Objective: To compare 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) rates oflaparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) and abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) forstage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm with visible or invisible tumors. Methods: We retrospectively compared the oncological outcomes of 1,484 cervical cancerpatients with IB1 and tumor size <2 cm on final pathology, who received ARH (n=899) or LRH(n=585) between January 2004 and December 2016. Patients were divided into visible tumorsubgroup (ARH: n=668, LRH: n=444) and invisible tumor subgroup (ARH: n=231, LRH:n=141) according to tumor type. Results: LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (93.3% vs. 93.1%, p=0.997;96.2% vs. 97.5%, p=0.351) in total study population. LRH was not associated with worse5-year DFS rate (hazard ratio [HR]=0.96; 95% confidence interval [CI]=0.58–1.58; p=0.871)or OS rate (HR=1.37; 95% CI=0.65–2.89; p=0.409) by multivariable analysis. In the visibletumor subgroups, LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (91.9% vs. 91.9%,p=0.933; 95.0% vs. 96.9%, p=0.276), and LRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS orOS rate (p=0.804, p=0.324). In the invisible tumor subgroups, LRH and ARH also showedsimilar 5-year DFS and OS rates (97.3% vs. 97.1%, p=0.815; 100% vs. 99.5%, p=0.449), andLRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS rate (p=0.723). Conclusions: Among patients with stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm, whether the tumor isvisible or not, the oncological outcomes of LRH and ARH among cervical cancer patients arecomparable. This suggests that LRH may be suitable for stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm withvisible or invisible tumors.Trial Registration: International Clinical Trials Registry Platform Identifier: CHiCTR180017778
Entity Relationship Modeling Approach Based on Micro- Blog Tag

Due to the huge information, short length and noise data, the traditional method has poor effect on micro-blog entity relationship modeling. In this paper, a new micro-blog user interests discovering approach based on tag is presented to improve the entity relationship modeling. First the matrix of user tag built by traditional way may generate the problem of sparse matrix in tag recommendation, so we introduce the information of micro-blog and establish the bipartite graph of User-Tag and Tag-Word respectively, then use them to recommend tag to micro-blog users. Meanwhile interactive relationship between users also show their interests, we establish a graph of tag relation by users’ relationship and propose a method called Tag Rank on the basis of this graph to improve the precision of the model. Finally, we combine the two methods to discover user interests. In the experiment, we use several measurement metrics: F-value, precision and the recall rate. It is proven that the new approach in the paper have a perfect performance.

Currently, the efficiency of the existing focused crawlers is not high because of their unsatisfactory precision. In this article, we analyze the URL analysis methods of the existing focused crawlers, and propose a URL analysis algorithm based on the semantic content and link clustering in cloud environment. In this algorithm, the download URLs are clustered with the philosophy of clustering on the basis of VSM to improve the precision of the focused crawler according to the correlation between download URLs and new URLs. The algorithm is evaluated on Heritrix3.10 compared with Best First Search algorithm and Shark Search algorithm. The experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed can collect web pages related to the given topic accurately and effectively.Moreover, the algorithm has a good ability of learning which proves the possibility of this algorithm.

沪舟甬跨海大通道是环杭州湾大通道的重要组成部分,是连接宁波―舟山―大洋山―上海的综合陆岛交通系统。基于国家、区域、地方三个不同层面,分析了沪舟甬跨海大通道建设的必要性和战略意义,并对沪舟甬跨海大通道的组成部分进行了详细介绍。同时,在对沪舟甬跨海大通道及大小洋山开发的依赖与互动关系进行分析的基础上,深入探讨了大小洋山开发的重要意义以及对于沪舟甬大通道的重要支撑。最后,对于统筹跨海大通道建设及大小洋山开发提出了政策建议。 The Shanghai-Zhoushan-Ningbo Cross-sea Channel is an important part of the Hangzhou Bay Grand Passage, which is an integrated land-island transportation system connecting among Ningbo、Zhoushan、Dayangshan and Shanghai. Five highly polymorphic microsatellite loci were utilized to reconstruct sibship during a mass spawning event of ark shell, Scapharca broughtonii and to estimate the genetic variability between the D-shaped larvae and metamorphosed juvenile stage. The allelic diversity, and observed and expected heterozygosities exhibited similarity between the two sampling stages. The sibship reconstruction results of 180 offspring in each stage demonstrated that the effective population size was 20 in the D-shaped larvae stage and decreased to 16 in the metamorphosed juvenile stage. The inferred number of parents at the metamorphosed juvenile stage decreased 16.13 % and the inbreeding rate increased 0.6 % comparing to the D-shaped larvae stage. Multiple matings were detected both in males and females,and the reproductive success of both sexes in the two stages was positively correlated to the number of individuals with which it had mated. The results lend insight to S. broughtonii cultivation in China and provide a genetic guide for the development of more effective spawning techniques in the future.

Purpose Fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4) plays a critical role in cancer progression involving in tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. This study clarified the role of FGFR4-Arg388 variant in gastric cancer (GC), and more importantly highlighted the possibility of this single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) as potential therapeutic targets. Materials and Methods FGFR4 polymorphism was characterized in advanced GC patients to perform statistical analysis. FGFR4-dependent signal pathways involving cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and resistance to oxaliplatin (OXA) in accordance with the SNP were also assessed in transfected GC cell lines. Results Among 102 GC patients, the FGFR4-Arg388 patients showed significantly higher tumor stage (p=0.047) and worse overall survival (p=0.033) than the Gly388 patients. Immunohistochemical results showed that FGFR4-Arg388 patients were more likely to have higher vimentin (p=0.025) and p-STAT3 (p=0.009) expression compared with FGFR4-Gly388 patients. In transfected GC cells, the overexpression of FGFR4-Arg388 variant increased proliferation and invasion of GC cells, increasing resistance of GC cells to OXA compared with cells overexpressing the Gly388 allele. Conclusion The exploration mechanism may be through FGFR4-Arg388/STAT3/epithelial to mesenchymal transition axis regulating pivotal oncogenic properties of GC cells. The FGFR4-Arg388 variant may be a biomarker and a candidate target for adjuvant treatment of GC.
