본 연구의 목적은 만5세 유아들에게 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심 소프트웨어 수업을 실행하고, 수업에 참여한 유아와 수업을 실행한 교사에게 각각 어떠한 교육적 의미가 있는지 분석하여 바람직한 유아기 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 시사점을 밝혀보기 위함이었다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 유치원 두 곳에서, 만5세 유아 50명을 대상으로 총 10개의 수업을 진행하고 수집된 자료를 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 소프트웨어 수업에서 유아에게 나타난 교육적 의미는 선행 경험에서 문제를 발견하기, 스토리로 시뮬레이션 과정에 다가가기, 소프트웨어 기기를 통해 흥미와 성취감 느끼기였으며, 교사에게 나타난 교육적 의미는 절차적 사고과정을 지원하는 발문하기, 사고과정을 구체적 경험으로 이끌기, 집단 활동과 개별 활동 사이에서 적절하게 오고가기였다. 연구를 통해 발견된 교육적 의미는 바람직한 유아기 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 다양한 시사점을 주었으며, 향후에는 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심 유아 소프트웨어 교육의 효과성 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to conduct computational thinking-based software education for a 5-year-old, and to analyze educational meanings. For the study, a total of 10 activities were applied for 50 children at two kindergartens located in Seoul and the collected data were analyzed qualitatively. As a result of the study, the educational meaning that founded to young children in software classes was finding problems in prior experiences, approaching the simulation process with stories, and feeling of interest and achievement through software devices. The educational meanings that founded to the teacher were to ask questions to support the procedural thinking process, to lead the thought process to concrete experiences, and to move between group activities and individual activities appropriately. In the future, research on the effectiveness of computational thinking-based software education should be conducted.

The purpose of this study is to compare the shape of the apical regions of root canals after instrumentation by various enlarging instruments. 120 extracted, single-rooted human teeth were seperated into 4 experimental groups. Each group provided 30 teeth for experimental use. Group 1 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated Reamer. Group 2 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated H-file. Group 3 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated K-file. Group 4 root canals instrumented by the automated Giromatic file. The results were as follows: 1. The degree of the roundness of the apical regions of root canal walls: 1) Hand-operated instruments were superior to the automated Giromatic file. 2) The Reamer was the most effective instrument among hand-operated instruments 3) There was little difference between the H-file and the K-file. 2. The degree of the smoothness of the apical regions of root canal walls: 1) Root canal walls instrumented by the hand-operated Reamer, H-file and, K-file were generally smooth, and there was little difference among them. 2) Root canal walls instrumented by the automated Giromatic file showed many irregular canal walls. 3. The existance of organic debris in the apical regions of root canals: All organic debris is not removed from root canals, and there was little difference between hand-operated instruments and the automated Giromatic instrument in removing organic debris.
Mineral Trioxide Aggregate(MTA)의 치근단 역충전효과에 대한 임상적 연구

Although numerous materials have been recommended as root end filling material, so far no material has been found to satisfy all of the requirements of an ideal material. An experimental material, mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA), has been recently developed to seal off all pathways of communication between the root canal system and the external surface of the tooth. This material has been used to seal the root end cavities in extracted teeth and similar preparations in beagle dogs and shown very promising results. In this clinical study, 5 anterior teeth from three patients were used to clinically and radiographically evaluate the efficacy of MTA as a root end filling material on a short-term basis. After removing the apical 2 to 3 ㎜ of the roots, The root end cavities were prepared and filled with MTA. The results were as follows: 1. All the cases demonstrated excellent healing radiographically and absence of clinical signs and symptoms. 2. According to the results, it appeared that MTA had a good sealing ability and biocompatibility. 3. MTA showed very promising results as a root end filling material, but Long-term clinical retrospective studies of many cases are recommended to get the most valid evaluations.
기수갈고둥 (Clithon retropictus) 의 Arginine kinase 유전자를 이용한 분자계통학적 연구

Clithon retropictus is a small gastropod belonging to the Neritidae, and inhabits gravel areas in brackish waters. It has been designated as an endangered species as class II, because of its habitat conditions and reckless development of coastlines. In September 2021, C. retropictus registered in NCBI has only 80 nucleotides, 52 proteins, and 74 genes. In this context, we sequenced the C. retropictus cDNA library using the Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform. Arginine Kinase (AK) sequence was obtained by using BLAST program. To investigate the molecular phylogenetic analysis of C. retropictus, a dendrogram was generated using AK gene as a marker. Based on the phylogenetic tree, it is classified into three classes (Cephalopods, Gastropods, and Bivalvia). In addition, analysis of AK 2D structure using 38 species shows that no striking similarity was found. In conclusion, AK gene of C. retropictus consisted of 1,053 bp (351 amino acids) and could be utilized for molecular phylogenetic classification.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the virus responsible for the deadly COVID-19 pandemic. The spike(s) protein of SARS-CoV-2 known to be highly related to the virus infectivity are divided into eight clades. In this study, the infectious clades SARS-CoV-2 spike(s) protein from confirmed CORVID-19 patients, deaths, and recovered cases reported domestically (Republic of Korea) and across the continent, were analyzed to determine the relationship with infection. When the domestic clade ratio was compared with the continental clade, the GH clades were found to be widely distributed in Korea, and across the continent. In addition, GH clades also showed a similar trend in North America. The comparison of clades from newly confirmed cases from daily diagnosis revealed that the GH clades which quickly spread through a specific case in Korea, were in fact related to the overseas clades. Due to possibly high infectivity of this GH clade detected mainly in the oversea patients, a large-scale propagation could occur due to the importation of this new clade. The emergence of this highly infectious clade is predicted to occur during the national academic proficiency test, Christmas, New Year's Day events, and family gatherings. In conclusion, we need to strengthen the quarantine measures according to the current oversea occurrence and domestic trends on a high GH clade ratio basis.
