The effect of Carbontetrachloride administration on Lactatedehydrogenase isozyme patterns were analyzed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis for the brain, heart, kidney, lung, liver and mouse muscle. Each other tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of these isozymes. At normal condition, aerobic tissue such as brain, heart, kidney, and lung were found to have all five isozymes from LDH_1 to LDH_5, while anaerobic tissues such as liver and muscle were found to have superiorly LDH_5 The toxicity of Carbontetrachloride administration was most prominence in the liver, and lung toxicity was occured also.

박화성 소설의 탈식민적 페미니즘 연구 : 『벼랑에 피는 꽃』을 중심으로

박화성의 소설『벼랑에 피는 꽃』은 페미니스트 현석란이 가부장제 사회 속에서 일본 제국주의에 대한 저항을 일생의 목표로 하여 살아온 이야기를 수미상관의 기법으로 전개한 작품이다. 17세부터 36년 동안에 현석란은 ‘우리만의 힘으로 대한의 딸들을 기르리라’는 목표를 실현하기 위해 고군분투하였다. 이런 현석란의 삶은 독립을 목표로 싸운 조선의 36년과 같았다. 즉 근대 초기 여류작가로만 인식되고 있는 박화성은 해방 이후에도 계속적으로 항일저항의식을 간직하는 작품을 집필한 현대적 작가였던 것이다. 본고는 『벼랑에 피는 꽃』에 나타난 언어제국주의 비판과 민족주의적 여성정체성, 이중 억압에 대한 저항으로서의 자매애와 형제애, 식민지 여성의 양면적 섹슈얼리티를 통해 이를 밝히고자 한다. Plant regeneration from callus of Iris odaesanensis Y. N. Lee native to Korea via organogenesis

Iris odaesanensis Y. N. Lee. is an important endangered and native plant belonging to the family Iridaceae in Korea. This study describes a method for rapid micropropagation of this species via from leaf, rhizome and root explants derived calli. Leaf, rhizome and root explants were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D) for callus induction. Rhizome explants yielded calli at a frequency of 72% when cultured at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D. Calli were maintained at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D. These calli were transferred to MS medium supplemented with 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/l 2,4-D in combination with 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 3.0 mg/l BA for adventitious shoot induction. The highest number of adventitious shoot (228.9 per petri-dish) were formed at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D and 1.0 mg/l BA. WPM medium was the best to convert calli into plantlets, where up to 98.2% of calli were regenerated into plantlets. This in vitro propagation protocol should be useful for conservation of this endangered plant.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Korean traditional treatments for Climacteric Syndrome Patients with Hwa-Byung. Methods: From February 2015 to May 2015, We treated 5 Cases Patients with Korean traditional treatments for a month. We measured treatment effects by Menopause Rating Scale (MRS), Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI). Results: After treatment, First, the scores of MRS, BDI were decreased. Second, the symptoms such as hot flush, pantalgia, palpitation, insomnia, fatigue were significantly improved. Also, the difference of ?中 (CV17, Danjung) and 關元 (CV4, Guanyuan) temperatures were significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean traditional treatments such as Gamicheonglijagam-hwan, acupuncture, moxibustion are effective on Climacteric Syndrome Patients with Hwa-Byung.

Objectives: This clinical study reports the effects of Cheonggansoyo-san (CSS) on three patients with glossodynia. Methods: Three patients with glossodynia were treated with CSS (i.e., an herbal medicine) and acupuncture. Numeric rating scales (NRSs) for glossodynia and dry mouth and hwa-byung questionnaire scores were evaluated, and the results from heart rate variability (HRV) evaluations were analyzed. Results: After treatment with CSS, three patients' glossodynia symptoms, such as burning sensations, tingling, and numbness of the tongue, were improved. NRS ratings for glossodynia and dry mouth and the hwa-byung questionnaire scores also improved, and HRV parameters were closer to the normal range. Conclusion: Cheonggansoyo-san could be used to treat glossodynia.

