Chemical Composition and Phytoestrogen Analysis of Iranian Black Pomegranate Juice Concentrate and Seeds

In this study, as preliminary research for the development of natural estrogen supplement the chemical properties of Iranian black pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were evaluated. Proximate compositions of pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were as follows; crude lipid 0.4% and 8.2%, moisture 39.9% and 6.6%, crude protein 0.9% and 12.2%, ash 1.4% and 1.7%, and carbohydrate 42.0% and 84.5% respectively. Major amino acids are glutamic acid (1310.0ppm) and aspartic acid (896.2ppm) in juice concentrate, and glycine (611.1ppm) and arginin (401.6ppm) in seeds. Ascorbic acid has the highest concentration of 20.0mg/l00g in juice concentrate and 0.23mg/l00 in seeds. The compositions of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were higher than those of saturated fatty acids such as stearic palmitic acid. Major minerals were potassium, calcium and sodium, potassium was highest in both juice concentrate and seeds. Vitamins were composed of ascorbic acid (20.0mg/l00g), vitamin B$_1$ 수식 이미지(0.12mg/100g) and niacin (0.80mg/l00g) in juice concentrate, and only ascorbic acid(0.23mg/l00g) in seeds. Organic acids such as citric and L-malic acid were detected only in pomegranate juice concentrate. The contents of total polyphenols were 4.55g/L in juice concentrate and 3.5mg/l00g in seeds, respectively. Phytoestrogens detected in pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were daidzein, quercetin, genistein and 17β-estradiol.

This study has focused on investigating the types of border which are divided by the zoning district in Seoul and has analyzed the process of subdividing and amalgamating a lot including several zones among the type of border, which is located between dwelling distirct and commercial district. As a result, a lot including several zones has been had the process of subdividing and amalgamating in order to increase the development capacity, and this process has been accepted as an legal action by rule that zoning can be dicided by the majority which is occupied with zoning area in a lot including several zones. We suggest how to estimate the 'floor area ratio'&'building coverage ratio'by respective zone's area ratio in the Lots Divided by Zoning-Lines.

장애인체육의 현실적 문제와 행정부서 변경

The purpose of this study is to clarify the feasibility of transferring the business of the disabled sports to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism by analyzing concretely the absurdities shown in the philosophy of Ministry of Health and Welfare on the disabled sports generating while managing the business of the disabled sports, the speciality of administrative management, finance, utilizing athletic facilities, controlling and supporting athletes, educating and utilizing leaders, supporting research and so on. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the study was analyzed and presented on the basis of preliminary research related to administrative management for the disabled sports, news, experience on the site of the disabled sports and do on. The conclusion is: since managing the business of the disabled sports by the Ministry of Health and Welfare is definitely subject to limitation, it should be transferred to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in charge of managing national physical activities for consolidating society, abolishing differentiation and pursuing development.

콤濾波器를 사용한 디지탈 濾波器의 設計

本論文은 콤濾波器와 複素레소네이터를 사용한 디지탈 濾波器의 設計方法을 제시하고, 콤퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의하여 그 특성을 확인하였다. 設計法에 있어서는 濾波器特性의 주로우브와 사이드로우브 관계를 도입하였고, 이 設計法에서는 콤濾波器의 零과 複素레소네이터의 極이 상쇄되어 이 濾波器 構成 素子인 지연소자 수가 줄어들어 경제적으로 된다는 것을 보여주었다.

This study aims to examine the relationship beetween golf leaders' servant leadership style and trust. The study used survey research methods to analyze a sample group of students of from the department of golf teaching. Results were analyzed using the SPSS statical sftware program Generally, the main statistics employed were frequency, average and simple correlationship. To analyze the hypothesis, the overall regression F-test, ANOVA and LSD analysis were used. In this contest, the findings are as follow: The regression analysis with regard to golf leaders' leadership style showed that it was highly related to servant "sympathy(r=.262)". The lowest variable presented were sympathy related to servant. Opinion could impact golf leader and player's place or circumstances under trust. Result show that opinions could impact golf leader and player's place or circumstances under trust. Most of players select human network(72.2%), including active communication, building trust, sympathy ,and friendly exchange between alumni.

