        도덕적 행동에 영향을 미치는 자아관련 변인 간 구조적 관계: 예비교사와 현직교사의 비교를 중심으로

        본 연구는 예비교사와 현직교사의 도덕적 행동에 관심을 갖고, 이에 영향을 미치는 자아관련 변인들(자기성찰, 자기통제력, 도덕적 정체성) 간의 관계를 Blasi(1980)의 자 아모형(self-model)에 논리적 근거를 두고 이지혜(2015)가 제시한 구조방정식모형이 예비교사와 현직교사 간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위 하여 본 연구는 충북에 소재한 2개 대학교 예비교사를 대상으로 303개의 자료를, 그 리고 충북에 소재한 중학교 4개교와 고등학교 2개교에 재직 중인 현직교사를 대상으 로 333개의 자료를 Amos 20.0으로 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이지혜(2015)의 연구에서 제시한 모형을 예비교사와 현직교사 전체를 대상으 로 적용해본 결과, 구조방정식모형의 적합도는 χ2=625.173(df=128, ρ=.000), RMSEA=.078, GFI=.908, TLI=.942, CFI=.948, NFI=.933으로 모든 기준을 충족하였다. 따라서 예비교사를 대상으로 검증한 이지혜(2015)의 구조방정식모형은 예비교사뿐만 아니라 현직교사를 포함하여 적용하는 것도 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 이상 의 구조방정식모형을 예비교사와 현직교사 모형으로 분리하여 분석한 결과, 두 모형 모두 적합도 지수 기준에 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 예비교사와 현직교사 모 형에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로 모든 경로에서 유의한 영향력 이 있는 것으로 나타난 예비교사와는 달리 현직교사의 경우 도덕적 정체성이 도덕적 행동에는 유의한 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도덕적 행동을 높이기 위해 서는 예비교사와 현직교사에게 차별적인 조력이 필요할 것이다. The aim of this study was to investigate the moral behavior of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers. Using the self-model of Blasi(1980) as a theoretical basis, we analyzed the relationships between self-related variables(self-reflection, self-control, moral identity) that influence moral behavior, and we aimed to reveal the differences between pre-service teachers and in-service teachers using the structural equation model suggesting by Ji-Hye Lee(2015). To this end, we performed a final analysis using Amos 20.0 on data from 303 pre-service teachers in 2 universities situated in Chungbuk, and data from 333 in-service teachers at 4 middle schools and 2 high schools in the same area. The results were as follows. First, when we applied the model of Ji-Hye Lee(2015) to pre-service teachers and in-service teachers, the fit of the structural equation model fulfilled all criteria, with χ 2=625.173 (df=128, ρ=.000), RMSEA=.078, GFI=.908, TLI=.942, CFI=.948, and NFI=.933. We showed that the structural equation model of Ji-Hye Lee (2015), which was originally validated on pre-service teachers, could be applied to in-service teachers as well as pre-service teachers. Second, when we analyzed the above model separately for pre-service teachers and in-service teachers, both models were found to fulfill criteria for fit indices. However, there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-service teacher model and the in-service teacher model. In other words, unlike the pre-service teacher model, in which there is a significant effect in all pathways, for the in-service teacher model, there was no statistical effect of moral identity on moral behavior. Accordingly, in order to increase moral behavior, different assistance will be required for pre-service and in-service teachers.

        Kinetic Spray 공정을 이용한 벌크형 탄탈륨 소재의 제조 및 미세조직/물성

        A bulk-type Ta material is fabricated using the kinetic spray process and its microstructure and physical properties are investigated. Ta powder with an angular size in the range $9-37{\mu}m$ (purity 99.95%) is sprayed on a Cu plate to form a coating layer. As a result, ~7 mm-sized bulk-type high-density material capable of being used as a sputter material is fabricated. In order to assess the physical properties of the thick coating layer at different locations, the coating material is observed at three different locations (surface, center, and interface). Furthermore, a vacuum heat treatment is applied to the coating material to reduce the variation of physical properties at different locations of the coating material and improve the density. OM, Vickers hardness test, SEM, XRD, and EBSD are implemented for analyzing the microstructure and physical properties. The fabricated Ta coating material produces porosity of 0.11~0.12%, hardness of 311~327 Hv, and minor variations at different locations. In addition, a decrease in the porosity and hardness is observed at different locations upon heat treatment.

