellular matrix and regulate cell behavior, we prepared different topological scaffolds, such as 3Dprinting fiber scaffolds, poly(lactic acid) (PLA) electrospun fiber scaffolds, 3D printing/knitted fabric composite scaffolds, and PLA electrospinning/knitted fabric composite scaffolds. The surface morphology, pore diameter, thickness, stress-straincurve, electrical current, and other properties were studied. The aim is to prepare multi-scale nano/micro fiber scaffolds withdifferent topological morphologies and properties that can provide structural and mechanical support for potential tissueengineering applications.

Crystallization and melting behavior of polypropylene in b-PP/polyamide 6 blends containing PP-g-MA

        Zhidan Lin,Zixian Guan,Baofeng Xu,Chao Chen,Guangheng Guo,Jiaxian Zhou,Jiaming Xian,Lin Cao,Yueliang Wang,Mingqing Li,Wei Li 한국공업화학회 2013 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.19 No.2

In this research, we used a twin-screw extruder to melt and blend PP-g-MA compatibilizer with bpolypropylene (PP)/polyamide 6 (PA6). The influences of the PA6 and PP-g-MA contents in PP/PA6 blends on crystallization and melting behavior of PP phase and morphology were investigated. The results showed that, when PP-g-MA copolymer was added to the b form of nucleated PP/PA6 blends, the anhydride groups in PP-g-MA and PA6 terminal amine groups react to form PP-g-PA graft copolymer in a two-phase interface. This reduces the interfacial tension, improves the interfacial adhesion, and reduces the size of PA6 domains in the blend. The generated PP-g-PA graft copolymer wrapped PA6 phase and buried the anhydride groups of PP-g-MA. When the proportion of PP-g-MA and PA6 was between 0.5 and 0.75, there was no longer interfering to the formation of b-crystals in the PP phase. The content of bcrystal of PP phase in blends was found to reach as large as 85.9%.

Influence of Atmospheric Turbulence Channel on a Ghost-imaging Transmission System

        Kaimin Wang,Zhaorui Wang,Leihong Zhang,Yi Kang,Hualong Ye,Jiafeng Hu,Jiaming Xu 한국광학회 2020 Current Optics and Photonics Vol.4 No.1

We research a system of compressed-sensing computational ghost imaging (CSCGI) based on the intensity fluctuation brought by turbulence. In this system, we used the gamma-gamma intensity-fluctuation model, which is commonly used in transmission systems, to simulate the CSCGI system. By setting proper values of the parameters such as transmission distance, refractive-index structure parameter, and sampling rates, the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance and bit-error rate (BER) performance are obtained to evaluate the imaging quality, which provides a theoretical model to further research the ghost-imaging algorithm.

Inner Mechanism of Enhanced Energy Storage Properties and Efficiency for CaTiO3 Modified 0.92NaNbO3-0.08Bi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 Lead-Free Ceramics

        Peng Nong,Yue Pan,Qinpeng Dong,Dafu Zeng,Mingzhao Xu,Xiang Wang,Jiaming Wang,Lian Deng,Xiuli Chen,Huanfu Zhou 대한금속·재료학회 2024 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.20 No.1

NaNbO 3 -based lead-free ceramics are gaining widespread interest in recent years due to their environmental friendlinessand low density, which can meet the needs of future advanced pulse power electronics for low cost, miniaturization andintegration. However, a reversible phase transition of FE-AFE at room temperature for pure NaNbO 3 ceramic will producea large residual polarization, resulting in a low energy storage capacity. In this work, the ternary system (1- x )(0.92NaNbO 3 -0.08Bi(M g0.5 Ti 0.5 )O 3 )- x CaTiO 3 was designed by introducing the linear material CaTiO 3 doped into (0.92NaNbO 3 -0.08Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti 0.5 )O 3 ) ceramics to enhance the disorder of A/B sites in the system. The introduce of CaTiO 3 could optimizethe relaxation characteristics of the ceramics, refi ne the grain size to improve the breakdown fi eld strength( E b ), which enhancethe energy storage properties to W rec = 5.71 J/cm 3 and η = 85.7% at 475 kV/cm. Additionally, the 0.8(0.92NN-0.08BMT)-0.2CT ceramic achieves both temperature (20–160 °C) and frequency (5 Hz -120 Hz) stability, while also obtains excellentcharge/discharge performance( C D = 607.22 A/cm 2 , P D = 48.58 MW/cm 3 , t 0.9 = 28 ns), which indicates the great potentialapplication in pulsed power capacities.
