Hangul(한글) letter styles are made of 19 initial sounds, 21 medials of a Korean orthographic syllable, 27 final consonants. So it can be combined 11,172 letters. Even though we only use about 4,500 letters among 11,172, we must make all of these 11,172 letters in order to develop letters for KS font code. If we want to develop new Hangul letters, we must prepare some sample types before real works. In order to show some letters to users, it need to be decided types that representation letters. Because it is impassable that all letters are shown to users. In this case, short sentences are offered to show the types. But we don't know how exact informations the users can get from those sentences. Sample sentences shorted of letters information can give wrong letters information to users. The representation letters type have to have specific property like those. 1. They have to include maximum abundant information about characteristic type shape. 2. They have to be organized in order to be cognized type form and specific property. 3. The size of characters and the method of an array would be appropriate. This study will find the solution about first and second items above. And I'll use letter abstraction method using the diagonal line as a solution. Let's take an example about the abstraction of representation letters. In the a chart below, letters which are shown diagonally in the grey cells are decided as representation letters. If you want to verify the type ‘버’ shape, you can combine a vowel ‘ㅓ’ of ‘더’ on a vertical axis and a consonant ‘ㅂ’ of ‘베’ on a horizontal axis. The abstraction result of Hangul representation letters is as follows. The representation letters above can apply for type developing work. Especially during a process of developing type, because we may make letters for test with only the representation letters above, we can raise efficiency for development. But the representation letters above don't include some letters not used actually. So these letters are not proper for introduce sample letters which is become as goods. Among the representation letters, if the letters not used actually change with letters that can be applied or delete, the result is as follows. The representation letters which is shown above can be used for the representation letters which present Hangul letters become goods already.

학습장애의 개념과 학습장애인의 권리

1994년 특수교육진흥법 개정을 통해 우리 법체계 안으로 들어온 학습장애는, 미국에서 그 개념의 불명확성에도 불구하고 각종 시험에서의 추가 시간 제공, 숙제의 감면, 개인지도의 제공 등 다양한 편의제공으로 인해 해당 학생의 숫자와 비중이 급증하고 있는 장애 영역이다. 우리나라 장애인복지법은 마 치 학습장애가 배제되어 있는 것 같은 태도를 보이고 있고, 특수교육진흥법은 매우 모호한 학습장애 개념을 명시하고 있을 뿐이어서 논란의 여지가 적지 않다. 이 논문은 특수교육진흥법 상의 학습장애 개념이 보다 명확해져야 하는 이유를 고찰하고, 장애인복지법이 학습장애를 포함하여 해석되어야 함을 설명하며, 혜택이 없기에 법률적 분쟁도 없는 장애인 인권 분야의 한계 극복을 위해 특수교육, 사회복지, 법학 사이의 학제적 연구가 필요함을 강조한다.