        한의학 기반 반려동물용 치료기술 개발 관련 특허 분석

        Objective : In this study, we conducted to analysis the patents about Korean medicine based treatment technology for pet. Methods : We collected the Korean, Japan, USA, China, EU and PCT patent for the Korean medicine-based treatment technology for pet using WIPSON data base registered by October 4, 2020 were selected. Results : Patents for the development of pet Korean medicine-based treatment technology have been constantly applied since the mid-2000s, starting in 1990, with a total of 84 applications. The number of patent applications filed in Korea was the largest, after Japan and China. The detailed composition of the applications reported until now is pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of pet were the most applied with 39%(33 cases), followed by feed used as stocks for pet at 36%(30 cases). According to the patent application rate by disease, most of applications rate composed to be associated with immunity in 2009 to 2013 with 40% of applications. In 2014 to 2018 43% of patent applications are associated with gastrointestinal/digestive system. In this regard, multiple applications were filed in the order of immunity, digestive system, obesity and urinary system. Conclusion : This study analyzed the trend of 84 patents about Korean medicine-based treatment technology for pet to date to establish the basis for future research and development. There were many applications related to immunity from 2009 to 2013, and since then, related to digestive disease from 2014 to 2018.

        Kinetic Spray 공정으로 제조된 Nb 코팅 소재의 미세조직 및 물성에 미치는 열간 등압 성형(HIP)의 영향

        Niobium is one of the most important and rarest metals, and is used in the electronic and energy industries. However, it's extremely high melting point and oxygen affinity limits the manufacture of Nb coating materials. Here, a Nb coating material is manufactured using a kinetic spray process followed by hot isotactic pressing to improve its properties. OM (optical microscope), XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), and Vickers hardness and EPMA (electron probe micro analyzer) tests are employed to investigate the macroscopic properties of the manufactured Nb materials. The powder used to manufacture the material has angular-shaped particles with an average particle size of $23.8{\mu}m$. The porosity and hardness of the manufactured Nb material are 0.18% and 221 Hv, respectively. Additional HIP is applied to the manufactured Nb material for 4 h under an Ar atmosphere after which the porosity decreases to 0.08% and the hardness increases to 253 Hv. Phase analysis after the HIP shows the presence of only pure Nb. The study also discusses the possibility of using the manufactured Nb material as a sputtering target.

      • Development of science program using astronomical data in the history of Korea

        Science we have perceived as genuine science is based on western scientific enterprise, that is, western modern science(WMS). The K-12 science curriculum in Korea absolutely contains WMS content. Elkana(1981) criticized the indifference of comparative science in the field of science, whereas there have been a lot of comparative studies of art, religion, ethics, and politics. Science is the product not only based on 'western' culture but all cultural around the world including Korea. People have consistently observed and tested for such a long period of time all over the world. Traditional science of Korea can be related to multiculturalism, which has become important in many fields. Korea has a lot of great scientific enterprises, such as astronomical instruments of Chosun Dynasty and ancient data of natural phenomenon in Samguk-saki or Samguk-Yusa. It is expected that students will consider them as more 'objective' and 'realistic' things rather than 'artistic' and 'distinguished' things. Astronomy was also very important in the East because they believed sky as king, which results in the development of a lot of astronomical data and instruments in Korean history. In this study, we developed three units of science programs using astronomical enterprises in Korea: 1) Activities with our sundial, Angbuilgu:, 2) data interpretation of natural phenomenon in ancient Korea, 3) experience in Gyeongbokgung Palace. From these programs, we expect that students will develop a profound understanding and take pride in our science.

        실리카가 코팅된 양자점의 코팅두께에 따른 광 특성 변화

        The water soluble quantum dots (QDs) are synthesized by the phase transfer and silica coating reaction. The photoluminescence intensity of silica-coated QDs are mainly affected by the amount of phase transfer agent, SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), and the maximum value is obtained at the cmc (critical micell concentration) concentration of SDS in the phase transfer reaction. Based on fluorescence spectra and field emission transmission electron microscope (FETEM), the energy transfer rate by forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) is increasing with the thickness of the silica shell coated on CdSe/ZnS QDs.

        탄뎀 가스메탈아크 용접의 토치 극간거리에 관한 실험적 연구

        The tandem welding process is one of the most efficient welding processes widely used in material joining technique such as manufacturing of strong and durable structures. It facilitates high rate of joint filling with little increase in the overall rate of heat input due to the simultaneous deposition from two electrode wires. The two electrodes in tandem welding process helps in high-efficiency and high productive of welding process. In this study a automated tandem welding system is developed to determine the correlation between cathode and anode and compared with current ratio of the two electrode torch. Three different inter-electrode distances were chosen, 25mm, 35mm and 45mm to perform the experiment with three different current ratio. From the experiment results, the current ratio between two torch has a large impact on width, height and depth of penetration. In addition, a stable bead geometry is obtained when inter-electrode distance is 35mm.

