        This study was attempted to investigate the dissolution rate and the bioavailability of commercially available rifampicin preparations after oral administration in nine normal volunteers. Cross-over design was used for the analysis. The dissolution test was conducted in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice using basket method with four rifampicin preparations (A, B, C, and D) which were pharmaceutically equivalent. The results were as follows; The dissolution rate was higher in the order of A>C>B>D in artificial gastric juice, and A>B>C>D in artificial intestinal juice. Area under the blood concentration time curve (AUC) was larger in order of A>C>B>D. Relative bioavailability(%) of rifampicin preparations were 93.6% for B, 97% for C, 84.4% for D preparation compared with standard A preparation. Peak blood concentration (Cmax) was higer in order of A>B>C>D. Peak time (Tmax) was larger in order of D>C>A>B. Absorption rate constant (Ka) was larger in order of B>A>D>C. there was little difference in elimination rate constant and biological half-life. The correlation of the dissolution rate in artificial gastric juice and area under the blood concentration time curve as well as correlation of the dissolution rate in artifical intestinal juice and peak time showed significant linear relationship. From the result of the this experiments, it can be concluded that for the choice of preparations, bioavailability must be performed in man because the bioavailability of rifampicin preparations showed big differences among commercial preparations which were abvertised as pharmaceutically equivalent, and that the bioavailability of rifampicin preparations in man partially could be predicted from the results of dissolution rate.

      • 생물학적 유동층의 Media 충진량에 따른 미생물 농도 변화

        The variation of microbiological concentration with packed volume of media was examined in the biological fludized bed which has swirl flow. The TOC and HRT of synthetic wastewater was kept with 70 ㎎/ℓ and 1.6 hr in the reactor, respectively. The mean grain size of sand as media was 0.397 mm and its volume was packed from 20 % to 60 % in the reactor. The experiment results from the above conditions were the treatment efficiency of 87.5 to 93.7 %, the MLVSS of 2,360 to 3,860 ㎎/ℓ, and the microbiological concentration per g-media of 8.4 to 17.3 ㎎/ℓ. The detailed results are as follows. 1) The continuous operation was possible in the biological fludized bed which has swirl flow, not existing fludized bed. 2) The whole microbiological concentration in the reactor was the highest at packing the media volume of 40 to 45 % and the microbiological concentration per g-media was the highest at packing the media volume of 25 %. In the viewpoint of SS, the best packing volume of media was 35 to 45 % in that the separation of microbes were the lowest. 3) From SEM photographs, it showed as that cocci and bacillus adhere to and grow on the media surface

        GdFe amorphous thin film used were prepared by the rf sputtering technique on the slide glass substrates held at room temperature, Composition ratios of GdFe films were measured by AES and kerr hysteresis loops of these films were studied by using the polar kerr loop tracer. It has been found that some of these films show the anomalous hystersis loops. this anomaly has been explained by the double layers model with a surface oxidation layer.

      • 茂朱 南大川 上流水系 汚染이 本流의 水質에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        This study was investigated for the pollution load of water quality in the basin of Wondangchon. Total pollution load was measured that BOD was 683.6 ㎏/day, SS was 1,436.184 ㎏/day, T-N was 237.244 ㎏/day, and T-P was 62.078 ㎏/day respectively inthere. Furthermore, it was estimated that BOD is 1,056.863 ㎏/day, SS is 1,840.657 ㎏/day, T-N is 299,922 ㎏/day, and T-P is 74.154 ㎏/day respectively in 2006 year. In case of BOD loading, that by population accounted for 63% of all BOD loading of that, 57% was discharged in M-4 drainage area. However, since tourists have been increasing gradually, that by population was estimated to be analogous to that by tourists in 2006 year. In case of SS loading, that by livestock was bigger than that by population by holding for 49% of all SS loading, and that by tourists was 9.8% now, however, ratio of that by tourists was estimated to be increased up to 25.8% in 2006 year. In case of T-N loading, that from wastewater treatment plant located in M-1 drainage area was the biggest by accounting for 56.2%. In case of T-P loading, that by livestock discharged form M-4 drainage area accounted for 44.3% of all T-P loading, and ratio of both of that by tourists and that from wastewater treatment plant gradually was estimated to be increased From above results, showing yearly change in pollution load of each water quality items is estimated to be increased continuously in every items, and in the influence of the pollution load of each drainage area upon Muju Namdaechon, M-4 drainage area was the biggest by accounting for 45% of total pollution load, and nest was ordered to M-1, M-2, M-3 and polltion load from wastewater treatment plant. The water quality of Namdaechon in Muju influenced by the study area was in the result of BOD 17.7%, SS 13.0%, T-N 28.2% and T-P 22.9%.

