        During the aircraft conceptual design phase, rapid aerodynamic analyses over various configurations are required. Hence, empirical and analytic techniques play important roles in estimating the aerodynamic characteristics. In this study, the aerodynamic characteristic estimation technique for transonic region based on empirical and analytical is developed. By comparing with the results of the wind tunnel experiment and existing prediction method, it is verified that the present method is accurate and useful.

      • EVA/MMT 나노복합체의 제조 및 열적, 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

        Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation using HAAKE mixer. The influence of substituted alkylamine in MMTs and molecular weight(melt index) of EVA on the intercalation behavior of EVA/MMT composites were investigated. EVA/MMT composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction in order to study the changes of MMT interlayer distance. The dimethyl dioctadecyl ammonium ion substituted MMT can exist nano-scale in EVA. Thermal stability of composites is improved about 40℃, and the modulus increases twice for pristine EVA for 10 wt% MMT.

        In this paper, the digitally programmable 6×6 cellular neural network chip is designed and the circuit operation is confirmed by the HSpice simulation of edge detection and hole filling. The designed cellular neural network allows for increased flexibility compared to the analog tuning mode due to the fact that synapse weights can be both programmed and stored digitally. The network considered in this design is a current mode cellular neural networks. Since the number of different weights is very small for this cellular neural networks. the programmability issues can be easily incorporated by just adding several global control lines. And the current mode circuit also provides the simplicity over voltage mode circuit.

        한국인의 우울증 진단기준의 특성

        목적 국내의 여러 역학 조사에 따르면 한국인은 서구에 비하여 우울증의 유병률이 낮은 것으로 보고되고 있다. 낮은 유병률에 대하여 서구에서 정의하는 우울증의 진단 기준이 한국인의 문화에 맞지 않다는 진단 기준의 오류를 제시하거나, 실제로 유병률이 낮다는 설명을 시도하기도 하였다. 본 연구는 DSM-IV에서 제시하는 우울증의 진단 기준에 대하여 한국인의 반응 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 방법 2001년 KECA 연구에 응답한 만 18세 이상 65세 미만의 6,275명을 대상으로 하였다. 한국어판 CIDI (K-CIDI)를 통해 정신장애의 이환을 진단하였으며, K-CIDI 내의 우울장애 진단 기준만을 추출하여 분석하였다. 분석은 문항반응이론(Item Response Theory)을 적용하였다. 결과 한국인에서 DSM-IV의 주요우울장애 진단 기준의 오류는 없었으나, 진단 기준의 역치는 높았다. 한국인이 호소하는 우울증상으로서 "피로감"과 "집중력 저하", "수면 변화"는 진단되는 우울증의 초기부터 잘 나타나는 증상 들이며, "정선운동변화", "죽음/자살사고", "무가치함/죄책감"은 보다 심한 우울증에서 잘 나타나는 증상들이었다. 결론 DSM-IV가 제시하는 주요우울장애 진단 기준은 한국인의 우울증을 평가하는 데 있어 타당하기는 하나, 진단 기준의 역치가 높다. 우울증의 중증도에 따라 호소하는 증상들이 달랐다. Baekgrounds : Many Korean epidemiologic studies reported lower prevalence rates of depression than those of Western countries. For the low prevalence, it is explained that there's something wrong in the direct application of diagnostic criteria of depression to Korean culture, i.e. categorical fallacy, or it may be truly low-prevalent. We will analyze diagnostic criteria for depression detined by Western. Methods : Six thousand and two hundred seventy-five cummunity dwelling subjects, aged 18-64 years were interviewed by using Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Diagnostic criteria for depression defined by DSM-IV were analyzed using the item response theory. Rcsults : We could not find any fallacies of diagnostic critcria tbr depression defined by DSM-IV when assessing depre-ssion among Koreans. Fatigue, concentration difficultics, and sleep disturbance appeared more fequently in mild depression, while psychomotor change, death/suicide, and worthlessness/guilt did not appear until severe depression. Cunclusion : The diagnostic criteria for depression defined by DSM-IV arc appropriate for the Koreans. There are different responding levels, i.e. threshold, of depressive criteria according to severities of depression. Koreans with depression are more likely to complain of appetite change, but less of worthless or guilty feelings than Western people.

