        Objectives : To establish an effective collaborate medicine treatment of acupuncture and western medicine for treating frozen shoulder patients. Methods : 59 voluntary patients were randomly assigned to Eastern treatment group(E group, n=22), Western treatment group(W group, n=17) and East-West treatment group(EW group, n=20). The E group received acupuncture treatment on LI15, TE14, GB21 and Master Dong's acupuncture points, Shin-gwan and Gyun-joong, twice a week for 4 weeks. The W group received suprascapular nerve block, subacromial injection and trigger point injection, twice a week for 4 weeks. The EW group received acupuncture and injection treatment including nerve block. All groups were instructed to practice self exercise during their daily lives. Evaluations were made before treatment and after treatment based on the change in shoulder Range of Motion(ROM) and the patient's satisfaction concerning the treatment was measured by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). The obtained data were analyzed and compared. Results : The patient's satisfaction scores were E group 5.67, W group 7.73 and EW group 7.67. The E group and the EW group showed significant improvement in abbduction, adduction and flexion(p<0.05). The W group showed significant improvement in adduction(p<0.05). Abduction significantly improved(p<0.05) in the EW group compared to E group and W group. Flexion also showed improvement in the EW group, but the difference among the 3 groups was statistically insignificant. The three group's difference of change in extension and adduction was insignificant(p>0.05). Conclusion : Acupuncture and nerve block alone significantly improved ROM in frozen shoulder patients. Also collaborate treatment of acupuncture and nerve block significantly improved ROM in frozen shoulder patients. But the difference of the three treatments were significant only for improving abduction(p<0.05).

        카라기난 분해효소 생산균의 분리, 동정, 및 효소생산 최적 조건

        해양 동식물, 토양 등으로부터 분리한 카라기난 분해능이 확인되었던 80여 균중에서 환원당 생성능이 가장 높았던 strain no.43 균주를 최종 시험균주로 선택하여 이 균주의 최적 효소 생산 조건을 실험하였다. 질소원으로는 nutrient broth 0.7% 농도가 가장 적절한 조건이었고, 탄소원의 농도는 카라기난 0.2%가 가장 높은 효소활성을 나타내었다. NaCl 농도는 1.5%, pH, 온도는 각각 7.0, 30℃로 이 조건에서 96시간 배양하는 것이 가장 적절한 효소 생산 조건이었음이 확인되었다. 각종 생화학 실험을 통해 동정을 행한 결과 그람음성 간균으로 oxidase, catalase 생성의 호기성균, indole 비생성, proline, arginine, serine, citrate, lactate 이용성, gelatin 액화, glucose, fructose, maltose 비이용, mannitol 이용 등의 특성으로부터 Pseudomonas alcaligenes로 동정할 수 있었고 Pseudomonas alcaligenes JCL-43으로 명명하였다. The 80 strains which produce carrageenan degrading enzyme were isolated from soils, mud, seaweed, marine moluscus and echonodermata samples. Among them, one isolated strain, which showed the highest activity to produced carrageenan degrading enzyme, was used for this study. The isolated strain was identified as Pseudomonas alcaligenes through its morphological, biochemical, and physiological characteristics. The best conditions for enzyme production were 0.7% nutrient broth and 0.2% carrageenan as nitrogen and carbon source, respectively. The optimal pH, NaCl, temperature and culture time for carrageenan degrading enzyme were 7.0, 1.5%, 30* and 96hrs, respectively.

        정보시스템 감리 및 프로젝트 성과에의 영향요인 연구 : 감리 상황 요인과 서비스 요인을 중심으로

        본 연구는 정보시스템 감리성과 및 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히, 감리 품질요인의 경우 감리성과와 프로젝트 성과에의 영향요인으로 제시되고 있기 때문에, 감리품질에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 감리서비스 요인과 감리상황 요인을 중심으로 연구하였다. 감리인의 어떠한 서비스 요인이 감리 목적에 부합하는 지, 그리고 고개만족에 기여하는지를 조사하였다. 더불어, 감리서비스 요인과 감리충실도를 위한 측정을 하고자하였으며, 고객 만족과 감리목적에 감리품질요인이 어떤 영향을 끼치는지를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 감리 서비스 요인과 감리 상황 요인이 감리품질에 영향을 미치고, 감리품질은 감리성과 및 프로젝트 성과를 향상시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 감리성과와 프로젝트 성과에 잠정적으로 영향을 미치는 서비스요인과 상황요인을 파악하여 제시하였다는데 의의를 가진다. 특히 본 연구에서 제시한 상황요인은 감리 업체 선정을 위해 평가항목을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This research has been done to understand the factors that have influence on information system audit and project performance. We focused on audit service factors and contextual factors which are supposed to affect audit quality, especially, due to audit quality factors indicating some influence on audit and project performance. Audit contextual factors is the environmental factors of audit. This research investigates whether some auditor's quality affects to audit purpose and customer's satisfaction or not. Therefore, We need to develop measure for audit service quality and audit fidelity. Also we need to examine closely the effect of information system audit fidelity on the customer satisfaction or audit purpose. Also Whether this audit fidelity has effect on the result of audit and customer satisfaction or not. Also this audit fidelity has effect on the performance of SI project. As the result of this research, we noticed that audit quality factors are related with project performance and audit quality could improve the performance of audit and project performance. Therefore, this research has contributed to showing the factors(Contextual Factors and Service Factors) that affect audit performance and project performance. Specialy we noticed that proposed environment factors has contributed to choose good audit company.

