        Hypertext를 이용한 교수-학습자료 개발 및 실행 방안에 관한 연구 : 고등학교 공통과학 (화학부문)을 중심으로 Based on High School Common Science (Department of Chemistry)

        The necessity of the internet-aided instruction, and the advantages and restrictions of it were widely investigated as theoretical background, and the general principle of designing the instruction, model of procedure in science class, practical design of the internet-aided instruction procedure of it's development and effective approach of web design. On the basis of the above, experiment contents of 10 units in highschool common science (department of chemistry)were reconstructed, and deployment plan for teaching-learning guidance papers for experiments, reports of experiments, individualized problem for evaluation, self-learning references, guidance papers for teaching, figure files for forming concepts and principles were made. Experimental unit of chemical reaction speed which is difficult for the first grade highschool students is established, and it is made a form of CD-ROM title with animation and presentation techniques. As a result, Learning environment which raised learner's motivation was presented. Further more, based on web instruction model and instruction design principle for learning with internet, teaching-learning home page with HTML was made.

      • 관해된 정신분열병과 양극성장애 환자의 언어성 기억 및 학습 기능 비교

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 관해 상태에 있는 정신분열병과 양극성장애 환자의 언어성 기억 및 학습 기능을 평가하고 이를 정상대조군과 비교하여 기억 요소의 질환별 특성을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 방 법 : 관해상태의 정신분열병 환자 30명과 양극성장애 환자 28명 및 정상대조군 72명을 대상으로 성, 연령, 교육연한, 발병연령, 잔여증상, 추체외로증상, 단순주의력 수준을 통제한 후 한글언어청각학습검사를 실시하여, 초과용량 즉각기억, 기억의 등록, 유지, 인출, 재인, 학습전략, 간섭효과를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 한글언어청각학습검사 결과를 세 집단간 비교한 결과, 정신분열병은 전행성 간섭효과를 제외한 모든 항목에서 대조군보다 유의하게 저하된 기억 수행을 보였으며, 양극성장애에 비해서도 대부분의 회상 시도에서 유의한 저하를 보였다. 특징적으로 학습 전략 활용 능력이 저조하였다. 양극성장애는 대조군에비해 즉각기억, 재인,학습전략에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 반복에 따른 회상과 학습은 대조군에 비해 유의하게 저하되었다. 정신분열병에 비해서는 전반적으로 비슷하거나 우월했지만, 간접자극 제시에 의한 회상 저하는 세 집단 중 가장 크게 나타났다. 환자군에서 검사성적에 대한 임상적 특성의 설명력을 분석한 결과, 정신분열병에서는 BPRS의 무력증 소척도, 유병기간, 입원횟수 등이 유의한 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 양극성장애에서는 우울삽화 횟수가 유의한 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 관해상태의 양극성장애와 정신분열병 모두에서 대조군과 구별되는 언어성 기억 및 학습 기능 저하가 관찰되었다. 이러한 기억 및 학습 기능의 결함은 이들 두 장애의 고유한 질병 특성 표지자일 가능성이 높으며, 향후 이들 질환의 병태생리를 이해하고 치료적 접근 방법을 모색하는 데에 단초가 될 수 있을 것이다. Objectives : This study was to investigate the verbal memory and learning ability in remitted schizophrenic patients and euthymic bipolar patients in order to explore trait-dependent cognitive deficits of each disorder. Methods : Verbal memory was assessed with KAVLT(the Korean version of Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test) in outpatients with remitted schizophrenia(N=30), euthmic bipolar disorder(N=28), and normal control(N=72), KAVLT is made for assessment of immediate supraspan memory, registration, retention, retrieval, recognition, learning strategy, and interference effect. Several confounding factors including age, sex, educational level, attention span, residual psychopathology, and extrapyramidal symptoms were controlled among 3 groups. Patient groups were matched according to the age of onset, duration of illness, and frequency of hospitalization. Results : 1) The performance of bipolar group generally fall between the performance of schizophrenia and normal controls, while being most impaired in retroactive interference. Schizophrenic group showed significant impairment on most variables of KAVLT in comparison with the groups of bipolar disorder and normal control. 2) Within group analysis revealed that residual negative symptoms, duration of illness, and number of admission were highly correlated with the impairment of verbal memory and learning in schizophrenics. Number of depressive episodes and age were negatively correlated with verbal memory and learning among bipolar disorder patients. Conclusions : Both remitted schizophrenia and euthymic bipolar patients showed distinctive impairment in verbal memory and learning compared with controls. These results suggest that apecific impairment of verbal memory and learning in remitted state can be trait-dependent marker in both diseases. These deficits can give clues to the understanding of the pathophysiology and searching for more appropriate therapeutic interventions of mental disorders to improve cognitive deficits in remitted patients.

