고등학교 축구 선수들이 인지한 조직후원인식이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 자기관리의 매개효과를 중심으로

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 축구 선수들이 인지한 조직후원인식이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 있다. 더 나아가 그 과정에서 선수들의 자기관리가 매개 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다.[방법] 회수한 137부의 설문지 중 130부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 Lisrel 9.2를 활용한 확인적 요인분석과 SPSS 21.0을 이용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다.[결과] 첫째, 선수들이 인지한 조직후원인식이 자기관리에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선수들의 자기관리는 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 선수들의 자기관리 정도는 조직후원인식과 혁신성과와의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다.[결론] 본 연구의 결과는 조직후원인식을 통한 자기관리의 극대화가 고등학교 축구 팀 선수들의 혁신성과로 이어질 수 있음을 시사한다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived organizational support of high school football players on innovative performance. Of particular note, we focused on examining the mediation effect of self-management between perceived organizational support and innovative performance. METHODS A total of surveys returned was 137 and the data used for the final analysis was 130. The data was processed using SPSS 21.0 statistical program and Lisrel 9.2 for confirmatory factor analysis. RESULTS The results of the analysis were as follows: first, perceived organizational support of high school football players had a positive effect on players’ self-management. Second, players’ self-management had a positive effect on players’ innovative performance. Third, players’ self-management fully mediated between perceived organizational support and players’ innovative performance. CONCLUSIONS The study concluded that maximizing both perceived organizational support and self-management of the high school football players are necessary in order for the organization to achieve high level of innovative performance.
K 리그의 집단주의적 팀 문화가 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 K리그 선수들이 팀에 대해 가지는 집단주의적 성향이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 성과 창출 과정에서 활력 관계의 매개 역할을 규명하고자 한다. 가설 검증을 위해 국내 K리그 10개 팀 280명의 선수들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포한 후 불성실한 응답을 한 설문지를 제거하여 최종적으로 240부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 21.0과 Lisrel 9.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 선형회귀 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 구성원들이 팀에 대해 지니는 집단주의는 활력 관계에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 활력 관계는 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설에서 설정한 바와 같이 집단주의가 팀 성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 팀 활력 관계가 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine how collectivism in a football team context influences on team performance. Specifically, we investigated the mediating role of energetic relation in the process that collectivism generates team performance. This study focused on the K League teams, the highest professional football competition in South Korea and how collectivism affects team performance as well as the role of energetic relations in mediating between collectivism and team performance. The data were collected from 280 players registered in 10 K League teams and 24 of them were excluded due to incomplete questionnaires. Therefore, 240 questionnaires were finally used for the data analysis. The data were processed with SPSS WIN 21.0 and Lisrel 9. Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were used. The following results were obtained: first, collectivism had a positive effect on team performance. Second, energetic relation had a positive effect on team performance. Third, energetic relation fully mediated the relationship between collectivism and team performance.

<P>Here, we report a new intracellular signaling pathway involved in gamma-ionizing radiation (IR)-induced migration/invasion and show that podophyllotoxin acetate (PA) inhibits the IR-induced invasion and migration of A549 cells (a non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell line). Our results revealed that IR increased the invasion/migration of A549 cells, and this effect was decreased by 10 nM PA treatment. PA also inhibited the expressions/activities of matrix metalloprotase (MMP) -2, MMP-9, and vimentin, suggesting that PA could block the IR-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). The IR-induced increases in invasion/migration were associated with the activation of EGFR-AKT, and PA inhibited this effect. P38 and p44/42 ERK were also involved in IR-induced invasion/migration, and combined treatments with PA plus inhibitors of each MAPK synergistically blocked this invasion/migration. In terms of transcription factors (TFs), IR-induced increases in cyclic AMP response element-binding protein-1 (CREB-1) and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) increased invasion/migration and EMT. PA also inhibited these transcription factors and then blocked IR-induced invasion/migration. Collectively, these results indicate that IR induces cancer cell invasion/migration by activating the EGFR-p38/ERK-CREB-1/STAT3-EMT pathway and that PA blocks this pathway to inhibit IR-induced invasion/migration.</P>
EBSe 방과후 영어 프로그램을 사용하는 학생들의 활용도와 인식

The EBSe extracurricular English program, which has been practiced forthree years since 2011, is an extracurricular program designed to buildstudents’ communicative English skills in conjunction with regularcurricula; it intends to bridge the gap between students from differentareas and economic classes by providing a high quality English programthrough public education. The present study surveyed students’(n=499)perception of the program in terms of their satisfaction, self-directedlearning, and perceived effectiveness. The survey indicated that thestudents were overall satisfied with the EBSe extracurricular Englishprogram and frequently utilized this program as self-directed learning. Also, the students experienced positive changes in their attitude towardsEnglish, overall English test scores, and writing and speaking skills, whichare emphasized in the program. The effectiveness of this program isdiscussed in regards to the theories of communicative language teachingand self-directed learning.
