        정약용(丁若鏞) 전(傳)의 명명(命名)과 주제(主題) 구현 방식

        Jeon is usually established by essential elements among Chinese proses. The elements, for example, are name, lineage, date of birth and death, personal records, characters, records of wife and children, and author's opllUon. Five Jeon by Jeong Yahg-yong are thought to be rather simple because they substantially keep those essential elements. However, his Jeon is characterized that 'name’ of the elements brings personal characters and the main subject into relief. This factor is a discriminative thing differentiating from other Jeon in the same period. The 'name' does not contain only the facts but author's intention when it reflects the characters and the main subject. Jukdaeseonsaeng is a nickname of the main character, Lee long-hwa in Jeong’s Jukdaeseonsaeng Jeon. The name is given by children laughing at Lee who is so poor as to use a bamboo belt. Jukdaeseonsaeng means 'poverty', and is an objective name that author can not put his willful interpretation into it. After the appearance of the name, the author presents the story that Lee contends for Chae Jae-gong's reinstatement and goes into exile in the repressed age by the power holders, This story emphasizes Lee's morality and integrity, and Jukdaeseonsaeng as a meaning of poverty turns over Jukdaeseonsaeng bearing up under poverty Jukdaeseonsaeng is extended from the first Lee Jong-hwa of family name, the second meaning of poverty, and to the third meaning of morality and integrity. Jukdaeseonsaeng is finally a righteous and faithful person. The author intentionally chooses the name describing the facts to show the personal characters and the main subject in the story. As mentioned above, Jeong Yahg-yong ∞nve따 the ’name' describing some facts into positive and intentional 'name' emphasizing characters and personality in his Jeon. He also makes his work more stereoscopic by consistent linking between conversion of naming and main subject.

      • 임상실습 교육개선을 위한 간호학생의 간호활동시간 분석

        신규간호사의 능력은 간호학생 때의 다양한 임상경험에 기초를 둔다. 따라서, 간호대학의 교수, 병원 지도자, 임상지도자는 간호학생들이 다양한 지식을 획득하고 간호기술을 경험할 수 있도록 도와주는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 간호학생들의 임상실습에서 수행하는 간호활동과 간호활동 시간을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 연구결과 간호학생 1인당 직접간호활동 시간은 185.5분(직접간호비율은 56.7%)으로 141.65분(간접간호 비율은 43.3%)인 간접간호활동 시간보다 많았다. 직접간호활동 시간 중 활력징후 측정이 51.9분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였고, 간접간호활동 시간 중에는 차트보기가 22.98분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였다. 전반적으로 기본적인 임상간호 수행기술에 소요되는 시간이 고도의 숙련된 간호기술을 수행하는데 드는 시간보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학의 지도자와 병원의 지도자 및 임상지도자가 함께 임상실습 교육과정의 지침서와 평가서를 평가할 필요가 있다고 제언하는 바이다. The competence of newly graduated nurses is based on various clinical experiences gained when they were students. Therefore, professors in nursing schools, directors in hospitals or preceptors must play a critical role in assisting them to obtain various knowledge and experienced nursing skills. The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing care activities and nursing care hours practiced by nursing students in clinical experience. The results of this study showed that the direct nursing care hours per each nursing student are 185.5 mins(direct nursing care rate 56.7%) and it is higher than indirect nursing care hours, 141.65 mins(indirect nursing care rate 43.3%). The hours of checking vital signs are the longest(51.9mins) among the direct nursing care activities, and the hours of reviewing chart are the longest(22.98mins) among the indirect nursing care activities. In general, the time of performing basic clinical nursing technique was higher than that of performing high skilled nursing technique. And nursing observation was higher than that of directly performing task. So, we suggest based on the results of this study as follows. It is needed for nursing instructors in nursing schools and hospitals together to evaluate the guidelines and check-list of clinical practice courses.

