Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among ethical values, patients’ health information protection awareness and practice. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, correlational study. Participants were 186 nursing college students who had experienced clinical practice. They were administered a structured questionnaire regarding demographic characteristics, an ethical value scale, and a patients’ health information protection awareness and practice scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson s correlation coefficients using SPSS 25.0. Results: The mean scores on ethical value, patients’ health information protection awareness, and patients’ health information protection practice were 3.34±1.01, 4.35±0.49, and 4.28±0.68, respectively. Patients’ health information protection awareness was significantly positively correlated with practice (r=.42, p <.001). Simple regression analysis revealed that patients’health information protection awareness was responsible for 17.6% of the total variance in patients’ health information protection practice. Conclusion: Based on these results, it is necessary to identify the various predictors of patients’ health information protection practice and to develop an effective education program to improve patients’ health information protection awareness.

A normal inflammatory response is essential to protect the body from foreign substances. However, excessive inflammation contributes to diseases such as oxidative stress, heart disease and cancer. In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of red ginseng marc, Artemisia scoparia, Paeonia japonica, and Angelica gigas (RAPA) extract mixture in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cell. As a result, RAPA suppressed the expression of inflammatory factors such as iNOS and COX-2 and decreased the production of nitric oxide. In addition, RAPA decreased the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6. Furthermore, RAPA inhibited the phosphorylation of MAPKs and NF-κB. In conclusion, RAPA inhibited nitric oxide production by inhibiting iNOS expression and inhibited inflammatory cytokine production by down-regulating MAPK and Nf-κB signaling pathways in LPS-Stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. The results of this study suggest that RAPA can be used as a material to control excessive inflammatory responses.
학생 답안 분석과 정답 템플릿 생성에 의한 한국어 서답형 문항의 자동채점 시스템

본 논문은 컴퓨터 기반의 자동 채점 시스템을 실용적으로 활용할 수 있도록 자연어 처리 기술을 이용하여 채점 기준표 작성 과정을 쉽게 하고 수작업 채점 비용의 절감 및 채점 기간을 단축시키는 방법을 제안한다. 자동 채점의 기준이 되는 정답 템플릿은 학생들이 작성한 답안들로부터 쉽고 편리하게 작성할 수 있도록 하였으며, 채점 정확도를 향상시키고 채점 오류를 최소화하여 신뢰도를 높이고자 하였다. 수작업 채점 대신에 자동채점 시스템을 도입하였을 때 그 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 2014년도 국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 사회과목 답안에 대해 자동 채점을 수행하였다. This paper proposes a computer-based practical automatic scoring system for Korean short answers through student answer analysis and natural language processing techniques. The proposed system reduces the overall scoring time and budget, while improving the ease-of-use to write answer templates from student answers as well as the accuracy and reliability of automatic scoring system. To evaluate the application of the automatic scoring system and compare to the human scoring process, we performed an experiment using the student answers of social science subject in 2014 National Assessment of Educational Achievement.
