칼슘과 아연으로 치환된 Y0.8 Pr0.₂ Ba₂ Cu₃ O7_δ 의 전기 및 자기적 성질에 관한 연구

전이온도가 72K인 고온초전도체 Y?P?B?Cu?O?에서 초전도성을 감소시키는 Pr원소자리에 Ca과 Zn를 적당히 치환시켜 자기적 성질을 연구하였다. 초전도 전이온도(Tc)는 Ca이 치환된 시료의 경우 80~85k의 범위에서 측정되었으며, Zn가 치환된 경우에는 35~49K의 값을 보였다. 비저항의 온도 변화로부터 결정된 전기적 전이온도는 온도에 대한 자기모우먼트으 변화에서 구한 자기적 전이온도와 비슷한 값을 보였다. 자기이력곡선으로부터 Bean의 모델을 이용하여 Hcl(저임계자기장), Hc?(고임계자기장), 반자성정도, 임계전류밀도를 측정하였다. 이러한 성질들은 시료 내에 Ca의 치환량이 많아질수록 증가하였으며, Zn가 많아질수록 급격히 감소하였다. 특히 임계전류밀도는 x=0.0인 시료는 1.60x10?A/㎠이었으며 Ca이 치환된 시료는 1.30~1.98x10? A/㎠, Zn가 첨가된 시료는 3.5x10?~1.3x10?A/㎠의 값으로 계산되었다. 이것은 시료 내에서 Ca은 초전도성을 증가시키고, Zn는 초전도성을 감소시키는 것을 의미한다. We have studied magnetic properties as a appropriate substitute of Ca and Zn element for Prelement which reduces superconducting properties in the high-temperature superconductor Y?Pr?Ba?Cu?O? of transition temperature 72K. When Ca is put into, the critical temperature(Tc)showed the value of measurement at the range of 80~85K while for Zn the Tc had the range of 35~49K. The electric critical temperature determined by the temperature dependence of resistivity had a similar data to the magnetic field), Hc?(high critical magnetic field), diamagnetic ratio and critical current density have observed by Bean's model from the magnetic hysterisis curve. These properties were increased with adding Ca and abruptly decreased with adding Zn in the samples. Especially, the critical current density of x=0.0 sample was calculated at 1.60x10?A/㎠ and those of the other Ca-added samples at the range of 1.30~1.98xA/㎠and those of Zn-added samples at the range of 3.50x10?~1.30x10?A/㎠. These mean that Ca increases supercondecting properties in the sample and Zn element decreases them.
마우스 골수세포의 액체배양에서의 세포화학적 염색성에 관한 연구

The mouse bone marrow cells were cultured in liquid culture system to investigate the correlation of cytochemical changes and the number of colony forming unit granulocyte/macrophage(CFU-GM) and colony-forming unit megakaryocyte(CFU-Meg) colonies with cell maturation and platelet formation. The following results are obtained; 1. Total colony counts are markedly increased during 4-6 days of culture and reach the maximum number by 7th day (262.33 ± 192.33/ml). The number of cells are increased in each colonies without increase of total colony number after 5 days. 2. The mean ratio of acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocyte colonies are 13.70 ± 7.04% of total colonies formed with no remarkable changes during 9 days culture period. The number of megakaryocyte colonies reach maximum level by 7th day (31.37 ± 25.73/ml), while that of nonmegakaryocytic colonies reach maximum level by 9th day (230.51 ± 81.90/m1). 3. Platelet count in medium are 5,000 ± 3,490/ml with no remarkable changes during 9 days of culture periods. 4. In acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocytic colonies, the PAS stain show weak positive in few megakaryocyte by 3rd day, however about 40% of megakaryocytes show rather strong positivity by 7th day. The positivity of non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase are less than 10% until 9th flay of culture. Specific esterase positivity was not found during 9 days period of culture. 5. Non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase stain show lower positivies (11%, 5%) than PAS and specific esterase stain (21%, 55%) in non megakaryocyte colonies. In summary, the number of CFU-GM and CPU-Meg colonies in liquid culture are increased gradually and reached maximum by 7th day, forming large colonies from 5th days on In megakaryocytic colonies, no evidence of platelet formation were observed during 9 days period of culture. It is suggesed that the majority of CFU -GM colonies in liquid culture are mixed colonies according to the cytochemical stainabilities.

Today, with the development of modern civilization, the change of industrial structure and the increase of traffic volume and population make the number of maxillofacial injury patients also increase. Especially, the fracture possibilities of mandibular condyle have been increased because of mandibular position and shape. I experienced the case that mandibular condyle fracture caused by gun-shot injury(Bullet had been packed at the opposite condyle of input site) was treated by foreign body removal and condyle open reduction. I will represent that case with the journal review.

Osteochondroma is a benign tumor that is frequently developed in axial skeleton but rare in TMJ. 61-year old female patient visited local dental clinic with left TMJ crepitus on chewing, trismus and hearing discomforts. She was referred with a tentative diagnosis of TMD. We performed clinical and radiographic examination and could observe large radiopaque lesion at left TMJ. Excisional operation was performed. It was diagnosed finally with a osteochondroma.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Current-voltage (I–V) curves for the Al/polymer (9-vinylcarbazole) (PVK)/graphene oxide (GO):mica/PVK/indium-tin oxide (ITO) devices at 300K showed a current bistability with a maximum high conductivity (ON)/low conductivity (OFF) ratio of 2×10<SUP>4</SUP>, which was approximately 10 times larger than that of the device without a PVK layer. The endurance number of ON/OFF switchings for the Al/PVK/GO:mica/PVK/ITO device was 1×10<SUP>2</SUP> cycles, which was 20 times larger than that for the Al/GO:mica/ITO device. The “erase” voltages were distributed between 2.3 and 3V, and the “write” voltages were distributed between −1.2 and −0.5V. The retention time for the Al/PVK/GO:mica/PVK/ITO device was above 1×10<SUP>4</SUP> s, indicative of the memory stability of the device. The carrier transport mechanisms occurring in the Al/PVK/GO:mica/PVK/ITO and the Al/GO:mica/ITO devices are described on the basis of the I–V results and the energy band diagrams.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Organic bistable devices based on graphene oxide (GO):mica nanocomposites embedded in polymer (9-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) layers were fabricated. </LI> <LI> Maximum ON/OFF ratio of the current bistability for the devices with PVK buffers was 2×10<SUP>4</SUP>. </LI> <LI> Endurance number of ON/OFF switchings was more than dozens of cycles. </LI> <LI> The “erase” voltages were distributed between 2.3 and 3V, and the “write” voltages were distributed between −1.2 and −0.5V. </LI> <LI> Retention time for the device was above 1.2×10<SUP>4</SUP> s, indicative of the memory stability of the device. </LI> </UL> </P>

The screening of various molecular descriptors for predicting carcinogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic activities of chlorinated aliphatic compounds as drinking water disinfection byproducts (DBPs) has been investigated for the application of quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR). The present work embodies the study of relationship between molecular descriptors and toxicity parameters of the genotoxicity endpoints for the screening of relevant molecular descriptors. The toxicity Indices for 29 compounds constituting the testing set were computed by the PASS program and active values were chosen. We investigate feasibility of screening descriptors and of their applications among different genotoxic endpoints. The correlation to teratogenicity of all 29 compounds was significantly improved when the same analysis was done with 20 alkanes only without alkene compounds. The HOMO (highest occupied molecular orbital) energy and number of Cl parameters were dominantly contributed.
