        공 컨테이너를 고려한 컨테이너 내륙수송에서의 차량배치문제

        In the container transportation of inland depots the empty container is an important issue. The truck dispatching problem in this paper is considered under restriction about empty containers. When a full container arrives in a depot by truck, after unloading operation the full container is changed to an empty container. After loading operation an empty container is changed to a full container. We suggest an integrated approach to the problem of simultaneously managing empty truck and container movements. We would like to find the truck dispatching method minimizing empty truck movements and empty container movements. In this paper, a mixed integer programming model is developed to obtain the optimal truck dispatching in container transportation and heuristic is developed to give a good solution in much shorter time. The numerical examples are studied and the proposed heuristic is also compared with the result of numerical examples.

        기후변화 적응 전략 중요도 분석 및 유형화

        국내외적으로 기후변화 적응의 중요성이 높아지는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 국외 대표적인 적응 전략분석 내용을 기반으로 적응 전략별 시기별 중요도 분석, 전략 체계화를 수행하여 우리나라 기후변화 적응 대책에 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 문헌 분석을 통해 국제적인 흐름을 반영할 수 있는 24개의 기후변화 적응 전략이 도출되었으며, 중요도 분석 결과 현재 관점에서 기후변화 영향 취약성 분석, 재난/재해 위험(Risk) 관리 등에 대한 내용의 중요성이 높았다. 반면, 미래 관점에서는 지역 수준의 대응(상향식 발전 등), 지속가능한 에너지 및 자원 관리(생태계 서비스 등), 적응 공적 자금 확보 등이 상대적으로 강조되는 특성을 보였다. 종합적으로 국제적인 기후변화 적응 전략은 ``자원 관리 및 경제적 수단 마련``, ``지역 단위 대응 강화 및 인식 제고``, ``최신 기술 확보 및 적용``, ``사회/생태 취약지역 보호 전략``, ``위험(Risk) 관리``, ``기후 스마트 개발 전략``의 유형으로 구분될 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 현재 제2차 기후변화 적응 대책에서 제안한 시기별 적응 대책 마련, 통합적 적응 추진체계 구축 및 전략 보충 등에 직접적으로 반영될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Acknowledging the significance of climate change adaptation, this study aims to suggest the implications of the Korea Climate Change Adaptation Plan by analyzing the importance of climate change adaptation strategies based on a review of the literature and a survey of experts. Climate change adaptation strategies reflecting global trends were deducted from the literature review. In the climate change adaptation strategy importance analysis, climate change impact, vulnerability analysis and disaster risk management showed higher values at present. In the future, however, among other things counterplanning at local level (e.g. bottom-up development), sustainable energy and resources management (e.g. ecology services), and budget expansion for adaptation were highlighted. Overall, using principal component analysis, global climate change adaptation strategies can be divided into six categories: ``resource management and budget expansion``, ``strengthening counter-planning at local levels and climate perception``, ``applying advanced technology``, ``protecting socially/ecologically vulnerable regions``, ``risk management``, and ``climate smart development``. The results of this study can be directly applied to some areas of the 2nd Korea Climate Change Adaptation Plan, such as adaptation strategies, considered time frame, and integrated adaptation system/strategy supplementation, etc.

        In situ analysis of chemical components induced by steaming between fresh ginseng, steamed ginseng, and red ginseng

        Background: The chemical constituents of Panax ginseng are changed by processing methods such as steaming or sun drying. In the present study, the chemical change of Panax ginseng induced by steaming was monitored in situ. Methods: Samples were separated from the same ginseng root by incision during the steaming process, for in situ monitoring. Sampling was sequentially performed in three stages; FG (fresh ginseng) ${\rightarrow}$ SG (steamed ginseng) ${\rightarrow}$ RG (red ginseng) and 60 samples were prepared and freeze dried. The samples were then analyzed to determine 43 constituents among three stages of P. ginseng. Results: The results showed that six malonyl-ginsenoside (Rg1, Rb1, Rb3, Rc, Rd, Rb2) and 15 amino acids were decreased in concentration during the steaming process. In contrast, ginsenoside-Rh1, 20(S)-Rg2, 20(S, R)-Rg3 and Maillard reaction product such as AF (arginine-fructose), AFG (arginine-fructose-glucose), and maltol were newly generated or their concentrations were increased. Conclusion: This study elucidates the dynamic changes in the chemical components of P. ginseng when the steaming process was induced. These results are thought to be helpful for quality control and standardization of herbal drugs using P. ginseng and they also provide a scientific basis for pharmacological research of processed ginseng (Red ginseng).

