      • 미혼여성의 화장품구매행동을 통해 본 소비양면성에 관한 탐색적 연구

        미혼여성이 명품화장품 및 저가화장품을 구입하는 소비행위와 상징적인 의미를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 울산광역시에 거주하는 20대 미혼여성 10명을 대상으로 질적연구의 한 방법인 심층면접을 실시하였다. 명품화장품의 상징적의미는 '사회적 차별성 추구', '소모품이 아닌 소장품으로서의 가치'로 나타났다. 저가 화장품에 대한 가치와 태도는 '저가가 아닌 정가화장품으로의 인식', '기초에서 색조까지 one-stop shopping 구현'으로 명명하고, 각각의 한계점을 지적하였다. 조사대상자들은 월평균 용돈과 화장품관련 지출금액과 비례해 화장품을 구해마는 것이 나리라 각 품목과 일부 제품군에 따라 양면적으로 소비하고 있었다. 이는 화장품 소비에 대한 상반적인 욕구가 동시에 존재하는 소비의 양면성을 보여준다. The purpose of this was to understand the unmarried women's ambivalence related with cosmetics consumption behavior. This study has conducted in-depth interview to understand the unmarried women's motives and psychological experiences related to luxury and low-price cosmetics. The consumption symbols of the luxuryㆍcosmetics were 'seeking of social distinctions' and 'value of collections. The attitudes about low-price cosmetics were 'regular price perception' and 'one-stop shopping from skin-care to color make-up'. The informants showed ambivalence related with cosmetics consumption. The stuffs were consisted of the luxury and low-price cosmetics.

      • 소비자의 술집 평가기준 척도개발에 관한 연구

        이 논문은 울산광역시의 울산대학교 학생 200명을 대상으로 하여 소비자의 술집평가기준에 관한 척도를 개발하였다. 대학생 소비자가 술집을 선택할 때 중요하게 고려해야 할 평가기준으로 25개 문항을 선정하였다. 25개 문항을 요인분석 한 결과 8개의 요인이 추출되었다. 각 요인에 속하는 문항들의 기여도를 알아보기 위하여 요인에 포함된 모든 문항을 더한 점수를 종속변수로 하고 각 문항의 점수를 독립변수로 하여 단계별 회기분석을 함으로써 설명력의 증가분을 검토하였다. 마지막으로 척도의 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 25개 문항의 상관관계를 검토하였고, 요인별 신뢰도계수를 구하였다. 이러한 과정을 거친 결과 이 논문에서 개발한 척도는 신뢰도가 높다는 사실을 경험적으로 입증되었다. This research developed a scale to measure consumers' evaluative criteria about a drinking house. The data was collected from 200 college students in Ulsan. 25 items were selected as the criteria for the choice of drinking house. The factor analysis was used to identify the 8 sub-dimensions of consumers' evaluative criteria about the favorite drinking house. The stepwise multiple regression was used to predict the explanatory power of each items included in each factors. The Pearson's product moment correlation of inter item and reliability coefficient was calculated. This measure was found to be reliable throughout above mentioned several analyses.

