        Comparison between laparoscopic and abdominal radical hysterectomy for stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm cervical cancer with visible or invisible tumors: a multicentre retrospective study

        Objective: To compare 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) rates oflaparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) and abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) forstage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm with visible or invisible tumors. Methods: We retrospectively compared the oncological outcomes of 1,484 cervical cancerpatients with IB1 and tumor size <2 cm on final pathology, who received ARH (n=899) or LRH(n=585) between January 2004 and December 2016. Patients were divided into visible tumorsubgroup (ARH: n=668, LRH: n=444) and invisible tumor subgroup (ARH: n=231, LRH:n=141) according to tumor type. Results: LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (93.3% vs. 93.1%, p=0.997;96.2% vs. 97.5%, p=0.351) in total study population. LRH was not associated with worse5-year DFS rate (hazard ratio [HR]=0.96; 95% confidence interval [CI]=0.58–1.58; p=0.871)or OS rate (HR=1.37; 95% CI=0.65–2.89; p=0.409) by multivariable analysis. In the visibletumor subgroups, LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (91.9% vs. 91.9%,p=0.933; 95.0% vs. 96.9%, p=0.276), and LRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS orOS rate (p=0.804, p=0.324). In the invisible tumor subgroups, LRH and ARH also showedsimilar 5-year DFS and OS rates (97.3% vs. 97.1%, p=0.815; 100% vs. 99.5%, p=0.449), andLRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS rate (p=0.723). Conclusions: Among patients with stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm, whether the tumor isvisible or not, the oncological outcomes of LRH and ARH among cervical cancer patients arecomparable. This suggests that LRH may be suitable for stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm withvisible or invisible tumors.Trial Registration: International Clinical Trials Registry Platform Identifier: CHiCTR180017778

        Seismic analysis of bridges based on stress-dependent damping

        Damping value has considerable influence on the dynamic and seismic behaviors of bridges. However, currently the constant damping ratios that are prescribed by most bridge seismic design codes can’t truly represent the complicated damping character of actual structures. In this paper, a cyclic loading experiment was conducted to study the effect of stress amplitude on material damping of concrete to present an analyzing model of the material damping of concrete. Furthermore, based on the fundamental damping of structure measured under ambient vibration, combined with the presented stress-dependent material damping concrete, the seismic response of a bridge pier was calculated. Comparison between the calculated and experiment results verified the validity of the presented damping model. Finally, a modified design and analysis method for bridge was proposed based on stress-dependent damping theory, and a continuous rigid frame bridge was selected as the example to calculate the actual damping values and the dynamic response of the bridge under different earthquake intensities. The calculation results indicated that using the constant damping given by the Chinese seismic design code of bridges would overestimate the energy dissipation capacity of the bridge.

        A Study on Gamification as a Key Role in Future Civilization : Focused on the Feature of Virtual Reality

        Background: : It is believed that human beings have gone from 100,000 years ago to the present. They have experienced the degeneration of primitive civilization to scientific and technological civilization, completed the first leap of human civilization, and brought humanity into a highly intelligent social division of labor. Human beings have also become their own weaving. A node in the network of meaning. The game is the ninth art of mankind and the inevitable outcome of the interactive era. Some people think that it is a flood of beasts, it is an "addictive" entertainment "drugs." However, some people think that it is the future of mankind, and it is the means for human civilization to leap from the real world to the virtual world. We look at the future of mankind from the perspective of history and the development of science and technology. We find that the future brought to us by our games is looming. Methods: This paper aims to explore the relationship between gamification and civilization, also foresight the possibility of the next step of human civilization. In order to achieve this aim, previous researches, books and websites are examined and author’s work experience of relevant industries in many years are used as well. Results: Under the social division of high-tech civilization, we actively seek for the most authentic needs of mankind. Clear goals, limited rules, real-time feedback mechanisms, and proactive participation are common thinking we get from games. In the powerful torrent of technological development, we use artificial intelligence, big data, and virtual reality technology to practice in human society. Used in educational work and entertainment life. Conclusion: Virtualization is the carrier of human beings carrying civilization. Causality is the means by which humans perceive the world. Gaming is the tool for human beings to move into the future. Although we can't predict the specific appearance of the future, we can look into the future with historical perspective and strong and strong curiosity about scientific and technological progress.

