        허난설헌(許蘭雪軒)과 서영수합(徐令壽閤)의 한시(漢詩)에 나타난 여성상(女性像)

        Heo Nanseolheon and Seo Yeongsuhap are two of the utmost female literary figures that left such traces in the history of Chinese literature during Joseon. This study set out to examine and analyze their poems and their poetic consciousness in them according to their perceptions of reality and pursuits in reality. Nanseolheon led such a short life of 27 years from 1563 to 1589, while Yeongsuhap enjoyed her natural span of life of 75 years from 1753 to 1828. Both of them were born in a prestigious family during Joseon when the decorum pressures were heavy on women. Even though the times did not allow women to read books, they learned and studied before getting married into another prestigious family and leading a noble life as the wife of an illustrious official. They also left anthologies behind thanks to the kind considerations of their families. Nanseolheon left 210 poems in Nanseolheonjip published by her young brother Heo Gyun after her death, while Yeongsuhap left 192 poems in Yeongsuhapgo, a supplement to her husband Hong In-mo`s collection, Joksudangjip. Even though they shared very similar social and family backgrounds, their poetic worlds were widely different. Their different poetic worlds were examined according to their perceptions of reality and pursuits in reality. In the first area of life as a woman, Nanseolheon had pain from her real life, in which a romantic love she used to dream before marriage did not come true. Her solitude never to be overcome in real life turned into her heartburning yearning for love never to come. Yeongsuhap did not depict a feeling of yearning in her poems. She showed no solitude or sorrow in her works, accepting a given daily life in a serene manner. In the second area of life as a mother, Nanseolheon lost her two very young children to death. Their death was one of the factors that made her poetry rich in a heartburning sentiment. In many of her poems, Yeongsuhap expressed her pride for her children, worries as their mother, and lectures for them to become great figures as a mother loyal to the Confucian and ethical norms of the times. In the third area of deviations from the daily life, both of them regarded themselves as virtuous people that used to live in the good world. In the fourth area of pursuit of extreme good, Nanseolheon pointed out the incompetence of the ruling class, the common people victimized by the ruling class, and the injustice of class discrimination, whereas Yeongsuhap showed no social criticism. She understood that an ideal world was found in her home, where she raised her children, assisted her husband, and shared friendship with her neighbors although he had an aspiration for the good world and missed the country. Nanseolheon and Yeongsuhap lived in similar family environments during similar times but expressed such different poetic consciousness. There is no judging which of them is right or better because their different worlds reflected the lives they lived to their best and contained such significant accomplishments in the history of Chinese poetry by female poets.

        정상교합과 Ⅲ급 부정교합아동의 하악운동 범위에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to obtain the normal range of mandibular movement for 13 year old boys and girls, and to compare it to the range of mandibular movement of class Ⅲ patient and normal adult for diagnosis and prognosis of class Ⅲ malocclusion and TMJ dysfunction. The subjects were 20 normal boys 20 normal girls 22 class Ⅲ boys and 18 class Ⅲ girls. The author measured the ranges and shapes of movement of the mandible in the frontal, sagittal and horizontal trajectories using Saphon visi-trainer CⅡ (Tokyo Shizaishs Inc.) for the subjects. The results obtained are as follows: 1) The mean for maximum right laterotrusion in the frontal trajectory were 11.96㎜ in N.B.,11.10㎜ in N.G.,11.32㎜ in Ⅲ. B.,11.24㎜ in Ⅲ G. The mean for maximum left laterotrusion were 11.48㎜, 11.0㎜, 10.91㎜, 10.44㎜ respectively. Area of border movement were 7.16㎝ in N.B., 6.59㎝ in N.G., 7.29㎝ in Ⅲ. B., 7.50㎝ in Ⅲ. G. 2) The mean for maximum protrusion in the sagittal trajectory were 11.7㎜ in N.B., 11.4㎜ in N.G., 11.87㎜ in Ⅲ B., and 11.02㎜ in Ⅲ. G. 3) The mean for maximum protrusion in the horizontal trajectory were 10.20㎜ in N.B.,10.00㎜ in N.G.,9.12㎜ for Ⅲ B. and 9.36㎜ in Ⅲ. G. 4) The mean for maximum protrusion of Class Ⅲ subjects were shorter than those of normal subjects. 5) There was no sexual difference in the range of mandibular movement for 13 year old subjects.         제 7차 교육과정 개정을 위한 가정계 고등학교 교육과정 체제 및 구조 개선 연구

