Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of Dong-si acupuncture therapy and General acupuncture therapy for the patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods : This study has been carried out for 60 cases of ankle sprain patients who have visited Dong-Seo Oriental medical Hospital from May 1, 2002 to September 30, 2002. We have treated 30 cases of them by Dong-si acupuncture therapy and the other 30 cases by General acupuncture therapy. And we have compared those two group. Results : 1. There was no significant difference at the treatment period and the number of treatment times in comparing two groups. 2. The number of treatment times for good effect is that : Dong-si took $1.57{\pm}0.85$ times and General acupuncture therapy took $2.15{\pm}0.96$ times. And we have found that the effect of Dong-si acupuncture therapy is faster than the other.

This study defined the way to distribute power of forward channel and suggested a new model for prediction power in order to minimize the deterioration of call quality and performance in the CDMA mobile communication system of narrow band using 1.2288MHz of narrow band. Each change in Ec/Io was measured for the factors affecting wireless environment(e.g. the changes in power of overhead channel, the changes in a number of call channel, and the increase in interference from the additional facilities of adjacent base station or other systems) to know the influence on the wireless environment of forward link. The new way for power distribution to a base station in operation and its validity was checked by comparing before and after test.
TEOS/O₂플라즈마 반응기에서 미립자 성장에 대한 실험적 분석

A study on the particle growth in TEOS/O2 plasma was performed, and particle size and its distribution was measured by the electrical aerosol analyzer (EAA), light scattering particle size analyzer and the particle size was also determined by SEM, the effects of process variables such as total gas flow rate, reactor pressure, supplied power and initial reactant concentration on the particle growth were investigated. From the EAA results, the particle size distribution is divided into three groups of the cluster size and the small and large size particles. The particle size distribution measured by the light scattering particle size analyzer becomes bimodal, because the cluster size particles smaller than 20nm in diameter cannot be detected by the light scattering particle size analyzer. The size of particles measured by the light scattering particle size analyzer is in good agreements with those by the SEM. Also we could understand that the particle formation is very sensitive to the changes of reactor pressure and reactant concentration. As the total gas flow rate increases, the particle size deceases because of the shorter residence time. As the reactor pressure, or the reactant concentration increases, the particle concentration increases and the particles grow more quickly by the faster coagulation between particles.

We have studied the generation and behavior of negative ions in silane plasmas. The negative ions were formed by homogeneous reaction in silane plasma and the behavior of negative ions were predicted by solving the model equations. The concentration profiles of negative ions were shown as a function of reactor length and time. The effects of process variables such as reactor pressure, flow rate and electrical field strengths on the behavior of negative ions were analyzed.

Influence of moist chilling at 3°C and subsequent germination temperature on seed germination of Parthenocissus tricuspidata (Sieb. & Zucc.) Planch. Was studied. 1.Seed germination of P. tricuspidata increased between 20° and 25°C by prolonged chilling of 8 to 12 weeks. 2.Percent seed germination was higher at 20°C than 25°C, but germination rate was higher at 25°C. 3.Length of time for germination(LTG) and germination span (GS) in days were decreased by prolonged chilling. LTG and GS were also lower at 25°C than 20°C. 4.P. tricuspidata seemed to be a dark germinating species.

