기성콘크리트 부재의 현장생산 리스크 평가를 위한 체크리스트 개발

기성콘크리트 부재를 현장 생산하는 경우 공장생산보다 약 14.5-39.4%의 원가가 절감되는 것으로 이전 연구에서 확인되었다. 특히, PC공장 관계자의 인터뷰를 통해, 실제 공장주는 생산원가의 20% 이상의 이윤을 얻지 못하면 공장관리 간접비를 cover하지 못해 계약을 하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 동등한 조건에서 기성콘크리트 부재를 현장에서 생산한다면 공장생산 대비 동등 이상의 품질이 확보된다. 이 연구들에 따르면 원가와 품질 측면에 유리하므로 기성콘크리트 부재는 현장에서 생산하여야 한다. 그러나 주어진 공기뿐 아니라 현장생산을 위한 여러 가지 제약조건으로 모든 물량을 현장생산하기 어렵다. 그 이유는 현장생산은 프로젝트 관리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 리스크로 인하여 기피하기 때문이다. 그러나 기성콘크리트 부재의 현장생산 수행 전 리스크 요인을 분석하고 그에 대응한다면 현장생산 기회를 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기성콘크리트 부재의 현장생산 리스크 평가를 위한 체크리스트를 개발한다. 체크리스트를 1개의 사례현장에 적용하여 리스크 요인을 쉽고 빠르게 평가할 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 그 결과 건폐율이 높은 현장의 경우 생산 및 야적을 위한 가용면적을 확보하기 어려워 리스크가 큰 현장으로 분류되는 것으로 분석되었다. 개발된 리스크 평가 체크리스트는 현장생산의 리스크요인을 효율적으로 평가하며, 프로젝트 수행 시 수시로 변경되는 리스크요인을 쉽고 빠르게 판단하여 상황에 따라 대처가 가능하다. In previous studies, it was confirmed that through the in-situ production of precast concrete members, costs could be reduced by 14.5-39.4% compared to in-plant production. In particular, it was confirmed that the factory owner did not make a contract if it did not earn more than 20% of the production cost. If precast concrete members are produced in-situ under the same conditions, the quality equivalent to that of factory production can be secured. As it is advantageous in terms of cost and quality, precast concrete members must be produced in-situ. However, it is difficult to produce all quantities in-situ due to time and various other constraints. This is because in-situ production is avoided due to anticipated risks during the project management process. However, if the risk factors are analyzed before performing in-situ production of precast concrete members, it will increase the opportunity for in-situ production. Therefore, this study develops a checklist for evaluating the risk of in-situ production of precast concrete members. By applying the checklist to one case site, it was verified that risk factors can be evaluated easily and quickly. As a result, it was analyzed that sites with a high building coverage ratio are classified as high-risk sites because it is difficult to secure usable area for production and storage. The developed checklist efficiently evaluates the risk factors of in-site production, and makes it possible for the operator to determine the risk factors, which can change frequently during project execution, and respond according to the situation.

Objective Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common type of dementia and the prevalence rapidly increased as the elderly population increased worldwide. In the contemporary model of AD, it is regarded as a disease continuum involving preclinical stage to severe dementia. For accurate diagnosis and disease monitoring, objective index reflecting structural change of brain is needed to correctly assess a patient’s severity of neurodegeneration independent from the patient’s clinical symptoms. The main aim of this paper is to develop a random forest (RF) algorithm-based prediction model of AD using structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods We evaluated diagnostic accuracy and performance of our RF based prediction model using newly developed brain segmentation method compared with the Freesurfer’s which is a commonly used segmentation software. Results Our RF model showed high diagnostic accuracy for differentiating healthy controls from AD and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) using structural MRI, patient characteristics, and cognitive function (HC vs. AD 93.5%, AUC 0.99; HC vs. MCI 80.8%, AUC 0.88). Moreover, segmentation processing time of our algorithm (<5 minutes) was much shorter than of Freesurfer’s (6-8 hours). Conclusion Our RF model might be an effective automatic brain segmentation tool which can be easily applied in real clinical practice.

