        1999년에 발생한 기상재해 유형별 벼 수량반응조사 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate weather conditions which induced discolored grains and viviparous germination, and to evaluate yield responses following viviparous germination during mid- and late- ripening stage, the submergence during reproductive growth stage, and lodging in the yellow ripe stage. Weather conditions which caused glume discoloration at heading stage were 21.3-26.4℃ in average temperature, 75.2-98.4% in relative humidity, 19.3 in transpiration coefficient and 10.8-13.8 m/sec. in wind speed. Yield reduction was 26-27% and 10∼17%, respectively, when the glume discoloration rates were 63.2-65.7% and 38.3-45.2%, obviously due to the decrease in percent of fertile grain and ripening ratio. Weather conditions during continuous rain for 7 days were 96% in relative humidity, 18.9℃ in average temperature, 21.9℃ in maximum temperature, and 16.8℃ in minimum temperature, causing the most viviparous germination in Juanbyeo(45.5%), followed by Jinbubyeo(14.5%), Bongkwangbyeo(14.2%), and Obongbyeo(12.6%). Lateral tillers started to occur when the submergence at the depth of 1.5-2 m lasted one day during the reproductive growth stage. The submergence for 2-3 days at 3-4 m of water depth induced 269-571 lateral tillers/㎡, supporting 32-52% of the total yield. The rice yield in the paddy fields which were left under the lodging conditions until harvesting was not different compared to that of the paddy fields which were kept upright by tieing them together after lodging, but perfect grain ratio decreased about 9.1% in the transplanting culture and 12.5% in the direct seeding culture on dry paddy field because of the increase in immature grains.

        국가디지탈도서관 구축계획에 관한 연구

        21세기 국가 정보력 제고를 위해서 세계 선진국가들은 국가디지털도서관 구축을 위한 전략과 막대한 예산을 투입하고 있다. 우리나라도 국가디지털도서관을 시급히 구축하여 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 국민에게 제공할 수 있어야만 국가발전경쟁에서 선진국과 어깨를 나란히 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우리나라의 국가디지털도서관 구축 방안을 마련하기 위해 우선 선진 외국의 디지털도서관의 구축사례를 연구한 다음 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 국가디지털도서관의 건축, 시설, 장비, 조직과 인력, 각종 사업과 기능 등을 소요예산과 함께 가능한한 구체적으로 연구 제시하였다 Many of the development countries in the world have been investing a lot of money and developing plans for a national digital library in order to secure the information power in the 21st century. In order for our country to compete with others, it is also urgent to build a National Digital Library in Korea, which can provide a variety of multimedia information for the people. In this study, based on the investigation of the several cases of the national digital libraries in the developed countries, we suggest a detailed plan for the National Digital Library which includes building, facilities, equipments, organization, staff, events, functions, and expected budget

      • Thermo-Loop 를 이용한 난방장치의 해석

        This study is experimental work to investigate characteristics of natural convection flow for a thermoloop room heating system. Focus was given to understand flow regimes and correlation between thermal loads and mass flow rates of working fluid. Followings are some results obtained i) When thermal load varies from one state to another, circulating flow demonstrates very stable transient phenomena, whithout any fluctuations shown in toroidal themo-loop. ii) Mass flow rate increases in accordance with thermal load, but its valve is so low that Reynolds number is less than 400. So, flow regime might be of mixed type of convection, and secondary flows develope all through the pipe. iii) Creveling's correlation of some nondimentional groupes, obtained for toroidal thermo-loop, is shown to be applicable for thermo-loop room heating system.

        Electropulsing Treatment on Enhancement of Electrical Conductivity of Screen-Printed Ag Wire

        The effect of high electric current density on the sintering of Ag wires manufactured by screen printing is evaluated throughelectrical resistivity analysis and microstructure observation. Different forms (continuous and pulsed) of electric currentwith different current densities are applied to the specimens. Conventional heat treatment is also performed as a controlgroup to examine the athermal effect of electropulsing treatment. Compared to the conventional heat treatment, the resistivityis reduced more under the electropulsing treatment with continuous current for the same temperature and treatment time.Also, the process time of electropulsing treatment can be reduced by applying a pulse form of high density current insteadof continuous current without losing the benefit of enhanced reduction of resistivity. The microstructural observationsobtained from high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscope and a digital precession instrumentclearly show that necking connecting the crystals is formed more firmly under electric current. In addition, the temperaturechange of Ag wire and substrate is calculated according to the change of the resistivity when the electric current is appliedto confirm the reliability.

