        Insulation Coating of Fe–Si–Cr Soft Magnetic Powder by Selective Oxidation

        This study examines the insulation coating technology of Fe–Si–Cr powder via selective oxidation annealing, which oxidizeselements selectively by controlling the oxidation potential. The study calculated the oxidation driving force of Fe, Si, andCr, and conducted a thermodynamic analysis of oxidation and reduction conditions according to temperature and oxidationpotential. Based on the results, a selective oxidation annealing was performed in an atmosphere in which Fe is reduced andonly Si and Cr are selectively oxidized. The oxidation potential was controlled through the partial pressure ratio of hydrogenand water vapor. The XPS analysis results confirmed that a Si and Cr complex oxide layer formed on the powder surfaceafter the selective oxidation annealing. Afterward, withstanding voltages were analyzed to evaluate the insulation property. Then, the withstanding voltage of the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing increased significantly comparedto that of the initial powder. Further analysis showed that the powder annealed in an air atmosphere had a significantly lowersaturation magnetic flux density than the initial powder, while the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing hadonly a slightly reduced saturation magnetic flux density.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        위험도 정보를 이용한 Technical Specifications 개선을 위한 정량적 의사결정 방법론 연구

        The utility and the nuclear research institutes in korea have conducted research for improving inefficient requirements in technical specifications using the results of probability risk assessments and informations with risk. However, the guidance for reviewing the improved technical specifications has not been developed. The objective of this study is to develop a decision-making framework for investigating and reviewing the technical documents associated with the changes of technical specifications. This study has developed a decision-making framework for reviewing the improvements of the RI-TS(Risk-Informed Technical Specifications). This work may contribute to enhancing both the safety and the efficiency of nuclear power plants by changing Technical Specifications proposed by the utility.

      • IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인에 관한 사례 연구

        정보기술의 발전은 기업이 혁신적으로 비용을 감축하거나, 고객에게 전혀 다른 차원의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 과거에 갖지 못했던 새로운 능력을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 기업에게 요구되는 정보 시스템(Information System : IS)의 새로운 능력들이 성공적으로 확보하기 위해서는 기업 IS 혁신 및 IS를 통한 경쟁적 우위의 확보를 위해서 IS 인적자원 혁신의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 IS 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직 혁신, IS 혁신, 인적자원 혁신에 대한 문헌 연구를 통하여 IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인을 도출하고, 이들 영향 요인들이 IS 인적자원 혁신과정에 어떠한 메커니즘을 통해 영향을 미치는지 나타낸다.

        This study tries to make a full discussion of relation between the phase of modernity and dramatic configuration in Park Young Ho's <Son>. That relation is disclosed by characters' debate upon way of life according to each worldviews. Sim kamchal represents fetish of modernity, Cheon Soo does aesthetic of modernity, Son Ui Seong does modernity of Marxist. The problem is that there is demonstration and negation among characters but array of results only exists in the text That is to say, the characters' deliberations is not in stage but in dramatic space and stage just tells a consequence of their deliberations. This appear; as flatness of character which is the fatal limitation of the drama text <Son>. Except Cheon Soo, all the characters are absent at the moment of serious decision. When Cheon Soo' s mentor Son Ui Sang does not sympathize with Cheon Soo like anyone else, he decides to leave K harbor. He never suffers a psychic or mental trouble in the fatal determination of renouncing his family. This soon ap ears as transparency of behavior and coming to a decision emerged from inner absence. The transparency is a phenomenon originating from too strong power that is previously set by each character' s name of modernity and author' s thought. In result, the characters cannot make a true debate with one another, Sim kamchal. Cheon Soo and Son Ui Seong never develop their personality but confirm their own intrinsic qualities and all they do is to convey it to audience.

        PVAc 라텍스 접착제의 열적 안정성에 대한 고찰

        Latex polymers are widely used for adhesive, binder, paint etc. Especially the PVAc(Polyvinyl acetate) latex which manufactured by vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol as protective colloid is a useful environmentally friendly adhesive. To increase useful property of PVAc latex, this study was carried out for checking thermal characteristics and physical condition of PVAc latex by DSC, FT-IR, Pyrolyzer GC-MS. The activation energies of thermal decomposition for 40, 48, 56, 64% solid content of PVAc latex were found as 28.1~36.0kcal/mol by Kissinger's method and 17.2~22.0kcal/mol by DSC method. Actually, reasonable solid content could be consiered as 56% because of activation energy and adhesive characteristics. According to the effect of protective colloid for 4, 10, 15, 20wt%, the activation energy shows same tendency to both method and in case of 15wt% has been found as the highest activation energy. The mechanism of thermal decomposition was mainly estimated by main chain scission, not by side group on FT-IR analysis. Main component of Pyrolyzer GC-MS result were consisted of CH₃COOH, CH₃, H₂O and light gases(CO, CO₂, CH₄ etc).

      • CORBA 기반 Z39.50 서버와 데이터베이스엔진 통합

        본 논문에서는 분산 객체 표준 기술이 CORBA를 이용하여 Z39.50 서버와 데이터베이스 엔진들을 통합한다. 이와같이 구현된 Z39.50 서버는 서버처리 부담을 줄일 뿐만 아니라 구현 객체에 대한 위치 투명성을 제공함으로써 다양한 데이터베이스 엔진모듈과의 통합이 가능하게 하여 시스템 확장에 있어 많은 편리함을 제공한다. 또한 데이터베이스 엔진 모듈 부분을 그대로 재사용할 수 있어 자원효율을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다. In this paper we integrate a Z39.50 server and various database engines using distributed object standard technology called CORBA. The Z39.50 server that supports various database engines based on CORBA not only decreases server process overhead but also provides the location transparency for the implementation object. The Z39.50 server based on CORBA is more flexible in the system extension than existing Z39.50 servers. Since it also can use the database engine module without its modification, it increases resource reusability.

      • 고기능성 미립 실리카 제조

        본 연구에서는 attrition mill을 활용하여 분쇄시 발생하는 오염물질을 방지하고 고분자 유기물질의 첨가로 평균 입도 2-3㎛의 미립 실리카 분체에 가능성을 부여하여 규석 관련 첨단산업용 고부가가치 상품을 개발하고자 하였다. 실험결과 용기 내부의 코팅재에 따른 미립화 효율은 세라믹 > 텅스텐 카바이드 > 스테인레스 > 포리우레탄 > 테프론의 순이었으며 오염방지 효과는 세라믹 > 폴리우레탄 > 텅스텐 카바이드 > 테프론 > 스테인레스의 순이었다. 고분자 유기물질의 첨가에 의해 분쇄효율이 증가하였으며, 첨가제의 일부가 표면에 코팅되어 원관의 백색도 85에서 92까지 상승되었다. 형상 조절 실험 및 백색도 향상 실험결과 첨가에에 의한 분쇄 산물은 원광보다 구형에 가까운 것을 알 수가 있었다. This study focused on manufacture of the high value-added products for a high-technology industry related to silica. The silica fines less than 3㎛ was manufactured using laboratory attrition mills with various coated liner and analysed the pollutions added from the grinding test. Ground particle's shape was investigated by adding polymer. In the grinding test, coated material of cylinder affects size reduction rate by order of ceramic, tungsten carbide, stainless steel, polyurethane, teflon. In contamination tests the coated liner affects in order of stainless steel, teflon, tungsten carbide, polyurethane, ceramic. It was found also that the result of additive test showed an instant effects of grinding and whiteness.