      • Botrytis cinerea에서 분비된 Laccase의 정제 및 특성

        Laccase는 페놀성 화합물과 아민 화합물등 많은 종류의 물질을 산화하는 특성 때문에 펄프 공업에서 펄프의 탈색에 이용되며 또한 염색 공업에서 폐염료의 분해에 이용된다. 본 연구에서는 Botrytis cinerea에서 분비하는 laccase를 분리 정제하여 몇 가지 효소의 특성을 조사하였다. 이 곰팡이의 배지로 Czapek-dox와 소량의 요소를 사용하여 비교적 높은 효소 활성을 얻을 수 있었다. 분비된 laccase는 이온교환 수지로 부분 정제하였으며 한 peak에서만 활성을 검출할 수 있었다. 효소의 특성으로 효소 활성이 가장 높은 pH는 2.6이었으며 최적 온도는 50℃이었다. 효소반응의 활성화 에너지는 일반적 산화반응의 값에 비하여 월등히 낮았다. 속도론적 상수 K_(m)값은 0.619mM이었다. 이 효소는 azide에 민감하여 낮은 농도에서 억제되었으며 cyanide에 의해서도 억제되었으나 azide보다 억제 효과가 낮았다. This study was performed to determine some physicochemical properties of laccase produced by Botrytis cinerea. This fungus was grown in liquid culture media of Czapek-dox broth plus urea. This media enhanced the production of laccase. Laccase was purified by precipitation and DEAE - Sepharose chromatography. Laccase activity could be detected at one peak, which meant the fungus excreted one kind of enzyme. Enzyme activity for oxidation of ABTS was highest at pH 2.6 and decreased with increasing pH. The optimum temperature of the enzyme reaction was 50℃ which was similar to those of laccases from other fungi and the average activation energy for laccase oxidation of 2,2'-azino-bis -(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) was much lower than ordinary oxidation reaction without enzyme. The kinetic constant K_(m) was 0.619 mM using ABTS as substrate. Laccase was inhibited by azide and cyanide. NaN₃ was more inhibitory than NaCN.

      • 란크릭 캅셀(플루옥세틴 20mg)에 대한 프로작 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성 시험

        Bioequivalence of two flouxetine capsule, ProzacR (Lilly kora Ltd.) and LanclicR (Samsung Pharm. IND. Co.), was evalated according to the guideline of KFDA. Twenty four healthy male volunteers (21-26 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After 60mg of fluoxetine was orally administered, blood was taken at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 24, 32, 48 and 72 hours after administration and just before administration. Plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and internal standard (clomipramine) by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The pharmaco kinetic parameters (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax) wre calculated and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. Differences in (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax between two capsules were -0.90, 3.46 and -14.08% respectively. All powers (1-β) for AUGt, Cmax and Tmax were more than 0.9. Detectable differences (Δ) and confidence interval were all less than ±20%. All the parameters above met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence and indicated that LanclicR capsules are bioequivalent to ProzacR capsules.

        원위부 신세뇨관성 산증에서 산-염기 운반체의 결손

        The purpose of this study was to elucidate whether the molecular defect of acid-base transporters in renal tubules is related to the functional defect of urinary acidification in distal renal tubular acidosis(RTA). We performed NH₄Cl, furosemide, or bicarbonate loading test to evaluate renal acidification function, and immunohistochemistry using antibodies to H^+ -ATPase, Cl^-/HCO₃^- exchanger(band-3 protein), and Na^+/K^+ -ATPase in kidney tissue in 6 patients with RTA and renal cell carcinoma patients as normal controls. Kidney tissue was obtained either by percutaneous needle biopsy(RTA) or nephrectomy(NC). The results were as follows; 1) In all six RTA patients, proton secretory defect of distal acidification was shown by a failure to lower the urine pH after NHC1 loading or furosemide test or abnormally low urine-blood pCO₂ difference during bicarbonate loading. In two patients with RTA, proximal acidification defect was combined, which was demonstrated by increased fractional excretion of bicarbonate. 2) In mal control, intense H^+ -ATPase and band-3 protein staining was observed in collecting ducts. 3) In distal RTA patients, H6+ -ATPase and band-3 protein staining was not demonstrable or markedly decreased in the intercalated cells of distal nephron. 4) In two patients who had both proximal and distal RTA, H^+ -ATPase staining was markedly decreased in the brush border of proximal tubules as well as the distal nephron. In conclusion, the defect of acid-base transporters in renal tubule was related with the functional defect of urinary acidification in distal RTA.

