        여행사 e-쇼핑 가치와 이용만족과의 영향관계

        The previous other research has greatly advanced the understanding of e-Shopping, e-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty by providing a theoretical framework. But previous research has not investigated the tenants of the framework across various e-Satisfaction and structural relationships between other variables on travel service web-site. So, this study examines the relationships between electronic shopping value, e-satisfaction, overall satisfaction and e-loyalty on travel agency in Korea. Data obtained from survey of travel consumer who purchased travel product through web-site of travel agency. In this research, the e-shopping value(hedonic and utilitarian shopping value) has positive effects on e-satisfaction, overall satisfaction and e-loyalty. And the e-satisfaction has positive effects on overall satisfaction and e-loyalty. Also, the overall satisfaction has positive effects on e-loyalty. Utilitarian Shoppers prefer their overall satisfaction in easy of search to serviceability and security factor more then hedonic shoppers. On the other hand, the hedonic shoppers more enjoyed on information of travel and product during searching the internet shopping mall. From the theoretical, I discuss the literature proposal related to e-satisfaction and e-loyalty and propose the research framework. From the practical perspective, web-site managers must establish the internet infrastructure with well designed security system and travel information system which meets the users expect from e-shopping mall. Further, my results suggest that enjoyment and convenience are significant importance, so that firms should recognize customers' value and develop strategies, security systems, and web-site that further build and maintain trust.

        여행사 종사원의 상사특성이 조직침묵, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The relationship between employee and his senior is to represent the process of exchange requiring relationship. Yet, in previous researches, when exams the employee silence, there has been little attention paid. Employee silence is pervasive in modern organizations and has become an issue critical to organization management. The purpose of this study is to research reasons of silence in organizations, its effects, results and applications which can minimize or remove silence by explaining silence concept. Other purpose is to measure job employees' satisfaction. In empirical research, this study examined the effect role of employee silence in the relationship between senior's traits and employee organizational commitment, as well as the effect of perceived job satisfaction on that relationship and on the effect of acquiescent silence. In this sense, Questionnaires were applied employee which were worked in 10 travel agencies, korea, 400 questionnaires were delivered and 373 of them were taken. The results showed that acquiescent silence mediated the relationship between senior's traits and organizational commitment. Moreover, the results from the analysis showed that perceived seniors' trait effect on employee silence and job satisfaction. And employee silence negative effect on organizational commitment. The abusive supervision of senior had negative effects on organizational effectiveness. Implications for managerial practices and suggestions for future research were discussed.

        中国流通业的改革现状与发展

        This paper holds the view that the circulating trade of China has made achievements by stages through the over-2-decade-long reforms and development, and the circulating system of planned economy has gradually moved into that of the socialist market economy. The circulating system in China has basically realized the development to market orientation as viewed from the commodity price mechanism, the diversity of circulating structure and the maturity of commodity market. At the present time, there exist numerous problems needed to be solved urgently in the circulating trade in China, such as the lower contribution to the national economy, the incompleteness of the reforms in the system of the business property right and in that of management, the relatively small size of circulating corporations, the backward business mode, the lower systematism in circulating trade, non-standardization of the market transaction, lack of credit, lagging of the circulating legislation, and the delayed formation of the domestic united market because of the local protectionism and the market division. The paper asserts that the reform and development of circulating trade in China should focus on the construction of the infrastructure facilities,the rapid introduction of the competitive circulating corporations, the development of circulating organization, and the improvement of circulating environment.

        여행사 종사원의 감정노동과 서비스 태도의 영향관계

        The previous other research has greatly advanced the understanding of emotional labor by providing a theoretical framework. Emotional labour is considered by many to be an important part of the role of many travel professionals. Previous research has not, however, investigated the tenants of the framework across various emotional labor and service attitude in travel service. So, I investigate the main effects of the element of the emotional labor with interactive situation, display rules, and emotion control strategy on result with the service attitude. Data obtained from survey of employee who engage in the sales field of travel agency. In this research has found that display rules and deep acting are critical factors influencing service attitude of employee. And frequency, duration, and job routineness are significant elements which influence on service attitude. Measuring surface acting and deep acting is more process oriented, viewing emotional labor as an effortful aspect of work. Surface-level regulation and deep-level regulation were predicted to have different patterns of relationships. Deep acting may create a sense of satisfaction in the quality of the provided services. However, in the regression analyses surface acting was not significant beyond the other variables. It can also help in pinpointing areas requiring more managerial attention and action to improve the emotional labor travel agent employees perform. Lastly, it is my hope that the availability of this instrument will stimulate much needed empirical travel emotional labor research.

      • 관광유람선업의 현황과 발전방안에 관한 연구

        Cruise industry is recognized as the best tour for the following reasons: first, travel agencies can gain more profit because cruise tour is relatively expensive; secondly, the cruise tour can contribute to the economic development in a region when the cruise anchors there and the cruise tour has good side effects. Only a few companies, however, have paid attention to the management of the cruise industry, and planning and sale of the cruise tour. Furthermore, people have not done much research on the cruise industry. Therefore I have done this research in order to find efficient ways to develop cruise industry by making a theoretical examination of the cruise industry in Korea and analyzing current management of foreign as well as domestic cruise tour. I have some suggestions to the development of cruise industry. First, we have to develop the technology for constructing ships. Secondly, we have to find out various management techniques. Thirdly, we have to devise tours which fit the situation of Korea. Fourthly, we have to build up basic facilities for wharfs and harbors for cruises to anchor in. Fifthly, there should be much support and cooperation of government and institutions involved. Finally, we have to develop routes and ports which meet desires of foreign and domestic tourists.

        상사의 비인격적 감독과 여행사 종사원의 직무만족, 조직침묵, 이직의도와의 영향관계

        Researchers, recently, have paid attention to the dark and destructive aspects of supervisors such as sexual harassments, violence, and psychological maltreatment. We have also chosen to focus attention on the relationship between abusive supervision and employee job status because it helps us to address the problem of persistence and escalation of abuse in supervisor-subordinate relationships over time. We found that the interaction between higher levels of perceived supervisor abusive supervision and employee entitlement predicted increased job dissatisfaction and organizational silence. The central conclusion of this study is that abusive supervision, which is the conceptual opposite of ethical leadership, has a negative influence on job satisfaction with corresponding impacts on intentions to quit and job search behavior. Abusive supervision, which does not directly lead to job search behavior but directly make people so upset that they initiate job satisfaction. Implications for research and practice in human resource management are discussed. Leaders need to reinforce perceptions of ethical leadership continually in order to maintain high job satisfaction and low job search behaviors among followers.