        This study proposes a model curriculum for Vocational Home Economics High School in the 7th Curriculum Revision. The model in the study is first drawn from the assumptions that reflect ever changing demands of industrial society for Home Economics education. Another perspective employed in the study is historical analysis that focuses on the evolution of the Vocational Home Economics Curricula from the 1st through the 6th revision. This study also employes comparative research tools for the national level comparision such as USA, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. The proposed model curriculum in this study is concluded from those step-by-step studies as follows: 1) Problem definition and design in current curriculum for Vocational Home Economics high school ; 2) Needs and roles analysis of Vocational Home Economics high school for the future: and 3) Historical analysis of our curriculum revisions in the past and cooparative analysis with other countries. Authors conducted this research project for 3 month period from June 15, 1996 to September 15,1996. During this period, authors collected the data and information through those methods as an extensive literature review, survey and interview, and curriculum specialist conference. The key and critical features of the proposed curriculum in the study are as follows : 1) In the numbers of department, a proposed model curriculum offers 8 as opposed to 6 in the 6th revision, reflecting two additional departments of "Elderly Welfare" and "Cosmotology". 2) In the statement of educational objectives, a model curriculum emphasizes a more concrete statement to each specific skills according to the changing societal needs. 3) In the numbers of total subject matters, there would be 40 in the new as opposed to 23 in the current curriculum. Among these changes, 17 would occur in the newly introduced subject maters while 11 would simply change the subject matter name. Among 40 subject matter, "Introduction to Computer" and "Home Economics in Vocational Education" would be required subject matter. 4) In the total numbers of required unit for graduation in three years, a model offers 86~132 unit A maximum unit for each subject matter would be 12.

      • 오차드그래스(Dactylis glomerata L.)의 품종에 따른 종자유래의 캘러스 형성률과, 캘러스 크기 및 식물체 재분화 효율의 비교

        Comparison results of callus formation ratio from seed explants, callus sizes, regeneration ratios from callus and regeneration efficiency [calculated by following formular; callus formation ratio(%) × regeneration ratio(%)/100]for 27 ochardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.)varieties imported and Hapsung 2 developed in Korea are as follows; 1. Among ochardgrass varieties showing more than 50% callus formation ratios, the descending order of callus formation ratio after bedding the seed explants for 4 weeks was 93>Sparta>Pizza>Condor>Lidaglo>Glorus>Hapsung2>Frode. 2. The callus sizes after bedding for 4 weeks were in the range of φ 0.43cm~4.2cm in which there was 10 times size difference between the largest one and the smallest one but most of them were between φ2.5cm~4cm. 3. The regeneration ratio from callus among varieties were in the range of 0~36% and descending order of the upper 6 varieties was Plano>Akimidori>Justus>Lidacta>Currie>Hall mark. 4. The regeneration efficiency which is calculated by the ratios of regeneration from seed explant numbers was between 0 to 17.4% among which Justus showed the highest value in the 4-week treatment. 5. The correlation between callus formation ratios and the callus sizes, callus formation ratios and regeneration efficiency, and callus sizes and regeneration efficiency were r=0.5765, r=0.6365 and r=0.6246, respectively in 4-week callus and all the correlations were significant on the 1% level. 6. In 6-week callus, the descending order callus formation ratios from seed sxplants for the best 6 varieties was Condor>Sparta>93M>Justus>Potomac>Lidaglo>Frode. 7. The callus sizes formed were between φ1.5~5.7cm in which Sparta, the largest one of φ5.7cm was five times larger than the smallest one. The callus size of the control variety. Hapsung 2 was φ3.8cm, which belonged to larger size. 8. Regeneration ratio showed a great deviation among varieties from 6-week old calli by showing from 0% to 100% in which all the calli were regenerated in Plano while no callus was regenerated in Juno, 9. The range of regeneration effciency was between 0~28% among varieties in which the values from 6-week callus treatment were larger than those from 4-week callus treatment. Especially, the value of Potomac in 6-week was 3 times larger than that in 4-week. 10. The correlation between callus formation ratios and the callus sizes, callus formation ratios and regeneration efficiency, and callus sizes and regeneration effciency were r=0.8369, r=0.6683 and r=0.5937, respectively in 6-week callus, and all the correlations were significant on the 1% level.

      • ERK1/2-Mediated Schwann Cell Proliferation in the Regenerating Sciatic Nerve by Treadmill Training

        <P>Proliferation of Schwann cells in the injured peripheral nerve supports axonal regeneration, and physical training in experimental animals has been shown to promote nerve regeneration. Extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) activity can mediate neuronal responses to lesion signals, but its role in non-neuronal cells in the injured area is largely unknown. Here we report that treadmill training (TMT) facilitates axonal regeneration via the upregulation of phospho-ERK1/2 protein levels in Schwann cells in the injured sciatic nerve. Low-intensity, but not high-intensity, TMT increased neurite outgrowth of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) sensory neurons and potentiated Schwann cell proliferation. TMT elevated levels of GAP-43 mRNA and protein, and phospho-ERK1/2 protein in the injured sciatic nerves. TMT also enhanced phospho-c-Jun protein levels in the injured nerve. In-vivo administration of the ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 eliminated phospho-c-Jun, suggesting ERK1/2 phosphorylation of the c-Jun protein. PD98059 treatment decreased levels of BrdU-labeled proliferating Schwann cells in the distal portion of the injured nerve, and delayed the axonal regrowth that was promoted by TMT. The present data suggest that increased ERK1/2 activity in Schwann cells may play an important role in TMT-mediated enhancement of axonal regeneration in the injured peripheral nerve.</P>

