        SLIS(Software License Integrated Solution) is composed of the 6 parts, Server Agent, Web Server, Client Agent, Client Manager, Service, and Install Shield. For the most part of the project is developed based on MFC platform except for the one, Client Manager, which is built on DDK(Driver Development Kit) and ASP. NET platform. Client Agent program installed on a customer's computer is implemented in 14 different classes. Its main function is able to limit and uninstall the purchased software by using teminateProcess. The purchased softwares expiration dates on customer's computer is being monitored by both Server agent and Client software itself. Client Manager hides the process of Client Agent program which shouldn't be killed by manipulating Process List in Kernel through DDK. To do this, Client Manager is internally implanted and registered in Windows Service to be ran as a part of windows system.

      • 해조류 용매별 추출물의 항돌연변이원성

        톳, 미역 및 다시마를 용매별로 추출하여 이들 추출물의 항돌연변이원성을 검색하였다. 톳 용매별 추출물의 MMS에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 TA100 균주에서 헥산, 에탄올, 에칠에테르 추출물 순으로 높았고, TA102 균주에서 헥산, 에칠에테르, 에탄올 순으로 높았으나, 미역 및 다시마 추출물은 항돌연변이원성이 거의 없었다. ICR191에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 시험된 모든 시료에 대한 에탄을 추출물이 높은 항돌연변이 효과를 나타내었고, 에칠에테르와 헥산 추출물은 물 추출물보다도 낮은 효과를 나타냈다. 그러나 톳 추출물은 시험된 모든 용매 추출물에서 60% 이상의 높은 항돌연변이 원성을 나타내어 ICR-191에 의해 유도되는 돌연변이 원성을 저해하는 물질이 수용성 및 비수용성에 걸쳐 다양함을 나타내었다. 한편, 미역, 다시마 및 톳 추출물의 sodium azide에 대한 항돌연변이원성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. Desmutagenic effects against methyl methanesulfonate(MMS)-, 2-methoxy-6-chloro-9-〔3-[2-chloroethyl〕aminopropylamino〕acridine(ICR191)- and sodium azide-induced mutations by the extracts from Hizikia fusiforme. Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida with different solvents were investigated. The solvent extracts from Hizikia fusiforme were the highest desmutagenic effect against MMS in n-hexane and against ICR191 in ethanol extract. but no against sodium azide in all solvent extracts tested. While the solvent extracts from Undaria pinnatifida and Laminaria japonica were the highest against ICR191 in ethanol extract. but no against sodium azide and MMS in all solvent extracts tested. Moreover. all the solvent extracts from Laminaria japonica were inhibited 60% or more ICR191-induced mutations.

        This study was carried out to investigate the woody plants of the Chinju National University. Field survey was carried out 3 times from July to October 2000. The results obtained from this study were as follows : 1. Among 145 kinds, 88 genera, 53 families of total woody plants, the needle-leaved trees of 28 kinds, 15 genera, 6 families and broad-leaved trees of 117 kinds, 73 genera 47 families were found. 2. Among the 4 investigated districts, area II showed the most abundant woody plants(92 kinds). 3. The endemic woody plants to Korea in Chinju National University were 6 species, They are Pinus koraiensis, Abies koreana, Buxus microphylla var. koreana, Cornus walteri, Carpinus coreana, Gleditsia joponica var. koraiensis. 4. The species of rare and endangered plants were 6 species, There are Corylopsis coreana, Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii, Koelreuteria paniculata, Abies koreana, Magnolia kobus, Tsuga siebodii and The exotic woody plants in korea were 59 kinds 41 genera 28 families. 5. The most abundant populations were Thea sinensis(271 populations) and Ilex crenata(247 populations).

      • 효소 및 추출을 이용한 전분이 함유된 고분자 필름의 생분해도 측정

        Various methods were proposed for the measurement of biodegradability of polymer materials by American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM). In those methods, carbon dioxide evolution, oxygen consumption, and the weight loss of polymer are measured for the evaluation of biodegadability when microorganisms grow by using the polymer material as the only carbon source. Since a month or longer time is needed to measure the quantities, a rapid quantitative mathod is required to be developed. We used α-amylase for determining the biodegradability of starch-filled polyethylene film: however, the enzyme reaction was so slow. Further studies on the reaction conditions are necessary for the rapid completion of the reaction. Therefore, starch content in the film was measured for the evaluation of biodegradability on the assumption that starch is a perfect biodegradable material. NaOH solution was used for the extraction of starch from the film and the weight loss of the film was measured.