      • 마스낵 제조를 위한 당절임 공정의 최적화

        대부분의 마는 건조분말제품으로 가공되고 있는데, 마를 다양한 가공품으로 개발하기 위한 방법의 하나로 삼투건조라는 전처리를 행하여 건조에 의한 품질손상을 억제하고 단맛으로 기호성을 높인 건조 마 제품을 얻을 수 있는 당절임 공정의 최적화를 시도하여 최적조건을 얻고자 하였다. 침지시간을 3-7시간, 온도는 20-60℃, 당농도는 30-70%로 하는 중심합성계획법으로 실험을 설계하여 최적화하였다. 이때의 종속변수로는 침지 후 수분함량, 당도, 색도, 그리고 동결건조후의 수분함량과 재수화율로 하여 분석한 결과 동결건조 후 수분함량에 대해서는 유의성이 없었다. 세 가지의 공정변수 중 온도의 영향이 가장 적어 온도를 중심으로 고정한 후 침지시간과 당농도의 최적조건을 찾은 결과, 수분함량을 66-70%, 당도를 25-30%, L 75이상, a-2.1-2.4, b를 5이상 그리고 재수화율을 200-250을 제한 조건으로 하는 조건으로 하는 영역은 5.2-5.9시간, 56-61%로 나타났다. This study was conducted to the optimize sugaring process of yam for development of new snack product and enhancement acceptability. Three variables by five level central composite design and response surface methodology were used to determine optimum conditions for sugaring time, temperature and concentration. Optimization of the process was conducted using the combination of the moisture content, solid content, color and rehydration ratio. The regression polynomial model was suitable (P>0.05) model by Lack-of-Fit analysis with highly significant. To optimize the process, based on surface response and contour plots, superimposing the individual contour plots for the response variables. The optimum conditions for this process were 5.5 hours and 58% at 40℃ under the optimum of restricted variables as moisture content was 66 to 70, solid content was 25 to 30%, L value was above 75, a value was -2.1 to -2.4, b value was above 5 and rehydration ratio was 200 to 250.