        보건소를 이용하는 지역주민의 건강 행위와 건강관련 체력간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to identify relationship health behavior and health related physical fitness in order to provide the basic data for health promotion program for community people. The study was conducted 299 people, during the period from June 1, 2000 to October 30, 2000. The result are as follows. 1. Female comprised was 63.2%(189), while male comprised 36.8%(110). The age range of the subject were from 21 to 59 years old. The subject were aged 30s group 52.5%, 40s group 29.1%, 50s group 12.7%, 20s group 5.7%. Twenty subjects (6.7%) had experience smoking and one subject (0.3%) in female and nineteen subjects (6.4%) in male. Seventy-five subjects (25.1%) had experience drinking and twenty-nine subjects (9.7%) in female, and forty-six (15.4%) in male subjects. ninety-nine subjects had exercise and sixty subjects (20.1%) in female subjects and thirty-mine subject (13%) in male. 2. Body fat and flexibility were higher in female than male subjects, but cardioresperatory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance were higher in male than female subjects. 3. There were significant differences in body fat and muscular endurance between age group in both gender subjects, and in cardioresperatory endurance and muscular strength between the age group in male subjects. 4. No significant differences health related fitness between non-smoking and smoking group in both gender subjects. 5. No significant differences health related fitness between non-alcohol and alcohol group in both gender subjects. 6. For female subjects, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility of the exercise group were significantly higher than those of the non exercise group. for male subjects, cardiorespiratory endurance of the exercise group were significantly higher than those of the non exercise group.

        Trend of Intensive Care Unit Admission in Neurology- Neurosurgery Adult Patients in South Korea : A Nationwide Population-Based Cohort Study

        Objective : We aimed to examine trends in critically ill neurology-neurosurgery (NNS) patients who were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) in South Korea and identify risk factors for in-hospital mortality after ICU admission in NNS patients. Methods : This nationwide population-based retrospective cohort study enrolled adult NNS adult patients admitted to the ICU from 2010 to 2019 extracted from the National Health Insurance Service in South Korea. The critically ill NNS patients were defined as those whose main admission departments were neurology or neurosurgery at ICU admission. The number of ICU admission, age, and total cost for hospitalization from 2010 to 2019 in critically ill NNS patients were examined as trend information. Moreover, multivariable logistic regression modeling was used to identify risk factors for in-hospital mortality among critically ill NNS patients. Results : We included 845474 ICU admission cases for 679376 critically ill NNS patients in South Korea between January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2019. The total number of ICU admissions among NNS patients was 79522 in 2010, which increased to 91502 in 2019. The mean age rose from 62.8 years (standard deviation [SD], 15.6) in 2010 to 66.6 years (SD, 15.2) in 2019, and the average total cost for hospitalization per each patient consistently increased from 6206.1 USD (SD, 5218.5) in 2010 to 10745.4 USD (SD, 10917.4) in 2019. In-hospital mortality occurred in 75455 patients (8.9%). Risk factors strongly associated with increased in-hospital mortality were the usage of mechanical ventilator (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 19.83; 95% confidence interval [CI], 19.42–20.26; p<0.001), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (aOR, 3.49; 95% CI, 2.42–5.02; p<0.001), and continuous renal replacement therapy (aOR, 6.47; 95% CI, 6.02–6.96; p<0.001). In addition, direct admission to ICU from the emergency room (aOR, 1.38; 95% CI, 1.36–1.41; p<0.001) and brain cancer as the main diagnosis (aOR, 1.30; 95% CI, 1.22–1.39; p<0.001) are also potential risk factors for increased in-hospital mortality. Conclusion : In South Korea, the number of ICU admissions increased among critically ill NNS patients from 2010 to 2019. The average age and total costs for hospitalization also increased. Some potential risk factors are found to increase in-hospital mortality among critically ill NNS patients.

