1. 1983年 10月부터 1984年 4月까지 建國大學校 忠南演習林內의 森林資源을 파악하기 위한 調査에서 밝혀진 森林樹木은 針葉樹가 2科 3屬, 4種이고 落葉闊葉樹類는 19科, 41屬, 59種, 14變種, 1品種으로 나타났다. 2. 闊葉樹種이 針葉樹種에 比해 越等하게 많았으나 實際的인 優點種은 Pinus densiflora S. et Z.이었다. 3. 森林資源의 增進을 爲해서 風土에 適合한 經濟樹種으로서의 更新이 要請된다. 4. 森林資源의 保護를 爲한 綜合的인 對策이 樹立되어야 한다. 5. 地利的인 次元에서 本 森林은 演習林으로서의 活用性이 있는 것으로 認定된다. 1) This research was carried out from oct, 1983 to apr., 1984 to examine college forest resoures in Chung-Ju Its resurts were followed; 4 species, 3 genera, and 2 families in coniferae and 1 forma, 14 variety, 59 species, 41 genera and 19 families in hardwood forest. 2) There were hardwood species more than coniferae species, but the dominant species was Pinus densiflora S. et Z. 3) It is necessary that economical species appropreate for its climate be regeneralized. 4) Many mulrilateral plans have to be developed to protect the forest resources. 5) Finally, in locational respect, this forests are recognized to be proper as college forest.

忠州·中原地域에 있어서 導入 수수×수단그라스系 雜種의 生産性과 適應性에 關한 硏究

本 實驗은 忠州ㆍ中原地域에 있어서 生産性과 適應性이 높은 品種을 선발할 목적으로 建國大學校 自然科學大學 飼料圃場에서 수수 x 수단그라스系 雜種 9品種을 公試品種으로 하여 諸形質,靑草 및 乾物收量을 비교 검토하였다. 1. NC 855과 T.E-haygrazer品種이 다른 品種보다 草長이 높았으며, Super Gazer는 가장 짧은 형태를 보였다. 2. 다른 品種에 비하여 總葉瀑은 Sordan 79 가 174.9mm로 가장 높았으며, Super Grazer와 Pioneer 988도 165mm 以上의 높은 葉幅을 나타냈다. 수수 x 수단그라스계 雜種의 總경의 굴기는 41.9mm-47.7mm였으며, 특히 Super Grazer는 50.7mm로 높게 나타났다. 總 葉長은 Garst 757이 가장 높았다. 3. 總飼草生産에 대한 평균 葉以率은 FP4 Hybrid가 38%로 가장 높았으며, Super Grazer, Pioneer 988과 Sordan 79도 35% 以上의 높은 葉以率을 갖고 있다. 4. 수수 x 수단그라스계 雜種의 平均 분얼구 1.9-3.2個이며 Sordan 79, Grast 757 Pioneer 988은 2.9-3.1個이었다. 특히 GW 9110G는 3.4個로 가장 높았다. 5. Pioneer 988과 sordan 79가 Super Grazer보다 生草收量 乾物收量이 많았으며(P<0.01) Super Grazer가 乾物收量이 가장 낮았다 (P<0.01). G83F, NC855, FP4, T. E.haygraxer, GW 9110G 品種도 ha당 17,000kg 以上의 높은 收量을 보여주었다. 本 實驗의 結果를 종합하여 볼 때 수수 x 수단그라스계 雜種 중 Pioneer 988과 Sordan 79가 收量이 가장 우수하며 忠州, 中原地域에서 청예용 수수 x 수단그라스계 雜種의로 인정되었다. In order to select the forage of high productivity suited for soiling in Jungweon and Cjungju are, the yield perfomance and the growth characteristics of 9 introduced Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrids, were evaluated at collage of natural science of Kon-Kuk University in Chungju, 1. NC855 and T. E-haygrazer were taller than the other species, whill Super Grazer was the shortest type. 2. Total leaf width to the other species of Sordan 79 was the highest(174.9mm), and also those of Super Grazer and Pioneer 988 were over 165mm, Total stem diameter of Sorghum x Sudangrass hybrids were ranged from 41.9mm to 47.4mm and especially Super Grazer was 50.7mm, and total leaf lengh was the highest in Garst 757. 3. average D.M. proportion(%)ato the total forage yield of Fp4 hybrid was the hightest(38%)and also these of Super Grazer, Pioneer 988 and Sordan 79 had high over 35%. 4. Average new had number of Sorghum x Sudangrass hybrids were ranged from 1.9 to 3.2 and average new bud number of Sordan 79, Garst 757 and Pioneer 988 were ranged from 2.9 to 3,1 and GW 9110G was this the highest(3.4). 5. Pioneer 988 and Sordan 79 produced more fresh weight and dry matter than Super Grazer (P<0.01). Dry matter yield of Super Grazer was the lowest (P<0.01). G83F, NC855, FP4, T. E-haygrazer and gW 91110G also showed high yield over 17,000kg dry matter per ha. As the resulte of this experiment it indicated that Pioneer 988 and sordan 79 are the most excellent hybrids among selected Sorghum x Sudangrass hybrids for Summer Forage production.