수상관의 밝기 및 해상도를 고려한 기준 백색 설정

Reference white in color television receiver can be achieved by adjusting the RGB gun current ratio and it is necessary to provide additional gain ratio adjustment for the RGB video signal. Generally, the gun current density profile has a Gaussian distribution and the gain-bandwith product of RGB channel amplifier is constant. Therefore brightness and spatial resolution are changed with variations in reference white of receiver. In this paper, the effect of RGB gun current and channel gain ratios on brightness and resolution of CPT is analyzed. Brightness is increased with the color temperature of reference white because of Holmholtz-Kohlrausch effect. The change in light output is more abrupt and spatial resolution is improved with unity current ratio. For more bright and improved resolution we also present the range of color temperature of reference white for P22 phosphors.

염화 Nitroso 화합물들의 S_N2형 반응기구와 반응성을 분자궤도 함수론적 반응성지수로서 연구한 결과 Frontier 전자밀도가 친핵성 치환의 반응성을 설명하는데 가장 적절하며 이 이론을 뒷받침하는 실험값과 잘 일치함을 조사 연구하였다. The relative ease of the occurrence of S_N w and reactivity for the chloronitroso compounds are discussed in connection with the MO-Theoretical reactivity indices. the results show that Frontier electron density can be useful in predicting nucleophilic reactivities. The theoretical conclusion derived are in agreements withe the expermental results.

선속 변화에 의한 능동형 횡 동요감쇠장치의 효과

제주대학교 실습선 아라호에 장착된 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 성능이 선박의 속력과의 관계를 파악 하기 위하여 선박을 정지, 미속, 중속, 전속으로 구분하여 횡 동요 감쇠장치를 정지(Passive A.R.T), 작동(Active A.R.T)을 했을 때 경사계에 의한 횡 동요각 및 종 동요각, 풍속계에 의한 풍속의 변화에 의한 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 선박이 정지했을 때가 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 1/3, 1/10 횡 동요각 유의 진폭에서 감소률이 가장 높아 47.2%, 50.3%를 나타냈으며, 반면에 중속인 경우 가장 낮은7.1%, 7.4% 나타내므로, 이 장치는 선속의 변화에 차이가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 2. 선속의 변화에 따라 그 효율이 많은 차이가 있으므로 이 장치를 장착한 선박의 운항자는 이를 감안하여 작동하여야 할 것으로 생각되며, 통계분석 결과에 의해서 선속과 감소률의 관계를 회귀분석식으로 나타내어 보면 다음과 같았다. 즉, 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/3)) : y= -3.233χ + 45.613 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/10)) : y= -3.157χ + 46.840을 각각 얻을 수 있었다. This experimental paper deals with the performance of tanks that are turned the active A.R.T(Anti-Rolling Tank) when the fluid transfers from wing tanks to the opposite tank by the power developed by the automatic control system (INTERING Stabilizer), which was installed in the fishery training ship T/S. A - RA (G/T : 990 tons) of Cheju National University. In this paper, the author has tested the performance of INTERING Stabilizer from the signals obtained by the inclinometer in irregular waves and compared with the results obtained in passive mode operation at stop and at various ship speeds. The performances of the system were confirmed the results as follows through the tests : 1. The Rates of reduction in significant roll(φ_(1/3)) of performance of Active-Rolling Tank at stop. dead slow ahead, half ahead, full ahead were obtained 47.2%, 26.3%, 7.7% 9.7%, respectively. 2. The operators had to consider to be different to change according to the various ship speeds for working. and the author could get the linea regressions about the rates of reduction at the results of a statistical analysis through the time histories of rolling angles in A.R.T. in irregular waves using various ship's speeds. 의류 중의 미생물에 대한 소비자의 지식과 세탁습관 실태조사 분석

Microorganisms living in clothing cause damage to fabric as well as unhygienic conditions with unpleasant odor for wearers. Removal or growth of microorganisms are affected by the conditions during washing and storage. The purpose of this research was to study the consumer's knowledge and habits in laundering with respect to microorganisms in clothing. For survey method, questionnaires were administered to 580 housewives, age of 20~60s living in Seoul. Employing 479 respondents, the data were analyzed by using deseriptive statistics. The results are as follows; The level of knowledge about microorganisms of clothing was high in general, but wasn't expert level. Many people had experienced damages of textiles, clothing and unpleasant odor due to microorganisms. Fabric softeners and bleaches were rarely used for disinfection but usually used for antistatic. whitening or removal of stains. There was no relationship between laundering habits the knowledge of microorganism, and experience of clothing damage by microorganism