        중재 시술용 기능성 기관-기관지 팬텀의 유용성

        중재 시술용 기능성 기관-기관지 팬텀을 제작하고, 스텐트 삽입술을 시행하여 그 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 중재 시술용 기능성 기관-기관지 팬텀은 실리콘으로 제작하였으며, 기관을 통하여 스텐트 삽입술이 가능하도록 삽입구를 제작하였다. 팬텀은 지점토를 이용하여 인체와 동일한 형태로 기관, 기관지 분지부와 양쪽 상부 기관지를 재현하였고, 사각형의 틀에 지점토를 고정시킨 후 액상의 실리콘을 채워 건조시킨 후 지점토를 제거하여 제작하였다. 인체, 동물, 팬텀에서 기관지스텐트 삽입 후 흉부 촬영 필름의 농도와 기관지 분지부의 각도를 측정하여 비교하였다. 기관지스텐트는 세선의 교차가 다른 2가지(X-type, Y-type) 형태를 삽입하였으며, 스텐트 삽입술 후 기관 상부, 기관 분지부, 좌기관지, 우기관지, 스텐트 삽입부의 필름농도를 측정하였다. 필름농도는 기관 상부의 경우, 인체 0.76(±0.011), 동물 0.97(±0.015), 팬텀 0.45(±0.016)이었고, 기관 분지부의 경우는 인체 0.51(±0.006), 동물 0.65(±0.005), 팬텀 0.65(±0.OO8)이었고, 우기관지의 경우는 인체 0.14(±0.OO8), 동물 0.59(±0.014), 팬텀 0.04(±0.007)이었고, 좌기관지의 경우는 인체 0.54(±0.004), 동물 0.54(±O.008)로 팬텀 0.08(±0.OO8)이었고, 스텐트 삽입부의 경우는 인체 0.54(±0.004), 동물 0.59(±0.011), 팬텀 0.04(±0.007)이었다. 기관 분지부가 이루는 각도는 인체의 좌기관지에서 42.6(±2.07)˚, 우기관지에시 32.8(±2.77)˚이었으며, 동물에서 각각 43.4(±2.40)˚, 34.6(±1.94)˚, 팬텀에서 각각 35(±2.00)˚, 50.2(±1.30)˚이었다. 본 연구팀이 제작한 기관-기관지 팬텀은 기관지 스텐트 삽입술의 재현이 가능하여 중재시술의 술기연습용이나 스텐트를 평가하기 위한 체외실험에 사용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. To evaluate usefulness of a functional tracheobronchial phantom for interventional procedure. The functional phantom was made as a actual size with human normal anatomy used silicone and a paper clay mold. A tracheobronchial-shape clay mold was placed inside a square box and liquid silicone was poured. After the silicone was formed, the clay was removed. We measured film density and tracheobronchial angle at the human, animal and phantom, respectively. The film density of trachea part were O.76(±O.O11) in human, O.97(±O.015) in animal, O.45(±O.O16) in phantom. The tracheobronchial bifurcation part measured O.51(±O.OO6) in human, O.65(±O.OO5) in animal, O.65(±O.008) in phantom. The right bronchus part measured O.14(±0.008) in human, O.59(±0.014) in animal and O.O4(±O.OO7) in phantom. The left bronchus were O.54(±O.004) in human, O.54 (±0.008) in animal and O.08(±0.008) in phantom. At the stent part were O.54(±O.004) in human, O.59(±0.011) in animal and O.04(±0.007) in phantom, respectively. The tracheobronchial angle of the left bronchus site were 42.6(± 2.07)˚ in human, 43.4(±2.4O)˚ in animal and 35(±2.00)˚ in phantom, respectively. The right bronchus site were 32.8(±2.77)˚ in human, 34.6(±1.94)˚ in animal and 50.2(±1.30)˚ in phantom, respectively. The phantom was useful for in-vitro testing of tracheobronchial interventional procedure, since it was easy to reproduce.

      • 부산시내 대중목욕탕 용수중 중금속 분석

        The niny-four cold and hot water samples were collected from 47 bathhouses in Pusan and then analyzed by ICF with microwave digestion treatment to evaluate 13 kinds of metals in water of public baths. The mean concentrations of each metal in all samples were Pb, 0.001 mg/L; Ca, 33.241 mg/L; Fe, 0.066 mg/L; Mg, 5.166 mg/L; Zn, 0.040 mg/L; As, 0.009 mg/L; Mn, 0.006 mg/L; Cd, 0.007 mg/L; Se, 0.002 mg/L; Cr; 0.025 mg/L; Al, 0.047 mg/L; Cu, 0.032 mg/L. In groundwater samples Ca, Mn and Cu and Al level showed a statistically significant degree (p<0.01). In tap water samples Pb and Fe level were significantly hider in cold water while the Cr and Al level were lower (p<0.05). In the mixed tap groundwater and the spa water samples no significant degree was found between cold and hot water except that Mn level in cold water was significantly higer than in hot (p<0.05). Comparison between the spa area and non-spa area group : Ca and As level were higher in the spa area than the non-spa area, respectively. The highest mean concetration of Fe, Mg, Zn, and Cu were cold water in non-spa area, that of Mg and Cu were hot water.