불교계 신문의 실태와 발전방향 ‒ 불교계 신문 기자들의 인식조사를 중심으로 ‒

This is a follow-up to a comparative study done by myself in 2002 and is based on 2016 surveys by Buddhist newspaper reporters on the status and direction of Buddhist newspapers. As a result of the study, reporters of Buddhist newspapers have become stronger in business, but the management condition of the media companies has become worse. The fairness of the press is influenced by the desk or the management. Meanwhile, the influence of the Buddhist orders is increasing overall. Reporters need to read Buddhist books mainly to improve their professionalism, because there is not much opportunity for retraining. As for the direction of development, the main function of a Buddhist newspaper is the propagation of Buddhism, and a reporter’s treatment of the subject is most urgent. Therefore, in this study, I suggest that Buddhist daily newspapers should emphasize establishing an identity and reinforce retraining efforts. 본 연구는 불교계 주간신문사에 종사하는 기자들을 대상으로 불교계 신문의 보도체계, 공정성, 기자의 전문성 함양과 재교육, 발전방향에 대하여, 2002 년과 2016년의 불교계 신문 기자들의 인식을 비교⋅분석한 실증연구이다. 2002년에 비해 지금의 불교계 신문의 환경은 크게 종이신문의 퇴보와 인터넷 신문의 출현이 가장 큰 차이점이라 할 수 있다. 연구결과, 불교계 신문의 보도체계는 종이신문과 인터넷 신문의 이원화로 기자들의 업무 강도가 더 커졌으며 신문사의 경영 상태는 더 영세화된 것으로 보인다. 보도 공정성은 안으로는 데스크나 경영진의 영향을, 외부적으로는 조계종 등 제 종단이나 스님들의 영향이 전반적으로 커지고 있다. 기자들의 전문성 함양과 재교육 문제는 기자들 스스로가 불교 지식을 쌓기 위해 전문서적 등을 통해 노력을 하고 있지만 재교육은 기회조차 없어 향후 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 발전방향에 대해서는 우선 불교계 신문의 중점 기능이 불교 포교에 있으며 기자들의 처우개선이 가장 시급한 것으로 드러났다. 이에 불교계 신문의 대형화 및 기금 조성, 정체성 확립 및 이를 위한 언론 감시 및 자발적인 언론 시민단체 설립, 기자 재교육 강화 등을 제안한다.

진정과 마취영역에서 dexmedetomidine의 다양한 임상적 적용

Many sedatives are used clinically and include benzodiazepines, barbiturates, antihistamines, propofol, and alpha-2-agonist. Benzodiazepines activate GABA neuronal receptors in the brain and present sedating, hypnotic, anxiolytic, amnestic, and anticonvulsant effects, but low analgesic effects. Propofol induce sedative, anxiolytic, and amnestic effects but no analgesic effects. However, risks such as cardiopulmonary instability and hypotension must be considered during administration. Dexmedetomidine is a high selective alpha-2 agonist and has many advantages as a sedative. Patients under dexmedetomidine sedation awaken easily and are more likely to be cooperative. Risk of respiratory depression and cardiopulmonary instability is low as well. Additionally, dexmedetomidine decreases amount of analgesic needed during and after surgery, presenting analgesic effects. Dexmedetomidine also decreases risk of delirium. However, bradycardia may occur and biphasic effects on blood pressure may be observed during beginning of administration. Because of lengthy symptom onset and offset time, physicians should carefully control administration at the beginning and end of dexmedetomidine administration. The purpose of this review is to evaluate the efficacy and availability of dexmedetomidine in various clinical fields including sedation for critically ill patients, regional anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care for some invasive procedures, stabilization of heart in cardiac surgery or endoscopic procedures.

인터넷 문자정보의 효율적 전달에 관한 연구

This study analyzed express way in order to communication text informations can be delivered efficiently with cognitive linguistics on internet. ""To recognize language"" does not mean to recognize language only by grammar. Cognitive linguistics asserts to be recognized by schema structure, this assertion is very acceptable. And this is different from linguistics by this time. Cognitive process of human has same nerves circuit structure with internet information type. So the study about internet text informations are reasonable to be analyzed by the basis on cognitive linguistics. Especially this study analyzed how to deliver meaning of internet sentence based on sentence structure analysis type efficiently of John Robert Anderson(1995), and the result is like those. 1. The internet sentence pattern is efficient when the length of phrase is as possible as short compare to sentence in general books. 2. In internet sentence information, immediacy of interpretation has to be smooth. The immediacy of interpretation that is not to grasp the meaning after reading one sentence, but to read and grasp next word in the process of reading every words. 3. The word order and the form of a word have to be simple. That means that the readers are depend on the word order and the form of a word during reading sentences. 4. Internet should not use the sentences to be understood by readers' experiences. These sentences can be used in general books. But internet sentences show the meaning clearly and outwardly. 5. The sentences which have ambiguous meaning should not be used. 6. The number of thesis has to be few in one sentence. Thesis is an element which the reader have to understand in one sentence. The more elements like this, the readers spend more time to get information.
