Bioequivalence of two flouxetine capsule, Prozac® (Lilly korea Ltd.) and Lanclic® (Samsung Pharm. IND. Co.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Twenty four healthy male volunteers (21-26 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After 60㎎ of fluoxetine was orally administered, blood was taken at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 24, 32, 48 and 72 hours after administration and just before administration. Plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and internal standard (clomipramine) by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max)) were calculated and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. Differences in AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between two capsules were -0.90, 3.46 and -14.08% respectively. All powers (1-β) for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) were more than 0.9. Detectable differences (Δ) and confidence interval were all less than ±20%. All the parameters above met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence and indicated that Lanclic® capsules are bioequivalent to Prozac® capsules.
생약의 ${\beta}-Glucuronidase$ 저해와 간장보호효과

Inhibitory effect of water and ethyl acetate extract of 60 kinds of herbal medicines was investigated on ${\beta}-glucuronidase$. Among water extract of them, Galla Rhois had the most potent ${\beta}-glucuronidase-inhibitory\;activity$. Termaliae Fructus, Amomi Tsa-ko Fructus and Arecae Semen were also potent inhibitors. Among ethyl acetate extract of them, Galla Rhois had the most potent ${\beta}-glucuronidase-inhibitory\;activity$. Nelumbinis Semen. Ephedrae Radix and Termaliae Fructus were also potent inhibitors. The extract of Galla Rhois had potent hepatoprotective effect on $CCl_4-induced$ hepatotoxicity of rats. These results suggest that the ${\beta}-glucuronidase$ seems to be closely related to the liver injury, which could be prevented by the inhibitor of ${\beta}-glucuronidase$.

In order to investigate the reducing effect of velvet antler water extract (VAWE) on the toxicity of anti-cancer drug, cis-platin (CDDP) and mitomycin C (MMC), we examined effects of co-administration with VAWE and anti-cancer drugs on their toxicities. We recognized that $LD_{50}$ of CDDP/MMC were increased by co-administration with VAWE and them in mice. It was found that co-administration of VAWE and MMC increased the survival rate in mice treated by lethal dose of MMC. Also, co-administration of VAWE and CDDP/MMC inhibited decrease of the body weight and organ weight in mice intoxificated by CDDP/MMC. The increase of serum blood urea and serum creatinine levels in rats intoxicated by CDDP were significantly inhibited by the co-administrationin with VAWE and CDDP. The decrease of RBC and WBC in rats intoxificated by MMC were significantly inhibited by the co-administration with VAWE and MMC. These results suggest that the combined usage of VAWE and CDDP/MMC drugs may be a new method for prevented or minimized the toxicity of them.
도요타 생산시스템의 기업문화가 생산관리 목표 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 도요타 생산시스템의 기업문화가 도요타 생산시스템 적용에 대한 생산관리 목표 및 경영성과에 상당한 연관관계가 있다고 보고, 이것을 이론적으로 고찰하고 실증적으로 입증하고자 하였다. 또한 많은 기업들에게 기업경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 올바른 도요타 생산시스템의 추진방법 및 성공요인의 제시를 해주기 위해서 시도된 논문으로서 기업의 성공적인 도요타생산시스템을 도입 및 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 도요타 생산시스템을 도요타 생산시스템의 실행요인과 도요타 생산시스템의 기업문화를 각각 독립변수로 보고 이를 이론적으로 체계화하고 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 도요타 생산시스템의 실행요인들이 도요타 생산시스템의 기업문화(학습리더십, 부서단위학습, 지속적인 학습, 자율적 역량증대, 조직문화, 지식공유 및 활동시스템)에 따라 생산관리 목표(품질, 원가, 납기, 유연성) 및 경영성과(비재무, 재무)에 영향을 미치는 정도에 대해서도 실증적으로 검증하였다. 제조기업 및 응답자에 대한 일반적 특성을 분석하기 위하여 빈도분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 그리고 차이분석을 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지를 이용하여 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 통계분석은 한글 SPSS 14.0와 AMOS7.0를 활용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. The Toyota production system (TPS) combines management philosophy and practices to form an integrated socio-technical system. This thesis focuses on the idea that the corporate culture has significant impact on production and management in TPS. Theoretical and positive studies are performed to establish the relationship between the corporate culture and production/management results(production goals and management performance). Through detailed analysis of TPS, this research provides companies with strategies for proper and successful implementation of TPS. TPS system is modeled using two independent groups of parameters, process tools and corporate culture. The TPS process tools group is composed of the following eight parameters; 5S, continuous improvement(Kaizen), visual management, TPM, Kanban, multi-skilled workers, production smoothing(Heijunka), autonomation(Jidoka). And the parameters constituting the corporate culture group are leadership training, departmental training, continuous training, autonomous ability organization, knowledge sharing and operation system. Characteristics of the survey responses and the Korean manufacturing industries are analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model analysis and exploratory analysis. Statistical analyses are performed using SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 7.0.