        초·중·고등학교 학생, 학부모, 일반교사의 보건교육 요구

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify needs of health education of the students, parents, general teachers, and health teacher of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Method : 279 schools of elementary, middle, and high school were sampled nonproportionally during the period from June 28 to July 26, 2004 . The data were collected by the questionnaire from 1,888 students, 1,876 parents, 1,695 general teachers, 279 health teachers. A frequency, % and χ2-test were used to analysis by SAS program. Result : 1. It showed that 98.1% of elementary school students, 92.3% of middle school students, 89.6% of high school students answered that they need health education. The most of students, parents, and general teachers had high interests in health education. 2. In the case of students, main causes of needs of health education was 'to prevent diseases or accidents''. But parents answered that it was 'to build up a healthier behavior'. General teachers answered that it was 'more effective systematic and continuous health education'. 3. Over 80% of students, parents, and general teachers about the question of who qualified person is to teach health education as a regular class responded that health teacher is available. Especially 93% of elementary school students answered like that. 4. The most of students, parents, and general teachers answered that health education in the classroom is favorable 1 to 2 hours per week. Conclusion : As results of the study , the majority of students, parents, general teachers agreed needs of health education. Therefore, on the basis of this study, systematic and continuous health education is necessary. Additionally the establishment of independent health subject is required certainly.

        초·중·고등학교 학생·학부모·일반교사의 보건교육 영역별 요구도와 보건교육

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of health education in students, their parents and teachers in the elementary, middle and high schools and the current situation of health education class. Method: The subjects of this study were a total of 9450 persons including students, their parents and teachers from 279 schools throughout the country. They were selected through convenient sampling. Data were analyzed through x^(2)­test and ANOVA. Result: Students, their parents and teachers replied that 18 dimensions of health education class (DHEC) are necessary. The four DHEC - healthier life style, sex education, mental health and safety education - showed high educational needs in students, their parents, and teacher. High school students had higher educational need of 'symptom management for daily living' than elementary and middle school students. Students, their parents and teachers in elementary school had higher educational needs of 17 DHEC that those in middle and high school. The percentages of schools with health education class taught by health teachers were 99.2%, 75.5% and 66.0% respectively in elementary, middle and high schools. Health education was given mainly using physical education classes at elementary schools, and creative class hours at middle and high schools. In general, health education took 1-3 hours per week at elementary schools, and less than an hour at middle and high schools. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results, systematic health education class should begin from elementary school to meet the need of health education in students, their parents and teachers, and further study should be made on the number of hours required and the amount of contents of 18 DHEC.

      • 일 전문대학 간호과 학생들이 인지하는 강의평가 기준에 대한 조사연구

        일개 전문대학 간호과 학생들을 대상으로 강의평가 기준을 파악하고자 하였다. 개방형 질문지를 이용하였으며 7개의 교수관련 강의평가 문항 각각에 대해 좋은 점수 및 나쁜 점수를 부여하는 기준을 조사하였다. 각 문항별로 다양한 기준이 확인되었으며, 간호과 학생들의 강의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 교수설계를 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. We aimed to set standards for the student evaluation of instruction for college students of Nursing. We used an open questionaire and surveyed the standards for how students judge the instruction good of bad by using seven questions related to the instructor. Various standards set from each question could be used as basic materials to meet the students' needs in the classroom when the instructors try to find out new instructional design.