Mac Frisch hat sich mit Seinem Buhenstuck "Biografie : Ein Spiel" von dem politischem Parabeltheater auf private probleme zuruckgezogen, Der radikale Ruckzug entspringt bei Frisch dem Bewuβtsein, daβ das menschliche Leben am einzelnen Ich sich vollzieht oder verfehlt. Indem der Dichter sich erneut dem privaten Einzelwesen zuwendet, stellt er die Frage wieder, or es dem Menschen uberhaput moglich sei, sich selbst zu wahlen. Das Stuckist ein Ecperiment, in dem es darum geht, die Moglichkeit der Selbstwahl zu uberprufen. Zu diesem Experiment wendet Frisch "die Dramaturgie der Varianten" d.h. die Form der Theaterproble an, die alle Wahlmoglichkeiten gestattet. Die Testperson ist Kurmann(der Wahlmann), ein Intellektueller, der den Wunsch hat, der Zwangslaufigkeit der eigenen Biographie zu entgehen, eine endere neue Biographie ausprobieren, Durch die Wiederholung entscheidender Szenen seines Lebens darf er alles Zufalliges seines Lebens ausschalten und mochte eine bessere Biographie wahlen, indem er sich von seiner Selbsterfahrung letet laβt. Doch das Experiment verlauft negativ. Obwohl er weiter zuruck in seinem Leben geht, vermag sich aber zu keiner Anderung zu entschlieβen. er kann nur unwesentliche Details seines Lebens andern, weil er selbst der gleiche bleibt. Kurmann erlebt die Selbsterfahrung als eine Fixierung seiner selbst, die eine Whal ausschileβt. Seine Vorstellung, durch die Erfahrung alles bereits zu kennen, verhindert jede Entfaltung seiner selbst. Zwangslaufig entwickelt sich seine Biografie immer den Zufallen entsprechend, ohne jedoch ein gultiger Ausdruck seines Wesens zu sein. Das Erlebnismuster hat sich im Bildklischee von einem bestimmten Vorgang verfestigt und realisier sich num immer in derselben Geschichte : Kurmann ist der Gefangene des selbstgemachten, fertigen Bildnisses, von dem er sich trotz den gunstigsten Voraussetzungen niht zu befreien vermag. Im Gegensatz zu Kurmann wahlt Antoinette ein anderses Leben. Dadurch, daβ sie auf Grund ihrer Selbsterfahrung Entwurfe zu einem Ich macht und Projekte fur die Zufunft aufbaut, verhalt sie sich zu sich selbst und verhindert eine Fixierung. " Ich have es als Komodie gemeint" sagt Max Frisch am Schluβ seiner Anmerkungen zum Stuck, " Andorra" ist die Tragodie des vom fremden Bildnis gefesselten Menschen, "Biografie" ist die Komodie des Menschen, der trotz groβter auβerer Freiheit nichtvom selbstgemachten Bildmis loskommt. Sein Leben Kann niemand zweimal leben. So geht es eben letzlich auch in der Biografie um das alte Problem. welches Frisch immer neu beunruhigt : um das einmalige, wirkliche und unwiederholbare individuelle Leben, welches das Ich selber wahlen muβ und das ihm miβlingen kann. Mac Frisch, der die sittliche Verantwortung des einzelnen aus der Moglichkeit seiner Selbstwahl ableitet, versucht die Mitmenschen aufzurutteln, auf Grund ihrer Existenzer fahrung durch die Whal und die Entscheidung zur Selbstverwirklichung zu gelangen, indem er dem Zuschauer die Fixierung und die Unveranderbarkeit des Zeitgenossen aufzeigt.
TiO₂가 코팅된 Polyethylene 입자를 이용한 페놀과 톨루엔의 광분해

The photodegradation of phenol and toluene with the Ti0₂-coated polyethylene (PE) particles were investigated in the slurry type photocatalytic reactor, changing the Ti0₂ particle sizes, initial phenol and toluene concentrations, and the oxygen flow rate. The nano-sized Ti0₂ photocatalyst particles were prepared by the diffusion flame reactor and they were coated onto PE particles by using the hybridization system for the efficient recollection of Ti0₂- coated particles after photodegradation experiments. The degradation efficiencies of phenol and toluene with the Ti0₂-coated PE particles were more than 90% after photodegradation of 80 minutes for most cases. The efficiencies of photodegradation with the Ti0₂-coated PE particles were found to be lower than those by the pure Ti0₂ particles by 50%, because of the decrease in specific surface area of Ti0₂ particles in PE particles.