        유년기 Ⅲ급 부정교합자에서 이모장치의 치료 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 유년기의 하악 전돌성 III급 부정교합자에게 이모장치를 착용하여 치료하였을 때 나타나는 변화를, 보다 적절한 대조군을 이용하여 알아보고자 시행하였다. 이모장치를 이용하여 치료한 하악전돌의 골격성 III급 부정교합자중에서 치료 시작 시기가 약 7세경인 29명(남자 14명, 여자 15명)을 실험군으로 하였고, 비슷한 연령으로 골격적 상태가 유사하며 어떤 형태의 교정치료도 받지 않은 III급 부정교합자 21명(남자10명, 여자11명)을 대조군으로 하였다. 2년의 관찰 기간을 거쳐, 초기 및 2년 후의 두부방사선사진을 계측 분석하여 그 변화량을 비교한 결과 (t-test, p<0.05) 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 이모장치를 착용하지 않은 대조군에서는 악골의 부조화가 개선되지 않고, 심화되는 방향으로 성장하였다. 즉, 치료하지 않은 하악 전돌성 III급 부정교합자는 성장에 의해 개선이 일어나지 않음을 나타내었다. 이모장치를 착용한 실험군에서는 전후방 골격 부조화가 감소하였으며, 하악 전돌감이 개선되었다. 2. 두개저와 상악골의 성장은 이모장치에 의해 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 3. 이모장치의 하악골 성장억제 효과를 인정할 수 없었으나, 하악골의 성장 방향의 변화 및 성장 형태의 변화가 관찰되었다. 4. 이모장치 착용시 수직적 성장 경향이 증가하였다. 5. 연구 성적을 종합적으로 검토한 결과, 이모장치의 주된 치료 기전은 하악골의 후하방 회전과 변위이며, 성장 방향과 형태의 변화가 부분적으로 기여한다고 볼 수 있었다. 위의 결과를 종합해 보면 이모장치의 치료효과는 하악 골격 성장의 억제효과라기 보다는 하악골의 후방 회전과 변위에 의한 것이며 성장기 하악 전돌성 III급 부정교합자에서 골격 부조화의 개선 및 전돌감 해소에 유용한 장치라고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the craniofacial skeleton subsequent to chincap therapy in the juvenile skeletal Class III malocclusion with more appropriate control samples. The experimental group consisted of 29 Korean children(14 males, 15 females) who had skeletal Class III malocclusion with prognathic mandible and were undergone chincap therapy from the beginning of treatment. The control group was composed of 21 Korean children(10 males,11 females) who had no orthodontic treatment, but with similar skeletal discrepancies to experimental group. Lateral cephalometric radiographs at the age of 7, and 2 years later were analyized and compared with student`s t-test(p<0.05). The results of this study were as follows; 1. The control group without chincap therapy had not shown any improvement of the skeletal discrepancies, but had grown to be much severe. This means that the untreated Class III patient with prognathic mandible would not be corrected by growth. For the experimental group with chincap therapy, the anterior-posterior skeletal discrepanices and mandibular prognathism were both improved. 2. Neither significant restraint nor acceleration of growth was found in the cranial base and maxilla by chincap treatment. 3. The inhibition of mandibular growth could not be accepted, but the changes of the direction of growth and morphological changes were found. 4. Vertical growth tendency was increased with chincap therapy. 5. When putting together the results of the analyses, it seems to be the rotation and displacement of the mandible that the major treatment effects of chincap are. The changes of the direction of growth and the morphological changes also seems to contibute to the treatment effect partly. In summary, the chincap doesn`t restrain the mandibular growth. But, it is considered as a useful treatment modality for correction of skeletal discrepancies and reduction of mandibular prognathism in growing Class III patients with madibular prognathism.