        우울 증상을 수반한 만성 정신분열병 입원환자에서의 Paroxetine 효과 : 이중맹검 위약대조 연구

        연구목적: 우울 증상이 있는 만성 정신분열병 환자를 대상으로 항정신병약물과 항우울제인 paroxetine 20mg을 병합 투여하여 우울 증상, 양성 증상, 음성 증상 및 일반적인 정신병리의 호전 여부를 밝히고자 하였다. 방법: DSM-IV 기준상 정신분열병으로 진단된 입원환자 중 우울 증상이 있는 49명을 대상으로 parox-etine과 위약을 이중맹검을 대조한 전향적 임상 연구로서 Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HRSD), Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS), Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS), UKU side effect rating scale(UKU), Clinical Global Impression(CGI)을 기저선과 1주, 2주, 4주, 6주의 시점에서 다섯 번 반복 측정하여 비교 검토하였다. 결과: 36명의 환자가 6주간의 실험을 마쳤다. Paroxetine군과 위약군을 비교해볼 때 HRSD 총점은 양군에서 의미있게 감소되어(p<.01) 우울 증상이 호전되었으나, 두 군간에 통계적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 시간경과에 따라 항우울 효과는 paroxetine 군에서는 2주, 위약군에서는 4주 후부터 관찰되었다. 그리고 paroxetine군과 위약군 모두 PANSS 총점(p<.01)과 CGI 점수(p<.05)가 감소되어 전반적인 정신병리의 감소와 전체적인 임상적 호전을 보였으나, 두 군에서 양성 증상, 음성 증상, 일반적인 정신병리 그리고 약물 부작용은 유의미한 차이가 없었다. Paroxetine군에서 반응군고 비반응군으로 나누어 비교했을 때, 반응군이 비반응군보다 HRSD의 총점(p<.01)과 우울한 기분, 자살, 정신적 불안, 죄채감의 세부 항목에서 유의한 호전을 보였고(p</01),일과 활동, 초기 불면증, 건강염려증의 세부 항목이 호전되어(p<.05) 현저한 우울 증상의 호전을 보였다. 또한 반응군이 비반응군보다 BPRS 총점(p</01)과 PANSS의 일반적인 정신병리 점수(p<.05)가 낮게 나와, 일반 정신병리의 호전을 보였다. 결론: Paroxetine군과 위약군 모두에서 우울 증상의 감소가 있었지만, paroxetine군에서 항우울 효과가 빠르게 나타났다. 두 군간에 양성 증상, 음성 증상, 일반적인 정신병리와 부작용에 대한 차이는 없었다. Paroxetine군에서 반응군은 비반응군보다 우을 증상과 일반적인 정신병리에서 유의한 호전을 보였다. 즉 우울한 기분, 자살, 정신적 불안, 죄책감, 일과 활동, 초기 불면증, 건강염려증이 심한 정신분열병 환자에게 우울 증상을 회복시키는데 paroxetine 20mg의 병용 투여가 효과가 있었다. Objectives: This double-blind placebo-controlled study was conducted to demonstrate the improvement of depressive, positive and negative symptoms, and general psychopatholgy in depressed chronic schizophrenic inpatients with adjunctive paroxetine 20mg therapy in the morning. Methods: Forty nine chronic schizophrenic inpatients with depressive symptoms were randomly received adjunctive paroxetine of placebo for 6 week study period. Therapeutic effect and side dffects were evaluated by means of the Hamiltom Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD),The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS), the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS), the Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS), the UKU side effect rating scale(UKU), and the Clinical Global Impression(CGI) at baseline, first, second, forth, and sixth week of treatment in a controlled double-blind design. Results: 18 patients completed six weeks of paroxetine therapy, and 18 patients placebo therapy. 1) Comparison between paroxetine and placebo groups: (1) HRSD total scores in both groups were significantly decreased(p<.01) but there was no statistically significant difference between 2 groups. This study showed that significant effect in paroxetine group appeared at 2nd week of treatment(p<.01), while in placebo group at 4th week of treatment(p<.01). (2) PANSS, BPRS< CGI, ESRS, and UKU : In both groups, PANSS total scores and CGI scores were significantly decreased respectively(p<.01, p<.05) and thus indicated th im-provement of global psychopathology and entire effects. There were no significant differences between 2 groups in positive, negative symptoms, general psychopathology, and drug side effects. 2) Comparison between responding and nonresponding groups in paroxetine adjunctive therapy : (1) Compared with nonresponding group, responding group had significant decrease in HRSD total score(p<.01), in HRSD subitems such as depressed mood, suicide, psychic anxiety, and feelings of guilt(p<.01), and in other subitems such as work and activity, early insomnia, and hypochondriasis(p<.05). (2) Compared with nonresponding group, responding group had significantly decrease in BPRS total score(p<.01) and in general subscale of PANSS(p<.05). Conclusion: The results suggest that both paroxetine and placebo groups were improved in depressive symptoms, but paroxetine group had more rapid improvement than placebo group. There were no significant differences in positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general psychopathology, and drug side effects between two groups. Compared with nonresponding group in paroxetine adjunctive therapy, responding group had significant improvement in depressive symptoms and general psychopathology.

      • 지오그리드 보강토 옹벽에 관한 유한요소해석

        It is difficult to analyze the behavior of the geogrid reinforced soil walls, because most of the design methods for the reinforced soil structures with geogrids are based on the theory of the rigid-plasticity which takes no account of displacement and deformation of reinforcing material in the soil. In this study, the finite element analyses of geogrid reinforced retaining walls are performed to suggest an useful design method which consider the displacement and deformation of reinforcing material in the soil. The reinforcing effects on geogrid reinforced retaining wall are related with the length and interval of reinforcing materials. So the effects are analyzed with four different interval of reinforcing materials. It can be concluded from the results of analyses that the wall displacement, the earth pressure on the wall, the vertical stress distribution in the foundation and the settlement of backfill surface are decreased in direct proportion to the decrease of the interval.

      • 노랑제비꽃 자생지의 생육환경과 토양환경간 상관성

        This study was carried out to offer the raw data of floricultural resource by scientific analyzing the growth and soil environment in Viola orientalis habitat, and establish the ecological characteristics in developing the relative model. In the results of soil factors analysis, there showed that acidity was pH 5.1, organic matter content of 9.1 %, available P₂O_(5) of 40.6mg/kg, exchangeable K^(+) of 0.2cmol^(+)/kg, exchangeable Ca^(2+) of 3.5cmol^(+)/kg, exchangeable Mg^(2+) of O.8cmol^(+)/kg, cation exchange capacity(C.E.C) of 13.7 cmol^(+)/kg and electrical conductivity(EC) of 0.4dS/m. The growth characteristics were surveyed that height was 12.4cm, leaf width of 2.5cm, leaf length of 3.0cm, flower width of 2.5cm, peduncle of 2.3cm and chlorophyll of 38.5pg·mg^(-1).