鄕歌形式의 成立背景攷 : On the subject of ke-Song(hymn & praise) 偈頌을 中心으로

As a result of a study on the subject of hymns and praises recorded on Buddhist Scripture and Samkukyusa(Heritage of Three Kingdoms)aiming inquire into the formative background of ancient Korean Ballads, Buddhist songs and ballads of Silla Era, following conclusions were drawn: 1. Ung-song(Reply Hymn)recorded on Buddhist Scripture and the Heritage of Three Kingdoms can be further classified in to Ban-ke(Half hymn), Tan-ke(Single hymn)and Yonke(United hymn). 2. Of these reply hymns, the single hymn comprised of single phrase exerted influences on the quatrained Hyang-ka, whereas the united hymns comprised of two phrases on the octorained ones and the united hymns comprised of ten phrases on the decarained ones respectively. 3. All of the reply hymns recorded on the Buddhist Scripture and the Heritage of Three Kingdoms being accompanied by proses with no exception seem to have affected on the form of Hyang-ka accompanied by the background legendaries.

영어 종합복합어의 연구

In English compounds can be classified into two kinds, i.e., simple compounds and synthetic compounds. The examples of the latter are as follows; (i) a. oven-cleaner, jaw-breaker, late-bloomer b. checker-playing, strange-sounding c. expert-tested, well-built, pan-fried d. slum-clearance, character-assassination, self-destructive In this paper we have looked into the previous studies on the synthetic compounds and pointed out their problems. The previous studies were Roeper & Siegel(1978), Selkirk(1982), Lieber(1983), and Fabb(1984). And we tried to solve the problems, which took us to analyse the argument structures of the predicates used in the synthetic compounds. As a result of the analysis we conclude the following; First, suffixes, such as -er, -ing, -en, are matched with the external argument θ-role. For instance, -er in truck-driver is matched with Agent of the argument structure of drive [Agent, Theme]. Second, the argument structure of the predicate is satisfied within the synthetic compound. Third, the Theta-Criterion suggested in Chomsky(1981) is also satisfied within a synthetic compound.