        This study does questionnaire over recognition of landscape, major landscape and impressive site in rural community, and research visual preference through precessing pictures with a computer about major landscape. The landscape with natural fabric generally harmonizing with background is high in preference. Also, though major landscape factors are similar, preference is different according to shape, size, quality and color.

        痰飮에 應用되는 小調中湯이 高脂血症에 미치는 影響

        연구배경 : 최근 우리나라에 있어서도 생활 양식의 서구화로 말미암아 다발하고 있는 각종 현대병의 하나인 고지혈증을 한의학적으로 치료하기 위한 방법론의 개발을 연구목적으로 하여, 한의학의 전통적 병인 개념인 담음이론을 통해 고지혈증의 한의학적 개념을 설명하고, 〈의학입문〉처방인 소조중탕을 통해 치료 약재의 개발 가능성을 실험적으로 규명하고자 한다. 방법 : 실험동물에 cholesterol현탁액을 투여하여 고지혈증을 유발시키면서, 〈의학입문〉에 수재된 소조중탕을 투여하여 혈청지질에 포함되어 있는 total-cholesterol, H. D. L-cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid 등의 함량변화를 관찰한다. 결과 : 血淸中 total-cholesterol과 triglyceride含量에 미치는 影響은 對照群에 比하여 매우 顯著한 有意性있는 減少가 나타났으며, 血淸中 H.D.L.-cholesterol과 phospholipid含量에 미치는 影響은 對照群에 比하여 有意性있는 減少가 나타났으며, 血淸中 total cholesterol과 HDL cholesterol의 比率은 對照群에 比하여 有意性이 認定되지 않지만 total cholesterol과 phospholipid의 比率은 對照群에 比하여 有意性이 認定된다. 결론 : 祛痰之劑인 小調中湯은 高脂血症의 改善에 有意性있는 成績을 나타내므로 高脂血症과 痰飮은 相關性이 있으며 脂質代謝異常에 따른 動脈硬化症에도 活用될 수 있는 것으로 思慮된다. In order to study the effects of Xiaotiaozhongtang on hyperlipidemia, white rats were induced by lipid metabolism disorder by the oral-injection of cholesterol. The effects of Xiaotiaozhongtang on lipid in serum were measured by the quantity of total-cholesterol and of H.D.L-cholesterol and of triglyceride and of phospholipid, by the rate of total-cholesterol vs H.D.L-cholesterol and of total-cholesterol vs phospholipid in serum. As a result, we can conclude as follows: 1. Effects of Xiaotiaozhongtang on total-cholesterol and triglyceride levels in serum of cholesterol treated rats were very noticeable. 2. Effects of Xiaotiaozhongtang on H. D. L-cholesterol and phospholipid levels in serum of cholesterol treated rats were noticeable. 3. Effect of Xiaotiaozhogtang on the rate of total-cholesterol vs H. D. L-cholesterol in serum of cholesterol treated rats was unnoticed, but on the rate of total-cholesterol vs phospholipid was noticeable. Thus,as the above-mentioned, on hyperlipidemia, the effects of Xiaotiaozhongtang can be recognized. Secondly, both hyperlipidemia and "phlegm-retention" have correlation each other. In the last place,Xiaotiaozhongtang may be used to artherosclerosis induced by, lipid metabolism disorder, hyperlipidemia.

      • 수영선수의 체격 및 체력이 경기력에 미치는 영향

        Abstract This study was attempted to evaluate and quantify the differences of physical fitness among 4 swimming events(free style, back stroke, breast stroke, butterfly). To determine whether the differences among them existed or not the following question was addressed, were winning athletes among the 4 swimming events physically different? When significant differences were found, efforts focused on describing and quantifying the differences. On the basis of results, it is planned to select some physical fitness batteries which could best discriminate the successful swimmers. The 5 physique factors and 6physical fitness tests as discriminators, such as hight, weight, chest girth, upper limb length, lower jump, reaction time, one-legged standing time, vital capacity. The subjects included 60 elite swimmers sample from Pusan swimmers Team. The speed computer programs were used for data analysis. The results as follows: 1. physique In height, the average of male butterfly athletes was 170.0±3.0cm and 161.0±3.8cm for female butterfly athletes. The result of ANOVA test showed a significance difference for both man and woman(P<.05). In body weight, there was a significance difference both in male butterfly athletes(67.0±3.4kg) and back strokes(70.0±8.1kg). In case of woman, there also was a significance difference(P<.001) in case of woman, there also was a significance difference(P<.001) in butterfly athletes(54.7±5.5kg). In chest girth, it showed a 95.6±3.1cm for male back strokers and 83.0±3.3cm for female. Both showed a significance difference(P<.05) in 74.6±1.5cm for male butterfly athletes and 72.0±1.4cm for female back strokers. In lower limb length, the significance difference was found in male, female butterfly athletes and female breasts strokers, female free style. In standing broad jump, both male and female free style section shoed a significance difference(P<.001). In whole body reaction time, there was a significance difference for both female back strokers in light (0.33±0.1sec) and man free style sprinters (0.27±0.02sec) in sound. Here, there also was a significance difference in back strokers. In one-legged standing time, male free style section showed an annual significance difference(42.3±22.6sec. on average). In vital capacity, difference on the level of P<.06 (5,307±411ml on average).       • 척수압박으로 발현된 급성 골수성 백혈병에 동반된 과립구성 육종 1 례