Duchenne형 進行性 筋異養症 保因者 檢出에 Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism 이용에 관한 硏究

We performed genetic analysis for detection of carrier state of Duchenne's muscular dystrophy (DMD). As genetic markers of the disorder, We used DNA-sequence polymorphisms detected with 6 different DNA probes derived from the vicinity of the DMD locus at genetic distance less than 15 cmo or from within the gene. on the short arm of X chromosome. In the family we studied. a consultand was a 29 years old woman whose maternal grandfather was a DMD patient who was unavailable. Therefore, all of her maternal aunts were DMD carriers whose next generations were requested for DNA studies. On the basis of linkage analysis. a proband and her niece were deemed to be unaffected with an accuracy of more than 99%, and we anticipated another two femals and one malt to be unaffected with 98% probability (normal serum creatine kinase level) where crossover events between intragenic(pERT 87.30) and flanking probes(pXUT23) were detected. but carrire risk of a female with the same haplotype was elevated to 41% taking account of an increased serum creatine kinase level. Two other females were predicted to be affected with 99.9 and 97.1% probabilities each. However. a genetic interpretation was impossible for one male in which a crossover breakpoint could not be determinied because of his mother's homozygosity of the alleles between crossovered alleles where hitherto pessibility of intragenic crossover could not be ruled out Our experience suggests that genetic diagnosis based on recombinant deoxyribonucleic acid techniques are assuming increasing importance. and provide a highly accurate method for carrier detection and prenatal diagnosis of DMD. By the way, despite the large number of intragenic and flanking DNA polymorhpisms available, uncertainties often remain in the genetic diagnosis of DMD. Pitfalls are presented by the large size of the region in which Duchenne's mutations can occur. Crossover events in this region. especially intragenic ones, which result in an exchange of DNA between two X chromosomes, can,rener DNA-marker studies inaccurate.

동북아 지역의 외래어 수용 양상에 대한 연구

The primary aim of this study is to examine the different patterns of accepting foreign cultures through a cross-linguistic analysis of loan words in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Based on the data collected from 2000 to 2002, the investigator analysed the loan words of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese in terms of five different categories: IT(Information Technology), high-technology, computer, internet, and multi-media broadcasting. This study also investigated the characteristics of individual loan words, their transcribed patterns, and their specific features of word formation. The results of the study showed the similarities and differences of patterns in formulating loan words among the three East-Asian countries.

자궁경부 상피내 병변 환자에서 LEETZ 원추절제술 후 HPV DNA Test 추적 검사의 임상적 의의

Objective: This study was performed to investigate the clinical significance and timing of HPV test for follow up of patients after LEETZ treatment in CIN lesion Methods: From January 2005 to December 2008, 105 patients with CIN were treated with LLETZ at Kosin university gospel hospital, Busan, Korea. After LEETZ, HPV test and Pap smear were done after 3months. Every HPV typing was done by HPV DNA chip. Results: A total of 105 cases were enrolled in this study. There were 25 patients with CINⅠ, 38 with CINⅡ, 42 with CINⅢ. Mean age was 41.95 years (range, 23-71 years) at the time of LEETZ. Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). During follow up after LEETZ, 65.6% had negative result after 3 month, 72.1% after 6 month, 73.9% after 9 month, 77.1% after 12 month, 79.2% after 15 month, 79.6% after 18 month, and 80.4% after 24 month. There were 2 cases of abnormal pap smear among persistent positive HPV DNA cases and no abnormal pap smear results in negative HPV DNA cases during follow up. Conclusion: Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). We suggest that HPV DNA test is recommended per 6 Months, and close observation is recommended in persistent positive HPV DNA test cases.

직장여성의 직무태도 및 성과의 결정요인 : 상황적 요인과 성역할 태도 The Influence of Situational Factors and Sex Role Attitudes

This purpose of this study is to examine the effects of antecedents of job attitudes and performance of working women. The antecedents studied in the past literature include (1) situational factors such as tenure, position, age, pay, education, and (2) socialization factors. But the latter have seldom been submitted to empirical testing. This study attempts to test empirically the effects of both sets of variables on job attitudes of working women. Specifically, the hypothesis tested is as follow : the difference of job attitudes and performance between male and female will be affected not only by situational factors and sex per se but also by sex role attitudes, which are expected as being influenced by socialization practices. Under this hypothesis, questionnaire survey was conducted for 600 workers including production, administration, and professional workers. The major finding is as follow: The hypothesis was upheld for job satisfaction among production and administration workers and for organizational commitment among adminstration workers. The implication of these results and future research direction are discussed.