        진동에 의한 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 산소전달 특성

        본 연구는 급성호흡부전환자를 치료하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 기체전달을 향상시키기 위하여 중공사막에 진동기법을 사용하여 기체전달을 향상시키고자 시도하였다. 그리고 혈관 내 폐 보조장치를 정맥에 삽입하기 전, 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 설계조건을 실험적 모델을 통하여 기체전달을 예측할 수 있는 예측식을 만들고자 하였다. 실험결과, 본 연구에서는 진동기법이 기체전달을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 충진율과 가징 주파수의 함수관계를 이용하여 기체전달을 예측 할 수 있었다. 실험에 의하여 얻어진 결과는 예측식에 의하여 얻어진 결과와 유사한 결과를 얻었다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충진율과 가진 주파수의 함수를 이용하여 VIVLAD의 기체전달을 예측할 수 있었다. In this paper, we tried to improve gas exchange of the vibrating intravascular lung assist device(VIVLAD) using vibrating method in the hollow fiber membrane, for the patients suffering from acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). And we tried to formularize prediction equations to make a prediction about gas transfer for designing intravenous artificial lung assist device, and designed modules under various conditions were studied through an experimental modeling before inserted the artificial lung assist device into as venous. As a result, we are convinced that vibration method is very useful for the has transfer increasing. Also, we can estimate the gas transfer as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies. The gas transfer obtained from the experiment was similar to that from the prediction equation, confirming the usefulness prediction equation. Therefore, we can estimate the gas transfer of the VIVLAD as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies.

      • Perfluorocarbon 유화액에 의한 혈관 내 폐 보조장치에서의 압력손실과 산소전달

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the perfluorocarbone emulsion in a novel membrane module that satisfied the limiting factor of minimizing the pressure loss in the intravascular blood flow pattern. It observed the mind on the viscosity that to mix with blood in the ratio of 1:4. The device used a bundle consisted of several hundred hollow fiber having the outside diameter of 380㎛. and the axial jacket length of 600 ㎜. The pressure drop of the membrane module device consisting of 300 hollow fibers was observed 10 ㎜Hg at the flow rate 4 ℓ/min and could be get sphere of pressure drop to apply equipment.

        파킨슨씨병 환자에 있어서 자가부신수질 이식술

        Recent experimental studies and clinical cases have suggested that grafting tissue from the adrenal medulla into the brain may alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Autologous adrenal medullary grafts into the striatum was performed stereotactically in two patients with Parkinson's disease. Both patients were bedridden preoperatively, but 4 months after the surgery both became ambulatory and one was even capable of returning to his job. Even though the number of cases was small⑵ and the follow-up period was short, this study shows that adrenal medullary transplantation into the striatum may have some beneficial effects in patient with Parkinson's disease. Further experimental and clinical trials are necessary to see whether this procedure will be a recommendable surgical treatment for patients suffering from Parkinson's disease.

        Botrytis cinerea에 의한 무화과 잿빛곰팡이병

        In 2010 and 2011, gray mold was found on common fig (Ficus carica) fruit grown at the research field of Jeollabukdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Korea. Gray mold symptoms on common fig fruit mainly occurred after harvest season until December. The typical symptom included brown water-soaked rot and fruit decay. The diseased fruit was covered by gray to brown colored conidiophore and conidia. The conidiophores were tree shape and measured 15-33 × 2 μm. Conidia on conidiophore were ellipsoidal or lemon shape, colorless, single cell, and measured 7.3-14.6 × 6.8-11.1 μm. The nucleotide sequences of the rDNA ITS region obtained from the pure culture of the gray mold on common fig were 100% similar to the sequences of the GenBank accession number HQ171052, EU519210, HQ171053, FN812726, HM849615, and EU563120 of B. cinerea isolates. In phylogenetic tree, the representative isolate was placed within same clade of B. cinerea. Based on the morphological characteristics and analysis of rDNA ITS sequence data, the fungus was identified as B. cinerea.