「荒蕪地」에 대한 批評은「荒蕪地」의 출판 이래 헤아릴 수 없이 많은 亂脈相을 보여 왔다. 그러나 많은 學者들 사이에서 대체로 定立된 意見은 이 時를 하나의 유기적 전체로 다루면서 論理的 說明을 試圖하는 것이 타당하다는 것이다. 물론 이 詩에서 사용된 다양한 낱낱의 象徵들이 詩의 主題와 構成에 대한 해답의 실마리가 된다는 것은 사실이지만 결국은 全體的 鳥瞰이 보다 必須的인 것으로 判斷된다. 本 論考에서는 이 詩에 쓰인 主要 Symbol을 해석하고 Symbol간의 相互 聯關性을 有機的으로 파악하여 詩의 主題와 構成에의 接近을 試圖하였다. 특히 都市와 砂漠이라는 두개의 對立的 背景을 設定하여 그 테두리 안에서 여러 Symbol의 意味를 分析·解析하였다. 이 두 背景은 각기 現代人의 精神世界의 불모성을 나타내는 여러 象徵과 引喩가 지니는 意味를 뒷받침하고 統一시켜주고 있는 것으로 보여진다. 이 詩에 쓰인 象徵들은 주로 Jessie Weston 女史의「From Ritual to Romance」와 James Frazer의「The Golden Baugh」가운데서 聖杯의 傳說에서 引用되었으며 穀物崇拜儀式과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 豊年을 約束받기 위하여 Adonis, Attis 및 Osiris가 해마다 殺害되는 것과 漁夫王의 不具와 나라의 荒廢化가 騎士의 出現으로 原狀復舊된다는 Arthur王에 얽힌 傳說이 精神的 不毛性으로 인한 現代基督敎文明의 沒落과 聯關지워져서「荒無地」의 核心的인 象徵을 이루고 있다.

政治組織과 政治過程

Politics is actual but variable. Given certains national aspirations, we can say that a given degree of secularization is necessary to make politics truely the "art of possible," System theory usually divides interactions between a system and its invironment into three phase: inputs, conversion, and outputs. When we say that inputs of demands and supports enter the political system from environment, political process functions inputs in a restricted meaning. G.A. Almond says input functions are as follow: political socialization and recruitment, interest articulation, interest aggregation, and political communication. As a result of the Thirteenth general election, Korean people takes the pattern of the Four Parties System in distribution of a parliamentary seat. While the Four Parties System will have been continued, we can't say that any party will be able to take charge of a political power by oneself. In restropect, the vitality of political process in the elementary factor in the development of korean politics. As the political organizations contribute to the vitality of political process. We can validate the fact that the sovereignty rests with the people in Korea. For that reason, we should study the roles of political organizations in political process in profound to accomodate themselves to circumstances.

H. Boll《Wo warst du, Adam?》硏究

Bolls Dichtungen sind keine philosphischen Spekulationen und keine im inftleeren Raum beheimateten sprachlichen Experimente, sondern alle seine Veroffentlichungen lassen ein aktuelles Haupttema erkenen. In Bolls Arbeiten spiegeh sich unsere Gegenwart und unsere jungste Vergangeheit auf eine hochst eindringliche Weise, sie geben das Bild diesser Zeit wieder, unverfalscht, ruckhaltlos in der Stellungnahme, wenn man so will: engagiert. Boll steht auf der Seite der Schwachen, der Einzelganger, der Verfolgten, der "Erniedrigten und Beleidigten", er halt zu den Lammern, die taglich den Wolfen zum Fraβ vorgeworfen werden. Heinrich Boll schreibt uber Schicksale unseer Zeit, uber Waisen, deren in Krieg der Vater geraubt worden ist, uber Kriegerwitwen, uber Kriegsbeschadigte, uber die Simnlosigkeit de Krieges, uber soziale Note, uber politisch Verfolgte, kurzum; uber den geschundenen Menschen in dieser Zeit. 1949 erschien die Nobelle "Der Zug war punktlich", Mit ihr machte Heinrich Boll zum erstenmal einen groβeren Kritikerkreis auf sich aufmerksa.. Er schildert hier das tragische Schicksal des jungen Soldaten Andreas, dem 1943 wahrend einer funftagigen Reise von seiner Heimat am Rhein nach Galizien besturzender Eindringlichkeit bewuβt wird, daβer bald sterben muβ. Der unvermeidliche Tod ist das beherrschende Thema dieser novellenhaften Erzahlung. Heinrich Boll wendet die Technik der Wiederholung an, eine Technik, die auch oft in seinen ersten Kurzgeschichten anzutreffen ist. Auch in seinem ersten Roman"Wo warst du, Adam?(erschienen 1951)bestimmt der Irrsinndes Krieges die Fabel der Geschenisse. In neun Episoden schildert Heinrich Boll den Zusammenbruch der Sudost und Westfront 1944/45. Wir beggenen u. a. dem Feldwebel Alois Schneider und dem Landser Feinhals, die im Mittelpunkt der lose aneinandergefugten Erignisse stehen. Sie erleben die Sinnlosigkeit eines opfereichen und bergeblichen Widerstandes mit. Zwischen den Fronten, vorbei zn den Tod und verderben findet Feinhals den Weg in die Heimat zuruck. An der Schwell seines Elternhauses trifft ihn eine vereinzelte Granate. Ein groβes Tischtuch, das die Eltern als Zeichen der Kapitulatio gehiβt hatten, fallt uber ihn. Feinhals stirbt, ein sinnlosses Opfer.

