        용량제약이 있는 설비의 위치선정 및 수요자 할당문제에 대한 최적화 모형 및 해법

        본 논문에서는 용량제약이 있는 설비의 위치선정 및 수요자 할당 문제(Capacitated Location-Allocation Problem)에 대한 정수계획 모형과 해법을 제시하였다. 이 문제는 설비를 설치할 수 있는 후보지의 집합과 각 후보지별로 설치 가능한 설비의 용량 및 설치비용, 수요를 만족시켜야 할 수요자의집합 및 각 수요자와 설치 후보지 사이의 운반비용이 주어져 있을 때, 설비들의 설비비용과 수요의 운반비용이 합을 최소화하는 설비의 설치 위치 및 대수 그리고 수용자와 설비간의 연결상태를 구성하는 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제에 대한 두 가지 정수계획모형을 제시하고, 이 모형에 대한 최적해를 구하기 위한 다면체적 절단평면을 이용한 분지-절단해법(Branch-and-cut algorithm)과 열생성기법을 이용한 분지-평가해법(Vranch-and-price algorithm)을 제시하였다. 제시된 모형과 해법은 물류시스템의 설계 및 정보통신시스템의 통신설비 위치선정 등에 활용될 수 있다. The temperature-dependent dc resistivity ρ(T) has been investigated for Pr_(0.65)Ca_(0.35)MnO_(3) and La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3) films prepared by pulsed-laser deposition. The formation of a metallic phase below the Neel temperature and evidence for a crossover from a charge-disordered to a charge-ordered state at 205 K were found for the Pr_(0.65)Ca_(0.35)MnO_(3) films. It was shown that the anomalous behavior of ρ(T) for the La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3) films resulted from transitions between high- and low-spin states of the Co^(3+) ions. The microwave measurements of high-T_(c) YBCO films showed that the unusual behavior of the surface resistance for compounds overdoped with oxygen also originated from the existence of and an ordering trend for the magnetic impurities. These results manifest the important role of the phase-separation phenomenon in determining the transport properties of magnetoresistive manganites and cobaltites and of the superconducting cuprates.

      • 사무직 근로자의 수면의 질 및 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관련성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of depression, sleep quality, job stress and their association among office workers. Method: A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 147 workers employed in 5 big enterprises, and 5 small and medium enterprises from October 21 to November 21, 2012. The questionnaires included socio-demographic and health-related characteristics, job-related characteristics, sleep quality, job stress (KOSS) and depression (CES-D). Result: Among all subjects, 23.1% was in the depression group (21 points and over in the CES-D score). Depressive level was positively correlated with job stress and quality of sleep. The adjusted odd ratio for the effects of sleep quality and job stress on depression significantly increased in the depression group compared to that of the normal group. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the following factors of influence had combined explanatory powers on depression: BMI, life satisfaction, quality of sleep, and job stress. Conclusion: The study revealed that complicated influences were exerted on the level of depression by variable factors, as well as socio-demographic characteristics, health-related characteristics, quality of sleep, and job stress. Specifically, the level of depression was influenced by the quality of sleep and job stress.

        노인외상환자의 외상중증도계수와 동통감지력의 변화에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Because elderly individuals are participitating in social work as adult inspite of their physical handicapes such as hearing difficulty, visual difficulty and limit of motion, they are continually exposed to the risk of injury. Trauma is now fifth cause of death in elderly of over 65 years old, and the elderly suffer disproportionately high injury-related motality comparing with younger adults. In addition, sometimes elderly patients don`t complaint of pain on injured site because of high threshold to pain. We studied about occurence of neglected injury due to high threshold to pain in geriatric trauma patients. When we diagnosised injury that patients did not complaint of pain on injured site through physical examination and radiologic examination, we defined that as neglected injury. There were 8 (8%) geriatric patients who didn`t complaint of pain on injured site on admission to emergency center, but only 0.7% of adult patients had neglected injury. The severity was estimated by use of AIS(Abbreviated Injury Scale), and the severity of all neglected injuries were above AIS 2 point. The neglected injury were head injuries(4 in number), abdominal injury(1), pelvic injuries(2) and extremity injury(1). So if geriatric trauma patients were admitted to emergency center, we recommand full physical and radiological examinations although patients don`t complaint of pain.

        Immunohistochemical study on the expression of calcium binding proteins (calbindin-D28k, calretinin, and parvalbumin) in the cerebral cortex and in the hippocampal region of nNOS knock-out(−/−) mice

        Nitric oxide (NO) modulates the activities of various channels and receptors to participate in the regulation of neuronal intracellular Ca2+ levels. Ca2+ binding protein (CaBP) expression may also be altered by NO. Accordingly, we examined expression changes in calbindin-D28k, calretinin, and parvalbumin in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of neuronal NO synthase knockout(−/−) (nNOS−/−) mice using immunohistochemistry. For the first time, we demonstrate that the expression of CaBPs is specifically altered in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of nNOS−/− mice and that their expression changed according to neuronal type. As changes in CaBP expression can influence temporal and spatial intracellular Ca2+ levels, it appears that NO may be involved in various functions, such as modulating neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis, regulating synaptic transmission, and neuroprotection, by influencing the expression of CaBPs. Therefore, these results suggest another mechanism by which NO participates in the regulation of neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis. However, the exact mechanisms of this regulation and its functional significance require further investigation.