        두개골의 3차원 영상 분석을 위한 전산화단층촬영 방법의 비교 : 상층 두께가 3차원 영상의 계측에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : To evaluate the quantitative accuracy of three-dimensional (3D) images by means of comparing distance measurements on the 3D images with direct measurements of dry human skull according to slice thickness and scanning modes. Materials and Mathods : An observer directly measured the distance of 21 line items between 12 orthodontic landmarks on the skull surface using a digital vernier caliper and each was repeated five times. The dry human skull was scanned with a Helical CT with various slice thickness (3, 5, 7 mm) and acquisition modes (Conventional and Helical). The same observer measured corresponding distance of the same items on reconstructed 3D images with the internal program of V-works 4.0 (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea). The quantitative accuracy of distance measurements were statistically evaluated with Wilcoxons’ two-sample test. Results : 11 line items in Conventional 3 mm, 8 in Helical 3mm, 11 in Conventional 5 mm, 10 in Helical 5 mm, 5 in Conventional 7 mm and 9 in Helical 7 mm showed no statistically significant difference. Average difference between direct measurements and measurements on 3D CT images was within 2 mm in 19 line items of Conventional 3 mm, 20 of Helical 3 mm, 15 of Conventional 5 mm, 18 of Helical 5 mm, 11 of Conventional 7mm and 16 of Helical 7 mm. Conclusion : Considering image quality and patient’s exposure time, scanning protocol of Helical 5 mm is recommended for 3D image analysis of the skull in CT.

      • 혼합형 자가면역성용혈성빈혈과 동반된 Evans 증후군 1례

        Evans syndrome is defined as a simultaneous or sequential occurrence of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and autoimmune thrombocytopenia. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is usually induced by IgG warm autoantibody or cold-active IgM antibodies reacting specifically with antigens associated with a patient's RBC. AIHA is a fairly uncommon disorder, with estimates of the incidence at 1 to 3 cases per 100,000 per year. Mixed-type AIHA is a relatively uncommon form of AIHA, with studies noting the incidence of 7-8% among cases of AIHA. We experienced a patient, 46-year-old woman who was diagnosed having a very rare clinical presentation of mixed warm and cold antibody mediated Evans syndrome. She was treated with corticosteroid therapy only and has been maintaining a complete response for 15 weeks. 저자들은 혼합형의 자가면역성 용혈성 빈혈과 자가면역성 혈소판 감소증이 동시에 발생한 혼합형 Evans 증후군으로 진단하고 스테로이드 요법 후 혈액학적으로 회복된 상태로 15주가 지난 현재 steroid 5 mg/일 까지 감량한 상태에서 추적 관찰 치료중인 46세 여자 환자를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        악골에 발생한 악성 섬유성조직구종 2례

        Malignant fibrous histiocytoma rarely occurs in the jaws. Although the histogenesis of this tumor remains controversal, it is best regarded as a primitive and pleomorphic nature reflected by collagen production and occasional phagocytosis. It is common for metastatic foci to appear in lung and regional lymph node. There are variable treatments such as radiotherapy, surgical excision or combination, therapy of surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. With the review of literatures, the authors report the clinical study of two cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the jaw.

      • 蜂毒藥鍼이 脊髓內 痛症關聯 神經細胞의 活性에 미치는 影響

        In spite of the use of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture in the clinics, the scientific evaluation of effects is not enough. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is used according to the stimulation of acupuncture point and the chemical effects of Bee Venom. The aims of this study is to investigate the analgegic effects of the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, through the change of writhing reflex and the change of c-fos in secondary neurons in the spinal cord. Materials and Methods : Pain animal model was used acetic acid method. The changes of writhing reflex of the mice which were derived pain by injecting acetic acid into the abdomen, after stimulating Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) were measured. We used Fos immunohistochemical technique to study the neuronal activity in the spinal cord. Results : 1.Expression of c-fos in superficial dosal horn(SDH), nucleus proprius(NP) and neck of dorsal horn(N) on 6~9th thoracic spine decreased significantly at 2.5×10-4g/kg Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 2.The numeral change of Fos-LI neurons on the NP, N, and ventral gray(V) on 6~9th thoracic spine, SDH on 9~11th thoracic spine, and SDH and V on 11~13th thoracic spine decreased significantly at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 3.The correlation between the numbers of writhing reflex and Fos-LI neurons in T6-13 segment was statistically statistically significant at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture. Conclusion : This study shows that the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) decreases the numbers of Fos-LI neurons. As the analgegic effects of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is recognized. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture treatment is expected for pain modulation. In order to use it in many ways. more researches are needed for the dose and stability of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture.