      • 표재성 방광암에서 Bacillus Calmette-Guerin 방광 내 주입요법 : 장기적 추적결과 Long-term Follow up Results

        To evaluated the results of long-term follow up of superficial bladder cancer patients who were treated with transurethral resection and intravesical BCG therapy. Between April 1989 and December 1997, 65 patients with superficial bladder cancer were treated with TUR-B(Transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and intravesical BCG instillation, and follow-up was performed for 5 years longer, and the mean follow-up duration was 82 months. Of 65 patients, pathologic stage were Ta in 17 cases and T1 in 48 cases and grade were G Ⅰ in 22 cases, G Ⅱ in 35 cases and G Ⅲ in 8 cases. The tumor recurred in 22(33.8%) at the median of 21.8 months and the tumor progressed in 9(13.8%) at the median of 20.8 months. Most of the recurrences and progression were within 3 year(838 and 77%). Progression is more likely in higher grade(G Ⅱ, G Ⅲ) and higher stage(T1). The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapy were 53% and 73% and the 5 and 10 year disease specific survival rates were 89.5 and 78% respectively. The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapywere 53% and 73%. Most of recurrences and progressions were within 3 years of the BCG therapy, but some cases occured after 5 years. Therefore, close long-term follow up is needed.

        The Flower Morphological Characteristics of Salix caprea×Salix gracilistyla

        The interspecific hybrid of Salix caprea and Salix gracilistyla has never been identified or studied in Korea. Accordingly, this study investigated the flower morphological characteristics of the interspecific hybrid between S. caprea and S. gracilistyla and compared the interspecific hybrid with S. caprea and S. gracilistyla, respectively. The female flowers were investigated for 12 characteristics and the male flowers were investigated for nine. For the female flowers, those of the hybrids were larger than those of S. caprea and S. gracilistyla in terms of catkin length (CL), bract length (BL), and bract width (BW). The hybrids are intermediates between S. caprea and S. gracilistyla in terms of ovary length, width, and stipitate length as well as gland length (GL). For the male flowers, those of the hybrids were bigger than those of S. caprea and S. gracilistyla in terms of CL, BL, and BW. The hybrids are intermediates between S. caprea and S. gracilistyla in terms of catkin width and stamen length (SL). A principal component analysis (PCA) of the female data showed that the first principal component (PC) explained 57.5% of the total variation. The first PC highly correlated the ovary stipitate and pistil style lengths. The analysis was divided into three groups of S. caprea, S. gracilistyla, and the hybrid by the first PC. The results of a PCA of the male data showed that the first PC explained 35.7% of the total variation. The first PC highly correlated with the adelphous SL and was divided into three groups of S. caprea, S. gracilistyla, and the hybrid. The results of the discriminant analysis showed that S. caprea, S. gracilistyla, and the hybrid were distinguishable by flower morphological characteristics. Therefore, the hybrid was distinctly separated from S. caprea and S. gracilistyla by flower characteristics.

        Equilibrium and Kinetic Studies of the Biosorption of Dissolved Metals on Bacillus drentensis Immobilized in Biocarrier Beads

        Biocarrier beads with dead biomass, Bacillus drentensis, immobilized in polymer polysulfone were synthesized to remove heavy metals from wastewater. To identify the sorption mechanisms and theoretical nature of underlying processes, a series of batch experiments were carried out to quantify the biosorption of Pb(II) and Cu(II) by the biocarrier beads. The parameters obtained from the thermodynamic analysis revealed that the biosorption of Pb(II) and Cu(II) by biomass immobilized in biocarrier beads was a spontaneous, irreversible, and physically-occurring adsorption phenomenon. Comparing batch experimental data to various adsorption isotherms confirmed that Koble-Corrigan and Langmuir isotherms well represented the biosorption equilibrium and the system likely occurred through monolayer sorption onto a homogeneous surface. The maximum adsorption capacities of the biocarrier beads for Pb(II) and Cu(II) were calculated as 0.3332 and 0.5598 mg/g, respectively. For the entire biosorption process, pseudo-second-order and Ritchie second-order kinetic models were observed to provide better descriptions for the biosorption kinetic data. Application of the intraparticle diffusion model showed that the intraparticle diffusion was not the rate-limiting step for the biosorption phenomena. Overall, the dead biomass immobilized in polysulfone biocarrier beads effectively removed metal ions and could be applied as a biosorbent in wastewater treatment.
