The soybean cultivar, ‘Saegeum’, has been developed for preparing soy-paste and tofu. The soybean cultivars ‘Daepung’ and ‘SS98207-3SSD-168’ were crossed in 2003 to obtain ‘Saegeum’. Single seed descent method was used to advance the generation from F3 to F5, and the plant lines with promising traits were selected from F6 to F7 by pedigree method. The preliminary yield (PYT) and advanced yield trials (AYT) were conducted from 2009 to 2010, and the regional yield trial (RYT) was conducted in 12 regions between 2011 and 2013. The morphological characteristics of ‘Saegeum’ were as follows: determinate plant type, white flower, tawny pubescence color, and brown pod color. Flowering and maturity dates were August 2, XXXX and October 17, XXXX, respectively. Plant height, first pod height, number of nodes, number of branches, and number of pods were 79 cm, 18 cm, 16, 2.3, and 44, respectively. The seed characteristics of ‘Saegeum’ were as follows: yellow spherical shape, yellow hilum, and the 100-seed weight was 25.4 g. ‘Saegeum’ was resistant to bacterial pustule and SMV in the field test, and its lodging resistance was mildly strong, whereas its shattering resistance was excellent. The ability of this cultivar to be processed into tofu, soybean malt, and other fermented products was comparable with that of ‘Daewonkong’. The yield of ‘Saegeum’ in the adaptable regions was 3.02 ton ha-1. Thus, ‘Saegeum’ is adaptable to mechanized harvesting because of its high first pod height, as well as lodging and shattering resistance. (Registration number: 5929)

The purpose of the ERAM model proposed in this paper is to analyze the spatial importance immanent in the intrinsic structure of spaces. Use of the adjacency matrix representing the connection of spaces makes it possible to analyze the spatial structure itself. On the assumption that a large number of people move continually at random in the system, the ratio of elements in any row of the n-th power of the adjacency matrix means the ratio of people of all nodes in equilibrium. Mathematically, it is the ratio of eigenvector corresponding to the dominant (maximum) eigenvalue, Therefore it is the attribute immanent in the structure of spaces itself. Moreover, it is possible to consider the relative level of attraction of spaces and the relative flow from spaces to spaces only by putting the gravity on the adjacency matrix. The ERAM model brings forth the flexible result reflecting the relativity of spaces and flows.
중간세공탄소를 담체로 사용한 직접메탄을 연료전지용 Pt/C 촉매제조

For the direct methanol fuel cell, the expensive cost of Pt is one of the most important factors. In this study, various kinds of support were synthesized and chosen for highly dispersed catalysts which need less amount of Pt and show higher activity. A mesoporous carbon was selected as a support which has 5 times larger specific surface area than Vulcan XC-72, a commercial support. Such a large surface area gave an advantage in the dispersion of Pt, but a disadvantage in electric conductivity which could be solved by increasing the carbonizaton temperature in the preparation of mesoporous carbon. These prepared mesoporous carbons were used as supports of Pt. Among the catalysts, the catalyst using mesoporous carbon carbonized at 1000 ℃ showed better activity than the catalyst using Vulcan XC-72 as a support showing the best activity. From the XRD analysis, the activity was proportional to the dispersion of Pt.

The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is to promote the regeneration of lost periodontal tissue, there have been many attempts to develop a method to achieve this goal, but none of them was completely successful. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of BBP?? on alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity in human fetal osteoblast (hFOB1). The results of this study were as follows, BBP?? didn't show any significant increased cell proliferation and cell activity in the human fetal osteoblast as compared to non-supplemented controls at 2 and 4 day. In ALP activity, 100 ㎍/㎖ BBP?? treated group showed significantly increased value than negative control group.

Pure primary medullary hemorrhage is a rare condition, which is characterized by ipsilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy and contralateral hemiparesis. The hemorrhage usually extended to medial and ventral medulla, these two characteristic signs distinguished from the classical presentation of Wallenberg's lateral medullary syndrome. A 53-years-old man was admitted with sudden onset left sides weakness and vertigo. Neurologic examination showed dysarthria, mild dysphagia, Horner syndrome of right side, spontaneous horizontal jerking nystagmus to left side and right deviation of tongue at protrusion. Pain and temperature sensation of left trunk, left extremity and right face were decreased. Brain CT scan and brain MRI revealed focal hemorrhage in the right medulla. We report a case of pure primary medullary hemorrhage with undetermined etiology.

An FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) consists of a group of computer numerically controlled machines linked by and automated material handling system, and which operates under computer control. FMS's are designed for production of small and medium-sized batchs comprising several different part types with the efficiency of automated mass production and the flexiblity of the job shop. In this research, job scheduling for minimizing APT(average processing time) was studied in FMS with 3 machining centers which are served by a cyclic-unidirectional conveyor while the conveyor speed is set to 1, 2, or 3, respectively. The results of this research could be useful to reduce APT in part manufacturing systems in practice.
p-형 Si(100) 기판 위에 성장시킨 Bi_(3.25)La_(0.75)Ti₃O_(12) (BLT) 박막의 전기적 특성

Bi₃zsLa(0.75)Ti₃0_(12) (BLT) thin film have been grown on p-type Si(l00) substrates by a sol-gel spin coating process. The structure and surface morphology of the film were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEMI. Furthermore, the electrical properties were examined by capacitance-voltage ( C-V) characteristics by using a LF Impedance Analyzer(HP 4192A). XRD measurement show layered perovskite structure with a single phase in BLT thin film annealed at 700C for 30 min in oxygen. The measured grain size of BLT on Si is about 0.04 - 0.1 pn. From the cross-sectional SEM image, BLT film thickness is measured to be 0.4 pm. The C-V characteristic hysteresis curves show that the NIFS (metal-fexroelectric-semiconductor) structure has memory effect. The memory window decreases, with increasing frequency at MFS structure. And it is found that the memory window increases as the applied voltage to the ferroelectric capacitor is increased. These phenomena may be due to polarization reversals of the BLT ferroelectric film and because of the charge injection from Si substrate into the ferroelectric thin film. The results obtained indicate that the present BLT films are suitable for making ferroelectric field effect transistor(FeFET) memory.

n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.
