The social education that is provided for the people will be an important part of the national growth in the 21 century. This study was taken to present the desirable direction that Kimcheon College Continuing Education has to make progress as a central organization with perceiving the importance of continuing education for the Kimcheon citizen. To achieve the objective of the study, examined a sample of 592 citizen and students from Kimcheon City and Kimcheon College. The survey revealed the following results : 1. Offer the effective operation of education policies and curriculums. 2. Perform the role of foreign language education center. 3. Introduce the saving credit system. 4. Operate the special lectures for the students of the high school graduating class after the national scholastic achievement test for university and college entrance. 5. Suppert the special skills education for high school students after-school hours. 6. Administer the new employment program. These results showed the desirable direction that the Kimcheon College Continuing Education has to take some actions for the Kimcheon citizen.

Paper and pulps industry is improving with development of paper and publication culture, also disposal of paper sludge and flyash has induced significant factor of development in the paper industry because of shortage in disposal area and inhabitant demonstration. There fore this studies persuit fundamentle database of flyash specification in the physical and chemical analysis for recycling architectural materials, etc. 1. This study investigates production of papersludge and flyash chemicalcomposition, physical and chemical specification ( ignition loss, specific weight, sintering temperture. And density etc.) 2. Especially focuses in the characteristics of the sintering treatment and sintering temperature of flyash. 3. Accomplishes in cut of cost through save energy & reuse of waste materials. Environmentally conservation of our nature has to be carried by ourselves.

Wheat dwarf virus (WDV) is a monocot-infecting geminivirus that replicates in infected tissue as double-stranded DMA. We evaluated whether the WDV vector system bearing Ds could be used as an effective insertional mutagen in rice. Molecular data showed that Ds was excised from WDV vectors once the WDV-carrying Ds (WDV::Ds) and the genomic Ac vector were co-introduced into rice calli. Mature T0 and T1 transgenic plants were analyzed for the distribution and inheritance of Ds inserts. Southern analysis indicated that the Ds elements excised from WDV vectors were stably inserted into genomes. The number of transposed Ds ranged from zero to three copies, among independent transformants. Meanwhile, untransposed Ds (WDV::Ds) were present in multiple-copies in genomes. Southern analysis of the selfed progeny of T0 plants demonstrated that most WDV::Ds were co-segregated among siblings. This indicated that these elements were integrated into the same single loci. However, a few Ds were found to segregate independently from the majority of Ds. In this report, we discuss the efficiency of WDV vectors in generating multicopy Ds in rice genomes.

75톤급 터보펌프 터빈의 전체 유동 해석을 수행하여 터빈의 전압, 전온도, 축방향 속도 분포 등을 분석하여 부분 분사 시 터빈의 유동 특성을 확인하였다. 유동이 노즐을 지나 터빈 블레이드를 지나면서 터빈 로터를 회전시킨 후 전압 및 전온도의 급격한 감소가 일어나며 노즐이 없는 구간에서는 전압과 전온도는 큰 변화가 없으며 노즐에서 공급되는 가스 방향과 반대 방향으로 이동하고 있다. 계산된 압력, 온도 분포 등을 이용하여 터빈 효율을 추정하여 상사 시험 결과와 비교하였고 4.7%의 오차를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. In this study, a numerical analysis of a turbopump turbine for 75-tonf liquid rocket engine has been carried out. The unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equation has been utilized for the numerical analysis. Total pressure, total temperature, and axial velocity in the partial-admission supersonic impulse turbine have been calculated, and the flow characteristics have been investigated. The calculated turbine efficiency has 4.7% higher compared to the experimental. The total pressure and total temperature decreases in the active rotor passages downstream the nozzles. Downstream the inactive rotor passages, Strong back flows and vortices are found.