美國의 農民小說 硏究

In this article, I indended to elucidate the characteristics of American novels of the soil Therefore, I analyzed closely the esthetic structure of Cather's My Antonia, Caldwell's Tobacco Road, and Steimbeck's The Grapes of Wrath which are the masterpieces of American Novels of the Soil. 1) Tobacco Road has a tragic plot, but My Antonia & The Grapes of Wrath show comedc plots. 2) The hero of Tobacco Road was created as a stupid and enervate peasantry, but the heroines of My Antoonia and The Grapes of Wrath were created as characters who have a will of iron and strenuous vitality. 3) The setting of My Antonia is Nebraska in the time of the reclamation, and that of Tobacco Road is Georgia in industrial days and that of The Grapes of Wrath is a slack times. To refer from the theme on the basis of the analyzed facts, Tobacco Road was subject to the severe attachment and reliance on the ground, but My Antonia and The Grapes of Wrath were subject to the strong vitality. The results from the examination of literary devices to express the theme effectually as follows: 1) Suggestive and symbolic titles are used. 2) The author selected external and internal points of view and described correctry their characters and settings. 3) By the individual styles, the author made a various tone. As is show in the above, we found the literary results of American Nnonvels of the soil as follows: First, American novels of the soil presented the real and ideal of American peasantly. Second, they expressed the pioneer spirit, strenuous vitality, and the dignity of life. Third, they expressed high quality from individual style.

D.H.Lawrence의 업적과 명성에 관하여 : with emphasis on his phallicism and mystery of sex 그의 사상과 性의 신비를 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to review the art and reputation of D.H. Lawrence in English Literature. Lawrence was born in a small English miningtown. He was only forty-five when he died in Vence, in the south of France. At his death in 1930, Lawrence left behind him close to fifty volumes of novels, long and short stories, plays, pems, essays, and travel journals. The condition of his literary requtation requires explanation. For between his achievement and his fate as a writer there is certainly a serious disproportion. In fact, I suppose that of all modern authors Lawrence has generated most prejudice and suspicion. And his death, his fate has become even worse. A litery position that was never secure seems to be steadily weakening, In the short space of a decade and a half, a writer of the first rank gives evidence of becoming a perpheral figure. No doubt accident has played its part in this history of a reputation. A very uneven writer, Lawrence is peculiary at the mercy of where we chance to make his accquaintance. He work varies considerably in the success of its art and, what is even more important. He is now generally recognized as the foremost English novelist of his generation, and he begins to take his place among the important modern novelists: Joyce, Mann, Proust, Falkner, Kafka.

영어의 어휘부 연구(Ⅰ)

In this paper we try to look into the model of the lexicon in the Generative Grammar. The ultimate goal of the present paper is to modify it. The modified model of this paper consists of three components: entry component, rule component, and filter. The entry component is subdivided into syntactic information, semantic information and phonological information. And the rule component has some lexical rules such as Word Formation, Detransitive, Middle Formation, Causativization, etc. Finally, the filter acts in the lexicon in such a way that it filters out the ill-formed words in the application of the rules. This paper is not a complete one, but a part of the whole paper, We will publish the rest of it sooner or later