      • 放射線照射에 의한 濟州産 鹽乾옥돔의 貯藏性向上에 관한 硏究

        濟州産 鹽乾옥돔(yellow sea bream ; Branchiostegus japonicus japonicus)을 Vinyl 眞空包裝 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 및 2.0Mrad 水準으로 放射線 照射후 室溫과 冷藏으로 60日間 貯藏하여 鹽乾옥돔의 理化學的變化 및 官能檢査를 수행하였다. 貯藏期間中 總菌數는 放射線 照射水準이 높아짐에 따라 抑制되고 있었으며, 放射線照射와 冷藏處理가 더욱 效果的이었다. TMA의 增加率은 高線量水準에서 적었으며 2.0Mrad水準은 도리어 貯藏初期에 비하여 末期에 이르러 TMA의 含量을 減少시켰다. TMAO의 減少率은 貯藏條件에 관계없이 照射後 20日傾부터는 急激한 減少現象을 나타내었다. Total nitrogen의 減少는 無照射區에서 가장 컸으며, 照射水準이 높아짐에 따라 變化의 폭은 적었다. VBN含量은 各 處理區 모두 D30에서 顯著한 增加를 보이고 있었으며, 放射線處理에 따라 多少 抑制되었다. 放射線照査와 室溫貯藏區에서는 20日까지, 放射線照査 및 冷藏處理區에서는 40日까지 鹽乾옥돔의 鮮度를 유지시킬 수가 있었다. 組織變化, 總菌數, 腐敗 등 要因을 考慮할 때 鹽乾옥돔의 貯藏性向上을 위해서는 1.0Mrad가 適正水準으로 推定되었다. Salted dry yellow sea bream were vaccum packed in a plastic bags and irradiated at differents levels (0.0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 20 Mrad) using ?? source. The irradiated samples were stored at room temperature and 5℃. Physical and chemical properties were examined during storage. The total bacterial count was depressed according to level of irradiation applied. It was noted that cold storage after irrdiation was more effective than room temperature. TMA contents slowly increased with higher dosage rates up to 1.5 Mrad but there was a gradual decrease of TMA at the 2.0 Mrad level.It was observed that there was a rapid decrease of TMAO 20 days after irradiation irrespective of storage temperature. The reduction of total nitrogen content was highest in the control but to a lesser degree when irradiation was applied. VBN content increased in all treatments 30 days after irradiation but it was also noted that there was a tendency toward depression of VBN by irradiation. The shelf life of salted dry sea bream was extended by 20 days with irradiation plus room temperature, and by 40 days with irradiation plus cold storage. To extend shelf life of salted dry sea bream, the most effective dosage rate was 1.0 Mrad based on tenderness, bacterial count and rancidity.

      • 원발성 두개골내 수막종 : 1예 보고 A Case Report

        Primary intraosseous meningioma of skull is rare, and often confused with a primary bone tumor. We report a case of a 71 years old female patient with an intraosseous calvarial meningioma of frontal bone presenting as a solitary osteolytic skull lesion. Plain skull radiograph, CT and MR images show sharply marginated expansile bony lesion in frontal skull vault, and a small well enhanced soft tissue mass within bone. The mass is extracranially protruded to scalp, and is partially attached to the underlying dura. Outer and inner table of skull vault is slightly bulged out, suggesting intradiploic origin of the tumor. The tumor was treated with surgical excision and cranioplasty. Histological examination revealed fibrous meningioma.

        상악동으로 이소맹출한 견치

        구강 내에서 치아가 이소맹출되는 것은 흔히 있는 반면에 구강외 다른 부위로의 이소맹출은 드물다. 예를 들어 비강, 턱, 하악과두, 관상돌기, 안와 또는 상악동으로 이소맹출할 수 있으며 그 원인은 불명확한데 구개열과 같은 발육장애, 외상이나 낭종에 의한 치아변위, 상악감염, 유전, 총생 또는 치밀골 등의 원인 요소가 논의되고 있지만 대부분의 증례에서 정확한 원인이 규명되지는 않았다. 치아가 상악동으로 이소맹출한 경우 무증상일 수 있지만 심각한 병적문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 증례는 6세 1개월 남환아로 어금니가 아프다는 주소로 연세대학교 치과대학병원 소아치과에 내원하였다. 의과병력과 치과병력조사에서 특이한 사항은 없었고 통상적인 보존치료후 주기적인 임상 및 방사선 사진 검사에서 상악 좌, 우 견치의 맹출경로의 이상소견을 보였다. 13세 7개월에 촬영한 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 상악 좌, 우측 견치가 상악동으로 이소맹출되었으며 Caldwell Luc 수술법으로 제거하였다. 환자는 동통이나 불편감 등을 호소하지 않았으며 종창이나 지각과민 등의 구강내 이상소견은 없었다. 이소맹출되는 치아는 영구치, 유치 및 과잉치일 수 있으며 대부분의 과잉치는 무증상으로 주로 주기적인 방사선 검사시 발견될 수 있다. 정확한 진단 및 치료계획을 세우기 위하여 주기적인 구강 및 방사선 사진 검사가 필요하다. Ectopic eruption of a tooth into the oral environment occurs commonly whereas ectopic eruption of a tooth into other sites is rare. Those that have been reported include the nasal cavity, chin mandibular condyles, coronoid processes, orbits and maxillary sinus. The etiologic factors of ectopic eruption are developmental disturbances such as cleft palate and teeth displaced by trauma or cysts, maxillary infection, genetic factors, crowding and exceptionally dense bone. In many cases, however, the etiology cannot be identified. Eruption of the teeth into the maxillary sinus is uncommon, however, the identification of such teeth can be important since they have potential to cause considerable morbidity. The definitive treatment is surgical removal of the teeth. A 7 year-old-boy visited the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Dentistry, Yonsei University for treatment of dental caries. The abnormal erupting paths of the left and right maxillary canines were found during routine panoramic radiographic investigations. A panoramic radiograph taken at 13 years old revealed that two maxillary canines were located into the sinus. The teeth were extracted the Caldwell-Luc approach.