Radiation therapy is used for cancer treatment, but there are some side effects such as oxidative damage. Sodium salicylate, an anti-inflammatory drug, plays a role in the reduction of oxidative damage. We investigated the antioxidant role of sodium salicylate against gamma-radiation-induced oxidative damage in liver tissue after whole-body irradiation with a single dose of 5 Gy. Twenty adult rats were divided into four equal groups. On the day of the experiment, groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were treated orally with 200 ㎎/㎏ sodium salicylate, while groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ received distilled water. One hour later, groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were exposed to 5 Gy whole-body ionizing radiation in a single fraction. Thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TSARS) in the liver ware measured in all groups, 4 hours after their exposure to radiation. Whole-body radiation significantly increased TSARS level in the liver, while sodium salicylate significantly reduced hepatic TSARS level in irradiated rats. Furthermore, radiation injury induced Kupffer cell activation, while sodium salicylate significantly inhibited Kupffer cell activation in irradiated rats. The data obtained in this study suggest that sodium salicylate administration prior to irradiation may prevent liver damage by radiation.
소셜 네트워크 사이트의 소셜 추천 광고 효과에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 소셜 추천 광고에 대해 중점적으로 살펴보고 광고 효과를 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 소셜 네트워크 사이트 상의 광고 효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 세 가지 요인, 광고 추천인의 광고 추천 의도와 관련된 보상 유형 (금전적 보상 vs. 비금전적 보상), 광고의 제품 유형 (쾌락재 vs. 실용재 ), 광고 추천인과 소비자와의 유대 강도 (강한 유대 vs. 약한 유대)에 대해 조사하였다. 보상 유형과 광고 제품 유형 간의 상호 작용 효과를 검증하기 위해 2 × 2 요인 실험 설계를 하였으며 광고 추천인과 소비자 사이의 유대 강도는 조절변수로 설정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 소셜 추천 광고를 본 참가자들이 비금전적인 보상을 제공하는 쾌락재 광고를 볼 때에 효과가 가장 높았으며, 제품 유형과 보상 유형이 각각 효과를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 광고 제품 유형 및 보상 유형의 조합에서는 약한 유대에 있는 사람이 추천하는 광고보다, 강한 유대에 있는 광고 추천인이 광고 효과에 더 큰 영향력을 미친다는 조절 효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 광고 추천인과 소비자 사이의 유대 강도의 차이에 따른 조절 효과가 발생한 것이다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소셜 네트워크 사이트 상에서의 마케팅 환경 방법에 관한 시사점을 논의하였다. This study focuses on an effectiveness of socially recommended advertising on social network sites (SNSs) and investigates the impact of three critical factors on SNS advertising effectiveness - reward type for advertising recommenders’ intention, product type on advertisements, and tie strength. A 2 × 2 factorial design was used to test the interaction effects between the two variables, reward type and product type on advertisements, moderated by tie strength. The results indicate that when participants observe socially recommended advertising, hedonic product ads with non-monetary reward shows the most effectiveness, and reward type and product type are also effective. In the combination of reward type and product type, we have confirmed the regulating factor influencing the effectiveness of social advertising according to the tie strength between the recommenders and the consumers. Strong-tie recommenders have more influence on the effectiveness of the social advertising than weak-tie recommenders. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications were provided to refine marketing environments on SNSs.
First Record of the Biting Midges, genus Atrichopogon (Diptera: Ceratopogonidae) from Korea

Recently in the course of examining Korean diptera, we found a species, Atrichopogon femoralis Tokunaga placed in the subfamily Forcipomyinae Meigen. Forcipomyinae is most specious in the family Ceratogonidae, and comprise about 5,566 extant species placed in 103 genera in four subfamilies (Borkent and Wirth, 1997) from almost all the zoogeographic regions. Genus Atrichopogon is second largest genus, with about 520 species (Borkent, 2012). Currently 39 valid species of 6 genera belonging to 3 subfamily are known in Korea. The specimens were collected from intermountain area and reservoir of Chungcheongnam-do, Cheonan-si, and Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongju-si by black light trap (BLT) in 2013. We report an occurrence Atrichopogon femoralis Tokunaga for the first time in Korea, and of which diagnosis, description, distribution and photo images are presented. For further researches, we also provide a key to genera of Korean Ceratopogonidae.

<P>Among the Ruddlesden-Popper series, La(n+1)NinO(3n+1) (n = 1, 2, and 3) has attracted tremendous attention as an intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) cathode because of its favorable properties for realizing high performance. Inter alia, La4Ni3O10-delta (n = 3) has in particular gained recognition as a promising cathode material owing to its high electrical conductivity and cell performance in IT-SOFC applications. The fabrication of nano-sized La4Ni3O10-delta composites requires a low sintering temperature process because high sintering temperature gives rise to solid state reactions between the constituents, which leads to the formation of an undesired electrical insulator and the formation of a low surface area thin-film on the surface. The infiltration method is therefore chosen to fabricate nano-sized La4Ni3O10-delta composites because it can provide reduced particle size of La4Ni3O10-d by separating the sintering process of the cathode from the high temperature sintering process of the electrolyte. In this work, we investigated the electrochemical properties of La4Ni3O10-delta composites prepared by an infiltration method in terms of application as an IT-SOFC cathode material as well as the effect of strontium doping at La sites.