        교정 치료 환자에 있어 항균 varnish 처치 전후의 타액 내 Streptococcus mutans 균주의 변화에 관한 연구

        Dental caries is one of the most prevalent dental diseases in Korea and its prevention is very important in orthodontic therapy. For the cleansing action of saliva itself and/or tooth-brushing is lowered in patient with fixed orthodontic appliance, oral hygiene of the patient becomes worse, which provides more favorable environment for micro-organisms. Chlorexidine, one of the series of bisguanide, has been reported to be strong antimicrobial agent and very effective on Streptococcus mutans. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possibility of chlorhexidine as a anticariogenic agent in fixed orthodontic therapy. We used the varnish containing chlorhexidine as a main ingredient for the chemical control of salivary S.mutans in patients with fixed appliance therapy. We applied the varnish containing chlorhexidine on the labial and interproximal surface of the teeth before bonding and banding teeth of our patients(N=20) and compared to control group patients(N=20). Before the application of chlorhexidine varnish and four times periodically after the completion of fixed appliance set-up, we sampled saliva of both group patients and incuvate S.mutans for 24 hours. In the culture study of sampled saliva, counting the number of S.mutans colonies, we founded as follows : 1. In patients with fixed appliance therapy, the risk of dental caries increase when it compared to that of preorthodontic treatment ; The number of salivary S.mutans increase in patient's oral cavity. 2. The experimental agent that contain chlorhexidine is effective to reduce the number of salivary S.mutans. 3. For the effect of this agent is not ever-lasting, periodical application is needed, and additional study for economical interval and number of application is needed.

        분절호선법으로 상하악 절치부 압하 시 순측경사도가 미치는 영향에 관한 3차원 유한요소법적 연구

        본 연구는 상하악 절치부의 압하를 도모하기 위한 장치의 하나인 분절호선장치를 사용하여 절치부의 순측경사에 따른 저항중심의 위치와 변화양상, 그리고 치축경사 개선과 압하를 동시에 이루기 위해 필요한 최소 후방 견인력의 크기 및 변화양상을 알아보기 위하여 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 시행되었으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치축 경사도의 변화에 따른 상악 절치부 저항중심은 1) 정상 치축경사를 가진 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 6mm에 위치하였다. 2) 순측경사가 10˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓의 원심면 후방 9mm에 위치하였다. 3) 순측경사가 20˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 12mm에 위치하였다. 4) 순측경사가 30˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 16mm에 위치하였다. 2. 치축 경사도의 변화에 따른 하악 절치부 저항중심은 1) 정상 치축경사를 가진 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 10mm에 위치하였다. 2) 순측경사가 10˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 13mm에 위치하였다. 3) 순측경사가 20˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 15mm에 위치하였다. 4) 순측경사가 30˚ 증가된 경우에서 측절치 브라켓 원심면 후방 18mm에 위치하였다. 3. 응력 분포 양상은 1) 각 저항중심에서 압하력을 가한 경우에 치주인대에 균일한 압축응력을 나타내었다. 2) 후방 견인력을 동시에 적용한 경우에 순측경사가 증가할수록 응력분포 양상이 복잡해지는 양상을 보였다. 4. 상하악 절치부가 20˚까지 순측경사된 경우에서 pure intrusion을 위하여 필요한 후방 견인력의 크기도 증가하였다. This study was designed to investigate the position of anteroposterior center of resistance for genuine intrusion and the mode of change of the minimum distal force for simultanous intrusion and retraction of the upper and lower incisors according to the increase of labial inclination. For this purpose, we used the three-piece intrusion arch appliance and three-dimensional finite element models of upper and lower incisors. 1. Positions of the center of resistance in upper incisors according to the increase of the labial inclination were as follows; 1) In normal inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 6mm behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 2) In 10˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 9mm behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 3) In 20˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 12m behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 4) In 30˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 16m behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 2. Positions of the center of resistance in lower incisors according to the increase of the labial inclination were as follows; 1) In normal inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 10mm behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 2) In 10˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 13mm behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 3) In 20˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 15m behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 4) In 30˚ increase of the labial inclination situation, the center of resistance was located in 18m behind the distal surface of the lateral incisor bracket. 3. The patterns of stress distribution were as follows; 1) There were even compressive stresses in and periodontal ligament when intrusion force was applied through determined center of resistance. 2) There were gradual increase of complexity in compressive stress distribution pattern with increase of the labial inclination when intrusion and retraction force were applied simultaneously. 4. With increase of the labial inclination of the upper and lower incisors, the position of the center of resistance moved posteriorly. And the distal force for pure intrusion was increased until 20˚ increase of the labial inclination.

      • 고장시간 분포 추정을 위한 단일화된 접근 방법

        In this paper, we propose a simple and effective life distribution model based on piecewise Weibull failure rate function, called PWF model and introduce a simple method to estimate the parameters in PWF model based on the sequential partial F test and the least square method. All the procedures are computer coded and various numerical application exmples are also given. The results in this paper can be used to analyze failure time data almost automatically under quite general environment.
