이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.

Roll forming process is one of the most widely used processes in the world for forming metals. It can manufacture goods of the uniform cross section throughout the continuous processing. However, analysis of process is very difficult because of the inherent complexity of the process. For this reason, the computer analysis methods such as the FEM(Finite Element Method) and the FDM(Finite Difference Method) are frequently used in roll forming design. In this paper, the under rail composed of upper member, center member and lower member is modeled. Also the flower pattern of the upper member is designed and the roll forming process is simulated. The upper member is designed using constant arc length forming method and constant radius forming method for excellent design. The cold rolled carbon steel sheet(SCP-l) is used in this simulation, and a flow stress equation is set up through the tensile test. Each types are simulated and compared with the longitudinal strain using SHAPE-RF software. In addition. the numerical magnitude of camber and bow is predicted from the results of the simulation.

Background: Accessory bones and tarsal coalitions are the most common developmental variations of the foot and ankle. However, their clinical implications are not well understood because there is no established prevalence data in the normal population and the reported prevalence varies widely. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the incidence of accessory ossicles and tarsal coalitions in a healthy, asymptomatic Korean population. Methods: A total of 448 healthy, asymptomatic participants (224 men and 224 women; 896 feet) were enrolled and stratified by age and sex. To investigate the presence of accessory bones and tarsal coalitions in the foot and ankle, we obtained the weight-bearing standing radiographs (anteroposterior and lateral views) from each participant. Results: Accessory ossicles were found in 49.2% of the healthy, asymptomatic Korean adults. The prevalence of accessory bones in adults was the highest with 34% for the accessory navicular, 5.8% for the os trigonum, 3.9% for the os peroneum, and 1.7% for the os subfibulare. The prevalence of tarsal coalitions in adults was 0.4% and that of symphalangism was 16% for the fourth toe and 80.6% for the fifth toe. The frequency of the accessory navicular and fifth toe symphalangism was significantly higher in women. Most of the accessory navicular and fourth and fifth toe symphalangism were bilateral, whereas the os subfibulare was mostly unilateral. Conclusions: The prevalence of accessory bones and tarsal coalitions in the healthy, asymptomatic Korean population showed some variation according to age and sex.

A simple process to achieve the selective chemical vapor deposition of Cu on octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)-patterned indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates has been realized in this study. A microcontact printing method was employed to transfer the OTS patterns on the ITO surfaces and subsequently a Cu thin film was selectively deposited onto the OTS-free ITO surface areas by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The selectively formed Cu on the pre-patterned ITO substrates resulted in the Transmission Line Model (TLM) test patterns, giving the low specific contact resistance of Cu-ITO interfaces.

우리나라 방위산업은 고등훈련기, 잠수함 등을 수출할 정도로 발전했으며, 방산 기술력은 선진국 대비 80% 수준으로 평가받고 있다. 이렇게 방위산업이 발전함에 따라 국가 안보상 중요한 정보를 유출하려는 시도도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 정부는 방산업체에서 보유한 중요 정보를 보호하기 위한 정책들을 시행하고 있으나 방산업체별 다양한 특성을 고려하지 않은 채 획일화된 정책을 추진함으로써 투자 대비 효과성이 떨어지는 것이 현실이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 보안에 대한 투자 대비 효과성을 높이기 위해 방산업체 특성을 고려한 차등화 된 보안정책 개발에 활용할 수 있도록 핵심 평가 요소를 도출하고 요소별 가중치를 산출하는데 목적이 있다.
