Series feedback을 사용한 Ku대역 저잡음 증폭기의 설계

An Ku-band monolithic two-stage low noise amplifier(LNA) with 0.15×140um and 0.25×200um HEMTs is designed. Source inductances are added to obtain both low noise figure and acceptable input match, and also to improve the stability of the amplifier. The matching circuits are cptimized by means of Super Compact. Simulation results reveal that 0.93㏈ noise figure and 20.44㏈ gain can be obtained for the 11.7 - 12.2GHz band. Variation test shows that the yield of 62.5% can be achieved for 10% variations of L, C and gate width, Small signal parameters used for simulation are based on the data from ETRI foundary.
중·고등학교 여학생의 월경 전후기 불편감에 따른 월경태도 및 성 역할 고정관념의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for program helping adolescent girls to form correct attitude toward menstruation and gender role stereotype by identifying the relationship among menstrual distress, attitudes toward menstruation and gender role stereotype. Method: The 392 participants of this study were selected among students of 5 middle schools and 3 high schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. Data were collected from 16 September to 23 September, 2013. The students were asked to answer the questionnaires consisting of MDQ(Menstrual Distress Questionnaire), KGES-A(Korean Gender Egalitarianism Scales for Adolescents), and menstrual attitude measurement scale developed by Min in 2003. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test and One way ANOVA were used to analyze the data with SPSS 21.0. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1. High school students were more vulnerable to pre and post menstrual discomfort and tend to accept menstruation statically than middle school students(p=.009). 2. Students who did not receive regular sexuality education had private attitudes toward menstruation(p=.002), were emotionally more sensitive(p=.002) than the other group. 3. Students, who had higher menstrual discomfort, were more emotionally sensitive toward menstruation(p<.001), had variety of menstrual symptoms(p<.001), actively managing menstrual symptoms(p<.001), and accepted menstruation statically(p=.002) than the lower group. 4. There was no statistically significant relationship between gender role stereotype and pre and post menstrual discomfort. Conclusion: It was suggested that effective education program should be developed and implemented periodically in order to help adolescent school girls to understand pre and post menstrual discomfort and manage menstrual symptoms by themselves. Also, professional and systematic studies should follow up with larger population and more specific general characteristics.
Plate assay에 의한 Lactobacillus casei YIP 9018과 Bifidobacterium spp.의 항암효과에 관한 연구

발효유 제품의 제조에 사용되고 있는 Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018(LC9018)과 장내 유용균인 Bifidobacterium bifidum 그리고 Bifidobacterium OLS1, OLS2, OLS3 및 OLS4의 인체암에 대한 in vitro 항암효과를 알아보기 위하여 plate assay를 실시한 결과 LC 9018의 균체를 동결건조하여 100㎍/㎖의 농도로 암세포에 처리하였을 때 폐암새포인 CALU-3과 SKMES-1, 유방암세포 HS-578T, 임파암세포 RAJI 및 색소암세포 FARROW에 대하여 직접적인 강한 항압활성을 나타내었다. 한편 In vitro 항균활성 조사에서는 공시균주 모두 그람양성균인 Sarcina lutea에 미약한 항균활성을 나타내었다. This study was carried out for investigating antitumor activity against human tumor cell lines of Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018(LC9018) which is in use to fermented milk products and Bifidobacterium spp. which is beneficial intestinal bacteria. Antitumor effects were examined by in vitro soft agar plate assay. Lyophilized mycelia of LC 9018(100㎍/㎖) had direct strong antitumor activity against human tumor cell lines, CALU-3, SKMES-1(lung cancer), HS-578T(breast cancer), RAJI(lymphoma cancer) and FARROW(melanoma cancer), but Bifidobacterium spp. did not show antitumor activity at all. On the other hand, att tested strains in vitro showed very weak antibacterial activety against Sarcina lutea.
Microsatellite 를 이용한 돼지 Yorkshire 품종의 일당중체량 연관 DNA Marker 개발

This study was conducted to develop DNA markers related with average daily gain (ADG) using 27 pigs. Animals were divided into two groups: low ADG group had 11 pigs with 1.5 SD and high ADG group was consisted of 16 pigs with +1.5 SD. Initially, we choose and tested 78 microsatellites which could contain potential DNA markers for ADG. Part of the microsatellites were amplified by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and then electrophoresed on a agarose gel followed by the allelic, genotypic and statistical analysis. According to the alleic frequency analysis, 21 DNA polymorphisms were detected from 17 microsatellites and appeared to be associated with ADG (P$lt;0.05). From the genotypic frequency analysis, 14 DNA polymorphisms were found from II microsatellites and were associated with ADG. All pigs in the low ADG group had a 135:144 hetero type for the SWR308 marker, whereas all pigs in the high ADG group had a 144:144 homo type. This and possibly other selected markers could be useful for the selecting young pigs with an excellent growth potential.

Coal combustion experiments at a lab-scale furnace with a capacity of 10,000kcal/h were conducted in order to investigate the speciation changes and mass distribution of mercury with limestone injection in conditions of air and oxy-fuel combustion. Mass distribution and concentration of mercury in flue gas at oxy-fuel combustion were higher than those at air combustion. With limestone injection, the reduction of mercury from flue gas by adsorption into limestone could be clearly observed at both air and oxy-fuel combustion conditions. In the speciation of mercury, the particulate mercury in flue-gas was dominant with around 50% and the portion of elemental mercury was higher than that of oxidized mercury as shown at other coal combustion cases. At oxy-fuel combustion, most of particulate mercury seemed to be bounded to limestone more easily in comparison to air combustion, so that the elemental mercury in flue gas resulted to be more dominant at oxy-fuel combustion.