      • <i>Uncaria rhynchophylla</i> ameliorates amyloid beta deposition and amyloid beta-mediated pathology in 5XFAD mice

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>One of the pathological hallmarks of Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the abnormal aggregation of amyloid beta (Aβ) peptides. <I>Uncaria rhynchophylla</I> (UR), one of the <I>Uncaria</I> species, has long been used to treat neurodegenerative disease. In particular, it has been reported that UR inhibits aggregation of Aβ <I>in vitro.</I> However, little is known about the histological effects of UR treatment on Aβ pathology in AD animal models. In the present study, we investigated the effect of UR on Aβ aggregation, Aβ-mediated pathologies and adult hippocampal neurogenesis in the brain of 5XFAD mice. First, using the thioflavin T assay and amyloid staining, we demonstrated that UR treatment effectively inhibited Aβ aggregation and accumulation in the cortex and subiculum. Second, immunofluorescence staining showed that administration of UR attenuated gliosis and neurodegeneration in the subiculum and cortex. Third, UR treatment ameliorated impaired adult hippocampal neurogenesis. The present results indicate that UR significantly alleviates Aβ deposition and Aβ-mediated neuropathology in the brain in 5XFAD mice, suggesting the potency of UR as a preventive and therapeutic agent for AD.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> <I>Uncaria rhynchophylla</I> (UR) inhibited Aβ aggregation and accumulation. </LI> <LI> UR alleviated neuroinflammation induced by Aβ. </LI> <LI> Treatment of UR relieved synaptic and neuronal loss in AD mice. </LI> <LI> UR attenuated impaired hippocampal neurogenesis induced by Aβ. </LI> </UL> </P>

        10 MV X선 방사선 치료 시 중성자 선량 분포에 관한 연구

        현재 방사선치료는 선형가속기에 의하여 대다수 이루어지고 있으며 사용되는 방사선인 광자도 의학의 발전에 의해 고에너지화 고선량화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방사선치료 조사면에서 중성자 측정이 가능한 CR-39를 이용한 중성자 검출법을 이용하였다. 선형가속기에서 발생되는 X선(광자)치료 시 발생 되는 중성자의 선량을 CR-39를 이용한 중성자 검출법을 이용하여 측정하고, 임상적 응용으로 고에너지 광자를 이용하여 암 치료에 사용할 때 중성자의 발생이 환자치료 선량과 연관되는 어떤 문제를 발생시키는지를 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 속중성자의 경우 광자 1 Gy 조사 시 평균 0.35 mSv, 2 Gy 조사 시 평균 0.65 mSv, 5 Gy 조사 시 평균 1.82 mSv, 열중성자의 경우 광자 1 Gy 조사 시 평균 0.26 mSv, 2 Gy 조사 시 평균 0.56 mSv, 5 Gy 조사 시 평균 1.23 mSv의 중성자 발생하였다. Wedge Filter를 사용하여 중성자의 발생을 측정한 결과 Wedge Filter를 사용했을 때 중성자의 발생이 증가하였다. 고선량을 요구하는 SRS Cone을 사용했을 때에는 기존의 실험결과 보다 많은 중성자가 검출되었다. 속중성자의 경우 광자 5 Gy 조사 시 평균 2.85 mSv, 열중성자의 경우 광자 5 Gy 조사 시 평균 1.37 mSv의 중성자가 발생하였다. 일반 치료 시 광자 5 Gy 조사했을 때 보다 속중성자의 경우 약 1.6배, 열중성자의 경우 약 1.12배 정도의 중성자가 더 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to measure the radiation dose of neutrons generated by the particle accelerator during X-ray (photon) treatment with a neutron detection method by using CR-39, and to research how the generation of neutrons may incur problems associated with radiation doses for patient treatment when using high energy photons for cancer treatment as a clinical application. The findings are summarized as follows : The results showed that average 0.35 mSv was measured with exposure of 1 Gy photon in case of fast neutron, 0.65 mSv with exposure of 2 Gy photon, 1.82 mSv exposure of 5 Gy, 0.26 mSv with exposure of 1 Gy photon in case of thermal neutron, 0.56 mSv with exposure of 2 Gy photon, and 1.23 mSv with exposure of 5 Gy of photon. By measuring the occurrence of neutron by using Wedge Filter, it has been confirmed that the occurrence of neutrons increased when using Wedge Filter. The results also showed that more neutrons were detected over the existing experiments when using an SRS Cone requiring high doses of radiation. Total 2.85 mSv neutrons were found on the average with exposure of 5 Gy photon in case of fast neutron and 1.37 mSv neutrons were found on the average with exposure of 5 Gy photon in case of thermal neutron. During the general treatment, about 1.6 times more neutrons over 5 Gy photon were found in case of fast neutron and about 1.12 time more neutrons over 5 Gy photon were found in case of thermal neutron.