        무전해 Ni-P 두께와 Assembly Process가 Solder Ball Joint의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향

        The ability of electronic packages and assemblies to resist solder joint failure is becoming a growing concern. This paper reports on a study of high speed shear energy of Sn-4.0wt%Ag-0.5wt%Cu (SAC405) solder with different electroless Ni-P thickness, with $HNO_3$ vapor's status, and with various pre-conditions. A high speed shear testing of solder joints was conducted to find a relationship between the thickness of Ni-P deposit and the brittle fracture in electroless Ni-P deposit/SAC405 solder interconnection. A focused ion beam (FIB) was used to polish the cross sections to reveal details of the microstructure of the fractured pad surface with and without $HNO_3$ vapor treatment. A scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and an energy dispersive x-ray analysis (EDS) confirmed that there were three intermetallic compound (IMC) layers at the SAC405 solder joint interface: $(Ni,Cu)_3Sn_4$ layer, $(Ni,Cu)_2SnP$ layer, and $(Ni,Sn)_3P$ layer. The high speed shear energy of SAC405 solder joint with $3{\mu}m$ Ni-P deposit was found to be lower in pre-condition level#2, compared to that of $6{\mu}m$ Ni-P deposit. Results of focused ion beam and energy dispersive x-ray analysis of the fractured pad surfaces support the suggestion that the brittle fracture of $3{\mu}m$ Ni-P deposit is the result of Ni corrosion in the pre-condition level#2 and the $HNO_3$ vapor treatment.

        다수준 로지스틱 모형을 이용한 흡연 여부에 미치는 영향 분석

        본 연구에서는 질병관리본부에서 매년 조사하고 있는 지역사회 건강조사 자료를 이용하여 서울시 지역을 대상으로 개인의 흡연 여부에 대한 영향 요인을 확인하고 지역간 차이를 모형에 반영시키는 다수준 로지스틱 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 다수준 모형에서의 적합한 분석 모형의 수준을 결정하기 위해 ICC(intraclass correlation coefficient)와 프로파일링 분석, 수준별 모형의 예측정확도를 이용하였다. 제안된 모형들의 성능을 평가하기 위해 민감도, 특이도, 정확도를 구하고 ROC curve를 작성하였다. 결과적으로 지역사회 건강조사 자료와 같이 개인과 집단 변수를 동시에 고려할 수 있다면 다양한 다수준 모형의 적용이 가능하며 활용성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, we analyze the effect on the smoking status in the Seoul Metropolitan area using a multilevel logistic model with Community Health Survey data from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), profiling analysis and two types of predicted value were used to determine the appropriate multilevel analysis level. Sensitivity, specificity, percentage of correctly classified observations (PCC) and ROC curve evaluated model performance. We showed the applicability for multilevel analysis allowed for the possibility that different factors contribute to within group and between group variability using survey data.

        계층적 의사결정과 컨조인트 분석의 타당성 비교: 화장품 선호 사례 조사

        본 연구는 대안이 많지 않은 의사결정에서 계층적 의사결정론(analytic hierarchy process)과 컨조인트 분석 간의 비교를 다루었다. 계층적 의사결정론은 속성들의 쌍대비교 과정을 거쳐 속성의 중요도를 추정한 후 대안들의 순위를 추정하는 방법이며, 컨조인트 분석은 대안의 순서로부터 속성의 효용을 추정하는 방법으로, 의사결정의 과정이 다르기에 두 방법을 직접적으로 비교하는 것은 다소 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Scholl (2004)의 타당도 척도를 사용하여 두 방법을 S대학 여학생들의 화장품 선택 사례 연구를 통하여 두 방법을 서로 비교하였다. 사례연구 결과 컨조인트 분석은 내적타당도가 높게 나타났으며, 계층적 의사결정분석 방법은 예측타당도가 높게 나타남을 볼 수 있었다. In this paper, we consider the comparisons of the personal preferences of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and conjoint analysis (CA) which contain very relatively small number of alternatives. However, a direct performance comparison is not easy because these two methods have a much different process to achieve the final decision. Therefore, we adopt a validity and reference method with empirical case study for cosmetics preference of female college students. In case study, conjoint analysis has the merit of measuring internal validity; however, AHP has the merit of measuring predictive validity.
