This experiment was attempted to establish the optimal condition, e.g., the effects of pH, interferences of other elements, for the determination of the inorganic elements in the paddy soils by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.<br/> Inorganic elements of 100 paddy soils which were sampled in Jeon bug provincial farm land were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer in that condition.<br/> The results obtained in this experiment are summarized as follows:<br/> 1) The optimal pH for determination of inorganic elements in paddy soils is about 7.0.<br/> 2) It was investigated that the absorbance of potassium was increased, and that of calcium, magnesium and zine was decreased by adding of Fe^(++) and Cu^(++) in the sample.<br/> 3) It was shown that paddy soils in Jeonbug provincial farm land contain the normal amounts of inorganic elements (K, Ca, Mg, Zn,). But comparing to the results of 1976 year, it was known that the contents of inorganic elements in paddy soils considerably was changed.

The transient power characteristics of a PEM fuel cell stack was experimentally studied using a commercial 1.2kW PEM fuel cell (Nexa™ Power Module, Ballard Power System Inc.). The conditions in PEM fuel cell stack such as temperature and water content change rather slowly because of their large heat capacity and long channel length, which results in long transient time to converge to a steady state. The steady characteristics of the PEM fuel cell module was determined first, followed by the measurement of its transient characteristics upon stepwise and continuous load current changes. During the stepwise current change from 5A to 25A, the output voltage initially decreased below the steady voltage and then increased gradually. Similar behavior was also observed for the stepwise current change from 25A to 5A. This transient behavior is explained with reference to the evolution of the temperature and water content of the PEM fuel cell stack.

This study is for the development of high temperature ALD SiO₂ film process, optimized for gap-fill process in manufacturing memory products, using a space-divided PE-ALD system equipped with an independent control dual plasma system and orbital moving unit. Space divided PE-ALD System has high productivity, and various applications can be applied according to Top Lid Design. But space divided ALD system has a limitation to realize concentric deposition map due to process influence due to disk rotation. In order to solve this problem, we developed an orbit rotation moving unit in which disk and wafer. Also we used Independent dual plasma system to enhance thin film properties. Improve productivity and film density for gap-fill process by having deposition and surface treatment in one cycle. Optimize deposition process for gap-fill patterns with different depths by utilizing our independently controlled dual plasma system to insert N₂ and/or He plasma during surface treatment, Provide void-free gap-fill process for high aspect ratio gap-fill patterns (up to 50:1) with convex curvature by adjusting deposition and surface treatment recipe in a cycle.

In this study, the silicon nitride thin film deposited in the space division PEALD was studied in more depth. The defect density and impurity concentration of the silicon nitride thin film have a great influence on reading and writing information, so it was confirmed how it changes according to the process conditions. Plasma treatment was performed to improve the density and impurities of the silicon nitride thin film, and it was analyzed how Plasma Treatment affects the defect density and impurity concentration of silicon nitride.
M&S 지원을 위한 HEMOS-Cloud 서비스의 경제적 효과

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 서비스 사용자 요구에 따라 컴퓨팅 자원을 임대하여 사용하는 컴퓨팅 패러다임이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서 컴퓨팅 자원은 사용자의 서비스 수요에 따라 컴퓨팅 자원을 확장 또는 축소가 가능하여 전체 서비스 비용 절감 효과를 가질 수 있다. 그리고, M&S (Modeling and Simulation) 기술은 컴퓨팅 자원과 CAE 소프트웨어를 통해 엔지니어링 분석 작업 결과를 얻어, 실제 실험 결과가 없이 제품의 상태를 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 분석하는 방법이다. M&S 기술은 FEA(Finite Element Analysis), CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics), MBD(Multibody Dynamics) 및 최적화 분야에서 활용된다. M&S 통한 작업 절차는 전처리, 해석, 후처리 단계로 구분된다. CAE 소트프웨어를 통한 3D 모델링 작업인 전/후처리는 GPU 연산이 집약적이며, 3D 모델 해석은 CPU 또는 GPU 연산이 요구된다. 일반적인 개인 데스크톱에서 복잡한 3D 모델을 해석하는 시간이 많이 소요된다. 결과적으로, M&S를 원활하게 수행하기 위해서는 고성능 컴퓨팅 자원이 요구된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 우리는 통합 클라우드 및 클러스터 컴퓨팅 환경인 HEMOS-Cloud 서비스를 제안한다. 제안한 클라우드 기반 방식에서는 M&S에 필요한 전/후처리 및 솔버 작업을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 구성했다. 이 시스템에서 전/후처리는 VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)에서 수행되고 해석은 클러스터 환경에서 수행된다. 각 용도에 맞게 서로 다른 환경에서 분리하여 컴퓨팅 자원 간에 간섭을 최소화했다. HEMOS-Cloud 서비스는 기업 또는 학교에서 M&S의 경험이 필요로 하는 사용자에게 CAE 소프트웨어와 컴퓨팅 자원을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 HEMOS-Cloud 서비스의 경제적 파급효과를 산업연관분석을 활용하여 분석했다. 전문가의 의견을 반영하여 조정된 계수를 통한 분석 결과는 생산유발효과 74억원, 부가가 치유발효과 41억원, 취업자유발효과 10억원당 50명으로 분석되었다. Cloud computing is a computing paradigm in which users can utilize computing resources in a pay-as-you-go manner. In a cloud system, resources can be dynamically scaled up and down to the user’s on-demand so that the total cost of ownership can be reduced. The Modeling and Simulation (M&S) technology is a renowned simulation-based method to obtain engineering analysis and results through CAE software without actual experimental action. In general, M&S technology is utilized in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Multibody dynamics (MBD), and optimization fields. The work procedure through M&S is divided into pre-processing, analysis, and post-processing steps. The pre/post-processing are GPU-intensive job that consists of 3D modeling jobs via CAE software, whereas analysis is CPU or GPU intensive. Because a general-purpose desktop needs plenty of time to analyze complicated 3D models, CAE software requires a high-end CPU and GPU-based workstation that can work fluently. In other words, for executing M&S, it is absolutely required to utilize high-performance computing resources. To mitigate the cost issue from equipping such tremendous computing resources, we propose HEMOS-Cloud service, an integrated cloud and cluster computing environment. The HEMOS-Cloud service provides CAE software and computing resources to users who want to experience M&S in business sectors or academics. In this paper, the economic ripple effect of HEMOS-Cloud service was analyzed by using industry-related analysis. The estimated results of using the experts-guided coefficients are the production inducement effect of KRW 7.4 billion, the value-added effect of KRW 4.1 billion, and the employment-inducing effect of 50 persons per KRW 1 billion.
중소ㆍ중견기업을 위한 사용자 친화형 웹 기반 ezSIM 플랫폼 개발

Structure and/or fluid analysis is gradually increased by an essential design process in the small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) because of the needs for a rapid design process and the certification about the supplement of the parts by the large business (LB). In this paper, we developed the web-based ezSIM platform installed in the resources integrated system server. The ezSIM platform is based on the heterogeneous linux and windows operating system for the user-friendly connection with the part of the analysis for the SMBs. The procedure of the structure/fluid analysis service module using the public software and the license-free open code in the ezSIM platform was explained. The convenience of the ezSIM platform service was presented by the reaction rate of the graphic motion compared with that of a local PC and the solving and pre-post processing interface compared with that of the KISTI supercomputer. The web-based ezSIM platform service was identified as a useful and essential platform to the SMBs for the usage of the structure and/or fluid analysis procedure.