        Most railroad accidents are due to human errors. In particular, most of the causes of these accidents are faults of an engine driver, such as lack of signal confirmation, insecure braking, driving by guess or force of habit. This paper identifies a problem(s) by analyzing accidents for the past 10 years and also seeks a solution to train good engine drivers in order to prevent railroad accidents. In summary, what is needed are: 1) proper placement of various manpower, 2) proper training of engine drivers, 3) proper legislation for a 2-man on board system, and 4) proper reformation of personnel management.

        Uncertainty of power system operation increases due to complexity and facilities diversification in the power system. Therefore the importance of SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system which obtain and manage the actual data in real-time is very important. Accordingly in the studies of power system analysis, the efforts to include real-time power system analysis in simulation and applications are made in many ways. The real-time communication characteristics of SCADA system is considered so as to develop the power system analysis program that matches actual system conditions. The observation and management of SCADA system is realized by Intouch which is mainly used for factory automation and PSS/E(Power System Simulator for Engineers) provides real time system data. SQL DB and Python language is used for real-time communication between the softwares. It is very comfortable to use the various functions in Intouch WindowMaker.

        The treatment of patients with hypertensive intracsrebral hemorrhage(ICH) is still controversial Fifty-two cases with hypertensive thalamic or putaminal hemorrhage were classified into three groups on the basis of the location of the hematoma in the internal capsule on the CT image All the cases were confined to the anterior (Type A. 17 cases). posterior(Type p. 25 cases) and mixed portion(Type M. 10 cases) of the posterior limb of the internal capsule. and were assigned to receive medical treatment extraventricular drainage(EVD) or stereotactic aspiration using urokinase This study was designed to assess the correlation between hematoma extension and the severity of motor disturbance in patients treated with stereotactic aspiration The severity of motor weakness was found not to be related to hematoma extension. but the prognosis was frequently poor in type P and type M. The outcome was better in the stereotactic aspiration group as compared with medical and EVD groups. especially when the hematoma was located at the posterior portion of the posterior limb of the internal capsule(p <0.05) The study suggests that stereotactic aspiration may improve the outcome of hypertensive ICH with severe motor weakness. even if the hematoma is small.

        Influence of active layer thickness and annealing in zinc oxide TFT grown by atomic layer deposition

        <P>We utilized atomic layer deposition (ALD) for the growth of the ZnO channel layers in the oxide thin-film-transistors (TFTs) with a bottom-gate structure using a SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/p-Si substrate. For fundamental study, the effect of the channel thickness and thermal treatment on the TFT performance was investigated. The growth modes for the ALD-grown ZnO layer changed from island growth to layer-by-layer growth at thicknesses of >7.5 nm with highly resistive properties. A channel thickness of 17 nm resulted in good TFT behavior with an on/off current ratio of >10<SUP>6</SUP> and a field effect mobility of 2.9 without the need for thermal annealing. However, further increases in the channel thickness resulted in a deterioration of the TFT performance, or no saturation. The ALD-grown ZnO layers showed reduced electrical resistivity and carrier density after thermal treatment in oxygen. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.</P>

        This paper proposes a method for solving running cost problem by minimizing switching shunt element devices. The solution of the problem is approached by utilizing optimization method which optimizes shunt element devices and running costs while satisfying voltage stability index. The main contribution of this paper is to provide linear optimization solution which determining the minimizing amount of reactive power capacity commits in once respects a voltage stabilization. Moreover, the method is able to contributes in voltage stabilization the accident at the time of with the dosage commitment which is quick escapes from a sequential control method of existing. This paper suggests optimal coordinative control method between STATCOM and other reactive power controllers in substation (Shunt Reactors/Capacitors and OLTC). Therefore, it is valuable for decision maker in determining order and capacity of devices which gaining a voltage stabilization. The proposed control method selects proper device of respective control characteristic by detecting voltage error and integrated voltage error. We start by showing how to solve systems of linear equations using the language of pivots and tableaus. The effectiveness of this technique is demonstrated in modified PSS/E MIGUM 45 bus system. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this algorithm by comparing the outcome with several established methods.