      • 최근 Flat Scanner와 기술 동향에 관한 분석

        These days, the scanner systems is one of the electronic products which the speed of development is very fast. It has the inseparable relation to computers, its application has extended to INTERNET. In this paper, we research the its internal structure and the field of the related application regarding the color flat scanner system. Specially we have analyzed its architecture in detail; Opto-Mechanical system, Electronic system, Function block diagram, CAL, VIN Test etc., choose the VISTA-T630 model as a sample. Day by day the computer´s function has been elevated, also the processing technology for the graphics become to diversify. Therefore, many kinds of peripherals have appeared, but our realistic given conditions are inclined to the investment for the field of data communications, disregard that on concerning the image capturing equipments. All of technology can not develop suddenly, so we hope to pave the developing way for the field of scanners by this paer.

      • 活性炭을 Media로한 生物學的 流動層의 合成廢水 處理에 關한 硏究

        This paper was performed for characteristics of BOD removal, DO uptake and effluent water of SS by the BFB filled with activated carbon. 1) According to the experimental results, hydraulic retention time was 42 minutes, 3.42㎏-BOD/㎥·day of BOD volume loading rate, almost 85percent of organic removal characteristic, almost 40 percent upper of DO uptake rate, below 15㎎/ℓ of SS concentration rate of effluent water. 2) If media concentration was more than 257 ㎏/㎥, 30 percent of reactor, normal treatment rate was not anticipated. 3) As recirculation velocity was 0.57 ㎝/sec, the best optimum organic removal rate was 88.6 percent. 4) In the view of DO uptake, media concentration was 171㎏/㎥ and uptake rate was 56.4 percent in recirculation velocity 0.42 ㎝/sec. 5) The effluent SS concentration was below 15 ㎎/ℓ. 6) As characteristic of organic removal and DO uptake, the optimum treatment rates were recirculation velocity of 0.42 ∼ 0.66 ㎝/sec and media concentration of 222 ∼ 257 ㎏/㎥.

      • 블럭펄스 변환에 의한 비선형계의 준최적제어에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a method of suboptimal control for nonlinear systems via block pulse transformation. The adaptive optimal control scheme proposed by J.P. Matuszewski is introduced to minimize the performance index. Nonlinear systems are controlled using the obtained optimal control via block pulse transformation. The proposed method is simple and computationally advantageous. Viablity of the this method is established with simulation results for the van der Pole equation for comparision with other methods.

      • 그레이스케일 변화에 의한 SAR 영상 분할

        도시지형 혹은 원격탐사용 자동인식시스템등에 사용하고 있는 SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) 영상은 위성 혹은 비행기에서 remote sensor용 radar 신호의 에너지 반사 세기치로 특정 지형의 영상 세트를 획득하고, 이를 multi-sensor 영상 처리로 원하는 대상인 도로 혹은 빌딩등의 경계선 정보를 자동 인식하고 있다. 본 논문은 기후의 변화에 무관하게 획득가능한 SAR 영상시스템에서, SAR 영상 획득과정에서 발생하는 가장 큰 문제점인 스펙클(speckle) 잡음을 줄이는 방법을 제시한다. 이는 4방향별 2차 미분의 특징 벡터롤 구성된 공간 마스크에서 중심화소와 인접한 주위 화소간의 상관관계의 조사할때 상관관계가 없는 영역의 2차원 분산치를 측정을 통한 필터링을 수행하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 스펙클 잡음의 제거 필터는 edge 영역을 필터링과정에서 보존하며 spike와 multiplicative 잡음을 필터한다.

        Digital Halftoning convert a continuous-tone images to a binary images. Inverse halftoning addresses the problem of recovering a continuous image from a halftoned binary image. Simple low pass filtering can remove the high frequency noise but it also removes the edge information. Thus the edge information should be separated from the halftoning noise. As a result, the edge of result image is blurring. This paper present that we obtain continuous-tone-image which using Anisotropic diffusion filter. To reduce noise without blurring the edges of reconstructed image use edge map. The experimental result show that proposed method gives a higher PSNR and better subjective quality than conventional methods. As a result, the edge information of reconstructed image reduce blurring.