        Selection of candidate genes affecting meat quality and preliminary exploration of related molecular mechanisms in the Mashen pig

        Objective: The aim of this study was to select the candidate genes affecting meat quality and preliminarily explore the related molecular mechanisms in the Mashen pig. Methods: The present study explored genetic factors affecting meat quality in the Mashen pig using RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq). We sequenced the transcriptomes of 180-day-old Mashen and Large White pigs using longissimus dorsi to select differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Results: The results indicated that a total of 425 genes were differentially expressed between Mashen and Large White pigs. A gene ontology enrichment analysis revealed that DEGs were mainly enriched for biological processes associated with metabolism and muscle development, while a Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analysis showed that DEGs mainly participated in signaling pathways associated with amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and skeletal muscle differentiation. A MCODE analysis of the protein-protein interaction network indicated that the four identified subsets of genes were mainly associated with translational initiation, skeletal muscle differentiation, amino acid metabolism, and oxidative phosphorylation pathways. Conclusion: Based on the analysis results, we selected glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1, malate dehydrogenase 1, pyruvate dehydrogenase 1, pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4, and activator protein-1 as candidate genes affecting meat quality in pigs. A discussion of the related molecular mechanisms is provided to offer a theoretical basis for future studies on the improvement of meat quality in pigs.

        The Effect of Job Crafting on Performance: Mediating Role of Work Engagement

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to test the impact of job crafting on in/extra-role performance in Chinese context. In addition, it intends to verify the mediating effect of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance. Research design, data, and methodology – Survey data were collected from employees of the companies in Hebei, China, for about two months, from early January 2022 to early March 2022. A total of 300 copies were distributed, and 240 copies were collected (80%), of which 222 copies were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed for statistical tests of the measurement model and hypotheses using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and Amos 25. Result – The analysis results are as follows. First, job crafting has a direct effect on work engagement. Second, work engagement increased employees' in/extra-role performance. Third, the mediating effect of work engagement was verified in the relationship between job crafting and employees' in/extra-role performance. Conclusion – This study expands the job demand-resource model by revealing the effect of job crafting, which changes the job given to oneself, on in/extra-role performance. In addition, this study investigated the impact of work engagement on the relationship between job crafting and in/extra-role performance.

        Effect of post-heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of laser metal deposition Inconel 718

        The microstructure, hardness, and fracture strength of Inconel 718 fabricated with laser metal deposition are investigated. The solution treatment plus aging (STA) (including 980 °C, 720 °C, and 620 °C for 1, 8, and 8 h, respectively) and low-temperature stress-relief annealing (LTSLA) (including 650 °C for 1 h) are compared, which can respectively improve the hardness and tensile properties. Results show that the as-deposited sample mainly contained γ matrix, coarse Laves phase, granular carbides, and nitrides. STA and LTSLA post-heat treatments could respectively improve the hardness and tensile properties, while the elongation slightly decreased. The solution treatment promoted almost Laves phase to dissolve into γ matrix and homogenized the matrix, and the aging treatment promoted the precipitation of γ′ and γ′′ phases, which significantly improved the mechanical properties.

      • Group Rejuvenation : A New Software Rejuvenation Framework

        With cloud computing continues to mature and widely used, the availability guarantee of cloud system becomes one of the key issues. In the cloud system based on virtualization, reliability of virtual machine is an important premise to guarantee the quality of service of cloud computing. Recent research shows, applications deployed inside the virtual machine will appear performance degradation even failure after long-term operation, namely "the aging phenomenon". Prediction, diagnosis and rejuvenation of the virtual machine is a relatively complete technical framework to guarantee reliability of the cloud computing system. In this paper, we propose a software rejuvenation framework based on group migration of virtual machine to guarantee reliability of the distributed system. First construct the dependency relationship of the virtual machines; then diagnosis the software aging of virtual machine; decide the optimal virtual machine set which need to migration. Compared with the traditional single computing nodes restart/ recovery mode, downtime of group rejuvenation can be 61.53% of downtime of traditional mode. In the cloud computing environment, group rejuvenation method can ensure the availability of cloud systems more effectively than the conventional rejuvenation method.