        저자들은 척수압박으로 하지마비를 보인 환자에서 수술 후에 급성 백혈병에 동반된 과립구성 육종으로 진단된 환자 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Granulocytic sarcoma(GS) is an uncommon tumor composed of immature cells of the granulocytic series. Most case of GS occur in the course of acute leukemia and the blast crisis of chronic leukemia, Rarely, however, it may present before leukemia becomes clinically apparent. It may also occur in patients with myeloproliferative disoders. GS has been reported that it occurs in 3% to 9% of patients with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) and the incidence of GS is reported to be higher in patients with t(8;21). GS occurs relatively commonly in africa and has been reported to affect 10-25% of black children presenting with AML. This is very rare case of granulocytic sarcoma with AML(FAB M5) presented with spinal cord compression which was supported by decompression laminectomy.

      • UV/TiO₂공정의 최적 운전조건 결정

        This research aims to analyze influencing factors and determine optimal operation conditions on UV/TiO₂process for piggery wastewater treatment. Relation between influencing factors and optimum operating conditions were determined by Response Surface Methodology, which was mathematical and statistical method for the modeling of process. The removal rates of TCOD and color increased with increasing temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration, and pH, but decreased with increasing initial TCOD concentration. As the result of RSM, optimum operating conditions TCOD and color removal were temperature of 35~43 ℃. DO concentration of 503~6.3 ㎎/L, less than 110 ㎎/L of initial TCOD concentration, and more than 6.3 of pH. According to RSM modeling, effect of initial TCOD concentration for TCOD and color removal was greatest, and secondly, temperature and DO concentration were influential, and the effect of pH and interaction between influencing factors were negligible. As the result of the comparisons of experimental data with modeling data of RSM, the relationship was very high. 본 연구의 목적은 UV/TiO₂공정에서 돈사폐수의 TCOD와 색도 제거를 위한 영향인자 해석과 최적 운전조건을 반응표면분석이라는 통계적 기법을 통해 도출하는 것이다. 반응표면 분석결과 TCOD와 색도의 제거율은 온도, 용존산소 농도, 그리고 pH가 증가할수록 높아졌으며, 유입 TCOD 농도가 증가할수록 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. TCOD와 색도 제거율에 미치는 영향은 유입 TCOD 농도가 가장 크고, 그 다음은 온도, 용존산소 농도의 순으로 나타났으며, pH 및 영향인자 상호작용에 의한 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 TCOD와 색도 제거를 위한 최적 운전조건은 온도 35~43 ℃, 요온산소 농도 5.3~6.3 ㎎/L, 유입 TCOD 농도 110 ㎎/L 이하, 그리고 pH 6.3 이상으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 방응표면분석에 의한 2차 회귀모형을 검증한 결과 모형의 유의성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        등치관법이 배수관망 해석에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the errors caused by improper application of equivalent pipe method on analysis of network were investigated. Especially, the errors related to selection of C-coefficients, pipe lengths, pipe diameters and flow rates were focused. To reduce errors caused by applying equivalent pipe method in network analysis, both C-coefficient of each parallel pipe and large flow rate variation in the parallel pipes between connected junctions should be considered. Results of this study are as follows. When the different C-coefficients of each parallel pipe was not considered, the application of equivalent pipe method caused 47.84% error in headloss and 24.75% error in pipe flow in model network. Also, When large flow rate variation existed in the parallel pipes between connected junctions, equivalent pipe method caused 51.61% error in headloss.