      • 찰성 및 메성 大麥의 品質에 關한 硏究

        國內外에서 蒐集한 찰보리의 栽培 可能性을 檢討하고 몇가지 品質特性을 메성보리와 比較하기 위하여 慶尙大學校 田作圃場에서 메보리 8品種, 찰보리 7品種과 맥주보리 4品種을 試驗栽培하여 分析한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 收量은 찰보리가 메보리 보다 낮고 導入찰보리인 Wanubet와 Wafranubet가 各各 73%, 77%로서 標準品種안 창녕 보다 낮다. 2. Amylose 含量은 맥주보리, 피과맥 메성, 찰보리의 順이며 導入철보리와 國內에서 育成한 찰보리 간의 差異는 없다. 3. 炊飯吸水率과 밥白度는 찰성이 메성보다 높다. 4. Amylogram 의 粘性에서 糊化溫度와 最高粘度時溫度는 찰성이 메성보다 낮고 最高粘度는 활성이 메성 보다 높다. 導入찰성과 國內에서 育成한 찰성보리간에는 差異를 認定 할 수 없다. Changes in the grain quality were examined in 8 non-waxy, 7 waxy and 4 malting barley cultivars(Hordeum,vulgare L.) collected from Korea and the U.S.A. Yield was higher in non-waxy barley. Wanubet and Wafranubet collected from the U.S.A. were 73 and 77%, respectively, of Changyeong in the yield. Malting and non-waxy barley contained more amylose than waxy types. No significant difference was observed in amylose content between Korea and U. S. A. cultivars. Waxy barley showed a higher water absorption ratio and cooking whiteness than non-waxy barley. Gelatinization temperature and the temperature at which maximum viscosity was lower in waxy than non-waxy barley. The reverse was true ill maximum viscosity. There was no significant difference in the viscosity of amylogram between Korea and U. S. A. cultivars.

        The Curriculum of National Cooking(Guidance) for the Youth Had Been established at the Myungji University in 1994 for the first time in the history of Korean college, and 8 universities Has, Recently and operate the course, These days the curriculum mostly concentrates on the subject of pedagogy and educational psychology. (ⅰ) To vitalize the juvenile's physical activity, the government concerned needs to make a political support in order each university to found the curriculum for the youth.And each university must open the course which the teenager can make physical activities free of charge. (ⅱ) The educational policy researching and developing the activity area of the youth is required.By educating them based upon the activity area, the youth can have a healthy body which results from sound spirit. (ⅲ) The youth Activity Centre is to be established and operated at each community or local district to vitalize the section for sport activity which the juvenile prefer.Physical promotion is needed to be desirable adult. (ⅳ) Today the computer system like internet and dlectronic entertainment/game give the large influence on all the juvenile.Herein we need to remind that almost young generation study by day and indulge in computer without Physical activity that lead to weak body and feeble spirit.Under those circumstances, we can find out the juvenile delinquent from to time. (ⅴ) Finally, it is greatly important and imperative to foster lots of professional experts/coaches who can understand the youth and guide them in a sound way.

      • 차분 순회부호를 이용한 비디오 전송의 오류정정

        본 논문에서는 일본 TV방송 및 디지털 비디오의 전송 오류정정에 쓰이는 차분 순회부호(Differential Cyclic Code)의 오류 정정회로를 설계한다. 차분 순회부호는 송신기(Transmitter)와 수신기(Receiver)에서 사용되는데, 송신기의 회로는 11비트의 정보비티에 의해 10비트의 패리티비트를 생성하고, 수신기의 회로는 송신기에서 나온 출력 값 21비트 패킷을 신드롬 계산법과, 과반수 논리(Majority Logic)에 의해 오류를 검출, 정정한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 차분 순회부호 오류정정 회로 설계는 VHDL에 의해 코딩되었고, 시뮬레이션, 설계합성을 통하여 레이아웃을 하였다.

        Recently, Finite field is applied especially an important role of the moderndigital communication in the cryptography. In this paper, We proposed the inverse finite field algohthm over GF(256) using finite composite fields. An alternative representation of certain types of Galois Field is the composite field representation. Proposed inverse finite field that has the small cell area and similar computation time as serial finite field multiplier. At the results, we confirmed that collect operation and also get the effect that the hardware's size without time delay.

      • 가열 및 저장중 고추 oleoresin의 지질산화 및 항산화성

        Changes of lipid oxidation and antioxidative activity in modified oleoresin during heat treatment and storage were investigated. Lipid oxidation occurred somewhat to oleoresin red pepper after heat treatment for 5 hours at 150℃ and 200℃, whereas in the heat treatment at 50℃ and 100℃, occurred in little. During heat treatment for 5 hours at 100℃, oleoresin red pepper had a moderate antioxidation effect, but its antioxidation effect at 200℃ was not shown due to degradation of capsaicin. And oleoresin red pepper greatly inhibited the oxidation of soybean oil during storage at 25℃ and 40℃.