        Effects of Adding Essential Oil to the Diet of Weaned Pigs on Performance, Nutrient Utilization, Immune Response and Intestinal Health

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of adding essential oils to the diet of weaned pigs on performance, nutrient utilization, immune response and intestinal health. A total of 96 weaning pigs ($8.37{\pm}1.58$ kg) were allotted to one of three dietary treatments. The treatments consisted of an unsupplemented basal diet (negative control, NC) or similar diets supplemented with 0.01% of an essential oil product which contained 18% thymol and cinnamaldehyde (EOD) as well as a diet supplemented with 0.19% of an antibiotic mixture which provided 150 ppm chlortetracycline, 80 ppm colistin sulfate and 50 ppm kitasamycin (positive control, PC). Each treatment was provided to eight pens of pigs with four pigs per pen. Over the entire 35 d experiment, ADG and fecal score were improved (p<0.05) for pigs fed the PC and EOD compared with the NC. Dry matter and crude protein digestibility as well as lymphocyte proliferation for pigs fed the PC and EOD diets were increased significantly compared with NC (p<0.05). IGF-I levels in plasma were significantly increased (p<0.05) in pigs fed the PC diet compared with pigs fed the NC diet. Interleukin-6 concentration was lower (p<0.05) and the tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ level was higher (p<0.05) in the plasma of pigs fed the EOD diet than the NC diet. Plasma total antioxidant capacity level increased (p<0.05) in pigs fed the EOD diet compared with pigs fed the NC. Villus height to crypt depth ratio in the jejunum was greater (p<0.05) in pigs fed the PC and EOD diets than the NC. The numbers of E. coli in the cecum, colon and rectum were reduced (p<0.05) in pigs fed the PC and EOD diets compared with the control. In the colon, the ratio of Lactobacilli to E. coli was increased (p<0.05) in pigs fed the EOD diet compared with NC diet. Total aerobe numbers in the rectum were decreased (p<0.05) in pigs fed the PC and EOD diets compared with the control. Collectively, these results indicate that blends of essential oils could be a candidate for use as an alternative to traditional antibiotics in weaning pig diets.

        Analyzing the Effects of VR&AR Industry on Regional Economic Development : Focused on Guangdong Province in China

        Background The virtual reality (VR&AR) industry has been a fast-growing industry in the world since 2015. As a key area in China's science and technology and entertainment industry, Guangdong Province, accelerating the development of virtual reality industry will be beneficial to the adjustment and optimization of Guangdong's economic and social structure. Guangdong's economic and social development is standing at a new historical starting point, from manufacturing to promotion to promote a new round of development. This paper will discuss the role of the virtual reality industry in the Guangdong economy and the development of the industry. Methods Based on previous research papers, government work reports, books and website materials at home and abroad, combined with the author's many years of work experience in the industry. This study aims to explore the impact of the virtual reality industry on the regional economy and the timing of the future virtual reality industry. Results Although the virtual reality (VR&AR) industry is still in its growth stage, Guangdong, as the bridgehead of the Chinese economy, still plays a pivotal role in the virtual reality field. The development of the industrial chain is complete, from hardware to software, from the beginning to the interactive technology, from online to offline experience stores, from large companies to small enterprises, in various industry sectors, forming a closed-loop business model. Conclusion The virtual reality will be prominent and significant in the overall pattern of regional economic development. It is also an important breakthrough for the development of science and technology culture industry. It will play a huge role in education, entertainment, service, medical care, industry and other fields in the future. Serve the people's livelihood and promote the construction of modern civilization.

        Evolution and Innovation on China’s Legal System of Internet Finance in the Context of Blockchain Technology

        With the growing popularity of bitcoin, blockchain technology, as its underlying technology, has gained more and more attention. The technical innovation brought by blockchain technology such as decentralization and strong trust mechanism coincides with the nature of finance, which brings a new variable to the development of Internet finance, promotes the innovation in financial products and accelerates the development of mixed operation. At the same time, however, China’s current legal system of Internet finance is impacted by digital finance, which presents difficulties such as weakening the main bodies of financial regulation, confusing the objects of financial regulation and making it more difficult to protect financial consumers. Therefore, in the application of digital finance technology such as blockchain technology, Internet finance laws need to change the path of institutional evolution to meet the regulatory requirements brought by new technologies. The reform and impact of blockchain technology are promoting the transformation of Internet financial regulation mode from separate institutional regulation to functional regulation, from institutional regulation to technological regulation, and from monocentric regulation to multicentric regulation, as well as the transformation of the financial consumer protection mechanism.
